Pizza Hut Express

Pizza Hut is one of my favorite chain pizzas. The deal for an individual pizza, three breadsticks, and large drink for $8 is great! This location has a drive thru and is connected to a Taco Bell (you can order both from drive thru)

I think it's a great place to stop in and get food after a beach day! Service is not super fast on the pizzas because they are baked only when ordered... 🍕...served fresh and hot!

Not the best experience at a McDonald's. First, it took 15 minutes to take my order. Second, it took 10 of those 15 minutes for someone to tell me they are having some problems. The food was over cooked and not very good. I only ordered a double cheeseburger and a coke.

Awful Customer service @the Counter placed the order on the App I visited Early in the morning after a 2 hours drive. When picking up the order I needed to use the bathroom I ask for the key and the Cashier RUDELY said that, the bathroom was broken. Then she told a guy to fix the soap dispenser in the bathroom because people were complaining. 😖😖

Greed charging now almost $4 for machine made ice cream and the lady I think she was some assistant manager cheaps out and don't feel the cup to the top. I wish a machine would made that ice cream mesuared portion so the customer would walk out happy! US Greed :-(

This is for my wife. She visited this McDonalds and put in an order on the app. When she chose the curbside pickup, she parked and waited a long time before a crew member finally came out. The member, however, asked if she placed an order already, which my wife did (otherwise, why would she pull up to the pickup??). She told the lady that she did place an order and even AFTER telling her what she wanted, they gave her her double plain cheeseburger, fries, and ANOTHER double cheeseburger INSTEAD of the 4 pc chicken nuggets that she wanted!! Because of the time it took to not only check and see if my wife ordered something but to also give her the WRONG item, my wife didn't want to bother telling her anyway and just drove out of there with the wrong item. It was too flustering and frustrating to the point where she didn't want to wait another long time for the crew member to bring her her chicken nuggets!!

Service terrible, pizza hut is my favorite but this place ruin it for me.

Limited pizza options and food takes too long to get. Also, poor customer service.

After about ten minutes received notification order was ready still it did not appear at curbside When finally retrieved food inside after waiting more time food was cold and soggy

not even one star this location deserves, I bought the Big Mac Bundle deal with large soda and it supposed to be 20.71$ but the cash register clerk she charged me 28.71$ and she didn't give me a receipt she said the register didn't print a receipt, so I called the manager to complain about the over charging me, but as usual he didn't respond or return my call after I left them my information to solve the issue, owner of this place, find honest people to work for you because over charging your customers and hide behind walls is not good and I consider it STEALING.

I ordered 2 meals, and they wouldn't give me any sauce without paying extra. They said their manager is getting mad at them for giving out sauce. Can't imagine being that greedy and selfish. Nobody should support this place. The prices are ridiculous anyways.

I spent over $20 here and asked for a water cup just for them to say they “dont do water cups” I pointed the the cups they had behind them and said I just wanted water and spent money here and didn’t understand why I couldn’t just get a cup for water. One of the employees was kind enough felt bad to give me one but the manager on duty was rude and dismissive. Came off as greedy.

Drive through orders are seldom correct, the last time I went, it was around 9:30pm and after 25 mins sitting in the line, I left.. very, vert sad.. this was at the one on Bearvalley /Apple valley in Apple valley.

One star for Alba back there on the grill. Came in tonight and this worker was so rude and unprofessional, messed up my order. No onions, mean no orders. Why is she still here? I have worked in fast food, so I get it.......but come on Alba, do better!

I spent $16 for a quarter pounder fries and a drink… I had to wait an extra 10 minutes in a parking spot for this order. When I did get my order it was chicken nuggets and fries… I didn’t check before I left because I am busy like everyone else on this planet. Will not be coming back to this location. I don’t have time for their mistakes and what used to cost $5 now costs 3x so where is the value? Absolutely ridiculous. When I asked for a refund they required me to drive all the way back… for McDonald’s??? Really?
