Even at the height of lunchtime, only a few minutes until our order was ready! (and it was packed inside and drive- through) Fast, friendly service. Fresh, hot, delicious food!!

Went to dine in and every time a customer got up from their table to leave, a girl came over and wiped down the table!! First time I have seen this during COVID in a fast food restaurant. She was wiping down door handles, inside and out too. As a health care provider, I was very impressed to see this ❤️❤️ Keep up the great work!!

My fiancee called burger king last night 3/1 after he got home and saw his order was messed up. We called and spoke to a manager by the name of Jamie. I'll be honest my fiancee was kind of a jerk to her in the beginning, but her customer service and the way she handled his complaint really blew my mind. She was very quick to address the issue head on, was very grateful for in her words "bringing this to her attention so she can improve her crew and store". She was wonderful to speak to and as a former fast food worker myself, her people/social/customer service skills are as close to perfect as it can get! You have a true winner on your team. Please take good care of her! It's not often any more that we find a business that strives for customer satisfaction as this young lady did. Good job Jamie keep up the hard work we appreciate you!

Very friendly staff and a far-better-than-usual fast-food experience. This was a pleasant place to stop as I was driving through the area, and I'll probably do so again next time I am traveling that way. There's not usually a compelling reason to swing by a fast-food joint, but in this case, I'd argue that there in fact is.

Great food good service

Really enjoy going here, I go with my family every time I go. As its about 15 minutes or so away from where I live. So I go with my family anytime I go out of town. I even will take the drive to solely go to Burger King. Its so much better than Mcdonalds in my opinion, the value of the products they have just seem to taste better as well as prepared fresher. I got a bacon double cheeseburger for myself and my son and they are only a dollar each versus Mcdonalds cheeseburger with bacon which is at least two dollars. To top it off the staff is always friendly whether its jam packed and busy whereas mcdonalds staff is rude and seemed always to be stressed out at the sight of customers. Overall I would choose Burger King over any other fast food place located in Geneva if im in the mood for a burger. Well worth the drive!

I have always had good food and good service at this store. But today I was disappointed that, although most precautions were in effect - employees did not have face masks. I had gloves and a mask to keep others safe from me, but the servers had only gloves and a tray to pass through the window. What about their safety and the fact that they were breathing on my food. I want to keep stopping there, but will not return until I know your employees are wearing masks along with the other safety precautions you already have.

We came at a time where it was especially busy and overheard her praising her team for working so hard. This is what a good manager looks like. We need more people like her in the service industry.

Yummy food. Always fresh. Love the soda machine, lots of different choices. The inside was remodeled recently and the dining area was updated to a more modern look. It's always clean inside, including the restrooms. Staff is nice and when they made a mistake on my order 1 time, they were willing to fix it without question. Been going here since I was a little kid and glad this location is still around.

I usually order fast food once a year or two. Stopped here for a quick lunch while traveling and it was amazing! It was clean and bright. The employees were friendly, courteous and smiling. The service was excellent and quick. The order was correct and the food hot and delicious.

For a Burger King it is good. They have the soda machine with all sorts of flavors.

Ok, so we had to try an Impossible Whopper. I must say it didn't taste all that different than an a beef Whopper. Of course a Whopper doesn't compare to a "real" hamburger.

I went there at 10:30pm 7/14/23 and I understand you close at 11 but it is no excuse for my whopper Jr to be raw or slapped together. My onion rings were over cooked and hard as a rock( although they were hot). For $11.43 the best thing was the soda.

I suppose like any fast food joint this place can be hit or miss. I will say a good majority of the time I've received hits. Sometimes they mess your order up. And if you address the issue to them often times they'll eradicate the situation and make it better. The service has always been friendly so that's a plus.

Usually this BK is great, but over the last 2 weeks the only shift making worthwhile food has been the breakfast crew. My 2 burgers, 2 fries. And donut bits took nearly 15 minutes. The wrappers were covered in grease as though they rubbed it on the grill and I ended up with black grease pencil all over me. Donut bites were over done and hard to bite, fries were old and burgers were super greasy. Hope they get the sh*t rogether before they lose these 5 paying customers

Your making your team members be reactive with angry customers who drove 10 minutes for dinner instead of keeping them proactive. Do better for your team!

I don't know what it is about fast food restaurants, but no one seems to know how to cook a good French fry, and this Burger King is no exception. You always have to double-check your order, especially when going through the drive-thru. What happened to the days when you ordered an item, the logical condiments were put in the bag without asking? Nowadays, you have to ask for napkins!

Food was good, I got the fully loaded croissant meal. The egg that I got on my sandwich was about the size of a quarter, that's it!! Not impressed by that at all

It's hit or miss at this one. Sometimes you can tell the food is a little old from here. There is always a gamble on freshness at this establishment.

Prices are outragious, 40 bucks for one adult, two teenagees and a two year old. Went through drive thru and had to go into the restaurant twice. Once for no napkins and then the second time for failure on their part to tell their customers they had no ice. On a day when it's 85° outside. The manager and his associates were short with me, and rude when I spoke with them.

Tried the spicy chking last week at the Newark n.y. burger king (it was incredible!!) 😍 Waited a really hard long work week to try the reg chking. We happen to have to go to Seneca falls Friday night .. I was very hungry and excited to try this after my spicy experience. Unfortunately It was horrible 😭 and I will probably avoid this particular burger king and maybe even the reg. Chking altogether.

Been a Burger King customer since 1974....talked it up to a lady and her 89 year old mom...bought her an original chicken sandwich...your employee forgot to put the mayo on it...her feedback?..."Very dry, didn't care for it....Really guys?? Try one sometime, cold and dry...very disappointed in you all!

Once again, disappointed with the food. The manager that was yelling out when food was ready was unkind and rude. She seemed "put-out" that she even had to work. Very rude and rollin' eyes at me!?! If she doesn't like customers, she needs a different job. The younger lady taking orders was so knowledgeable and very much customer friendly. As a matter of fact, we even tipped her.

The food is good when they do get our orders right. However, most times my husband and i go, they mess up our order... tonight he picked up food to go... ordered from the 2 for $6.00 menu: a whopper and 3 crispy chicken sandwiches; we got the whopper and one crispy & 2 spicy (chicken).... when i got around to eating... all that was left were the 2 spicy... i can't do spicy food! so i was left to scrounge through the fridge for something to snack on & had to settle on a cup of ramen. It's to the point that we have to check every sandwich if we get food to go.... but we shouldn't have to!

So I called to let them kindly know so it didn’t happen to someone else. The man (staff) was snarky and rude. Didn’t really care. Good service was not a priority to him. . Today I ordered a regular hamburger for lunch in the drive through. There wasn’t a wait which was nice. The hamburger was lukewarm at best and I honestly only ate it because I was pretty hungry. It’s like it was just sitting around for some time before I got it. Also no napkins were given with my order. Definitely not impressed. Probably won’t be back to the Waterloo NY location 👎

Manager is so freaking RUDE the way she talks to her staff and Customers is Disgusting and very unprofessional !!! Why have a phone and phone number if your never going to answer the phone! You missed out on a lot of buisness today because employees are not getting trained right and can't answer the phone to take a large party order while they do their regular jobs!!!

Doesnt take gift cards in drive thru

The last 2 times we've been here they have messed up at least 1 sandwich. The first time it took them 4 times before they got it right that was a Bacon Swiss sandwich nothing extra or taken away from it. This time was a impossible whopper without onions and we got a plain burger.

Use to prefer BK to McDonalds, but after tonight they've lost my business. Wife picked up dinner after running some errands since they owed us two free Whoppers after messing up our order last time . She gets home, we discover my daughters sandwich is missing. Try calling, no one will answer. So I drive back to to store to get the sandwich even while my own dinner gets cold. When I arrive, I wait in line until my turn, even though I'm fuming inside. When it is my turn, I ask for a supervisor. The man that comes to speak to me seems not to care. I explain my situation, and he stares blankly, like he's not really listening. When I finish, he asks me again what I need( so OBVIOUSLY not listening) and I point to the receipt. I guess it finally gets through to him, and he yells back my sandwich to the food prep guys, and turns around an continues to ignore me. No apology, no offer to rectify my own meal getting cold due to their mistake. He acts like nothing is wrong. Man is not management material. Since they have screwed up my order twice in a row now, and seemed to not really care, they no longer get my business.

I usually have pleasant experiences here but there are some people I have not seen before, they are rude and lack customer service skills. They got my wife’s order wrong and gave me an attitude when I asked for the correct coffee drink.

Avoid at all costs. My dismal looking sandwich came with two dry patties, sprinkled with lettuce ends, garnished with a tidal wave of ketchup, and squished into a dilapidated sculpture of depression. And to top it off, it sat in the pass for a good four minutes, whilst staff came in, chatted a bit, and swore at each other. It arrived on my tray at their convenience.

Probably the worst Burger King I’ve ever been too. The workers all have an attitude, very rude and don’t care about there customers. I got cold fries and they didn’t even have salt on them. Wouldn’t recommend going here at all.

Walked in at 7pm with one other person in front of us, who already had most of their order in front of them. We were not greeted, we were walked past 4 times like we werent even standing there. We attempted to get someones attention to at least take our order but after saying "excuse me"for the 3rd time, we decided to leave.

She needs to get out of hospitality and customer service if she cant talk to people correctly.

Online says they are open till 11pm. When I got there I was met at the door by a very rude young girl that told me they closed at 8pm. Mind you it was 804pm. So I called and was informed that they are open till 11 in the drive thru. Well where do I start. I order a bacon stacker king meal with lg onion rings and a soft drink. When I got my order it had no onion rings and was given fries. I was never told that they were out of onion rings and over heard the cashier tell the manager that she never heard us say onion rings. So as that be said they did nothing to fix it and threw the fries out and then gave me another fry like I wanted the fries when they are too salty.

Every time I've gone here my order has been wrong my food has been cold or they just simply forget the rest of my meal. I work for Burger King 2 years after I graduated and became a shift manager fairly quickly and I enjoyed it very much. But that job was vacuum PA where I'm from. So I am a little biased when I get my orders from other Burger Kings because I know what my employees were serving and I assumed that all Burger King employees should be serving the same thing or something very close to it. The staff seems rushed and uncaring to the customer weather through drive thru or pickup their attitudes don't change. No I'm not saying they're mean you just indifferent and that's kind of disheartening when you're standing there paying $12 free value meal

This location refuses legal forms of payment with no posted notice of such a policy at the drive thru. Do NOT go to this location as they clearly don't want to make money... Customer service is clearly not a priority at this location and the "ASM" is unprofessional.

My mom ordered a diet coke. Once we got home, she tasted it and there was no flavor, only carbonation. She called just to let them know and the guy who answered the phone was so rude to her and said "we don't have diet coke. We have diet pepsi". She explained she wanted to let them know so it didn't happen to someone else and that the machine needed to be serviced. We don't live in Seneca Falls and unfortunately couldn't just drive back to get a new soda for her. A waste of time and money and the associate was so incredibly unprofessional.

Highly unsatisfied with my entire meal. My onion rings were very crispy, over cooked. My sandwich.... The lettuce was clearly old as it was brown and soggy instead of green, there was supposed to be cheese on it, there was none, only a drop of sauce, the chicken was by no mean crispy but rather old and chewy in my opinion. Very unsatisfied.
