Ragazzi se vi trovate a passare vi consiglio assolutamente la piada kebap fatta con la pasta della pizza fatta da loro. Io non sono un appassionato di kebap in generale ma questi ragazzi lavorano bene. Molto buono e anche molto abbondante. Decisamente positivo

The restaurant is run by foreigners. It's small and seems clean, and the staff is friendly. The pizza is the classic, thin version. I've never tried it, but the look didn't inspire me to try it. I've had the kebab several times, and it's very good. Prices are moderate to low for the area.

The pizza is good, but the delivery times are exorbitant. Ordered at 6:00 PM with a request for delivery around 7:00 PM, it's 8:15 PM, and a quarter of an hour ago they said it was in the oven. What kind of oven do they use? It arrived at 8:25 PM. Two stars only for the quality of the pizza, even though it was lukewarm 👎

The pizza and kebab are good...but the wait times are exorbitant!!! On Saturday, we ordered at 7:20 PM (I should point out that we had three children) and the pizzas were delivered at 9:50 PM...yes, you read that right!! I'm disappointed because we've always been loyal customers; we've been getting our pizza there for years. A call to let them know of the delay and, above all, to apologize would have been enough. Given the long delay, they could have even brought a free drink or a voucher for the next pizza, but no...since it's not the first time they've delayed without warning, we're forced to consider other pizzerias.

Sono cliente da 10 anni o di piu, l'altra sera di LUNEDÌ sera ho ordinato 2 pizze alle 19:00, orario di arrivo mi dicono 20:00 massimo 20:30, dopo le 20:30 chiamo e mi rispondono che è in strada premesso ci sono 2.5 km, dopo le 21:00 richiamo e mi dicono che gli dispiace ma stanno arrivando...alla fine sono arrivate alle 21:30 mi sono lamentato con il domiciliere (anche se lui non ne ha colpa) ma almeno di riferire! Piuttosto ditemi che non riuscite e io chiamo un altro!

Abitiamo letteralmente a 1 km di distanza e ci hanno messo più di un'ora di ritardo a consegnare due pizze(chiamata ore 20.10, arrivo delle pizze previsto 20.45/21.00, orario effettivo di arrivo delle pizze 22). Di lunedì sera. Mi dispiace per come abbiamo accolto il fattorino che ce le ha consegnate, ma parlando al telefono con il proprietario è stato veramente supponente e antipatico, non ha neanche fatto finta di chiederci scusa e non ci ha riconosciuto un minimo sconto per il disagio di mangiare due pizze fredde dopo le 22 (orario in cui avremmo trovato difficilmente un altro posto che ne avrebbe consegnate). Mai più.

We've been customers of this pizzeria for years, but after tonight's experience, NEVER AGAIN. It's a shame because for years we've always ordered four pizzas a week. Tonight, in addition to having written down the wrong intercom, in addition to the delay and the constant calls made... upon delivery, instead of apologizing for the mix-up (more than an hour late), the delivery person made the initial call, then in person. I hope it's just a staffing issue because we've never had similar problems, but after this behavior, they'll definitely never see us again!

I've always ordered from them because the pizza and kebab are good, but they have a serious problem with customer service. The orders often arrive after the scheduled time and are often incorrect; the rudeness of the employees left me speechless, especially after the last delivery. I ordered a kebab piadina, which for some reason arrived without sauces (their mistake). Instead of re-ordering, they gave me the sauces separately, and after 15 minutes, of course, I ate the piadina cold. The delivery guy, instead of apologizing on behalf of the pizzeria, preferred to tell me to put it in the oven next time and suggested that I make the piadina myself next time... What can I say? "VERY KIND!"
