I hit the buffet up with the kids. None of the pizzas seemed fresh out the oven. Like they were waiting for a bit before they got served up.

It was amazingly clean inside!! Clean games and cute lighting, so it makes a great date place. They gave us a refund cause the wings took long and still gave us fresh wings. Both wings amd pizza tasted amazing.

Great Place for Birthday Parties and for the Kiddos to have some Fun!

It is very clean and the service there is really good. I love their pizza it is very delicious. They have multiple game choices and it is always fun there. Sometimes you can even get discounts on pizza and or use coupons. It's a perfect place to bring your family or even for a birthday party. They have tables right by the games and I think that's perfect. If you maybe run out of coins you can go play in the playground. The only thing about the playground is that it smells like feet bit that's the only downside. I honestly think it is so fun. Adults can even have fun with the games. The kitchen and the floors are always very clean. In my opinion it is amazing!

People were great. We came for a birthday party and the workers seem dedicated to make sure everything flows smoothly and that's a plus. The pizza tastes like you think it would but if you have kids then this is a great place to take them. All of my kiddos loved it and we'll be going back.

This place was better than I expected. We celebrated our kids birthday here and invited her class. Everyone had fun, the pizza was great, and the entire area is wide open so it's easy to keep an eye on the kids while they play. The game area was a little small, but still had a good selection.

Had a birthday party for my 5 year old here- she loves this place. I normally wouldn't enjoy a "chuck e cheese-ish" type of place (way too many kids and germs, lol) but they surprised me. Clean dining room and game room. Not outrageously expensive, and to my surprise the pizza was not too shabby. We set up our own party in the dining room since they were totally booked and it worked out perfectly. Staff was friendly and manager was super helpful! Would do it again for sure

Came for my nephews birthday. He had an amazing time as did my other nephew and niece. We all loved the games. I spent quite a bit but totally worth it to see their smiles. Food was good, far better then I had thought. Pretty sure if drank a pitcher of soda. Fun times :D

We had a team party here on 9/7/2023. The store party coordinator (Robert) was very helpful through out the party, and pizza was delicious! The party package price was very reasonable. No need to clean up after the party!!!!

My daughter and I stopped by on a whim on Vday. It was pretty empty. The girls had tested making a heart pizza and asked if we wanted it (I did pay for a large pepperoni) and I said yes. It was comparable to the large plus it was Vday and she did a great job on it! She made my day. The restaurant was clean and service was awesome!

My son had his 7th birthday party here mid March. The price, for 15 kids, was really reasonable - $30 deposit and pay the rest on the day of the party. It was less than $200. Plus it came with 4 pizzas and 4 pitchers. They provide a hostess for your party, which is great! They also give you ice cream for the party, which is great if a kid doesn't want cake/cupcakes. Definitely doing this again next year!

My friend had made reservations for her kid's birthday party. Something about this place just seems to make it stress relieving when you have a party here, and maybe it's just allowing your kids to be kids without feeling like there's danger everywhere. But it's a safe environment, clean, and the employees are courteous. Also if you forget anything to add on your birthday party, don't worry. You can add on to the list and they will let you know how much more it will cost

Great place to take the kiddos either for parties or just a treat. The arcade games entertain the kids and the pizza is surprisingly good for the parents. I had the wings also while I was there. They were supposed to be buffalo style but there was no sauce on them. But they were surprisingly moist and tasty without the sauce. The staff was exceptional and helpful. My grandkids would probably pick this place to go again if given a choice.

Food is always fresh, party helpers are always attentive & on point. Managers always out on the floor making sure guests are good. Thinking of planning my sons next bday there.

I'm typically not one to leave reviews, but the manager Robert and his team over at PPP in NB deserve to be recognized! My wife grew up eating PPP in her hometown, however, since moving to Austin its a nostalgic craving she gets (especially now being pregnant!) Every now and again well make the hour plus round trip to get our fix of PPP, and EVERYTIME we leave happy because they are consistently delivering the BEST pizza, fun, and service! Thank you Robert for being the leader you are and ensuring your team lives up to consistently delivering excellent customer service! Its hard to come by nowadays!

There's nothing like a good Peter Piper Pizza. This one kept up with the bathrooms when we went and the floor spot checkers we're on top of their game. Very difficult to do when you got kids running around everywhere so I tip my hat to them.

I live in Austin and it's worth the drive to go 40 min to New Braunfels to get my PPP fix.

We came here for my Neice's birthday party. I wasn't really expecting much because, well...Peter Piper. I must say I was pleasantly surprised! The place was very clean, the games looked new and all were in working order with lights and great graphics. It wasn't total chaos like I thought it would be. I got the thin crust Veggie pizza, and it was ok. I also got the house salad, which was fresh. The kids' pizzas looked great, and they loved them. Our host/server did a fantastic job and took really great care of us. I think his name was Danny or Donny. We'd definitely go back.

Pretty cool place for a 5yr old Bday!!! Our host Edward was Awesome!! We forgot plates, candles, cake cutter, and plates!!! No problem there!! Edward hooked us up on the fly!! I definitely recommend Peter Piper Pizza for a lil tykes birthday party!!!

I have lived on the east coast on and off since 2007- let me set this record straight - THERE IS NO EAST COAST PIZZA THAT COMES CLOSE TO THAT OF PPP. Every time I come to Austin I drive down to New Braunfels and pick up a pizza for my trip back to NYC. YES, I walk through security, the terminals and my flight with a large pepperoni pizza.

Very fun place for the family. I loved the variety of games also. It was like chuck-e-cheese 5.0! You can even host birthday parties here as well as any celebratory occasions! They have large tables with more than enough space for friends and family to join! The reloadable cards were great too! And the games weren't too pricey (points wise) so the kids got to rack up a good amount of points! I appreciate that it isn't a time card just points only! So we could go and enjoy our lunch and return back to games at our leisure! The bathrooms were very clean as well when we were here! Over fun place to bring family and friends!

I love Peter Piper Pizza, I've been going to this location specifically for years now. Their pizza is always yummy, it's my favorite out of all the big pizza chains. Lately I've been using their app to order to skip the wait time and to earn rewards to buy some of the cinnamon bread, and it's always worked smoothly and efficiently at this location. I especially like to come during weekdays because it's less busy, it made for a fun pizza and lego date night the other day.

Keep in mind this place is still using the paper tickets and coins. That’s the only reason it lost a star for me. The buffet is pizza and salad. Cinnamon sticks are worth the price of admission. Smaller gaming area than most arcades but the cleanliness of this place is above par. Also tip, the lids for the cups are nailed to the side wall of the drinks

The kids AND all the adults had a blast. Winning tickets became a fun competition. Our 3 year old grand daughters party lasted just under 4hrs, we were having so much fun! The crew was very accommodating.

A great place to host birthday parties for children. We have held many of our children's birthday parties here. It is so easy, you get your own party host, they pretty much handle everything for you! The kids love the variety of games here.

Well, best way to describe this place is it's Chuckie Cheese for older kids! My son just had his 14th bday party here and he and his friends had a blast. I was able to leave them alone at the location and go enjoy a movie! The game prices are reasonable- actually I think it was the cheapest bday I've ever thrown for my kids over the past 18 years. Did not rate a 5 Star because this business needs a bit of an upgrade.

The manager gave us a hard time with switching beer. We paid for premium but gave us bud light and it was still flat. No refund but it's okay, we drank it anyway! Visited for my niece's 4th birthday party. First off, the pizza. The pizza here is better than Chuck E. Cheese, Dominoes, and Papa John's. The crust isn't quite there to be better than Pizza Hut or Little Caesar's. They also have some good salad. So, food is good here. Regarding the game area, I didn't really play any games however it looked to have all of the standards. Ticket dispensing game machines keep the kiddos occupied. One thing to note is that the game area appears compacted which is great for two main reasons. First reason is that it leaves more room for the dining area, and second is that this makes it easier to keep an eye on little ones. I don't feel as if this place gets enough attention. The food is good, the staff is attentive and courteous, there's plenty of games, and ample parking. A great place to host a child's party or get take out from for your board meeting.

It's exactly what you'd expect from a kids arcade pizza place. Took my granddaughter to a birthday party here. It was very loud, as expected but the kids all had fun. Games were clean and all in working order, restroom was clean, and overall the entire facility was in good shape. The pizza provided for the party was not bad, had a few wings which were good as well. Service was good and the servers attentive. I would definitely take my granddaughter here again.

Robert the Manager is doing an AWESOME JOB on a Friday night. Clean, happy, everything available, everything working, checked prices for what was more convenient for me when I asked without hesitation and with a line building. He graciously took care of me without making me feel rushed and he checked up on customers in between lines. Only thing from keeping 5 stars, AC is a little warm today and no playground for the toddlers but other than that. Great job Robert. Great experience.

This is a really nice place to take kids. It was really clean and had plenty of seating available. The play area for the kids was spacious enough to get through easily without feeling too crowded. I really liked the drink options and the variety that they had available. My only complaint is that they couldn't change the TV channel.

The pizza is always good, but this time they didn't cook the veggie pizza all the way. The service at the prize counter was great. But beware, in the past they cleared our table and took our drinks. You can't take them into the play area. They replaced them without an issue. Had a great time!

If you are looking for an indoor place for kiddos to run around then this is it! From the last time we were there, they changed it up a little and made some updates- a few new games and rearranged a bit. My kids absolutely love coming here and the pizza is actually not bad either which is really nice. We had taken the day off of school because grandma was in town and the place was pretty empty- so we had first pick of all the games!

We have made several memories here with our family. Every year we go for our youngest birthday and everyone has a blast. Great games and they got even more which leaves the kids and even adults entertained for hours. The pizza is always really good and we never have leftovers. We often end up ordering another one on our way out to eat at home. Staff is friendly and never complain when your needing assistance. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because with all the running around and also the heat from the kitchen it’s always burning up in there. Would be nice if they kept the ac on higher because it can be very uncomfortable from the heat. Other than that we really have a great time and always look forward to our next visit. Always recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to take the family.

Peter Piper Pizza is a great place for families. The arcade games are a blast, and the food has something for everyone: pizza, wings, salads, desserts, and more. We celebrated our little one’s birthday here and had a fantastic experience. Their party packages make things easy. They take care of decorations, setup, serving, and cleanup. Each child guest also gets a game card to enjoy the arcade, which was a big hit! Special kudos to our host, Cecil, who did an amazing job making sure everything ran smoothly and that we felt well taken care of. All we had to bring was the cake! Highly recommended for a fun and stress-free celebration.

Food is what you would expect from this type of franchise. A step above frozen pizza but way more expensive. The atmosphere is where the four star rating comes from. Kids had a blast playing the arcade games. The staff was also friendly.

Everything was mediocre. The pizza was not bad. The place was pretty clean, for the type of atmosphere we were in. I'd rather go to Dave and Busters. The class of people seems to be better. Kids were asking my husband for tokens and he witnessed parents scanning the floor for tokens and tickets. And if you don't specifically ask for one of their deals, then you buy all of your tokens at $.25/each. As a first timer, it would have been nice if they had called attention to their "deals" or made it a point to ask if we intended to buy tokens.

Had a great time for the most part. The food was good. The kids loved the games and came home with prizes. It would have been 5 stars but the staff seems so burnt out. The guy at the prize counter that gave my kids their prizes was literally taking extra tickets away with each item because he just wanted to be done. My kids didn't notice because they're to little but it was very obvious to me. He was completely burnt out so I didn't push the subject or want to get him in trouble. It's really rude consider how much we paid for tokens to play the games to get those tickets but I'm also not going to kick a guy when he's obviously already down.

Pizza / wings didn’t taste the same this time around. Took the family to eat here and we all got diarrhea. The pizza crust tastes different, the wings tasted different also. Super greasey.Not sure what was going on today. But horrible visit. Took the pizza to go after we all had a slice a piece. Ordered 1 XL an 1 large with 10 wings. Got home and threw it away. Wasted good amount of money.

We had a horrible experience for my daughter’s birthday party. I booked the party from 1:30-3:30, was told that our personal party person’s shift ended at 3 so she would have to stop helping us at 3, and was also told that she would not be able to help us with clean up so we would have to bus our own tables. They also asked our guests sitting at two of our tables to leave twenty minutes early because they had double booked our parties and so we had to give up our spots. I expected for what we paid to have a more seamless experience but unfortunately it was terrible. I’m also not one to leave bad reviews so this speaks to how bad it was. I could never recommend having a birthday party here.

I drove 40 miles from Austin just to come here because there is none Austin and was craving the usual good pizza. I will never come to this location again, there was a roach crawling on the table while we were eating, absolutely disgusting, plus the pizzas were disappointing and not fresh.

First and foremost I have nothing against the LGBTQ community. What I have a problem with is a man dressed as a woman being in the girls bathroom with little girls. If you haven't had your complete transition use the bathroom you were born to use. We came here to celebrate a child birthday and two of my daughters came out and told us there are men in the girls bathroom. When I told ROBERT the manager on duty he shrugged it off and said I can't do anything about that. The men in the bathroom made my daughters uncomfortable; this is a child's place; grown men cross dressing should not be here for their own pleasure and if they do attend they need to be in the men's bathroom. Never again will I come out to this location. Pure disgust!

We were just at this location and purchased $30 worth of items including a game card. From walking away to the counter and getting a fountain drink my 2.5 year old son dropped his playing card. We got told "sorry". Our pizza was ready, I have 2 kids and an infant in my arms, they require you to carry the pizza with two paper plates as mittens because it is so hot. She just looked at me dumbfounded how am I supposed to carry that to the table instead of offering help. So now someone will be getting a free game card and free pizza! Will not return to this location ever again. And for the love of God we live in Texas, maybe get some air conditioning.
