Go see Seth! Fantastic service from start to finish. The food was excellent, and the drinks were on point — especially the Grilled Pineapple Margarita and the Old Fashioned. Seth was extremely knowledgeable about both the menu and cocktails and truly elevated our experience. The manager mentioned he’s only around during the holidays, so definitely go soon if you get the chance. One of the best servers we’ve ever had. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.

Best steak I’ve ever had at Saltgrass thus far!!! I ordered the filet medium well and it was cooked to perfection! Melt in your mouth amazing-ness! I also ordered a side of blue cheese crumbles and smeared it on top for an extra treat…DEEEELICIOUS! Service was great! Managers were actively present and inquired with customers about their experience!

I went to a family lunch and ordered salad and burgers for the kids, and the entire meal was very good. The salad was just as good as you see in the photos, and the burgers for the kids were very good. The lemonade was very good. We waited less than 5 minutes for a table, and we did wait a little while for our food. Came in for Prime the other night, wasn’t available so my server made some insightful suggestions. Daegun recommended a plate the way he does it, I just said surprise me and a feast showed up perfectly tailored. I enjoyed my meal very much, as well as the atmosphere and the company. We had such a great time at Saltgrass! The food was really good— we got the Porterhouse and the Truffle Fries and everything came out hot and tasty. But I think what really made the experience stand out was our server Shealynn! She took good care of us the whole time and was super friendly and helpful.

We have been coming to this locations several times over the years. This location is suffered from the traffic congestion that seems to get worse with time. There is plenty of parking space. The place is spacious, clean, decor is typical of a texas steakhouse. The staff are helpful, polite, and attentive.There were 4 of us who came for a birthday lunch. The food was great, the steaks were cooked correctly, as ordered. The dessert and ice cream were delicious. They did it all right. This is why they will always be here. Customer loyalty program is a bonus. We will be back in no time.

The steak was a little dry, but overall the food was good. The servers were all on top of every table and did an amazing job! Food didn’t take long to come out either. Saltgrass is just like those other restaurants that have declined and quality over the years, but the price keeps skyrocketing and to be honest there steaks aren’t that great. Their world famous Texas Tea is no longer in the massive glass it used be in. Their non steak dishes are pretty good - and also a pretty good value. Got to the restrautant at 7:00 was seated at 7:28, waited about 15 min. before the waitress came to us, took only our drinks and had to wait more. After waiting 30 mins. I felt it was enough time and still never received our wine nor bread. I got up went towards kitchen asking for Terry the manager and Jason asked how can I help you in a rasied voice. I told him we have been waiting 30 min. at this time and never received our Wine nor bread or she hasn't taken our order. He told me GO SIT DOWN, I will come to you I told him we are in the back in he came by twice never stopped. At this time I went over to the Hostess booth in lobby and asked them "when/what time you sat us" they said 7:28 and there was Jason, I asked for another manager he said in a aggressive voice "I'm the Sr. Manager the highest one here" He was rude lack of understanding. He did say again go sit down and I will make it right, but I DIDN'T feel right to go sit down after he was so loud and made such a seen in the lobby with me I felt it was best to leave and go to Landry's which was a great choice. I have never been spoken to like he did. He has no understanding and was aggressive towards me. Very disappointed in Saltgrass and never had that kind of experience.

Today me and my family decided to celebrate my mother’s birthday at saltgrass. This was all of our first time and we came in with excitement to try something new. We were seated and got appetizers and ordered our food . When ordering my food I specifically said no onions and no barbecue sauce on my burger. When the food came everyone’s food was correct besides mine and my order was the only one with specific instructions. My burger did indeed have onion and barbecue sauce on it when i got my order. The server left too fast before I could say anything and i waited an extra 10 minutes just for her to come back. At this point my fries and burger are cold and every one of my party were eating. When the serve came back i directed her attention to me and she seen that my plate had not been touched yet before i could say anything she said “ oh you wanted no onions right “ i said yes and no barbecue sauce . She took my plate and i had to wait another 10-15 minutes. When i got it back it was she gave the plate to me with the first set of fries i was plated with which were cold from just waiting for her the burger was right with no onions and no barbecue sauce although when i took a bite it was pink !!!! This was not what i wanted i wanted it well done. I was over it at that point because my party was already done with there food as i was barely getting served with cold fries and a not well done burger ! The server said there was nothing she could have done because i had already took a bite ! This is ridiculous we spent over $200 and they didn’t have the decency to fix my one meal . I took the burger home just so i could make this review! This first experience was horrible!!!!
