Sealy DQ is great. I ordered a burger and fries to go. The young lady at the drive through was so sweet! My meal was tasty, hot when I got it, and took no time at all.

Stopped in for a quick bite to eat on the way home from Houston. These guys did a great job providing hot food, quick professional and courteous service. Get a malt, and steak fingers or tacos - you won't be disappointed.

I went after church. It was great. For approx. $7.00 I had a buger, fries, coke, & a ice cream Sun. They are very accommodating to seniors.& children. They are always smiling & the prices are good.

Aawweessoommee place. We had to find our way around to park the motorhome, but it was well worth it. Clean, nice looking and maintained and the food was very good. I like the burger always order to much so you can probably get by with just the hungerbuster. When I am sharing I order the hungerbuster cut in half, they will be glad to do that for you. The love of my life orders chicken fingers and we split both the chicken and the burger. The gravy is deliciousss. You just cannot beat the combo and they will give you an extra serving of gravy if you ask. The gravy is great on the French fries and dipping the Texas toast in. We usually order water cause we mix our own powdered drink with water. This leaves us enough for a sundae and sometimes if it's on sale a bandanna split. It's just enough for two people and even better when it is with friends or your love of your life.

Ordered a large order through the drive thru today! fast friendly excellent customer service the manager treated me extremely well and did an excellent job!! who would've thought some of the best customer service I've ever received at a fast food place would be in sealy!!!! Had not had a blizzard in nearly 2 decades, but this was the perfect DQ experience. Fast and friendly service. Blizzards were thick and well combined. Maybe I won't wait so long next time!

We love the steak finger basket and chicken strip basket. The food is always hot and fresh when we go. My daughter and neice enjoyed the oreo blizzard.

I love this place because my brother, who is two years younger than me, stopped to buy us both an ice cream cone. And at age 60, Dairy Queen brings many great memories of our childhood days, when the cones were just a nickel each.

Passing through on a road trip and made a quick stop here to use the restroom and get some ice cream treats for the road. The restrooms were clean, ice cream treats tasted great, and all the employees we interacted with were very kind.

In 102F temperature, my wife and grandson walked across the street 50 yards to Dairy Queen to pickup a kid's meal. When they got back home, the boy's fries had been forgotten. Annoyed, my wife called and complained. They apologised and said to come back. Nope, not in this temperature. A short time later, she received a call from them. They were bringing the fries (and an ice cream) to us. Old school customer service. Great response Dairy Queen. Thank you.

Lunch was a rush job. The Texas steak fingers are a good snack later since u didn't have time to eat then... plus a small banana shake and a soda! Yeah!

I love Dairy Queen. It's my new favorite place. I can't say enough good things about Dairy Queen. Their burgers are absolutely delicious taste like they used to taste a long time ago. Their burgers do not have a fast food taste. The french fries are very good. And the chocolate extreme brownie blizzard is to die for.

As I sit here writing my review eating my dinner i can honesty say this has been the up most enjoyable Dairy Queen ive been to. The young girl that took my order was super sweet and the other young lady that was our cook was fast and made our food fresh and quick. Everything on our burgers were fresh and I didnt have to pull the lettuce out like I usually do at other places. Or my tomatoes because there soggy. Tacos were great as well. It was very clean and didnt smell like old grease from the kitchen. Please give these 2 girls a thank you for me and keep up the good work. ✌️💚🙂

Went and got a milk shake as I always do at different DQ’s the lady at the register was so nice and seemed to generally cared about how your day was going. Seemed to knew some of the regular customers as well. I did not get her name, but it was February 21 at 5:45 pm. Excellent service even for just a milkshake

My wife and I stopped at this Dairy Queen on our way to San Marcos and I’m glad we did. The food was cooked to perfection but more than that our service was exceptional. The lady who took our order was awesome. She was very friendly and courteous answering all the questions we had about our meals and then she verified our orders before she placed them. She was extremely professional! Great service like this should be applauded. Thank you for your customer service Jadeyn!!! We will be back! Again the food was delicious!

Is this the best Dairy Queen in Texas? It just might be! Really great service, very clean and welcoming, the bathrooms were clean and well maintained. Plenty of seating and even with a little league team to serve, the service was quick, friendly, and efficient. Worth the stop!

There were 5 of us dinning that day. Everyone enjoyed what they ordered. And of coarse, some of us had to get a blizzard. They were very delicious. The staff was very polite. The restaurant was clean. My only real complaint was that the soda machine was out of a bunch of the flavors.

Lobby is currently not open and they appear to be understaffed, as most places are these days. The food was cooked properly and services was fairly quick. Staff was polite.

Love the soft served ice cream. Covid 19 currently prevents you to dine in, but take out orders & drive thru is better than being closed.

Friendly and helpful staff. Ordered the Taco Salad. The shell tasted somewhat burnt, like it was fried 2 weeks ago. It's a brand new building, still very clean.

Stopped in with a friend, and did not realize the time. When we walked in, the restaurant was ready to go close. Floors were wet from mopping, registers were being counted. However, we were still able to buy a couple of peanut parfais, and be on our way. Did have to use a card since the register till was already counted, but we could have easily been turned away.

Went to the drive-thru. It was okay, got 3 dipped cones (please bring back butterscotch dip), and a brownie sundae. Ice cream was good, the cones were fresh, no complaints about the treats.

Very clean location and friendly service. The free stand soda machine was fully operational (most of the ones I encounter have some sort of issue, so that was impressive). One complaint was they messed up my wife's Blizzard. We made a simple request and paid extra for it (fudge on top, not mixed), but they still mixed in the fudge. Also, my malt seemed half melted when I got it. Overall, everything tasted great, just a bad experience.

I've been dining here off and on for almost 20 years. Never had an issue with the food or service. Took away one star for the tight drive-through, though. If you try to squeeze a 2500 or larger series truck through this, you will almost certainly bump curbs. Also, on the W end of the drive-thru (facing 36) is a pedestrian cut-through, so be careful after you place your order!

Didn't put hardly any icecream in my banana split they only used half a banana and way to much whipped cream no cherry Dairy Queen franchises are going down bad

Went to get burritod. Small under cooled burrito with a table spoon of chili. 8 sliers of cheese and 5 onions. Won't go back

The customer service is amazing and the food tastes great, but every single time I go they mess up my order...u can't make any special requests because they don't understand it..and this most recent visit drew the line when I found hair in my shake

My husband and I always agree that we love DQ Meat and Cheese Nachos. Franchise to franchise the portions are so generous that we often share. Then we discovered this franchise which is the exception. Friendliness and establishment well kept but we love our nachos.

Our last order taco salad bowl was mostly lettuce. The Dude burger was a squashed sandwich with a small patty. In the past we got better meals there but lately not as good. Previous taco bowls were fuller with ground beef or chicken and not mostly just salad. The prices have raised but the quality has gone down some

I went thru drive thru earlier to purchase some blizzards as I got 2 window there were 3 girls working inside all in conversation..the girl at window held one of my blizzards in her hand as she turned to continue conversation.when she finally handed me first one the cup was slimy and dripping ice cream. I tried to get her attention for napkins but she was too busy conversating with the others so I loudly said.excuse me can I have some napkins the cup is slimy with ice cream she looked at the other girls then handed me napkins and closed the window Other girls looked out at me.then another girl im guessing was a manager because she had different shirt come yo window 2 hand me my other blizzards with a disturbed look on her face as if she wanted to say sumthing. No sorry..or thank you.. not good service nor were my cups of blizzard made to my liking..they were not full nor fully mixed .. I will not be returning in evening.

Employees are rude and more interested in talking to other employees. Very slow service. I waited 20 minutes for a large plain cone with one person in line ahead of me.

Couldn't go in to order ice cream due to Covid-19 - our truck was too big to go through the drive thru..so per instructions on the front door we called our order in. Waited 20 min in parking lot, finally called and asked if they were bringing it out like the sign said. They didn't make the order because we weren't at the back door near the dumpster! WHAT!?

I have never spent 30 dollars on two just people for lunch at a fast food place and will not again. The fries weren't fresh on either order. I just expected a hot fresh meal. Was not impressed by the meal.

The receipt says Marciella A but not sure if that is the real person that messed up our order. We had gotten our food and 10 miles away realize we did not get out drinks. We drive back and she has the nerve to question what we ordered by asking over and over diet dr.peppers? We had to keep saying 2 Dr.Peppers, 1 Coke, and 1 water. Then looks at the receipt and questions us again. Finally a another employee cane in and gave us our drinks. It shouldn’t have taken that long and the constant questioning was unneeded when they already saw the receipt.

Husband's Brownie Blizzard was correct, my Cookie Dough Blizzard was barely blended and the cookie dough was off. Something was flat wrong with it. Ended up throwing it away. Can't get the taste out of my mouth and my tongue feels raw.

Got a milkshake that was banana they didn't even put any whipped cream on it and I did not receive a cherry on top I thought that my milkshake was going to come with whipped cream and a cherry on to I was told to pull by the black Gates when I tasted the shake it was a slimy banana shake I am waiting for my chocolate shake because I could not drink a slimy banana shake the manager was able to assist me with providing me with a chocolate shake instead as she stated the bananas was fresh but it was slimy to me not sure why but I would not recommend the banana shake

Wanted steak strips for dinner. Husband went inside and placed our order for two STEAK strip dinners, with unsalted fries. An important diet restriction. Got home with two CHICKEN strip dinners, with unsalted fries. The chicken strips and the gravy were so heavily salted that they were inedible. The bill was for chicken strips, but that wasn't what he ordered. Love Dairy Queen, but won't be back to this location.

Ice cream was soft and runny by the time we got our shakes. 1/3of it was whipped cream. The burgers were not seasoned and were cold and patties gray. Food also took too way to long with only a few other customers there. Cashier was nice and kept apologising for the delay. Order was a little wrong but no way we're going to wait again to get the right toppings.

It took 40mins to receive our Togo food. When I asked to speak to Chris J. The manager I believe he was very rude and dismissive, stating that the grilled chicken is what was taking so long. I asked to simply switch to fried and he said it would be the same amount of time. I asked how long he though it was be and he walked away. We ordered at 8:24pm and walked out with our food at 9:05pm.

I order grill chicken sandwich combo the one thing that taste good was the Dr Pepper and my husband ice cream after waiting 4min and no waiting time inside my chicken was barely warm and my fries as well you can actually tasted the grease from the fries. 😡 now we have stop somewhere else for food cause neither one of could eat the food and we will not drive back it’s raining need to get back to Austin

Manager allowed 4 girls to ignore customers by sitting in the booth talking. When we got ready to leave after no one asked to help. Manager asked 1 of the girls talking to get our order she rolled her eyes and moped over to help. We said never mind and left.

went to DQ tonight ordered food. when we got to the window the lady asked what drinks we ordered. I just told them at the ordering site. when I almost got home only 1/4 mile from DQ. took bite of the FF an they were cold an soggy. my burger was missing the pickles an not cut in half. took it back to DQ after my phone call. The lady brought my food corrections to the window danceing, yes danceing. I drove off the ff was hot but they smoother my burger with so much mayo. Last time I will eat there again. yes iam from sealy.

Absolutely filthy! We ordered our food through the drive-thru but I needed to use the restroom since we were traveling. When I walked in I noticed bugs crawling on the floor in dinning area. Then it got worse. Bathrooms had water from toilet overflowing with more of the bugs crawling all over the floor as well as dead bugs. Walking back to our car I noticed more infestations in dinning area and in kitchen. Not only were bugs crawling around and or dead on floor it looked like they haven't cleaned in along time. Ceiling tiles were moved or missing. Clearly we did not eat their food.

Worst DQ ever. First off the parking lot layout. OMG. Wait in drive through was 20 min. Charged 1.99 for a cup of water. Thats fine, dont mind paying for a cup of water/ice, but tell us its as much as a soda. Order was wrong as well, ordered a plain cheeseburger, was a reg burger w/everything. Staff was polite and apologetic.

Let’s start by saying three young kids enjoying themself while one worked. Ordered ice cream and two drinks and waited 10 mins in the window to get them! The girl was holding my cone out letting it melt while she was visiting with a coworker…. Really!! SMH Then one of the drinks had no syrup. Terrible service and poor quality of products including my melted ice cream cone!

I want to thank Dairy Queen in Sealy for ruining my lunch. I got home and had no cheese, pickles or anything else for that matter. Bread and meat was all they sold me. So much for Quality Control. I made sure to call and thank them. As a local, me and my family will NEVER return. As a franchise, you just lost sales forever. Good business strategy!

Me and my partner came to this DQ to get our buffalo chicken. They took our order and we waited in the drive-thru for 30 minutes. When it was our turn to get to the window they told us that they didn't have buffalo chicken, that they sold the last one. I am extremely pissed off because they made us wait for so long to get nothing. Worst experience ever.

I ordered a hamburger and French fries. I told them one slice of cheese, and it had two slices that were not melted. The burger was not even hot. I also ordered a chili dog. The chili looked old and dry. I didn't even want to eat it. The French fries were not exactly hot either.
