Recomendable 100%.
Impeccable service. Lolo is fantastic. Kindness is his greatest strength, and it shows. Thank you for everything. We'll be coming back.
Family-run bar, with some excellent off-menu stews, special mention to its manager Aída, who always greets us very well.
Great food, generous portions, excellent service, and a great location right next to the fairgrounds—perfect for parking and a seat in just two minutes. We made a reservation for 14 for Christmas dinner, and the food arrived incredibly fast. We were all able to eat at the same time without any delays, even though the place was packed! Aída, who contacted me to make the reservation, was always available and very friendly. 10/10
ANTONIO is the best chef and waiter, the best in the world. The best service is impossible, compared to the rest, the best. You have to raise his salary, even if it's just a few euros. He's incomparable to the rest. He totally livens up the bar. We were going to leave because of the bad service from the other guy, but his good service made us stay.
Homey bar with typical food from sevilla.
My husband and I had lunch there. It was very good, although the grilled meat could be improved... we got a large, barely edible piece. The tapas portions are huge and everything is delicious. I'll be back. It was my second time there. I'll be back.
Neighborhood bar with good, homey food and a large, covered terrace with tables on the sunny sidewalk. The only downside, if you sit under the tree, we suffered up to six sparrow droppings: on our clothes, hair, drinks, food... 🤦🏻♂️. We ordered calamari (deliciously fried, although with a lot of small shavings), lagrimitas (good), Inés Rosales cake with goat cheese and chestnut cream (different, perhaps too much honey and sauces on everything), salmorejo and ham toasts, and eel toast with quail egg (delicious). Finally, sirloin steak with whisky and Roquefort cheese (they didn't disappoint). 7 coffees and 3 cakes (Lotus, chocolate, and cheese). There were 7 of us and we paid €26 each. I might go back.
A good place to be on the terrace. The waitresses were very good. The food was a bit of a challenge, but the quality-price ratio was perfect, very cheap, and plentiful. I didn't give it a 5 because the quality is a bit lacking, which is totally understandable given the price. It's very good, but be careful, you have to get there early otherwise you won't be able to get a table.
Nice to get amongst the locals. Good little bar
Bar located just in front of Feria. We were there on the Alumbrao night and it was super crowded , we could not find a seat and we finally end up with eating some patatas bravas (just fried potatoes …
A wide variety, reasonably priced tapas, generous portions, and a nice terrace. These are the strengths of this bar located opposite the fairgrounds. But it also has quite a few areas for improvement. - Fried anchovies: a simple dish, but they were good. - Marinated fish: the fish itself was good, but it didn't absorb much of the marinade. - Sirloin steak with whiskey sauce: another typical Sevillian dish, but with excessive oil that made the meat and potatoes float. Could be improved. - Sirloin steak with mustard sauce: somewhat better than the previous one, a good touch of mustard without being too strong and not too greasy. - Patatas bravas: quite simple, the sauce seems store-bought. It lacks that special touch that many bars give with their homemade sauce. - Torta de Inés with chestnut cream and goat cheese: personally, my favorite. It's true that it's a bit difficult to eat because the bread sticks to the paper or crumbles when you cut it, but the filling is quite smooth and contrasts nicely with the olive oil bread itself. A good choice. - Mushroom croquettes: not very successful, lacking flavor. A slight disappointment, even though I love mushrooms. - Stuffed mushrooms: some at the table didn't like them at all, but I personally didn't dislike them. However, they should clearly state what they're filled with on the menu. - Cheese balls with jam: it was off the menu, and I personally would leave it as is. A disappointment. Just a large ball of breaded cheese with jam on the side. The jam, which I think was blackberry, didn't seem like the right choice either; I would have preferred something sweeter and milder to contrast with the cheese. - Sirloin steak skewer: nothing special, but the person who ordered it liked it. - Mini serranito: I don't really understand the concept; a mini serranito is nothing special. It's not that it's bad, but it seems to me to be a perversion of what is possibly the most typical bar dish in Seville. The service was a bit slow at first, possibly because it was the time of day when everything was packed at the same time, but afterwards it was quick and attentive, both in serving and clearing plates from the table to make room for new ones. They also served the food in stages, not all at once. The location seems good, but with a few drawbacks. The interior is small, suitable for having a drink standing up while watching a game, or little else. It has a covered terrace that's perhaps too crowded with tables, and where the smell of oil is overpowering. There's another uncovered area that's more pleasant, with umbrellas, although the table they reserved for us was too close to the recycling bins, which attracted flies. I understand it's not the bar's fault and it's what they're allowed to put there so as not to obstruct the passage, but it's not the usual spot where they have their tables, and if there's no other option since there are several tables, perhaps they should cancel the reservation because whoever gets seated there is very likely to leave with a bad impression of the bar and not want to return.
No repetiremos ninguno.
Terrible service, if you can even call it that. Seated on the terrace, with three waiters serving, two completely ignored us, even going so far as to serve tables that had been seated later before even taking our order. After 20 minutes without so much as a glance at us, the only waiter who finally attended to us took our drink order and told us to look at the menu because the kitchen was closing in 20 minutes. Our drinks still haven't arrived. We've given them many chances; this is the last. I hope this helps them improve.
AWFUL experience. We went for lunch for a friend's birthday. We ordered several dishes and tapas… To begin with, they brought out the main courses before the starters. We ordered croquettes, and when we opened one, it was STILL FROZEN. We asked the waiter to please replace it. When they brought them, it was the same plate as before, but they had taken the croquettes out, put them in the fryer, and then put them back on the same plate! In fact, the one we had broken open earlier had been fried and put back together… We told him again to bring us a new plate. The waiter came back and said the croquettes were all gone! What a coincidence! We also ordered pork cheeks, and it seemed like the salt shaker had fallen on the plate; it was so salty it was inedible. A complete disaster. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BAR AT ALL.
I went to this bar with several friends. They refused to serve me a beer because I didn't have my ID; it's the first time in my life I've been mistaken for a minor. I didn't get anything to drink, just a soft drink, which they then charged me for. I understand they have to do this because of the law, but not when it's obvious I'm of legal drinking age and I'm with friends who are also of legal age. Thank you.
I don't know where to begin. The covered terrace was full of people smoking, even though it's prohibited. Everything came with raw potatoes. The mini hamburger was tiny and served on a soggy pink bun. And they didn't even tell you. Not very good. The sandwich had thin, translucent pork loin. The risotto had a foamy topping; not recommended.
