Jack in the Box always has get food and fair prices. Yes there are other places too eat, but the tacos are the show stopper along with the Jumbo Jack and super great French Fries.

I have always enjoyed eating at Jack n the Box. N Houston, i would drive through, ordering for 4 folks. Burgers were always great, the tacos , on sale all the time. I would put my order n for, around 20 to 24 tacos. The lady at the window would have me say how many again. She was surprise, . I told her i have a growing son, which i do. Obviously, I’m extremely hype about the curly fries & the Oreo milkshake! Amazing food, good customer service, and clean place. Did remember Daniela was one of a kind , she was so sweet and very friendly kind with good attitude . I’ll be back for some delicious curly fries !

It's been a while since the last time we went. The mobile app makes it easier and faster if you don't through the drive thru. Order online and go in to the store might be quicker. The drive thru was very busy, but quick getting orders done

I have always loved the tacos from Jack, but, here in my neck of the woods they started coming out dripping in grease! At this place they were awesome, I wish there people were here in Richmond, TX. Great work.

This jack in the box is the only one that takes me back to when I was a little kid and my mom would bring me jack in the box to school for lunch ... Same delicious flavors ! Fresh food! And still a decent value "darn inflation" this is the best jack in the box

I haven't had the crunchy tacos in a long time and so I stopped in this town and I picked up two of them which is actually 4 and they didn't taste like nothing I remembered them to taste like it kind of like they used an old grease or something and that there was some kind of sauce in it I didn't like either and that's sad because I used to be so good

The manager, Maria, was really nice and helpful. Got our food fast and fresh. Tacos were amazing, one of the best jacks in the area. I’ll Always stop here when it’s on my route.

Never had a bad experience in the three years I’ve lived in Sealy. Definitely one of the best restaurants in town, even if it’s fast food. They’ve only messed up one order so far. The best Jack in the Box I’ve ever visited, hands-down. And the employees are always friendly and polite; the store clean and well-maintained. The food’s always hot and delicious; orders served fast and so hot you have to wait for it to cool down. I’ve been a regular patron since that first visit.

Prolly the best Jack in the Box I've been to. I'm from Dallas and staying here for the night so I been to a few of them. All of the food came out piping hot and delicious! I had the number 5 Texas Double Jack meal and a 7pc cheddar jalapeños. Honestly, better than Whataburger. There, I said it. It is better and when Jack in the Box is done correctly, it's hard to beat. Saying a lot for this Lil 'ol town. Highly recommend! The "1967" tattoo guy gives great service and ensures the meal is delivered correctly. Only negative is the Freestyle machine was inconsistent so they made the drinks in the back, which isn't a negative really.

One of my favorite fast food places to eat, knocking off a star because it seems every couple of months their prices go up on certain items, like the egg rolls that my wife loves.

I liked the place. It was very friendly. Well, the young man in drive thru was great. However, my order was incomplete! Grrrrrrrrrrrrrr. That happens all over! I recommend this spot.

We ordered a sourdough jack combo and a spicy chicken sandwich combo , both with curly fries... it was fresh and still hot and good when we got home to Wallis to eat, which is nice. Being so far away from places sucks because food is always cold by the time you get home or soggy.... this food wasn't, it was fresh,still crisp and hot!! Well done !!!

I was the only one in line at the drive thru. It was early in the morning so that's understandable. Got a breakfast menu item. Order was accurate and quick. Staff wore masks and they were friendly. Nothing bad to say. Had a good experience for sure.

Ol' Jack In The Crack. What can I say? Wasn't terrible. Wasn't great. Been 5ish years since I've eaten there. Probably be another 5 before I return. Went for the smashed jack. It didn't disappoint. Them curly fries were hot and fresh too. Pretty doggone good. Shout out to the manager & staff. They seemed cool.

My wife and I went for breakfast and our order was not made properly. I have had better experience at this place in the past.

Staff was friendly but doors for dining room were closed and they said it was by mistake so they opened them but this was at round 4pm so they had been closed all day 😳 my order was correct just took a little while. Also they’re not 24/7

Staff should make it a habit to clean up: i.e. : sweep floor, wipe tables; etc...BEFORE TAKING A BREAK! A customer walks in and sees a dirty floor and tables that need to be wiped down; with an employee sitting at the only clean table.

Me and my wife had lunch and the portion of good was good. The inside was not clean and there soda machine was leaking on the floor. The bathroom didn't have soap.

Jack in the box is a fast food restaurant. So what do you really expect. It is way better than McDonald's. The staff is usually more friendly than McDonald's as well. I am a little disappointed that they raised the prices on their two tacos. Anyway

Slow service everytime I come here foods good servers are nice just slow service. This location is not open 24 hours they close early most nights.

The location in Sealy, tx is 24 hours that doesn't run 24 hours if they don't feel like it. They always seem to burn the egg rolls as well.

Everytime I go here the order is never right and no one answered my 2 phone calls to complain if I spend 12.65 on a breakfast combo you would think it would be correct no bacon on my loaded breakfast combo

They were out of coca-cola. This isn't the first time. Food was lukewarm. Speed of service was ok. Slim pickings on other late fast food options.

Food is always fresh and hot, but they are not open 24 hours like it says. They put a written sign on drive thru window saying they are closed but a car is there.

Managers need training. Don't get the Boba. They sell the same stuff at Aldi for half the price in the frozen kit section

I've never had such a terrible burger! I think sawdust has more moisture than the paper thin beef patty did. I even had them add mayo, lettuce, tomato and onion to give it flavor. The fries were slightly warm. There wasn't a clean table to be found for only 2 customers! The floor was sticky. I'll stick with tiny tacos in the drive thru!

Food was not cooked fresh. The tacos and hamburger tasted old and not prepared at the time of my order. The personnel could have cared less if we were there to order or not. This is the Sealy Jack n the Box! The manager needs to train his personnel better to prepare fresh food for orders.

It’s 9:20 and we were already waiting in the drive thru for 10min when one of the employees come out to say they are closed. They did apologize but it’s 40min before 10pm??

This place says open 24 hrs but everytime I have been there after 11 pm they are closed or only have fried food because they dont have anyone who can work the grill. My order was wrong and really salty (fries) I order an orange juice and got a vanilla ice coffe..I took it as I was frustrated that the person taking my oder was being difficult. I also order a chicken sandwich but...was kinda disappointed on it . I used to eat them all the time as a kid and on other locations. But what honestly was the downside of it all ...the fries 🍟 those fries ( I got two medium) were really really salty.

Went at lunch time burgers were thrown together and the store was shuffling out food. I ask them to make me a different burger that was the same price. And the lady wanted to argue she did make it it was disgusting the burger didn’t even a little bit look like the picture 1 piece of bacon not 4 like the pic had no lettuce 1 little tomato you couldn’t see it was all around gross but the curly fries and the tea was good

Normally I go through the drive thru but today we went inside to order. And while the girl who took our order was friendly. The establishment was very filthy. Food all over the floor. Bugs at the base of the walls. Every table was dirty with food particles, and the trash cans extremely full. I would understand this if it was busy. But they were dead when we got there and the staff was just hanging out conversating. After seeing the state of the inside of this establishment I can only imagine the state of the kitchen. We decided to cancel our order and leave. Also, I'm sad to say we will not be going back to it.

Order 4 meal and I was short 2 fries and I asked for some bbq and sweet&sour sauce and I didn’t get them ! The two fries I did get looked like old fries that been refried and were hard ! All the employees their were nice except this one girl who never fill up my fries they were always half way full and was kinda rude .I don’t think I will be going back to This jack in the box anymore !

This is where I go instead of McDonalds. They have 2 specials going. One is a hamburger meal, with fries & a drink, for I think $4.00. The other one is a bacon cheeseburger meal for $5.00. Of course this is plus tax.It is always cold in the winter & summer if dine in. This may only be a Christmas special. There are times I don't like their specials so I go elsewhere.

3:10 am. And they're not answering the drive thru. This always happens. Always. Went to whataburger instead. UPDATE: tried to again the next day, at 2am this time. Same deal. No one answers the drive thru, one car in the parking lot. Once again, ended up at whataburger.

Update your store hours or quit being lazy! It’s 10:30pm on a Tuesday and it says 24hrs on google. I waited several minutes in the drive through hoping someone would take my order but nothing happened. Thank you Whataburger for actually being 24hrs!!!!

The couple of times I've been to this JITB, they have been closed. Very dissapointed. Seriously, what is the deal? Good location. Scrap the whole crew and hire responsible people. Have corporate (Jack) step in and clean up the restaurant. Jack in the box sells itself, it's not bad tasting food. It's inconvenient having to drive 30 minutes to get my JINB fix. Get it together corporate @jackinthebox. UPDATE: things WERE improving , sadly this past weekend I returned to and it was closed on a Saturday evening! Such a disappointment! We ordered no buns, no onions and when we got the 2 burgers what did we have? Buns and onions! I'm guessing they don't know how to read the kiosk they made us order from?

Is it too much to ask that when I come at 11 o'clock at night after a long hard day at work.. And I ordered tacos, that they actually be fresh and not cold. And when I say cold, I mean cold stale and disgusting every time lately. You guys need to get your act together seriously. I ordered a breakfast sandwich that was nice and hot. I ordered tacos they were cold stale and disgusting again..I'm pissed. Guess what, I work too.. But what's even more pathetic is that I just tried to call because I can't make a complaint on the website. Shame on you, Jack in the box. Shame on you but when I try to call the number, it went straight to a message that sad. Sorry, this number does not have a voicemail set up. Did not even ring, so that means they don't even answer... Don't even waste your time coming to this jack in the box they are trash...
