We had the best service at chilis tonight. Brittany was a great server. Very attentive and kind! We had a fantastic time and will be coming back.

Fast attentive service with a smile… came on a Mon night at 9pm, we were seated at a booth by the bar. Our waitress was experienced and knew what she was doing, watched her tend to many tables at once. Food was Chilis food , what we expected and satisfying. Good road stop.

This was one of the best experiences we’ve had at a Chili’s, I came here with my son and daughter and they seated us immediately and were very attentative, we ordered our appetizers and they came out undercooked but our waitress and management got us a new set and took care of our entire bill in response to this slight inconvenience. It was pure generosity and we made sure to return the favor. From the sweet staff to management, this was a great experience. Thanks for making our day! 😊

My husband I come here about every other week and sit at the bar. We have always had great service and food everytime. The bartender always greets us with a smile and makes us feel welcome. We have always enjoyed coming here and will continue to.

To be honest, we didn't know what to expect. Hadn't been here in a long time. But today we were pleasantly surprised! The food was delicious and fresh, their lava cake with ice-cream is simply amazing. Our waitress was so nice! The only minor complaint is that my guacamole was brownish,which means it sat in the fridge before making it to the table. But everything else was great.

As usual, this place never disappoints! Went here with my family the other week we got a table almost immediately. Then the food and drinks came along quickly while the restaurant was getting more packed, not interrupting the service! Wish I remembered the servers name cause I would give her a shout out for always checking up on us and other customers every chance she got!

I was amazed by this place. Usually chain restaurants are mediocre at best. This one was NOT! My server was just FABULOUS! Always there checking on us and his other tables. He was very quick with refills. This guy was working it! Back of house was bringing their A game too. I had barely ordered when out came my appetizer. Three minutes later, my dinner companions' appetizers were on the table Everything was exactly as we ordered it. Then BOOM! Out popped our dinner orders. Again, just like we ordered and cooked perfectly, presented beautifully, and piping hot! A great meal to end a great day with friends!

Wonderful Christmas Eve experience! The staff was wonderful from the sweet hostess to Eldred and the mgr. They were all busy and hard working and very sweet. We were so impressed! Delicious dinner. A great visit on our trip and we are so grateful!

Wonderful time! The food was great. Some things just didn't hit as much as others. I have zero complaints besides one person in my party asked for no onions at all, but there were tons of onions with his meal. Other than that, everything was spot on. Our server, Robin, was amazing. He got to us quickly and checked on us throughout the meal. Very nice and helpful. He even helped me pick out my meal since I was stumped on what to get. Overall, great experience and I'd love to go again.

Kiera was AMAZING tonight. Awesome attitude, friendly, and didn't make us feel rushed - even though she was training someone. Understood our medical needs for not having spicy food - explained the new queso and the spice level to us, which was super helpful. Our order was correct for EVERYONE, which happens rarely anywhere you go these days, and came out super fast and hot.

Food was delicious rib meat came right off the bone. Our server she was extremely helpful.

Don't know why the restaurant is rated at 3.8. The service is amazing (Example: The waitress by mistake spilled a minimal amount of water and she quickly corrected herself, making the service amazing even with some errors), the food is really good (Example: Taste buds), and the atmosphere was fit for a dine in (Example: There wasn't a bunch of noise and the lighting and decoration fits with eating.).

I was roadtripping on the freeway when I wanted something to eat, so I was glad to stop by this Chilis location. I was promptly seated to a booth and the server tended me right away. I had to get the chips and salsa while I had to wait and guess what? My Chicken Crispers came in pretty quickly, warm, and fresh! The quality of both the meal and the service was top-notch! And it’s a great one too Food: 8.5/10 The food quality was good, but it felt a bit “warm”, not entirely hot. I’m sure that’s because I was with a party and they brought everyone’s food out together. The dragon fruit lemonade was spectacular, I could drink it for days, definitely a recommendation! Service 9.5/10 Service was great! Refills were timely and our waitress was very nice, no complaints there at all! Atmosphere: 10/10 The atmosphere is great, very cozy and very roomy. Had a great time with my church family here!

We are not usually ones to eat at chain restaurants l, but our son suggested it, so that's where we went. I couldn't tell you the last time we were in a chili's, but this chicken will make us come back. Our son suggested the chicken strips or whatever they are called. I liked his a bit better because they had a lot of sauce but not so much that they were swimming in it. The fries are addicting! I couldn't stop eating them. The broccoli was good but lacked flavor. We will be back for this chicken!

Wasn’t too busy walked right in and were seated. Our server was excellent in the bar area. Drinks came out quick. Took an appetizer order chips and salsa. That salsa is really good. But again our server was on top of it. More chips refills before we ever had to ask. Food came out and all orders were right. Even better was they all tasted as good as they looked. Would stop here in again next time on the way to see family.

This was my third visit to this particular Chili’s. As before, they are understaffed, just like other businesses in this area. We waited a few minutes to be greeted and seated (about 5 minutes.) The service and food were really good. My husband had the pick three appetizer platter. I had the lunch combo of southwest chicken soup and turkey club. I could eat that soup all day long! Very friendly.

We loved our latest visit to this location! While the building itself could use some attention we were pleased with the staff! Both Mallory and our server Victoria were amazing! Mallory had some lovely suggestions when we asked her and even came back to ensure we were liking it. Victoria was so kind and attentive! She was an A+ waitress. 4 stars for the building and 5 for the staff!

It wasn't a bad visit. However, it wasn't anything special. Service was a 7 out of 10. Food was a 6.5 out of 10. It was kinda annoying that the ketchup bottle in our table was empty, as well as the 3 tables around us, and none of the tables had salt and pepper.

Brought out my Best friend for some drinks for her birthday. Coconut margarita & tropical sunrise, Tito’s Punch was my favorite. Tried a few different ones and they were all so good! We also had the triple dipper with the Buffalo bites,sliders, and the chicken crispers. Our appetizer did take a bit to come out but our bartender kept up with our drinks.

I've noticed in the past year this chilis in seguin has greatly improved as far as the food, and the overall value is awesome, however I was not aware of chilis not providing curbside anymore in seguin this is a problem that needs to be addressed, and will influence my future choices for to-go restaurants. Has a great experience here. The server was friendly and attentive. He checked on us regularly and refilled drinks without us having to ask. The Southwestern egg roll appetizers were tasty. We has tried bone in wings which were crisp and juicy. The bacon avocado chicken breast sandwich on a buttery role was fantastic. We also had chicken quesadillas which were delicious. Only complaint I had is there was a lot of paper trash on the bathroom floor. I'd definitely eat here again.

At first, I was not happy. We had already been waiting for 10 minutes when the host told us that we had to wait outside. There was nobody else waiting to be served, we all had our mask, including my 15 month old, so it was really annoying to be told to wait outside. After another 10 minutes of waiting outside in 90 degree weather, I asked the host how much longer did we have to wait because it was really hot outside for my child to wait. They then seated us within a minute of me looking really upset. The service itself was slow. There were 2 waitresses that overpassed us before a third waitress came over and asked us if someone was helping us. She was attentive and was trying to make things comfortable for us and I really appreciated that. The food at this Chili’s was really great! I have no complaints about that. We had the Santa Fe and Big Boss burgers with fries. Overall, the only reason why I’m giving three stars was because the food saved the experience.

The food was okay. I had a salad that was fresh and delicious. And the chicken fajitas and the corn on the cob. Everything was a bit spicy, and the corn was over seasoned. You couldn't taste anything but spice. The waitress was quick and attentive. There was someone else circling and checking on tables. It was unclear if they were a manager or just other staff. It was nice that they were checking in with tables, but several times the conversation I was having with my coworker was interrupted. So it was a little awkward.

Food was good. Things were clean. Staff was, however, more interested in disappearing. The waitress was decently nice but the second I paid and was waiting for her to come back so I could ask her a question and possibly buy a to go order of chips and salsa, she avoided me and the table next to me (which was hers) for 15m until I left.

Got the burger and fries. The burger was extremely greasy and made the bun very soggy. I ended up eating the patty separate. The fries were way over seasoned. The tea was fairly good. Waitress was quick with refills and not overly crowded.

As expected. Menu most definitely needs to be updated. It’s been years. Get real butter and ditch the horrible oils poured on the steaks and other items. It’s my go to for work.

I went to the seguin location today (5/20) at around 8:30 and me and a few others weren’t ever even properly greeted. The hostess(a blond cakey white girl) threw her hands up and rolled her eyes as she saw us open the door and she quickly ran to the back. We felt unwanted and even uncomfortable as we waited a few minutes for another hostess to seat us. During our meal the original hostess continued to stare us down and laugh at us with another employee while pointing. Needless to say we were far to uncomfortable to finish our meal, and as a manager myself, I am flabbergasted and disappointed. I do want to say that our actual server Traci, was an absolute delight and I’m disheartened to know that a server of such professionalism has to share a work space of others that do not meet the same level.

Food was great, keep your eyes on your table. While at the bar I was looking around and there is food stains all the way to the roof. Dust everywhere even a few dust hangers ready to fall. We have only visited in the evening and never noticed the cleanliness of the place till visiting during the day.

It's Chili's..... never disappointed yet never overly impressed. They serve a purpose; needed dinner no one wanted to cook. prices are good when needing to feed a family with teenagers.

This place seems to be too locally oriented for a national chain on a national interstate. This was my second visit, but my first time dining at this restaurant. My first time was a year or two ago when I stopped by at about 6:30 pm and was told that we would have a 30 to 45 minutes wait. We left after watching others seated for almost two hours as we sat on a broken bench out front. This time, we got a table in 20 minutes, The problem was with the waitress attitude. My wife ordered a fajita special with chicken and shrimp. I asked her why she didn't get the trio with beef for a couple more dollars. But when she asked the waitress, who had just take÷n her order, she was told it's too late to change the order. For the rest of the evening, we were ignored, while the waitress waited on a table of her friends who came in after we did and were eating 15 minutes before we were served.

I try not to order steam bc they can never ever cook it right, but sun night out with the girls so I ordered the 10oz sirloin med rare. With shrimp. I even told the server that it’s been an ongoing issue about the cook if the steak, she talked to the kitchen etc. it comes, well done. They already cut into it, and sent it out to me. I sent it back, explaining what I ordered and what I’d liked plz, med rare. So they refired it, gave me my sides , and 6-7 min later it comes (shrimp is now cold on the side of the steak), and steak is still not med rare. Juicy pink center. No I keep getting grey brown center. Granted it was more tender then the previous but I really like my steaks med rare :/ they comped it, the end. But really though, someone who can cook a steak would be nice in that establishment. Esp with the high prices, we hate wasting our $…

This was the first time dining in at this location. And we had ordered an appetizer along with our meal. Our main course came before our appetizer. We waited for a long minute even at that. Just to see that when our food arrived it was cold. I had ordered my food customized and didn't even give it to me the way i ordered it. Wasn't happy

We were there 2 hours we'll never get back. One royal mess up after another... Worst is the fact that the order was never put in until we complained after waiting 45 minutes for food...then we were not given the 3 For Me Special and were charged twice as much as it should have been. All the problems and waiting we experienced the manager did nothing to alleviate the issues... Also...They changed the batter on the chicken crispers and it is now horrible. Could not enjoy my dinner. The lighting has been replaced with what looks like LED lighting making it more fluorescent in the dining room. Chili's...do better...once Applebee's comes in you are gonna be in more trouble. Good Luck

Haven't been to a Chili's in a while and things seemed to have aged pretty poorly. Wobbly tables, dirty booth seats, slow service without removing dirty dishes, and sub quality food have solidified my desire to not return to any Chili's again. 😱 Chips were dripping with grease, salsa seemed watered down, and overall bland entrees made me regret giving it a shot. I know and understand most of this food comes frozen from a bag, but I wish it was prepared with a little more effort for the price. For two people we spent 50 in total (we didn't even get an alcoholic beverage!) and I wish I had gone somewhere else at the end of the experience.

Went in to eat and have a beer. Was alone so I sat at the bar, where only 3 other couples were at. I was totally ignored by the waitress until I finally signaled another waitress and asked for help. The waitress then took my drink order, served my beer, and dissappear ed again. After 20 mins or so, I once again got her attention, got my ck, and left. Terrible service. I never ate.

Always wait at least 5 minutes until host(ess) even shows up to the front. Drinks take longer than six minutes (just for water) Cleanliness: dirty tables and dirty floors in bar area. They only seem to clean the table after a new customer sits at a dirty table.

When there’s a big red chilli pepper on a building and in the name, you would expect that asking for a couple of jalopeno slices or any kind of spicy pepper would be no problem. We were not told sorry we don’t have any, instead we got sure… 5 min later we were told the order was put in the kitchen. I didn’t want them prepared in any way just added to my spicy margarita that was lacking the spicy part. By the time we finished eating and drinking the peppers never arrived even though we asked about it a couple more times. Instruct your waitstaff to say sorry we don’t have it. It’s ok to say no. Bring this up at your next Corporate Board meeting.

We reside in a nearby town and stopped in for what we anticipated would be a quick meal. However, it took an inordinate amount of time to receive our food, and the kitchen ran out of their guacamole supply for the fajitas. Furthermore, our appetizers were served concurrently with our meal, rather than beforehand. The cups provided were cracked and dirty, the fajitas were undercooked and lacked seasoning. Our waiter, Brayden, was courteous and apologetic regarding the kitchen's mishaps. We were ultimately disappointed with our experience. Nevertheless, the establishment did comp our appetizers, which were satisfactory. They weren’t busy so I’m assuming they had a rush before hand. Hopefully it’s better if we ever decide to visit again.

I ate the fried but couldn’t make it through the cold black bean burger. I was put on hold for over 10 minutes. Finally walked to the location from the truck stop down the street and watched them loafing. Was told to go to the bar where I was not acknowledged. The short, dark haired hostess is extremely rude and dismissive. We walked in to a half empty restaurant and were not met with a 'Hello' or smile. We asked for a seating accommodation and she seemed quite bothered by this for whatever reason. When we were being walked towards our new table not one word was said. We hadn’t even reached the table yet when she abruptly threw the menus down and walked away. Very rude.

Waited for 5 minutes in ToGo area. 7 people in the back of the kitchen looked my way. Instead of addressing the customer they just stood there and talked amongst themselves. Finally a female manager in blue walked up and gave me the order. Very Poor service and the back of the house looked extra messy and the floors were sticky.

We asked for a specific seating arrangement. They told us is was going to be a 10-15 wait because the person working that area was going to need to clean the tables. We were willing to wait. They had a staff member come and say she could come and help get the tables ready so we could be seating and the manager and made a smart remark and did not allow her to help set the tables and said we could wait the 15 min.

The wait staff brought the correct order for the person at the bar and I’m sure they gave me the order that was placed in front of another guest for 15 minutes. I know because the quesadillas were cold. Needless to say I was quite disgusted.

The restaurant is empty and I am watching people waiting at the door for 30 minutes while I wait 25 minutes for my drinks. The server is cleaning her section instead of seating customers or giving us our teas. Our food came out and we ordered the smokehouse combos which come with ranch. Then our server was stacking chairs cleaning up her section while we were still waiting for 20 minutes to eat our food on the table because there was no ranch. Then I asked the hostess to bring us some ranch. Then our server raged out and set ranch cups on our table half full and sighed at us. At this point a tip is not an option. Training is strongly needed and a management review is necessary. I didn't see the manager on the floor the whole time I was there lmao. These kids do whatever they want lol. Only good thing is the kitchen staff are on point. Our food was good 👍. Most terrible restaurant service I've ever experienced.

I ordered curbside. I tipped a couple bucks because I figured they're bringing it to my car. They don't have curbside. I go in to get my order, it is sitting on the rack. Woman asked what's my name, I said my order is right here on the rack, I just need some A1 sauce. She rolled her eyes and went back to whatever it was she was doing. Eventually another girl comes up to me, who was nice, and she did go get me some A1 sauce. It took her a while but she did it. I can't believe I tipped these people anything. Never again.

This is the last time we will be visiting this location. The food was cold (again), the service was terrible and he barely checked on us, and the server didn't even offer to get the manager to do anything for us. Me and my roommate also feel sick from the food. Not to mention the service was horrible and he didn't even seemed like he cared. It wasn't busy at all either. Like if you're going to work in the restaurant industry, at least pretend you care.

We waited for 10 min to get seated! Waitress saw and just looked at us crazy! Finally manager saw us and told her to wait on us!!! Place is dirty tables!! We received food in a timely manner, but food was cold !!! So yea I’m through with this place!! Always came here cause it was closer, but never again!!! Very disappointed ☹️ And will not be recommending this place to anyone !!

There were 6 in our group. We arrived around 2pm on a Monday. It wasn’t busy at all. However, we waited around 10 minutes to be seated. In that time, no one even acknowledged us standing there. It was as if we didn’t exist. The table we were seated at was dirty. There was still bits of food all over from the previous people which was gross. Our waitress acted like she was kinda put out by us being there. She was not very attentive at all. Our food took awhile to come out, and when it did, it wasn’t very warm. We had got guacamole as a starter, and that took ages to come out as well. Our waitress never visited our table to make sure we had what we needed. We had to flag down another (miserable) waitress to ask if we could have more drinks. Our waitress seemed to be going to other tables but not ours for some reason. When it came time to pay, we paid by cash. She acted surprise when I said I wanted change. (No way she was getting a $40 tip!) she also forgot to bring a to go box like we asked her. All in all, just avoid this place. The staff is miserable, the place is dirty, and the food takes forever to arrive and when it does arrive, it’s not even very warm.

They no longer do curbside pickup, ordered online it now tells you to walk in when they text you order is ready. However you will not receive a text regarding your order. You will have to stand in line to ask for your order. Inside pickup and take out orders only

Ordered the surf and turf. The turf ribeye was tough, the surf tasted fishy, the queso was burned, our chips were crumbs, we didn’t get our appetizer, the margarita was pure sugar, the bathrooms smelled like armpits, we had to wait for beer, overall very poor experience.

This location is right off the highway ,some ppl traveling on I-10 get off the highway just to grab a bite here , ppl like me - I walked in at 10:04 pm - place closes at 11, I ordered a beer and a burger - 10 min after I ordered the bartender ,came up to me and said last call for alcohol ,my burger took about 25 min to make , all the staff we're putting up all chairs n sweeping and mopping , - looked like they were rushing the ppl still dining to hurry up and finished .so I just asked for a to go box - THEY SUCK ,I didn't even finished my mushroom swiss burger n had to chug my beer bc LOOKED like they wanted to leave exactly at 11 pm -- WILL NEVER come here again

I would not give them a 1 star if it were an option. I ordered online, got there timely, my food had been given to someone else. I was told that they couldn't remake my order timely due to other parties ahead of me. I told her due to their mistake my order should be rushed and she told me it would not be and that inside tables had up to an hour wait. I was not happy it was already after 7. I decided on a refund of my $70 order to which manager Daniella told me would take 5-7 business days. I was not offered a complimentary meal, desert anything. She was cold in front of my anger. I explained this was my anniversary meal and was not happy. I will not be using your app again because I will not be spending my money at this Chilis or any other one again.

Some of the worst service I've ever had. I'm a bartender myself, so I typically try to look for any reason my service might not be great like it's busy or I order something complicated. The server (Michelle) came and took my order I let her know I was allergic to tomatoes. She then brought out my food with marinara on the plate. I didn't see her again until after I paid and was filling out the survey. I wanted to pay cash, but since she never came back I ended up using my card. Since I was typing what happened in my survey she came back and asked me what I was typing. I let her know I was upset I couldn't get a box for my food because she never came back let alone a refill for my drink which was empty half of my meal. I still tipped her 15% which was way more than she deserved only because I know she has to tip out a bartender. My food was hot and was consistent with other locations. There are a lot of other places in the area I recommend trying those instead.

DO NOT GO DURING THE DAY THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT TO DO! Did one order around 11:30am and took 20 minutes for one person order. Came back around 2:20pm for a similar order and they couldn't figure out how to finish a kids order. NEVER AGAIN

People I would absolutely not recommend this place this crazy worst service I have ever gotten in a restaurant I hate manger Dee she refused to help me didn’t even come to see me. She had poor employee coming to talk me I wanted to talk to her acting like she was some famous movie star that can’t even come out of her office.Embarrassing.Then employee was fired on the spot.That is crazy save your time don’t show up keep managers out these out of business and get her fired now. The employee that got fired did her job better. Corporate should have her at home. 😡

The service here really needs to be visited. I thought the staff was bad. The manager in the back was even worse. He is rude . They made the mistake and made me feel as i did something wrong.
