This is a shout-out to an employee named Travis. He was working the drive thru and made a concerted effort to be a genuine, kind person. That’s more rare than it should be and it was refreshing.
Just stopped in and was having trouble ordering thru the app. While there an amazing gentleman named Travis gave me his undivided attention and helped me with my order. Kudos to him in such a rushed time we are living in. Ty Travis uou definitely made my day.
Great atmosphere and service!
This is a great location for a Starbucks, as we did not have any coffee shop in the immediate area. I like sitting inside at this location due to it's larger size and cozy feel. As is typical for Starbucks, the drink are delicious and the service is excellent.
The best location to date! Prompt service and friendly staff is what I missed, since the onset of the pandemic, there has been some issue's with most businesses. Will definitely return to this location
The partners at the NW Military Starbucks are some of the kindest I've ever met. The team is friendly and we go out of our way to visit this Starbucks specifically. My husband and I are regulars, and will continue to visit this Starbucks for the friendly staff.
The place is clean. Its your typical starbucks but i like this one because theres a long table so if you have a collaborative project you can usually find a spot there if its not too busy. Theres usually a lot of people and its in a good area. I like this starbucks because it feels a little more quaint.
I am really impressed at their new approach to drive thru service. Very detailed and professional. I try and tip every time, (need cash for that) these service professionals deserve it.
Ordered and paid, via the app. Delicious refreshment ready when I pulled up to the drive thru window. Always friendly, always delicious, and now ready when I arrive. Best of the best!

Never disappointed when visiting a Starbucks. First time here and everything was as it should be. Staff wonderful, fast, efficient and orders correct. Clean and peaceful.
Had such a nice experience. Placed a mobile order, and went through the drive thru to pick it up. I had ordered a croissant and 2 sandwiches. Got the bag of food, didn't even look in it and drove to work. When I got to work I realized in the bag was 2 croissants and one cake loaf. I called the store and they were so apologetic and nice! They asked how they could make it right. I told them I was at work now and couldn't leave and they DELIVERED my sandwiches to my workplace!! Within 10 mins. Insane! SO nice of them, didn't have to happen, but they did it and that's so awesome of them!! :) Made my day.
All the staff has been extremely friendly every single day we have been there and they did not mess up any of our complicated orders. That is always a plus!
Fast service and the drive thru will usually get you in-and-out quickly. Establishment itself is pretty clean and the baristas always have a smile on their face. I would recommend visiting here outside of lunch hours as it can get a pretty busy lunch crowd. Outside of that, they have spacious outdoor seating which is covered in case it’s raining and the inside had lots of seating, as well as a few chairs and couch to lounge in casually. Room for improvement, get more comfortable lounge chairs for outside instead of the metal ones so customers can relax and unwind over a cup of coffee.
This is my favorite Starbucks. All if the staff are consistently friendly and quick to serve. Brian is a superhero too. He starts my coffee when I pull into park and has ready before I get to the counter. It's one of the reasons I keep going back to this one.
I know that every Starbucks Brew the same sort of coffee but the coffee taste can be vary depending the brewing technique and water temperature. The baristas in this Starbucks location do everything right. I like coming to this place even though it’s a bit far from home but driving for a delicious coffee, I find it alright. Even the cold drink, as pink drink, they did it better than other store location.
I just wanna say I LOVE this location. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Summer greets me everytime I come in (which is quite a bit, since I work across the street). Definitely recommend
My GPS took me to this location by mistake instead of Vance Jackson, where my mobile order was at. I was ready to go to the right location, it was certainly my fault, but the barista wasn’t having any of that. They verified my receipt and made the order right then and there for no extra charge. Rare to find excellent customer service like this nowadays. This will be my new location!
Shout out to the barista at the window who just made my daughters day! She’s working a double and was visiting me at work between shifts and was on her way back and decided to stop and get herself some much needed caffeine. My daughter works hard and deals with lots of customers. Some not so kind and his kindness just made her smile and go in to work refreshed. Thank you for that. Baby girl will be closing on this fine super bowl Sunday. Remember to be kind. The service industry needs this to continue to service you. And you sir at Starbucks have that down☺️
Best customer service I've ever received from a starbucks. The wait was fairly decent, but where they were spectacular is when they felt bad about the wait and upgraded my drink, gave my daughter a cake pop, and asked her if she wanted a drink. I didn't complain about anything as I expected there to be a wait because of all the people in line. I declined on the extra drink, because just having them smile and be so kind was more than enough. I will be coming back to this location much more often, and giving plenty of tips.
Every cashier is so nice and cheerful. I recently went through the drive thru and placed an order. The man who took my order came to the window and gave me a hot water with honey because he heard me coughing. Yes the lines are long but I'll gladly wait for great customer service.
I want to give a kudos to the employees at this store, specifically Daniel. The store is always immaculate, the employees are super friendly no matter how busy the store is. The baristas have learned my orders and call me by name when I come in, even some baristas I don't always recognize somehow know me by name and my order. One time I pulled up to the Drive Thru instead of going instead and was immediately greeted by name before I said anything and asked if I mobile ordered as I usually do. This level of customer service reflects greatly on not only the baristas but the management as well. The baristas seem to enjoy their work and make my day better every time I come in! Daniel is awesome and always conversational and even wearing a mask you can tell he's smiling and cheerful. I hope the store management or area managers see this and give these baristas some kudos because they have huge kudos from me!
In my latest visit to San Antonio, one of my old colleagues asked me to meet up here. I was pleasantly surprised to find such a gem of a place just off the freeway near the entrance to Shavano Oaks. They have got drive through, sufficient parking, outdoor seating. The staff is very polite (maybe I have gotten used to impolite after staying in NYC for so long) and courteous and service is fast. I liked the place so much that I ended up doing all my later meet ups there, spent a good 5 hours there 😁.
My wife and I always have a great experiance here. I know there are mixed reviews but I guess maybe because we order something simple, I don't know but the staff is always greetful and nice here. The drinks are always great. We will continue going to this location.
Very good baristas here. I have visited this location about once per year since 2019 and they always make my drinks correctly. Decided to dine in today and the atmosphere was clean and friendly

I have tried the Iced Gingerbread Chai at different Starbucks locations before, but this one absolutely blew the others away. The flavor was perfectly balanced — smooth, cozy, and full of that warm gingerbread spice I love. You can tell they made it with care because every sip was delicious. On top of that, the service was amazing. The workers were fast, super sweet, and genuinely kind. They greeted me with smiles and had such great energy that it made my whole visit even better. You can really feel the difference when a team loves what they do.

It's my second come four or five times 5:30- 6:30 in the morning. Love mine trenty cold iced coffee no sugar , no creamer. Same wonderful taste. All the lady's and guys are great. Hope don't forget. Generally a decent location. I have never been disappointed with NY experience here. I would give it 5 stars if I identify an aspect they truly stands out in my mind, but until I see that, 4 stars it is.
The layout of the inside of this starbucks could be better. This starbucks is always rocking with people in and out. The parking lot is packed. they do a good job keeping up with the business and you don't usually have to wait too long for a drink.
It's convenient, because it's right off 1604, and I love the large outdoor patio. It's the perfect place to stop and meet up with friends, especially if you're looking for a rendezvous location before you all go someplace else, like Fiesta Texas, or the Rim. It's never as crowded as the starbucks near other shopping centers, so it's a good place to just chill and maybe get some work done. The baristas are always really nice too.

I gave 4 stars only cause the rest rooms definitely have NOT been scrubbed properly. You can tell when restrooms are neglected versus cleaned regularly. And on this nice side of town I would expect nothing less than a super clean restroom. Other than that everyone was super nice and service was top notch.
This Starbucks was an it confusing to locate on my gps for what ever reason the GPS google was making it seem like this location was actually on the other side of 1604, when in reality it was not it’s on the inner part of the loop not the outer, this was a bit frustrating to me because I was trying to meet some people here who had arrived before me, and I didn’t want them to wait long. I’m not really a “coffee person” especially more high end coffees- honestly I don’t really even know how to order what so I had a regular coffee. I’m not a coffee connoisseur, but it was hot and it did have a lot of caffeine so that was good. While we were inside this location many other customers floated in and out of the establishment, as it appeared to me that the staff here were comfortable with accommodating a large group of customers with out making any errors or with out any stress that I could detect. I thought that that was pretty impressive.
I love to stop at this location!! Everyone is ALWAYS pleasant and "happy" to serve. Liz was quick to take my order and was lovely to thank nurses for our work in this dire times. This just got me in high spirits this morning and everytime I stop in. Thank you to the staff at this location 💖💋💋💖💋
The staff deserves 5 stars, and facility rates a 4. This Starbucks location has good access to Camp Bullis and the loop. I have visited on more than one occasion and have found it to be clean and deliver a consistently good cup of coffee. I rate 4 of 5 stars for a rock solid experience. I did not rate 5 of 5, because there are other Starbucks locations with better vistas and overall ambience; 5 stars is supposed to be reserved for the best of the best, or because you love it. Its hard to have good access to a highway and have nice scenery to take in while you enjoy your coffee.
Uh, it’s Starbucks. Coffee’s are generally pretty good, the new nitros are an interesting approach to coffee. Keep in mind it’s a fast food joint, that specializes in coffee. Inevitably at some point your order will get screwed up at some Starbucks, it’s just the way it is I guess.
The staff was quick and courteous but they have all their seating shut down because of what I have to assume is corporate virtue signaling over the #covidpocolypse. Getting to the store is also insanely difficult, there's no quick on and off where this one is concerned.
Friendly, helpful cashier who happily answered my questions about how many shots are in x drink. Person who made the drink, though, didnt talk and seemed annoyed when i asked for a cardboard sleeve. Tastes good though (5 shots on ice in a venti cup + 1/2 & 1/2, no sugar (all that for $3.84, tip of the day)).
Ordered a steak, egg & tomatillo wrap, a double bacon, cheddar & egg sandwich and two grande shaken iced teas. Both food items came out fast and were hot and delicious! However, our drinks still had not been called out in the 15-20 minutes we sat and ate. Upon asking where our drinks were, the cashier who took our order gave the excuse that the sticker printer decided not to print our drink labels. The barista remembered making our drinks but claimed another customer took them. After a quick search the cashier found our drinks at the drive-thru window. Ah, what a fiasco! Making the extra trip to a different Starbucks location next time.
Service has improved considerably. Very popular during the morning hours. Slightly difficult to get into the drive thru lane and sometimes into the parking lot area when there is a long line. Inside can get crowded during the same morning period. Establishment is clean. Place simply needs to work on speed or hire additional staff for rush hours.
Ordered coffee for my family. The food part came quick, but after 20 mins l had ask about our coffee order. It took another 10 mins and our order was still not correct. Don needs to work on his customer still. No offer or attempt to upgrade the coffer to the next size. Very poor customer service.
Went thru the drive thru. Usually, we're greeted by very friendly people. The person on the speaker was very short and not friendly. Could understand if maybe it was a very busy time of day but it wasn't.
Visited this place early afternoon on a Saturday. There were a few people there although it wasn't busy. The drive-thru seemed to be busy. We ordered two non-caffeinated espresso coffees that totaled just under nine bucks. The floors and bathrooms although not perfect were okay. As typical at Starbucks, there were a few people working on their computers and on their phones. The atmosphere was quiet so we were able to carry on a normal conversation without any problems. Overall, an okay place to come for a conversation and coffee if you need that environment. Nothing really outstanding one way or the other. Parking was ok, but may be a problem if it was really busy.
I was sitting in this Starbucks drinking my coffee in a leather chair and working on my iPad. An older man sat across from me in a leather chair. He did not have a drink or food. He sat there about 15 minutes appearing to doze. I looked his way to look out the window and was shocked to see he had exposed himself. I got up and went to the counter to report this deviant. As I was talking to a young man at the counter, the man immediately got up and rushed out the door. The young man reported this to the supervisor. I waved at her and described this man and the horrendous ordeal. I don’t know why he was allowed to loiter at Starbucks. I immediately left.
Went to Starbucks on Saturday and ordered a venti size drink. When I got to the window I was handed a grande instead. Informed the person at the window I ordered a venti not a grande and he proceeded to tell me that it’s the same amount of liquid either way. Why am I paying for a venti size drink then if it’s the same amount as a grande? For the price I’m paying that is unacceptable.
This location is more concerned with their drive thru then in store customers. My son and I both ordered food and shaken teas. Food was hot and delicious but we never got our drinks. I had a Steak, egg and tomatillo wrap and he had a double bacon cheddar and egg. We sat and ate and waited.... Never called for our drinks. We finally had to go ask after being there 20 minutes or more. We spoke to the cashier who said the printer for names is not working properly. He asked the barista about the drinks and she said she had already made them. I told them we've sat here the whole time and didn't receive our drinks. The barista was quite snooty about it. The cashier finally looked around and they were sitting on the counter for the drive thru. In the Texas heat, ice melting, watering down the tea! They had sat there for about a half-hour! I DO NOT recommend this location unless you use the drive thru! This was not during a busy time of day. The lobby may have had 5 customers.
Came here at 3. Fast service. My mobile order was waiting for me. 😁🤪 Now just chilling and learning in udemy @ my iPad. Didn't get my gold star refill completely satisfied like at other locations. Will try to go to other locations where I did get my refill free. #gold
My peppermint mocha latte with almond milk was super sweet and watery tasting. I don't think they remembered to add the espresso. They were super busy and barely rinsed the containers out before making the next drink. Not a great experience. My daughter loved her coffee free frappuccino. They've lost their quality. There are several locally owned coffee shops with better coffee amd service. Break the Starbucks habit....
Customer service is good here but the wait is always long! No matter what time of day. I waited 10 mins for a tea! If you can't wait long drive up to blanco and 1604 or huebner and 1604 locations. Both very friendly and faster!!!
Nice location. Service is extremely poor. The Baristas expect you to know your drink and aren’t helpful to pick one out when I was feeling adventurous above my normal black coffee. I would hope they find folks who have more passion for coffee.
Must put in a special request for everything at this Starbucks like...for a receipt, for stir sticks and napkins, etc, etc! Nothing is offered without a request that needs to be repeated when the employee doesn't acknowledge said requests! One is made to feel like they've walked into someone's living room and is disturbing the tenant while they're working from home! Next time I'm going to walk in with a written itemized list to pin onto the cashiers smock! Starbucks used to be quality, now it's little more than a sophisticated vending machine. Why must this be so?
Went through drive through, she was in a hurry to take our order and didn't even ask if we wanted hot or iced? When we got to window a diff employee handed us a hot one and rolled his eyes rudely at us when we asked for iced. As our other drinks were ordered iced. Wouldn't come back to this location. Just not the Starbucks way, as my daughter is a Starbucks barista in Washington.
I order the same drink every time at every Starbucks, and this was the worst! The whole cup was filled with milk. I’ve never asked for a remake, but I had to this time. It barely had a hint of coffee flavor. The remake was just as bad, so clearly they just don’t know how to make the drink. Sadly, it was the manager who made it both times. I won’t be back. If you like milk, you’re good. The girl I encountered at the register was very sweet.
This Starbucks is always in a state of unkempt. How are your employees in line to use the restroom telling people the restroom is out of toilet paper.... They're always out of toilet paper, paper towels, soap or something! I only come here every few months when I donate blood. The counters seem to always be sticky & dirty. Today there was a cluster of employees standing around not working, so I cant say they were shorthanded. After a few minutes, one of them decided to come ring me up. The gentlemen making drinks was hard at work, alone. While their drive thru was into the street. About 8 of us inside waiting on drinks. Customer service doesn't seem to be a concern here. I've been to Starbucks, busier & in the hood, better kept then this location.
Just can't get order right. We visit this place 3x"s a week. Same drinks same food. Drinks wrong remaid 2 x's gyrie eeg bites got white egg bites. Just to tired to argue. Spend app 90$ a week, 360 a month 4320 a year I guess that isn't enough to get proper service. So disappointing.
The wifi is awful and now they want you to give them your email and zip code to use it
Unfortunately, this is the main Starbucks I Frequent but honestly, my least favorite. I get a butter croissant and I ask them to toast it three times. I like it a little Crispy. I have had to send it back multiple times because I’m not sure if they think I’m dumb or just don’t know what I’m ordering, but they will do it one time and try and pass it off. This happened again this morning, but I didn’t say anything because I was too busy pointing out that they gave me like a spit of whipped cream on my Frappuccino. He told me it might just be their whipped cream right now, but came back with it sloppily fixed, and a little annoyed. Listen, if you’re not gonna match the picture that you advertise don’t charge so much for your drinks. Otherwise expect people who are paying good money to request that their drink match the advertisement picture.
I don’t come to Starbucks often but I know what I like and I wanted to try something new. Well, they’re out of what’s new and then I end up having to order one cup of coffee with four different people because I guess nobody really ever wanted to take the order anyway. Learn how to treat people!
This place is a complete mess. Coffee is consistently burnt, and the staff is rude and disorganized. My wait times at this location average on 10 minutes longer than any other Starbucks in town. Had to finally walk out today after waiting nearly 20 minutes for my drink. There were only two customers ahead of me. As I waited, the store almost filled to capacity due to the inability of the staff to fulfill orders. They seemed more concerned with stacking cups than making drinks. Do yourself a favor and get your coffee somewhere else.
Husband and I stopped in to have a quick bite and drink while I set up my new laptop... all tables near outlets were occupied... no biggie. We ordered a panini and he got one of those cheese and fruit packs and we both had our usual Teavana drinks. Drinks were good, panini was good, fruit was not fresh! Most importantly... after we finished eating, we left since I was unable to set up my computer as planned. On the car ride home, I happened to notice something at the bottom of my drink!!! It was a gnat!!! I'm so disgusted and disappointed! Everything else in this post is understandable, at some point, I expect to experience those things to happen every once in a while. But a GNAT IN MY DRINK?! Absolutely unacceptable! Will never visit this location again and I'm not certain I could return to ANY Starbucks after this experience!
I had an awful experience this morning. Aaron, the Barista was extremely rude and unprofessional. He went out of his way to be negative and sarcastic. I will never return to this store again. I hope he is redirected so that he doesn't ruin business for this establishment. He needs a reality check.
The only time I come to this Starbucks and when I'm desperate for coffee. They run out of food items more often than not. It's not an exaggeration to say they run out breakfast sandwiches at least half the time. Also, they don't carry promotional or seasonal drinks very long; They stop selling them weeks before other locations (if they even sell the promotional drink at all). It is also one of them or slower Starbucks around.
Its okay sometimes, kinda slow, but it is sometimes not open in the morning. I always show up between 6:00/7:15 and its literally a guess if it is open at all. Ive come at 6 and its open and other times I show up at 6 and its not. Or its 7:15 and not open, still. What are the actual hours for this location? Because I give up on guessing for this location anymore, which Is fine theres other options. Just a warning to the morning people especially on your way to work, skip, pick a different location. Just dont waste your time.
It would be lovely if the Google time was correct. It shows they open at 5 am but after sitting there for 10 minutes, a young guy gives me a "you idiot" look and then tells me the location opens at 5:30 am. Just a crappie response at 5:15 am when the Google search page results show 5 am.
Took my January cup and according to their manager they only do refills on coffee, even though on the label it clearly states coffee or tea. So left, dumped out the coffee, went a couple miles down the highway, their manager said tea is included and showed me label. My gas and my time wasted due to an incompetent manager.
I've been avoiding going to this location because of the guy they put in drive thru. He's probably early 30's, always a beanie hat and so hateful. You can try to be nice to him but he has a bad attitude from the second he comes on the speaker. He also checked his phone while I was paying. He's just a terrible person to put in front of a customer. He has the personality of a thumb.
The drive thru was about 9 cars long so I went inside, I was behind one other customer. I ordered the easiest thing to make at a coffee house a medium coffee black. Two more customers entered behind and received their order both of which had hot sandwiches. The drive thru cleared and cars I hadn’t seen before I went in were coming and going before they told me the medium roast was out and it was going to take at least 5 minutes before another batch went through. I opted for a light or dark roast whatever they already had made as to not wait another 10 minutes or more for a single cup of coffee...worst location I’ve ever been to.
I came through the drive thru tonight at 9:55 pm and was refused service though the store hours clearly state closing time is 10 pm. I realize that I was cutting it close but come on! Furthermore, I was only trying to pick up a pastry for my daughter, which they throw away at the end of the night anyway! I showed the barista my cell phone so she could see that the time was only 9:55 (you can't fake the time on a cell phone!). She told me her clock said 10 and they were closed! End of discussion. She refused to take my order or acknowledge me at all after that. Completely rude! I go to Starbucks daily, sometimes twice a day and I am infuriated by this behavior. As a business owner myself, I would never treat a client in this manner especially when the store is listed as still open. If you don't want to serve people until 10 pm, change your hours! The employees should not be able to choose to lock up whenever they please just because they are too lazy to actually do their jobs!
Drink quality varies, but that is true with most Starbucks. If they could improve one area of their business at this location I would hope it would be their service time. On average it takes about 10mins + for a drink order to come out....
This particular location this morning with no Nitro Cold brew, took forever to answer me when I simply asked for price on the scone. I asked for 2 scones and only got 1, no receipt and their phone number doesn't work. I'm late for work now. I'm sure they could care less.
I do not recommend. This is the fifth time this location has messed up my order via Uber Eats and gave me the completely wrong items. The food wasn't even fresh. I earn the money that I pay you, I pay you for goods and services, you give me what I paid for. It's a very simple concept. Otherwise, you're stealing, and I hate thieves.
My wife was in a car accident at the starbucks at 1604 and NW Military. A lady backed out of a parking spot ramming my wifes car and breaking her wrist.I ran in to get ice for her wrist and told them to let their manager know and they said they don’t get involved with accidents that this is private property! Not a single person including the other driver checked on my wife. I wish I could give them zero stars but then I couldn’t write this lovely review. By the way I even believe Starbucks has liability in this instance so we’ll see how they feel when we have our day in court.
Terrible service and management!! Do NOT go to this location! Not only are they slow and unprofessional ( the drive through moves at a snails pace) but recently bought 4 gift cards here and they ran out of the envelopes and tried to put my gift cards in coffee cups....that doesn’t even make sense. Anyway when I spoke to management she was young, unprofessional, unapologetic, and snarky. Extremely disappointed, will drive farther to go to another location.
Stopped by this location on NW Military/1604 this morning 2/20/22 and ordered a Venti caramel Frappuccino no whip. This by far was the worst Frappuccino I’ve ever had. It was mostly milk, barely had any coffee flavoring, and they skimped me on the amount as well. They need better training on how to make their drinks. Not worth my $6 at all!
Maybe I just went on a couple of bad days but their baristas do not follow directions nor are they able to think out of the box. If there's not a line on the cup as a reference then they apparently don't know how to make a drink. And no I'm not a picky coffee snob because all the other Starbucks I use don't have any problems
In 2023, you still have people want to threaten to call the cops on innocent black men and women. It is absolutely unacceptable the way Carolina treated my fiancé and I. At 9:20am Central, I made a mobile order and requested pick up through the drive thru. On the app, it stated it would take 4-7 minutes to complete. Around 9:28am, I arrived at the drive thru intercom and was informed that my order wasn’t started yet, but they would get it started. Between 9:32 - 9:42am, the following occurred: - I arrived at the drive thru window and was informed by a first female worker with glasses my order wasn’t ready and requested for me to find a parking sport, turn my hazard lights on and wait. I asked how long the wait would be and was informed 3 minutes. I told her, that I would prefer to wait at the window, to ensure my order wasn’t forgotten as they assisted other customers. She frustratedly closed the window and walked away. - A new worker, Carolina, came to the window and informed me that I would need to park and wait or I wouldn’t get my order. She stated that she was the one making my drink and that the more time I wasted by not moving, the longer it would take for her to get back to making it. I asked her how long would it take and she said about 3-4 minutes. I then asked her why would she use 2 minutes trying to have me move when she could have been done and that I didn’t want to be inconvenienced by moving. She slammed the drive thru window and walked away. - A new female worker in a red apron, came to the window and informed that I would need to park and wait and that now she was the one making my order. She stated that if I didn’t then she couldn’t get back to working on the drinks. I informed her that I’ve been told that by 2 other workers and asked to know if this just some script they have to say. She looked puzzled and closed the window. - Carolina came back to the window stating they didn’t have an ingredient required for one of my drinks and that I would now need to park and come inside the store to request something else. I told her this was not an acceptable to way to handle this situation and she told me “if you would have cooperated, this would have went smoother”. She then told me she would contact the cops and tell them I’m trespassing. I then told her if she wanted to waste the officers time she could call. She said ok and slammed the door. - I tried to get someone’s attention several times, to request a refund as I’ve already paid and was ignored. A worker came to lock the window, as if I would try to gain access, and next I saw workers handing drinks to the cars behind me and having them reverse out of the drive thru. Meanwhile, I’m just sitting there. Around 9:42am, I drove away so I wasn’t late dropping my fiancé off at work and I called the store, believing I would reach the manager; however it was Carolina again. She stated that her manager wasn’t onsite yet and gave me the number to her. At 9:45 am, I called the number given by Carolina and reached Michelle. She stated she was out of town on vacation, apologized for the experience and stated she would contact the District manager and she’d follow up with me later today. It shouldn’t be expected that a customer will wait 10+ minutes in a drive thru only to be told to drive around front, turn their hazard lights on and wait more time. I don’t understand why was I treated this way and have never had an issue at a Starbucks prior to today. It’s frustrating that the team decided to use so much time being unprofessional when it could have been applied to my order. To make it worse, I wasn’t offered a refund so I paid $26.95 for nothing.
HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, Horrible! I’m not one to leave reviews but after today’s interaction it was definitely not pleasant. I stop by this location frequently due to it being on my way to work. I stopped by today, ordered and drove up to the window. I was not even greeted by a light complexed male with a cap (not affiliated with the brand) , bigger built and tattoos on his arm. Doesn’t even say good morning and throw a me the pin pad. He even had the audacity to tell me that I’m not holding it correct after he never handed it to me directly, he swung it.His attitude was horrible! I always tips, but today was not the case. I’m a GM for retail and I understand you could have an off day but the customer experience is priority. Maybe he should rethink if customer service is the right fit for him cuz after my experience, I highly doubt it. Great way for you’ll to set the tone of my day, Starbucks just do better!
Zero stars for unfriendly personnel, Carolina was rude with everyone who was visiting this location, why is she still there? Waited for a small cup of water for 15 (!) minutes. The cafe was empty and employees have time to laugh loudly and work in a very dirty prep area instead of doing a good job.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. My wife and have gone to numerous Starbucks thru out the San Antonio area and by far this is the worst experience we have had. We came thru this locations drive thru @ 11:30 ordered one frap and 2 sandwiches continued to drive thru tried to pay with a $100 bill employee mentioned they did not have change tried to pay with a $50 bill employee did not want to take our money when our order was $19.61. She had the worst attitude and when we asked for a manager she grunted and rolled her eyes and slammed the drive thru window a male employee by the name of Robert Hernandez came to the window and mentioned he was the only manager at the time my wife and I told him of the incident that happened with his employee and did not care just asked us if we wanted our items or not. I proceeded to ask for the employee who was working the drive thrus name he refused to give us her name but did give us the name because of so called “Starbucks rules he said “. But then he did give me the store managers name when I asked who was the main person in charge. Another female then came to the window stating she was the manager she was more professional about the situation and apologized. My wife and I have never been treated so badly at any Starbucks this is our first and last time coming to this location. We did not take the order because we didn’t feel safe with unethical employees making our order. I had mentioned to the female manager that Robert Hernandez said that he was the only manager at that store at that time when he was obviously lying to my wife and I . I’m not sure why I was being discriminated against maybe it was because my ethnicity is Hispanic . Worse experience ever
This is just for the restrooms! Apparently nobody there cleans the restrooms! I asked to talk to a manager but the girl on front was nervous and did not call the manager. I don’t blame employees I understand that probably to clean a public restroom is disgusting so hire a cleaning company but please if I’m a regular customer and would like to use a restroom in this place and the restroom has at least 4 days dirty there is a healthy problem here. I came last weekend and then I came today and no one there has cleaned the restroom. I have gone to other Starbucks where restrooms are very clean!
It’s genuinely impressive when a business manages to fail at something as basic as making change. I pulled into the drive-thru to order food for my daughter and handed the employee a $50 bill. Instead of completing a very standard transaction, the male employee bluntly told me, “You don’t have enough money for me to give you change.” Not “let me get a manager,” not “give me one moment,” not even an attempt at problem-solving just a flat refusal to do his job. So let me get this straight this business expects customers to believe that a functioning drive-thru register operates with less than $50 available for change? That isn’t just poor planning; it suggests a level of operational incompetence that should concern anyone considering spending money here. What makes this worse is the complete absence of leadership. Either management failed to prepare their staff with adequate cash (Retail Operations 101), or they’ve created an environment where employees feel zero responsibility to assist customers when predictable issues arise. Neither option inspires confidence. There is a noticeable difference between being understaffed and being unprepared this place appears to have mastered both. The attitude was dismissive, the solution was nonexistent, and the message to the customer was clear: your business isn’t important. With so many nearby options that understand the very basics of customer service, there is no logical reason to choose this location unless you enjoy inconvenience paired with indifference. Save yourself the frustration spend your money somewhere that actually wants it.
I go to the drive-thru to ask for a blueberry scone, and the woman tells me that they’re discontinued. I told her bummer, They were my favorite and she said back to me. “Well, if you were a real fan, you would’ve known they were discontinued three months ago.” Horrible customer service
One of the worst Starbucks locations I’ve been to. I live nearby, so I’ve visited several times out of convenience, but my drink is made differently almost every visit—and often wrong. I’ve even had to pay extra to fix it. The staff always seems rushed, and there’s constantly new faces, so consistency and training seem to be an issue. I honestly can’t wait to move so that i’m closer to literally any other location.
I come here every morning before work to grab a drink. And I ordered the same thing every single day. And every single time it tastes completely different.
Ive ordered shaken oatmilk brown suger espresso multiple times through the year ( my only drink that i get). I was given a cup with 1/3 drink and was told this is it. Over the past 300+ times i ordered this it was never like that
