This might be the best Taco Bell I’ve been to. I know. I’m surprised too. Everything was picture perfect! No skimping on anything, the food was fresh and i received plenty of hot sauce and napkins. The service was quick, even with a long line. I wish all Taco Bell’s were this good! They clearly have a dope staff. Keep it up!

I ordered from this location through DoorDash and multiple times. My order is missing drinks or bad quality so this time I ordered DoorDash and I was missing a frizzy and the other freezing look like half of it was missing so I came to the restaurant to see what is going on. I spoke to the manager he was very sweet and accommodating and he explained to me that the order was good when I left the restaurant and he said many times he has those problems with DoorDash and Uber Eats and I kind of believe him because the Dashers and drivers don't wanna communicate. Do you wanna explain themselves where is the missing items so I think uber is on DoorDash need to be held responsible for the orders we deliver and if it's missing, it's on them.

This is probably one of the better taco bells in the area. The staff was amazing. Very polite and gave me all the requested sauces that I needed without trying to skimp. Also the food was well made. My only negative not worth docking a star is the wonky drive thru that is set up for the space. PRO TIP, use the app and pick up in store. Otherwise this location is awesome

There is only one reason why I go to Taco Bell, and that's Mountain Dew Baja!!! It's the best and that's the only place I can find it. The extra star is for that, otherwise, the food is mediocre and the quality of meet is average of a fast food chain.

Its fast food its taco bell. You been to one you been to them all. I owe her likectaco bell and usually am happy with food. There is a ways exceptions. But for the most part this one is good. Close to home convenient.

My relationship with this Taco Bell is complicated, but I keep coming back. It is the best food from any Taco Bell I’ve been to. But they are constantly turning over staff so the drive thru moves extremely slowly. One Saturday night around ten pm it took 49 minutes to get through the drive though. Any regular afternoon you can expect it to take more than ten minutes. Worth it? Yes.

Food is good for the price. It's a quick bite in case you are in a hurry. Don't love their salsas because their just not spicy enough. I always get their XXL Burrito Supreme and nachos because of their cheese.

Food is good but they often make mistakes filling orders. Check your bag before you leave!

Nice, clean, well run TB. All the regular options with both a drive though and a good amount of seating indoors. Be careful getting inside - you have to cross both the drive through and the entrance to the shopping center next door.

I like taco bell, but i hste the drive through especially at the turn when rude. Drivers try to cut in line. I never let them but sometimes i see others get bullied to submitting. The wait sometimes can be a frustration and when your hungry big time frustrating. But at times its fast. They serve the foid pretty consistant and usually get my order right. More so than other places ive been. so im happy with them.

Unusually for Taco Bell franchises in the area, the good was hot, well prepared, and tasted fresh. The location itself was well kept and clean, and the service staff were polite, courteous, helpful, and cheerful. Anyone looking for fast food in this area would do well to consider this location.

I stopped by this Taco Bell location today because I order food at a place next door. I parked at the little garage parking they have toward the back. I wanted to take advantage of the happy hour freeze so that's why I came here. When I walked inside, they were not busy at all. It is encouraged to order from the kiosk so that's what I tried to do but it was so slow and non responsive. I asked a worker who came to give food to someone else and he seem annoyed I asked. He saw how slow it was but after a while he just walked away when he got me to the menu screen. I ordered the Baja blast with strawberry freeze and when I went to pay using credit card, it kept throwing an error message. So the lady who was checking in for work on the counter asked the same guy who tried to help me before to ring me up. He rang he up and then made my drink but the one he made was a strawberry freeze and not a Baja blast strawberry freeze. I didn't want to be that customer so I just took my drink and walked out. The strawberry freeze is still good but I just wanted to try the Baja blast strawberry freeze.

Covid-19 mandates are pretty much over now and I was able to dine in today at this location for the first time since probably 2019. It's a nice location but the prices are slightly higher than most Taco Bell's in the city of Los Angeles.

The drive through service crew really need to focus on their customer service. I know it is a minimum wage job, but you gotta offer some sort of "hello, how may I help you".

Ordered #1 - tacos soggy which seeped into the Taco shell and split the tacos in half. Asked for extra mild sauce but only received 5. Cinnabon was hard and stale.

It's taco bell, you shouldn't be expecting anything better than average. The drive through is nice but hard to navigate, you can tell people have scraped their cars.

Okay by Taco Bell standards. Inside service is pretty good. The self-service drink area is usually a bit messy. The drive-thru is quick.

Being one of the only options in Sherman Oaks that's open this late, the drive thru line is almost always a 25-30 min wait. Food is decent. Far from great.

The menu changes have hurt. There are a few chicken choices left, but the menu is very beef oriented. There is, however, a way of putting the ordering kiosk into "veggie mode" and ordering a lacto-ovo vegetarian meal. That is one redeeming thing about the new Taco Bell. I hope they add a meat-replacement like Beyond as an option.

Damn this place keeps getting worse and worse. Slower. Quality of food preparation. Quality of food served.. I believe it's profitable because it's the only taco fast food place in a 10 min radius that's open late. They need to get more staff or staff that's experienced. I keep coming back KNOWING I should go to the one on Sepulveda 15 mins away lol

Somewhat less clean looking than even other taco bells. Prices seem to have been going up faster than other chains. It's still what you would expect, though.

It’s taking over 5 minutes or more per car at night. I’m in the drive thru line right now and my car hasn’t moved in 10 minutes. I even order on the app to make things faster and accurate but they always put tomatoes when I specify no tomatoes. We’ll see what I get on my chalupa today.

I recently ordered the Discovery Lux Box from the Del Taco Bell on Ventura Blvd in Sherman Oaks. The inside of the store was clean, which I appreciated. However, parking was pretty difficult to find in this location. As for the food, I wasn’t very satisfied. The crunchy tacos weren’t very good, they were mostly filled with lettuce and lacked flavor. The crispy chicken burrito was small in size, but the taste was okay. Overall, I was expecting a better experience with the food.

DO NOT COME HERE LATE AT NIGHT. Just don’t do it. They are insanely slow. Like however long you think it’ll take, double or triple that, and that’ll be your late night drive thru experience. DO NOT ACCEPT UBER / DOORDASH here late at night. You will get stuck waiting in line for 45 mins. It’s not worth it. Otherwise, I love this Taco Bell. It’s close to home and always delicious. I just can’t stand when they close the dining room and force me into the slow drive thru line. Honestly it might be faster to drive to a different Taco Bell entirely when it’s drive thru only.

it's super expensive now. What is this? Demolition man era taco bell? Their drive thru price for a chicken quesadilla combo is $6.99. the price came up funky so i had to ask the girl and they said they raised it to $10 something. I'm like naw I'm good. I come to taco bell when i want to self pity.

Drive through here past 8pm always has a long line. The past couple times I've been coming here around 9pm I've had to wait in the line for 30+ min. Sometimes they forget an item or get an item wrong, but at least the food doesn't taste like it was made hours ago, or uneven temperature, and the sodas have not been served flat yet. Their customer service is alright. They always apologize for the long wait, but I always feel like they're short staffed or that some employees are not being utilized enough.

I live only three blocks from this Taco Bell so I’d like to think of it as a convenient location. But the drive thru after 10 PM, I can wait anywhere between 20 and 30 minutes for my order. Way too slow service to be called fast food. Wish they would hire more people or change management. I probably will start going to the Taco Bell in Studio City since even with the drive included, it may be faster than this. UPDATE: there are 6 people working this Monday night. NO CLUE why they take so long.

They only take cash after 1 or 2 am. I've always thought this place was a front for something. It is a franchise, and they have a desk for another business in one of their drive through windows. That being said my order is usually right. But the last couple of times I went I had ants in my food, so I stopped going there a while ago. The other one on Ventura Blvd does the job now for me.

Rude rude rude. The morning drive up person who appeared to be the manager was very rude. He basically rushed the whole order taking and paying than through the food bag at me. Went there TWO times and same person, same rudeness and again through the food bag at me. I guess the is normal operation for him and this place. Will not be back to this location.

The SLOWEST staff EVER. You end up waiting in line FOREVER. There needs to be a BETTER system- Similar to what In and Out does; they have staff outside taking orders… Extremely understaffed, and often get the order wrong.

At 2:40 I went through the drive thru and the man working drive thru was so rude, he didn’t give me a receipt so I couldn’t get his name. No greeting or anything and threw my bag into a box. I am a former fast food employee and are taught to never treat customers poorly. Could not call the store due to the memory being full. Terrible customer service.

They seemed slower than molasses and had food piling up on a front counter that they were writing things on, but the line for the drive thru (inside was closed) was a mile long and two employees at the front were just twiddling their fingers. 3 people finally gave up and left the line.

Went to Taco Bell for a quick bite after going to the park with the family about 545 pm. We got home and my daughter was the first one to get sick and started to complain that her stomach really hurt at 8:15. Around 10 she threw up all over her carpet. My wife started having diarrhea at 2:30 am followed by puking.

Been sitting in this drive-thru for 37 minutes, and for the last 15 have not moved at all. There are 5 cars in front of me. Literally the slowest fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. This location should terminate their night crew if it takes them 10+ minutes PER ORDER at a time when they’re only open to drive thru orders. And this is not a one-time issue, but EVERY NIGHT with these people. If my staff were this useless I’d replace them. Unbelievably incompetent.

Don’t come here if you have a pickup order at night. Forget it. You’ll spend 45 minutes in the drive thru. Why not keep the lobby open? Or have them bring out your pickup order? I will avoid this place in the future.

This is bar none one of the worst Taco Bell restaurants on earth. Firstly they are never adequately staffed. I waited 20 minutes in a drive thru with only 5 cars after which I just said f it and drove off. 5 cars! I looked inside and it appears there were only 1 or 2 people inside and let’s just say whatever they were doing could hardly be categorized as work. Looked more like they were auditioning as extras for the Walking Dead. You couldn’t believe how slow and disorganized what I saw actually was. Taco Bell corporate cut your losses and close this embarrassing store.

Everything is dirty everywhere inside and they don't have time to cook what takes a long time to wait, this is the biggest problem, mistakes and all the establishments branches are dirty and air conditioners work everywhere, this is bad, it can ruin your health

If I could give this Taco Bell location negative stars I would. I had the worst experience here. I waited over an hour for a mobile order in the drive thru line and of course there’s no way out of the line. Taco Bell is supposed to be a FAST food restaurant.

Always, ALWAYS check your bag before you leave. They have like a 10-15% chance of getting your order correct. I’ve been burned too many times getting all the way home only to find my order is not correct. All I ever want is for sour cream to be left off of an item or maybe to leave off red sauce from a burrito. Not asking for a lot. So, fellow Taco Bell fans, take an extra 60 seconds in the drive-thru line or before you leave the lobby to double check anything that you modified, even SLIGHTLY. This Taco Bell won’t check, so you better.

Drive through. I ordered 8 items and when he handed me the bag I asked if all 8 items are there and he said yes I even through in a bunch of extras for you. I left and when I arrived home found that they gave me 6 items that I ordered and about 50 sauce packets. Lesson learned: I need to count my food at the window.

Food is ok, it's tacobell... the one star is because I ordered my food to be delivered a couple of times from there and they don't really care about packing your food correctly. They don seal your food! So basically the drivers delivered a open box, no bag, not even taped, with your nachos or chips in an open paper bag inside! Im sure my driver didn't pick a nacho from my box but there is bad people out there and I'm sure some driver too. Definitely do not enjoy my food and also Definitely not ordering food from them again

Poor customer service, you repeat your order 5 times and get to the window pay for it open the bag the order is incorrect it never fails. They have a nasty attitude when you don't want except whatever they give you. Cooperate really need to investigate the Topanga location.

I have gone to this Taco Bell many times and most the time its because I'm in a rush and grab a quick bean and cheese burrito. More often they always get the simplest order wrong... They ask you if the order on the screen is correct and it may be, but once you receive your order it is wrong. I will stop spending my $ at this location. Its been always an upsetting ending. (NO ONIONS means NO ONIONS)

I’m so beyond disappointed with this visit. Beyond the food being far more expensive than normal, there was less meat in the tacos, less meat/cheese (mostly beans) in the burritos, and they put sour cream on our fiesta potato’s when we asked for none. They also didn’t give us any of our sauces, which the new salsa was the whole reason we came. What used to be more than enough food for three people didn’t fill us up at all and cost more than our new local taco spot that tastes way better. We’ve been loyal customers for YEARS but we will not be back, it’s just not worth it anymore.

This has the longest wait time for a fast food restaurant. I have been waiting in the drive thru for almost 45min and still waiting for my food to be given to me. But it seems like if you place a pick up order a head of time you can literally walk up to the drive thru window and get your food.

Serious Hygiene issue, Guy wearing gloves touch everything in front as cashier go back prepping food right after, even scratches his nose under the mask, came out organized chairs cleaned table again go back to work same gloves!!!! So I went through the drive thru to pick up my order that I already paid for and the Spanish lady with glasses who work graveyard shift told me that I have to confirm the order when I told her confirm what it’s my order she slammed the window in my face so hard it almost shattered the glass completely unprofessional staff and service

Went inside to pick up order i placed online and honestly the place smelled so bad there were so many homeless inside screaming and yelling. This location is not what it use to be management did nothing about it.

This is the first time going to this Taco Bell location and will definitely be the last time. First, the one kiosk that I used did not have NFC for my apple pay. I am lucky that I had my physical card on me because it would not let me leave the screen to do my order on the other kiosk. Second, my food was absolutely terrible. I know it is fast food, but I have been to many Taco Bells and they've been better. My nacho fries were VERY stale and the potatoes in my soft taco were stale and hard - I barely even ate it. To top it off, occasionally, I will go to Taco Bell to solely get a baja blast. It is their staple drink and I love it. My partner and I went to go fill our drinks with it. My partner's drink was fine, but as soon as I got to it, the syrup ran out. After 5 minutes of workers staring at me, someone finally acknowledged me standing there and I let them know that there was no baja blast syrup and that it needed to be refilled. I kept going up to the machine and testing the syrup, but it never got better. After about 10 minutes of waiting, I went up to them and asked if they could fill my cup with baja blast with their machine for the drive thru. They said they didn't have baja blast. Instead of saying that, they just let me wait and not do anything to help me. Very very disappointment with my visit today and I will never be going back. Do better.

Absolutely the worst Taco Bell for nighttime delivery drivers. They make you stand outside for 30+ minutes before even acknowledging your existence. It’s like we’re invisible. To make it worse, the drive-thru is conveniently closed to delivery drivers—so forget about quick pickups.

Absolutely baffling how poor the service was. The food seemed like it was a day old—I attempted to eat a Doritos locos taco, my favorite menu item, but it was shockingly soggy, yet stale at the same time. Our cheesy Gordita crunch supremes lacked sour cream entirely. Took about 15 minutes to order at the drive thru because the cashier could not understand a thing we said—seemed intoxicated. Most horrifyingly, my fiancé’s Baja blast had NO ICE. The cup was half full. I strongly suggest to anyone looking for a fast food restaurant in this area to seriously reconsider eating at this Taco Bell. Just go to In n Out, even if the line is around the corner. Be careful.

To area director: Didnt even bother to fry my chalupas. They were basically Gorditas. Hell yeah I said something. Thats not right. These went straight into the trash. And Grubhub gave me my refund.
