I had an awesome experience at Buffalo Wild Wings thanks to our server, Michelle. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Drinks stayed full, food came out exactly right, and she had such a positive attitude the whole time. You can tell she really cares about giving great service. Easily one of the best experiences I’ve had here. If you get Michelle as your server, you’re in great hands.

This was my 1st time there, heard you can watch sports on big screens. The boneless wings were meh at best, somehow didn't taste like 100% chicken. Actual wings were pretty good, though. Not all beers listed were available to order, my first 2 choices weren't. Wish there were more sports fans to join in on the fun, though, most patrons were there to simply enjoy a meal, so sort of dampened my enthusiasm. I think the service could be better, but seemed like the 2 different servers were attending to a lot of tables, so their attention was diluted, they were nice enough though, so that helps - a smile and politeness. Not sure if this is going to be a repeat destination, but I might order wings to go if I'm hosting a crowd at home.

I recently ate at Buffalo Wild Wings and had a great experience. The wings were cooked perfectly—crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and coated in flavorful sauces. I tried a mix of classic and boneless wings with sauces like Honey BBQ, Mango Habanero, and Spicy Garlic, and each one had a perfect balance of heat and flavor. The atmosphere was lively, with plenty of TVs showing sports, making it a great spot to hang out. The service was friendly and fast, and the drinks were cold and refreshing. Definitely a go-to place for wings and a good time!

Visiting from Quebec. Some of the good wings we've had! We went for the dry-rub sal & vinegar and the pepper & lemon wings, wow very tasty! Service was also nice, thank you. The only down side (and the reason for the non 5/5 stars), is the price. We found the meal to be costy for chicken wings. But they were good!

I was there early lunch on a Friday, no host but bartender saw me and I sat at the bar. Got my drink and food quickly, portions were a little smaller than I remember and the Philly cheese steak was a little weak on ingredients. Food was warm, fries were fresh and everything was clean.

Not my first experience at this location. Probably not the last. B-Dubs has one major thing going for it, it’s consistency. One always knows what to expect from their wings and it rarely, ever deviates. The low lit ambiance, coupled with the testosterone fueled televisions create an experience where boredom is the enemy and viewing options are the street dealers. The staff always seem courteous and professional. The restrooms had some litter on the floor, but that’s to be expected when the clientele are beer guzzling, men turned boys, screaming at the televisions with team loyalty. One bit of advice, order off the online menu/app if at all possible. That’s where the best deals are and lowest prices. Don’t believe me? We forgot to order a drink for my wife. She ordered a soda. It cost $4.49 FOR A DRAFT SODA. On the app, it’s 1.99. You could literally order two online for the price of one in store and have nearly fifty cents left over! When we brought that to the staff’s attention, while apologetic, there was ‘nothing they could do about it’ It’s those types of shady price differences that disintegrate brand loyalty. There are plenty of places to watch sports, eat wings, and have beer. BWW isn’t so high in the mountaintop of quality that they can afford to disenfranchise their customers. Especially in an economy where people no longer have discretional income. Btw. I’ve had nearly every hot sauce featured on YouTube’s Hot Ones show. The Blazin Knockout from BWW’s will remind you the next day just how hot it was originally. Devil’s kiss.

Really great wings. Well seasoned. This is for all bww locations - I really wish they disclosed other ingredients in their sauces/dry rubs. We got the salt and vinegar dry rubbed wings and they were good, but it’s clear that salt and vinegar aren’t the only ingredients which is disappointing. I don’t want the extra additives and sugar.

Food was good, The people there were very nice. Wasn't too crowded at all. Add the avocado bacon Burger and was very very good. I also recommend onion rings, very good. They had no coffee or tea, but that is OK

I order here too much… mainly because my family likes it. If I had to guess, they mess up my order around 90% of the time. I always know to check the food while I am at the restaurant and the manager always makes sure that they fix the order… but I can’t believe how often they get the order wrong.

The food was good, habanero sauce and chicken wings were good. The problem is we were seated after 10 mins even though the place was half empty, maybe let your customers wait at the table? It then took long to take the order once at the table, that seems an extremely long time from door to food for a few chicken wings and a half empty establishment.

As soon as I came in, I was seated by a host that was very personable and friendly enough. Eventually, the server came over and took my drink order. I ordered traditional chicken wings with barbecue sauce. In addition to cheese curds. I had to repeat it two or three times because he tried to place the order in his iPad. One of the staff tried to serve me french fries, that I didn’t order. When My chicken, wings and curry came. I noticed that the wings were way overcooked and there was just a small drizzle of barbecue sauce on them. Couple of the wings were so overcooked I couldn’t eat the whole thing. if you’re coming in here to watch sporting events, they got it covered because there must be 25 TVs mounted on the wall visible from everywhere in the room.

Couldn't balance their TVs to show some baseball on the lady day of the season with divisions on the line. Many TVs seemed to have the same game that nobody was paying attention to. They need to manage their programs better.

I ordered online for take out and always receive what I order but today was not it everything about the order was incorrect none of the wing flavors were correct or the type of wings I asked for & I also only got a few pieces of fries like they just threw whatever! I would have gone back to get a refund or my right order but I live in King City I was just in Sand City for appointments & errands. I also thought maybe I ordered the wrong thing but I checked my receipt and everything was correct so I’m not sure why I wasn’t given the right order. I’ve never had a problem with BWW but this time was just not it and I was not happy!! 😏😡

Just go to Salinas. They don’t answer their phones. EVER. the service is the slowest service out of anywhere I’ve been. And you can’t ever order ahead since they don’t answer the calls. The staff is rude and food is always cold.

Everytime I come here and order for pickup, I have to wait over 45-55 minutes for a single order of tenders, while the webiste says my order will be ready in 20 minutes. I go when its not busy too so I have no idea whats taking them so long everytime. Sometimes a portion of the food is cold too. Last time I will ever come here, the kitchen staff needs to be replaced ASAP.

Has to be one of the slowest buffalo wild wings I have ever been to. An order of 15 wings takes over 25 minutes. Tons of staff standing around doing nothing. Asked how much longer; guy at front is jot empathetic and just said to wait 5-10 more mins. I asked how long does it normally take for 15 wings and he just shrugged and said it depends.

Won't be going back to this location again at this point. The last 3 times ive gone ive had bad service, wrong orders, cold wings, everyone at the table was served but 1 and wings came out cold again when the last order arrived nearly 10 minutes after the table was served and it was a slow time of day maybe a total of 6 to 8 tables with small groups. I used to prefer this location over salinas even with the extra drive time since its typically less crowded so faster seating time but id rather wait longer on a table for better service at this point.

DO NOT i repeat DO NOT go here unless u wanna wait hours for ur food to be made or get any help at all. Went here for the first time and regretted it i placed a pickup order it said it was ready so i went and nothing just one guy standing in the pickup section and he said he was waiting for 1 hour and 30 already for his food and no one was checking up on him so i waited a little (15 minutes to be exact) and then i went to get help the lady whos doing the orders in the front rolled her eyes and looked so annoyed with me asking for help i told her i was waiting for 30 minutes already and a guy there had 2 hours of waiting and then she said she had to help the customers coming in first (whats the point of ordering ahead then and also i ordered it when i was in the next town over bc i wanna give restaurants time to make the items that way i dont have to wait a long time 😭) mind u they didnt stop coming in ppl just kept pouring in and no one helped us so save urself the trouble go to another wing spot instead i now i will from now on never again bdubs....

I ordered the $13.00 lunch deal during lunch hours, but I was charged $26.20 instead. Additionally, I did not receive the fries or drink that come with the meal. Despite being the only group in the restaurant, we experienced a long wait to receive our orders. When I brought up the issue to the waitress, she claimed she didn’t hear me specify the lunch deal or notice me pointing to it on the menu (the $13.00 10-wing deal). Rather than helping me resolve the problem, she told me I would need to speak with the manager and showed no willingness to assist further.

Horrible!! Really! You messed up 80% of my order you remake it and its cold, ugly,chincy. With zero apology that I had to come back for this crap. NEVER again. How dare BW3s charge these prices for disgusting fried goods in old oil.
