I've been to the Dave & Buster's in Shenandoah many times. There are just not many places that combine all the entertainment options that D&B can offer... awesome, up-to-date and state of the art video games, a restaurant with an amazing array of food available, a full bar with any drink you can imagine (within reason), and a staff of wonderful people that bring the whole experience together that other places just can't compare to. There is this most awesome and righteous game tech dude named Hanky that went above and beyond in making our outing to Dave and Buster's a most memorable occasion, and I would love to single him out for special attention from his equally awesome co-workers! I hope they give Hanky all the attention he deserves for being so spectacular! I DO truly have always loved going to D&B, going as far back as the first store that opened in Houston off Richmond all those years ago. Great business and great fun. Keep it up, guys and gals. Good work!

Dave and Buster's in The Woodlands is a top spot for entertainment, featuring humongous TVs for fantasy football fans, a wide variety of arcade games, and mouth-watering smash burgers that are a must-try.

It was a great place for my nine-year-old birthday party but also has adult entertainment with beverages for the entire family to enjoy. We had a great time. There was no rush. They held a table spot for us for free and we weren’t on any kind of time to be moved out of our spot so we got to enjoy the birthday for as long as we wanted the human clause awesome all the kids wanted to do the human claw. It is a little price here. I think if you buy two for one they give you a discount if you ask so that helps a little overall we all had a great time. I go back again anytime or recommend it to anybody

Rented the the dartboard lounge area for my party of 10. Enjoyed the separate space that was provided for us with three seating areas. Our server Tyler was amazing! He truly took care of us in every way imaginable. He was patient with the kids while they ordered and he was very knowledgeable of the new menu. We stayed for 3 hours I will definitely request Tyler next time I come. Thanks again Dave& Buster's for having someone on your team that goes above and beyond for their customer to make their birthday parties great.

Our go to Arcade and game spot in the Shenandoah-Woodlands area. Compared against Main Event and the Chuck E Cheese this has the most games and best value of points per game. You can buy a gift card at a discount online, redeem it, and use it to win lots of prizes, including food items that are delicious, especially the pasta. On Wednesdays they also run half-point games, but the rewards are the same. We love playing and using it to get appetizers, main courses, and desserts. Overall, our favorite family-fun spot for arcades.

One of the nicer Dave & Busters around. It was already a pretty new location and they recently upgraded/remodeled this place. Private booths and other modern amenities. Same fun and games as before. Great place to enjoy woth friends, family and/or co-workers/business partners. Great place for private events and parties too. Team building, team bonding, etc. We work hard and play hard. D&B is always fun. 😎

Great experience! We had so much fun! My 5 year old had a blast, and my wife and I had a blast! They have food, drinks, and party rooms you can rent. There is a wide selection of games, and from the tickets you win, you can get prizes. Super fun and entertaining!

I took my kiddos here for a night out and the spinach dip was delicious. However, for 3 people enjoying the dip and a handful of chips then being charged for more chips is ridiculous. I’m still in my feelings about that but overall it was cool up until the lights decided to go out so things were cut short.

Our drinks, appetizers, and food came out together after a rather long wait. One drink was wrong, missing an app and two meals were wrong. They did replace them, but could have been a better experience. The games were fun with few issues. Fun for many ages.

A great place for families with elementary age children and up. The food and service was great and a lot of interactive games. Not too suitable for toddlers or babies. Would recommend if you bring a toddler to eat at a regular table as the high chairs are too low for the higher tables. Also the volume in the eating area is loud; it’d be great if it was lowered a bit especially because the volume in the game area is really loud. For parents with small children the game area can be a bit overwhelming.

Came here for my son’s birthday prior to dinner. He had a great time. However, the appetizers we ordered came out cold but waitress was phenomenal. She was very attentive and she cannot be blamed for what occurred to the kitchen. It would be ideal if the prices came down as far as the games are concerned. Though my son has thousands and thousands of points to buy things in the “gift” center so to speak the number of tickets required is astonishing.

We have been coming here for years but the prices keep increasing every time we visit. If you are going to charge almost $20 for a burger, don’t use microwave quality bacon. Also, the fact that your reward system is capped is pretty lame. What is the motivation to come back when I have no more rewards to work towards? You need more customer rewards, especially when you have steadily increased prices on cocktails, games, and food. Lastly, bring back the Hawaiian Chicken Sandwich! 😁 it was one of the best things on the menu.

Celebrated my daughter's birthday here, and the kids had a blast. The server was good but could have been a bit more attentive. They are just really there to clean up and to get your drinks. You need to set up for decorations, self-serve buffet style, and no assistance with overall running the party. The hard part is when the kids go play and you need them to come back to the room for cake, games, and food. Overall, it wasn't bad it was a good experience, and the kids like it. The manager who assisted with me he was good, and the server was polite enough. The room was good and a good place to rent a room if needed for a private event. We did the 35.00 per kid, and it was fun until they ran out of chips, but they can play unlimited video play, but those games are basic. Still, it was a good experience for each of them. It's a little pricey but worth the private room to get away from the noise. 😆

Been here 3 times. Mostly were good. Food was great. Wait service phenomenal, atmosphere was fun, drinks added to the enjoyment. However there is a lady that you unfortunately meet to turn in your tickets. Had the unfortunate experience of meeting her our first and third time visiting. It is sad when the last person you see is so rude. No smile, horrible additutde and God forbid you ask her to do something that she gets paid to do. She even threw the cane to get a stuffed animal on the counter when we got out stuffed animal. She either needs to shape up or manager needs to move her either to a different behind doors position or out the door. No need to be that rude especially when nothing was done to you.

We went to Dave & Buster’s with my family and, unfortunately, our experience with our server named Toni was very disappointing. She was rude, did not check on our table, and made unpleasant faces when we were leaving. She never thanked us, even though we were considerate and left her a good tip. She walked away with a bad attitude, which made the experience uncomfortable. That said, the food and drinks were amazing as always. However, Toni’s disrespectful behavior made this visit a difficult and unpleasant experience.

I definitely will not eat at this location again. We went this last Sunday and the food and service was a joke. I had the chicken fingers which were closer to chicken nuggets for the size and the coleslaw tasted like nothing. My wife got the nachos as a meal and at first glance seems like a lot for what it is, but after eating a few from the top you quickly find out that 90% of the chips have no cheese or toppings. I guess this is why it’s served in a shallow bowl instead of a plate like most places. We got an appetizer of fried pickles that were soggy and barely enough for 2 people. Our friends with use got the trio that had sliders, wings, and pretzel dogs which was ok other than apparently had been sitting under the heat lamp for a while. The food temp was barely luke warm and even the dipping sauce that came with it had a “skin” formed over the top since it sat so long. And the kid meals are a joke. They seem reasonable at about $8 a plate but then fries are an extra charge along with the drink.

We had a horrible experience at this location. We invited friends to Dave & Buster’s expecting a fun night but it was extremely disappointing from start to finish. First most of the machines weren’t working. The Hot Wheels cars game only one was working. The motorcycle games only two were working. For a place that’s supposed to be about games and entertainment, this was frustrating right away. We also reserved a group game in the glass box area but there was no door and kids kept coming in and interrupting our game. We had to repeatedly tell parents that we paid for the space and were playing as a group. That shouldn’t have been our responsibility. The worst part was the food and drinks. It was Saturday night, but still one margarita took almost 40 minutes. Appetizers took about an hour. Meanwhile, the waitstaff kept seating new tables without informing guests that the kitchen was severely backed up and that drinks and food could take up to an hour or more. Our waitress kept apologizing and telling us the kitchen was behind yet continued welcoming new tables without warning them about the delays. We didn’t see a single manager on the floor checking on guests or addressing the situation. After waiting nearly two hours and still not receiving our entrées we decided to leave. To make matters worse, we weren’t offered any discount or accommodation for the excessive wait time even for something as simple as drinks or appetizers. Overall it was a very disappointing experience and unfortunately not one we plan to repeat.

Man what a disappointing experience at this D&B location last night 🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️ Myself & my girlfriend decided to do a date night last night here & she had been there before but it had been a long time ago & this was actually my first time so I was excited to play some games, have some good food & drinks and just have a great Saturday evening. Upon entering it looked awesome and the vibe & energy was there even with all the kiddos running around everywhere it seemed like it was going to be a good time. My girlfriend loaded her card with $80 to start and we went into the arcade area to start playing some games, well we played literally "3" games before the damn power went out and then it stayed out for awhile so we didn't know what was going on as there was no communication or announcements over the speakers etc.. So we decided to walk up front & see what was going on which nobody seemed to know what was going on, so we decided to sit and order some food & drinks in the meantime while waiting to get more info on the outage, well then after being seated with menus etc the server comes over & tells us oh actually we aren't going to take anymore tables or orders due to the outage which should have been brought to our attention before even sitting down then we ask well how long will it be she's like I'm not sure so at this point we're now annoyed of the overall poor communication & asked to speak to a manager. Finally the 1st manager comes over which I didn't get her name but she informed us of a transformer issues within the vicinity of the location and had no idea of a timeline of when power would be restored, we understood it was not her fault and my girlfriend kindly asked ok well what is being done for customers for the inconvenience because I just loaded our card with $80 and we just got here 10mins ago & mind you we drove over 30mins from Humble to come to this location and from their the conversation took a turn for the worst as the manger was not very helpful nor kind about the situation she was like ok well what do you want me to do about it 😯at that point it definitely upset us & more so my girlfriend as it was very rude especially from a manager and then she goes let me get my other manager and stormed off..So then the 2nd manager comes over and we explain the same thing over again and she also was not much help and was basically like yeah we don't know much and probably going to make an announcement for people to start clearing out and then basically walked off mid conversation and never came back to assist 😮 it was just like a wow experience and at that point we just were both pissed off & walked out.. We both work in customer service & this was shitty customer service all around, poor communication etc and although the issue wasn't their fault specifically they could have done more such as got our contact info etc yet it's like they could care less.. Definitely a huge inconvenience & disappointing experience overall for sure and look forward to speaking to someone from corporate regarding this occurrence.

On my most recent visit 1/28/2026 I was SERIOUSLY DISAPPOINTED, upon arriving they sat us quick , but the server took 7-10 minutes to even go to our table. We felt rushed when ordering which was awkward. I’ve been here a couple times and I always take a friend with me to the bar since drinks/food are amazing here. The server Toni didn’t look like she wanted to be there and only checked up on us twice. I brought my cousin since it was her birthday and like I mentioned before drinks are amazing here so I wanted to share this place with her….. once it came time to pay I was generous enough to even leave her a tip lol.. I instantly regretted that decision because she didn’t say a WORD to us not one “thank you” “have a goodnight” “have a good one” she just made unpleasant gesture and turned around. Due to the service we were receiving we chose to not get food from here and went to a restaurant near by. I let the manager know once we left ,how extremely disappointed we were.
