Was in town visiting my 2 young adults and stopped in to grab a bite to eat. Isabella immediately greeted us, sat us, & had drinks out quickly. Once she took our order & brought out the food, she continued to check in to make sure we were still doing okay! Definitely would recommend checking them out.

We had an excellent dine-in experience at Russo’s New York Pizzeria & Italian Restaurant in Katy (1708 Spring Green Blvd). The food was flavorful and well-prepared, and the courteous staff made the atmosphere warm and welcoming. It’s always a pleasure when both the cuisine and service exceed expectations. We will certainly continue to patronize this location.

Food and service were both great. Very clean restaurant. We had their Tortellini Chicken Gorgonzola sauce and Pepperoni pizza slice. Everything was amazing. We will definitely be back.

I have been going to Russo’s New York Pizzeria for years and the food and service is superb. Some of my favorite dishes are Cauliflower Parmesan, Fettuccine Alfredo with Chicken, Buffalo Chicken Cauliflower Pizza, and the Nutella Calzone is to die for. It is truly amazing dessert. I have also try the eggplant chips and eggplant rotini was delicious. I have also order the Giant Party Pizza which the kids love. I love to order the Giant Party Pizza for my son’s school events.

This Russo’s is a great place overall, the food, atmosphere, and friendly staff is the icing on top of the cake. The food was amazing :) Azim was very friendly, best experience at a restaurant in a long time. Easily the best place I have visited in 2024.

Russo’s in Katy was an excellent place to dine. The hospitality was amazing and the food even more so. Highly recommend pastas, tried 4 and all were amazing! Vegetarian pizza was also great.

They have one of the best tasting Greek Salads! My go to items when I visit are the side Greek Salad and 5 Buffalo Hot Wings. Perfect meal along with the bread pieces and spices in oil sauce that is brought out prior to your meal. My tummy gets full every time! Always satisfying. My 13 year old son absolutely loves the Lemon Pepper wings as well. Definitely would recommend. I’ve tried two different locations, and both served the plates exactly the same in tasting and presentation 👏🏼❣️

Everything was good and delicious I was just kinda disappointed I wanted a 16 inch pizza I told lady I wanted it round still but instead of cutting it triangle I wanted square pieces instead. I repeated it multiple times specially because I know they have a actual square pizza I arrived to pick it up my husband was like it’s wrong and we really didn’t have time to wait for another one so we left . But if you can please listen to the instructions more specifically specially the pizza was expensive so I really did wanted a huge pizza because it was for a small gathering I was embedded only 3 people could eat out of it, how they show it in their pictures that’s how I wanted it

I got a Gluten free pizza which was delightful, however my Pizza was $30!!!! Yikes!!! When I ask about the topping charge it was $2.50 a topping. So $ 10 for the toppings and the cheese Pizza was $19! It was just a regular profan Gluten free crust.😳

First of all our order was almost an hour late and then we received a greasy and clearly reheated or had been under warmer forever. Defintely not worth the $44 we paid for one large pizza!! Don't recommend.

Update: Russos just responded with a lie saying I ordered at 9:56pm and that they called and left a message. The order was placed at 8:49pm - long before their 10pm closing time. I’ve got the receipt. See attached image. They never called me or left any kind of message, and now they’re lying about it. I’m so disgusted by their response and now I’ll never order from this place again. Not only that, but because they are flat out lying like this, I’m taking this review to all other major review platforms. Any business who lies to their customers deserves to fail. Ordered online. Food never showed up, and they never called, texted, or emailed me to communicate that there was any kind of issue. When I called them to check the status, they let me know then that they had no delivery drivers.

I placed a 5:45pm pickup order around 2:00pm, so I was disappointed when it still wasn’t ready upon arrival. It wasn’t extremely busy inside, which made it even more confusing. I understand delays can happen, but it made me question the purpose of selecting a pickup time if the order isn’t going to be close to ready at that time. After arriving at 5:45pm, I was told by the two young ladies at the front that it would be “out in a minute.” I ended up waiting until about 6:00pm before my order was brought forward. Unfortunately, when it was handed to me, no one verified the receipt against the items in the bag and the order was incomplete. I noticed the wings were missing and mentioned it. She went to check, and after waiting a few more minutes, the wings were brought out. However, again, the receipt wasn’t reviewed to confirm the sauces. As she was tying the bag, I politely asked whether the blue cheese dip was included , it wasn’t. She went back once more to retrieve it, which meant another wait. When she returned with the sauce, she apologized and walked back to the kitchen but forgot to hand me the wings, which were still sitting behind the counter. I then had to wait yet again until someone came back so I could receive the rest of my order. The staff was polite throughout the interaction, but there appears to be a clear gap in training and process. A 5:45pm pickup turned into nearly a 30-minute ordeal due to a lack of order verification and communication between the kitchen and front counter. An incomplete order should not be leaving the kitchen without being clearly communicated, and the front staff should be validating receipts before handing food to customers. This type of breakdown will ultimately cost the restaurant money and repeat business. The team working on 2/14 around 5:45pm would greatly benefit from additional training and better operational coordination.

Not sure if it's due to ordering closer to closing time, but the pizza and the wings appeared and tasted burnt. The wings tasted like they were fried in old oil.
