Stasera io e Chiara abbiamo festeggiato qui il nostro anniversario di matrimonio. Fin dall'accoglienza abbiamo capito che la scelta è stata quella giusta... Eva e Fausto sono persone semplici e calorose, con lo sguardo attento e la cura per ogni dettaglio di ciò che fanno. Abbiamo mangiato l'antipasto della casa (salumi, giardiniera, zuppa di pöstöm e fagioli), due primi (gnocchi di ricotta con crema di zucca e sarde di Montisola e il loro celebre risotto al tarassaco, burro fumè e ribes), due secondi (coscia d'anatra confit e guancetta di manzo fondente) e infine il gelato all'estratto di foglie di fico. Che dire? Siamo stati affascinati dalla ricerca sulle antiche tecniche di conservazione e preparazione dei cibi (le carote fermentate, la pasta madre di quel pane che non avremmo mai smesso di mangiare, la cottura senza condimento a bassa temperatura). Poi siamo stati sorpresi e catturati da tutti quei sapori diversi che arrivavano, tutti e ciascuno, in ogni boccone... l'agro della giardiniera con il dolce delle mele, i tre sapori tenui degli gnocchi, i tre sapori forti del riso, la pulizia del gusto delle carni che erano lì a dimostrare che in questo agriturismo si usano solo ingredienti buonissimi. Infine siamo stati travolti dai tantissimi colori... il rosso, il giallo, il verde, il bianco, il bruno intenso, tutti così vividi che quasi dispiaceva di dover "rovinare" quella composizione. Ma poi il palato ci ha sempre fatto passare il dispiacere! Un piacere sentire le storie di ogni piatto, farsi raccontare tutto il lavoro che questi due ragazzi fanno e vedere tutta la passione che ci mettono. Bravissimo Fausto, bravissima Eva!
Questa esperienza inizio a descriverla dal paesaggio suggestivo in cui é incastonato questo meraviglioso ristorante, praticamente in mezzo al verde, non fatevi scoraggiare dalla strada, ne vale la pena. Passiamo al menù, antipasti di formaggi slow food di produttori locali così come i salumi.Come primo abbiamo preso i casoncelli e pasta al garum di spiedo, il garum é ricavato dall’intingolo dello spiedo.Sanno allacciare la tradizione del territorio con l’innovazione culinaria. Noi torneremo sicuramente, complimenti!☺️
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Christmas lunch at the L'Aquila Solitaria farmhouse in Serle. Excellent, tasty, and authentic dishes, prepared with high-quality ingredients and great passion. The chef's delicacies were a real surprise, each course better than the last. The location is wonderful, and the staff is extremely kind and welcoming, always attentive and helpful. It's not our first time here, but each time is a new discovery that confirms the exceptional quality of the cuisine and hospitality. Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back!

Sunday Lunch I spent Sunday at this beautiful agriturismo for the first time. The atmosphere was beautiful and welcoming. The staff were friendly, always smiling and extremely helpful. The rooms (inside and outside) were spotlessly clean. The tablecloths and dishes were spotless. But above all, the food was truly excellent! Congratulations, keep up the good work, and the prices are definitely fair.

A very positive culinary experience. Excellent value for money. I could list all the dishes I tried, from the use of sorrel on the trout tartare, which took me back to the ancient flavors of wild herbs, to the dandelion risotto with red currants and smoked butter, to the hay ice cream. The list is long, and the wonderful combinations are endless. I recommend trying them. The dishes vary based on the seasonal produce. You can sense the love, passion, and research at this agriturismo. Compliments to the chef, his parents, and the lady in the dining room who presented the dishes and welcomed us warmly.
A pleasant discovery! On our way back from a Sunday walk to escape the heat, we stumbled upon this agriturismo and were delighted! The staff were very friendly and helpful! The place is surrounded by greenery! That day, they were offering a set menu with appetizers, first course, second course, dessert, and coffee for a total of €35 per person! House wine (Groppello excluded)! Everything was delicious, fresh, locally sourced produce, melt-in-your-mouth casoncelli with local herbs, and excellent homemade salami. Overall, I highly recommend it! We'll definitely be back!

Abbiamo prenotato un menu composto da antipasti di salumi , giardiniera fatta in casa , tortelli alle erbette , spiedo con polenta e patate al forno , come dolce crostata di marmellata ! Tutto davvero buonissimo!40€ personale molto gentile e preparato anche sulla scelta dei vini!
Let's start with my favorite things: The cool location, surrounded by greenery, and on hot days the temperature drops 4-5 degrees Celsius compared to the city. I've been here a couple of times for the spit-roasted meat, but this time I tried the summer menu. Service is fast and attentive. The cured meats are fine, but the giardiniera (including apple) was a bit bland for my taste. Dandelion and currant risotto, on the other hand, was perfect! A unique blend of flavors. It remains the most successful dish of the lunch, a must try! Homemade tagliolini: you can taste the fresh pasta with excellent eggs and flour, but the spit-roasted garum isn't quite there; I found it too light (in terms of flavor!). The pork cheek was really good with its own cooking juices, but I found the eggplant underneath out of place. It seemed disconnected from the dish (my personal preference). The onion with chickpeas was definitely underwhelming; it was included in the main course, but it's definitely more of a side dish and lacking any particular flavor. The sbrisola with accompanying grappa was good, and the house wine (similar to Groppello) was also more than decent. The price was reasonable for the ingredients and the service. I'll be back. Bravo!
Sunday lunch, sampling the set menu of the spit-roasted meat and some à la carte options. For me, the best was the dandelion risotto with a currant reduction and smoked butter, an original dish with perfectly balanced acidic and fatty notes! The appetizers were equally impressive (good giardiniera and cured meats from their own pigs: pancetta and lonzino were incredible). The casoncelli were good, as was the spit-roasted meat, but more than average. The desserts were disappointing: the fig leaf ice cream didn't taste like much except milk, and the tart was plain. The wine list was a bit sparse: obviously, I was expecting local wines, but some were unavailable, so for the Botticino reds, for example, you could only choose one wine. The staff was very friendly. So far, it seemed like a blend of a traditional agriturismo and a restaurant with truly remarkable dishes. I'll gladly return! Congratulations!
Spectacular location: nestled in the green hills of Serle, in the company of rabbits, chickens, turkeys, geese, and goats, you can enjoy a tasty meal with excellent craft beer. The agri-burgers are special, featuring excellent meat and flavorful vegetables. The French fries with their skins on are also delicious. Average prices. The friendly, courteous, and professional staff are always ready to explain the menu options in detail.
Great place and good service
I went to this place yesterday with my family to eat, and aside from the mix-up with the reservation, which they claimed had been cancelled, the service wasn't up to par with the price we paid. We were served a plate for three, followed by cold cuts as an appetizer. They weren't even brought the plates for the three of us, let alone the wine list. I recommended some wines. When the waiter came to collect the cutlery between the first and second courses, they weren't replaced; you had to ask for it. Drinks at the table also always had to be requested. There was never a moment's attention to the customer. The skewer was missing, and it was replaced at 3:00 PM when we sat down at 12:30. Not to mention the desserts and coffee. The restrooms didn't have a key to lock the door and were not very clean. In short, an experience not to be repeated. A shame.
