I heard you opened up (yesterday) and had to stop in. Got some flatbread sandwiches and smoothies. First of all, everything tasted very good. The portions and prices are great. After speaking with the owner outside I learned everything can be customized- even the sweetness of the smoothies (although I wouldn’t change a thing!) Staff was also friendly and competent- even for it being their first day and the fact it was extremely busy. Everything was so good that my son begged for us to pick him up a chipotle chicken flatbread and watermelon smoothie again today! Foods all come with sides too (chips, apple, banana, kale salad…maybe more options I’m forgetting). Oh and the rewards app is great too- can order ahead if needed and points get you free items quickly!

Very professional staff and efficient. Love their detox smoothie with chia seed add on and acai berry boost smoothies and salsa verde quesadilla. Free surface parking lot available. Great prices for food and smoothies. My new go to spot.

Tasty, fresh and healthy - I'm working my way through the flatbreads (Chicken Pesto, White Cheddar Chicken...) and they're really good. The brand new store looks great and staff was diligent and friendly. The De-tox smoothie is good (it's the healthy choice) but hard to beat the Bahama Mama!

Every time I go here everyone is so pleasant, especially the one gentleman who I assume is the owner. 5 star customer service all the way! And their smoothies are amazing!!! If you haven’t tried this place yet, go now!!!!! 😋

Our visit was on a late night within an hour of closing and the workers were very friendly and even helped out another customer with an issue with a coupon that they had. You definitely have to go tropical, their food is amazing, the juices as well. I try to take ginger shots every time I go, these are very healthy. The owners and ladies are super 🧁 sweet. I highly recommend this place ☺️

Thanks to Tmobile I was able to get a smoothie from this location. I ordered on the app the peanut cup smoothie. When I arrived I had a little trouble finding the spot but the nice man I called helped. I parked in the plaza lot and walked in. I found my smoothie on the shelf and grabbed it and left. When I dug in it was tasty and very filling. I enjoyed.

Thanks to Tmobile I was able to get a smoothie from this location. I ordered on the app the peanut cup smoothie. When I arrived I had a little trouble finding the spot but the nice man I called helped. I parked in the plaza lot and walked in. I found my smoothie on the shelf and grabbed it and left. When I dug in it was tasty and very filling. I enjoyed.

The smoothies are great here but was little upset today about some small but important steps of service . Only my 2nd time here and was excited cause last time in I saw they did breakfast . So I get a wrap and wanted OJ . Girl was nice but no OJ only an orange type smoothie for 7$ . Times are tough with eggs costing you your rent so 13$ for breakfast isn’t what I’m after lately . But then as I wait for my wrap I see sign on bottom of menu saying “ add smoothie to any food order for 5$”! Why didn’t she mention this ? As an 18 year old at a movie theatre my step of service was “ for a quarter more you can add popcorn “ ) it was 1995) but this is what she should’ve mentioned . Paying 2.50$ for a water compared to 5$ for an 8$ smoothie-it’s least better value . This place seems great but as a highway store needs to remember not everyone is a local coming in daily knowing all the deals .

It only took me one bite to immediately almost get sick. I’m usually not a picky person but this has to be a quality issue of some sort. It says it was packed three days ago which is concerning. Blocked out employees name on the sticker because this isn’t on them.

Cross-Contamination & Cleanliness Issues I’ve been coming to this location since it opened and overall, I really do love this place — the smoothies and wraps are great, and it’s been a favorite go-to for me. However, lately I’ve started to notice some concerning issues that I can’t ignore. One major issue is cross-contamination, especially regarding food allergies. For example, a chicken wrap I ordered was cut with a knife that had clearly been used on something with peanut butter. Thankfully, I don’t have a peanut allergy, but if I did, this could have ended very badly. That kind of oversight is serious. More recently, I ordered an oatmeal bowl, and while eating it, I found a hair inside the bowl — which was really off-putting and disappointing. I want to continue supporting this location, but health and safety standards need to be improved immediately. These aren’t minor mistakes — they pose potential health risks. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses these issues, because I would love to go back with confidence in the quality and care put into their food.

Didn’t fill my drink to the top, but did for another drink, other then that they were kind. But for that price I expect the smoothie to be filled to the top, like they usually do. Not sure if it’s because the girl was a new employee. I have been here many times before and they always fill my drink to the top, so I don’t understand what the problem was 🤷‍♀️

Cross-Contamination & Cleanliness Issues I’ve been coming to this location since it opened and overall, I really do love this place — the smoothies and wraps are great, and it’s been a favorite go-to for me. However, lately I’ve started to notice some concerning issues that I can’t ignore. One major issue is cross-contamination, especially regarding food allergies. Didn’t fill my drink to the top, but did for another drink, other then that they were kind. But for that price I expect the smoothie to be filled to the top, like they usually do. Not sure if it’s because the girl was a new employee. I have been here many times before and they always fill my drink to the top, so I don’t understand what the problem was 🤷‍♀️

Not for me. Gave it a try and not in a rush to try again. Flavor of the smoothie was so artificial. If you like overly sugary icees this is the place for you. While I didn’t order food, I watched and smelled them burn the items they did have going. Also they only offer 1 size for the beverages? Should offer different sizes. Especially since it was my first time trying, now I feel so wasteful having a giant cup filled with poison. I could tell the 2 people working were trying and were very polite. However it’s just not for me and I left feeling extremely dissatisfied. The place was clean and parking was easy.

I stopped in today for a smoothie and stood waiting for almost 10 minutes while the staff focused exclusively on online orders. They clearly saw me standing there — eye contact was made — but not a single person said a word to me. No "we'll be right with you," no acknowledgment whatsoever. Then two customers walked in after me and were immediately helped while I continued to stand there invisible. When I finally spoke up to let them know I'd been waiting, I was told I needed to go to the register to order. Interesting, because I've been to this location before and was never told that, and other Tropical Smoothie locations have taken my order right at the counter without issue. What should have happened here is simple: tell the customers who came in after me that I was next, take my order, and apologize for the wait. Instead, I was ignored, skipped, and then made to feel like the inconvenience. Basic customer service shouldn't be this hard. I won't be back to this location.
