My family and I, ate at this location and I gotta say, my large salad entries where fresh, my pizzas where hot and cheese.The price is fair compared to other restaurants in the mall.Staff were friendly, I definitely recommend and for sure I will be coming back.

very good pizza. the guy serving us waited until we were ready and made sure we had our pizza how we liked it. gave quite a bit of garlic bread. the atmosphere is quiet mostly because it is a monday afternoon. overall, recommend for some quick pizza

I asked for one extra scoop of sauce for my spaghetti & the man looked like he got frustrated and poured 3 huge scoops and didn’t give me a refill on my soda like I asked other than that food is good and everyone else is kind. Just felt a little passive aggressive about a scoop of sauce and a refill after paying 30$ for two meals

Garlic knots are pretty good. Pizza was just ok. They pop it in the oven but it didn't really heat it up, just made the crust crunchy. Plus it's $5.10 for just a slice, but add a small side and a 20oz soda and then it cost 11.70. So rolls and a soda cost $6.60 which is more than the pizza. Which is weird

Food was okay, not the best but not the worst either, staff were chill, just doing there job, atmosphere was good The food was good enough to get me by, but I wouldn't go eat there again The stuffed pizza was 90% bread and 10% ingredients, I didn't taste any cheese though Overall the experience was well

Asked for a slice of supreme pizza…And while the guy was finishing up another person’s purchase..I decided to get a greek salad with ceasar dressing. A lady came out and made the salad..She gave a little drizzle of dressing from the ladle..I asked for some more..Then the guy looks at the salad and has this smirk on his face and looks at it again and again as he sum up my total which comes to16 dollars and some change.. I pay the lady hands me my sliced pizza and and bowl of salad with out a lid or bag. I have to ask for that..To which she takes her time..Frustrated with the customer service..I asked for a refund and the lady ask why..I say because I don’t want it…She takes her time giving me my refund which is not correct..And my pizza taste like it was not warmed up.

6$ for 2 meatballs that’s insane!! Past was cold! Salad was old . Good straight terrible and 45$ expensive for no reason for nasty food. Do not eat here. Plus the workers have an attitude when you ask anything .don’t recommend

We came to order pizza while shopping at the mall. When trying to order a pizza at 7pm they said the oven is already off. They gave us old cold pizza and still charged us full price. We do not recommend this place as they have bad service and refused to work and only what to serve old precooked food.

They over charged me for 2 peperroni combos. Screen says 12.70 and when I went to pay I paid $33 come to check and the combos are for 2 slices of all meat and then upcharged me a Mac and cheese entree. When I went to tell the guy he said it was the taxes. No sir it was not . Would not give me my money back and when I said if I place this same order on the website it comes out to about $25 he said it’s cause that’s only online .

Imagine a place where the staff looks like they'd rather be at a funeral than at work, serving you food with all the enthusiasm of a sloth on sedatives. You order a Stromboli combo, thinking you're in for a treat, only to find out the pasta comes with a side of unexpected meatballs – like an uninvited guest at your dinner party. And guess what? They want to charge you extra for this "surprise" addition. When you're not in the mood for this culinary ambush and decline, they serve you cold pasta. Cold, like their hearts. When you dare to ask for a salad instead, you'd think you asked for the moon. The staff glares at you like you've committed a mortal sin for wanting warm food. Do yourself a favor: skip this place unless you enjoy dining with a side of disdain and cold pasta.

Very bad customer service, the pizza was burnt, and I paid $60 for it, I recommend offering better service and better quality pizza.

Horrible I come here quite a bit and they are typically nice but today this younger dark haired lady on the shorter side was so horribly rude and saw me standing there for a good 5 minutes and continued to talk to her co workers and then finally took my order and made this horrible rude face at me and told me to go to the front of the line and as I could see she treated everyone else in line the exact same way…

I ordered an veggie neo slice which after topping was $5.20 for just adding jalapenos and another stuffed pizza neo slice, the woman at the register charged $7.20 for both and saw the receipt, we went back to her and she lied about having both same price, lol and both items on receipt had same items. The stuffed neo slice tasted very bad with spinach and brocolli.

DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOU WANT FOOD POISONING. My husband ate the sausage and pepperoni and got severely sick. Went to ER and testing showed he had a severe infection and the doctors said it was food poisoning. They said if he would’ve went in a day later he could’ve died. Called and spoke to the manager at the location and she showed no sense of concern and just kept saying they’ve never had this issue before. But from the managers response, it didn’t seem to surprise her. Never eating here ever again. Not worth dying over.

Food is overpriced for the portion size. I ordered combo 1 slice of pizza, side salad and drink. While going through the line I was able to watch the server fix my salad. The salad that she fixed was in a very SMALL cup. And she put very little salad in it. I looked in the small salad cup and seen the bottom of it. So I asked her if she could add a little bit more to the cup. That is when she turned to a very SHORT Hispanic female and looked at her to answer my question. The very SHORT HISPANIC female answered, very RUDELY, NO. Then said if I wanted more salad....then buy a larger one. I replied....I don't want the salad at all. I just paid for my pizza and drinks. Those two items were almost $9. I would NEVER revisit this location again. They really put a BAD taste in my mouth.

Paid more than $11 for a slice of pizza, a garlic roll, and drink. Threw up the moment I came home and was nauseous in the car.

They completely missed my order and the food tasted like frozen store-bought pizza. The macaroni and cheese was okay but still was a bit cold. My aunt used to work there and she said that there were cockroaches in the dough. The woman serving pasta was in complete disregard for my order and the lady behind me had to order for me. If there is a way to give this restaurant 0 stars I would.

I’ve had to correct them 3 times now that they have pan deluxe as the default item for $7.55 when I was getting a classic slice which is $6.39 (on the board it’s $5.25 so how we get almost a dollar tax on a slice of pizza is beyond me) Who knows how many people they dupe a day? Awful service cuz they think I don’t know what they’re doing and want to argue with me when I correctly them. Almost $7 for a slice of pizza is actually robbery. I might sue this place in the future, who knows?

Had terrible experience yesterday normally when they have food. Left before they close they offered u 50 %off. They told me to come back. I was there 10 mints before they had 3 big pizzas. I was in front of the restaurant. Right at 6 pm. The ladies take all pizza to the back and they tell me they ran out off pizza. The employees took it home. I spend 1 hour. When I arrived, two employees looked visibly upset about something, and I was neither greeted nor acknowledged. I stood there awkwardly for a while before someone finally asked for my order. As if that wasn’t uncomfortable enough, while paying, I saw a small roach on the counter. The female employee quickly grabbed a wet rag to trap it, but I was honestly shocked and concerned about the hygiene standards. Despite my discomfort, I paid and left. I strongly recommend a deep cleaning of the establishment and a thorough check to ensure the food is safe and uncontaminated. This experience left a bad impression, and I hope the management addresses these serious issues!
