I came by here for a Matcha Latte, and it tasted great. The staff is very friendly, service was fast, and the store was clean :) it's also nice that there is a parking lot here. There isn't much parking on Ventura Blvd, but this place has a lot to park in for free.

Really nice Starbucks. I particularly appreciated how they set up their inside to accommodate COVID-19 social distancing measures. This is my new local Starbucks so I can really appreciate this aspect of our new world reality. Will be back soon

VERBOSITY ALERT: I believe this must be one of the oldest Starbucks in LA, but I don't know for sure because I've only lived here since 1986. The store was just recently remodeled and reopened about a month ago. There's plenty of room inside, which allows for plenty of privacy and your own personal space in a very comfortable atmosphere. Speaking of comfort, there is a livingroom-like area which consists of many comfy couches to sit on. There are plenty of places to plug-in for power and set up your tablet or laptop. There is, of course, fast and unrestricted Wi-Fi service, so you can look at your risque websites and concoct your schemes to scam people out of billions of dollars. I'm joking, I was recently a victim of Internet identity theft and I'm still pretty bitter about it. The staff here is really amazing and very friendly. They do a fantastic job of making any drink you want to order, without making any goof-ups and if you order something out of the ordinary, they will provide you with exactly what you want. Last evening I went there for a snack and redeemed one of my Starbuck's Rewards free drinks credits for a Mocha Frappuccino that was quite a bit unusual, but I found out that if you want something even more out of the ordinary, they will fix your order as you like and if needed, tweak it until it's right. I will be back to this store, although it's quite a long way for me to get there on a regular basis. I recommend this Starbucks over the other one that's close by (don't worry they're so busy that they are not going to miss any business from the one person that I influence in going to this Starbucks) and it's open every night of the week until midnight.

One of my favorite locations. They have some of the best baristas! Drinks are always made correctly and they always greet their guests. There is limited free parking and meter parking.

This is our neighborhood Starbucks. It was recently remodeled and it looks great. (twice the size). They have all the amenities that anyone who visits a coffee shop could ever want. The staff are great!!

Starbucks is always awesome! I like to explore instead of going to one coffee shop a lonnnngg time. I have gone to Starbucks since I was literally 4 years old, my mom would always get my sister and I a hot chocolate and vanilla steamer. To this day, I still get the hot chocolate most for nostalgia sake and because they make pretty tasty hot cocoa beverages.

Best Starbucks ever the people who work there are always super friendly and it's very clean we go there almost every two days mu husband get his coffee 😊 I got strawberry acai my favorite drink and my son loves the Hot chocolate it's our our favorite Starbucks

From a service perspective, everyone is fast, friendly, and efficient. The only negatives are the location - it's a small space in a strip mall with a very tiny parking lot. Best bet is to walk here and not have high expectations on finding a table unless you come early or late. The hours here are great however, as they're open to midnight which is uncommon for Starbucks in the valley.

The usual starbucks experience... students and ppl with laptops and somewhat overpriced coffee.. keep coming back for more, though, for all of the above for some odd reason 😀

I was in the area today and walked in to get a drink. My favorite Starbucks drink is one Grande iced chai latte with almond milk, but today I tried the iced toasted vanilla oat milk shaken. The customer service was excellent, the coffee shop is big and specious, plenty of seatings both indoor and outdoor. Clean bathrooms. Great place for working on your laptop, studying, meeting friends or just grabbing a drink by yourself. Free easy parking.

Love this place! It's my favorite Starbucks in the Valley by far. The baristas are really friendly and welcoming (they gladly redo your order or give extra pumps if you ask). It's a great place to study and there are some nice places to get lunch at the same plaza. It has a chill vibe that I haven't quite found at any other Starbucks.

Clean is a big deal for me tho. it tells you a lot of the people's getting your coffee ready. and here is super clean and welcoming people behind the counters, real polite great job guys it feels good when you see people that like their job. 😎👍☕

Super friendly staff!!! They are always on point with mobile and walk-in customers. Probably the friendliest service of most of the Starbucks locations in the Valley. Drinks are always made correctly too. Parking is tough as it is a tight, small lot so you may have to drive around it a bit unless you find metered parking on the street. A++

Love this Starbucks. The staff is very friendly and cheerful and there are plenty of places to sit and work - lots of outlets so I can spend hours here writing. I'm not even that crazy about Starbucks coffee or food, but the atmosphere is so nice, I find myself coming here more and more.

Very good location (wish they were closer to Ventura though)and always busy. I like their service but don't like the noise (it can get too much). It has a big sitting section inside and some tables outside so choices are not few. The bathroom was also somehow clean (not common with every location).

Good quick service with courtesy & smile. The parking is no hassle but it can get packed at times. Seating situation is bad because people likes to stay there all day. The coolest part about this Starbucks is their complimentary wireless charging pad. Good for any phone/portable device model. Food is fresh and well made. I had the pumpkin spice Frappucino and I didn't like it. I'd still come back again for other stuff though!

I go here almost everyday and get the same drink. Today I went in to pick up my drink and it was not what I ordered (it has 4 espresso shots in a tall cup so the coloring is always super dark) today it looked like a cup of milk. I addressed the issue and the employee goes “so what do you want me to do, add another shot?” Instead of apologizing and remaking my drink the way it was supposed to be. I get it might not be perfect every time but at least be kind when you make a mistake.

Way too busy. Parking is crazy and sometimes the parking lot is jammed with people trying to get in and out. Outside seating is not very relaxing. If you park on seat you must concern yourself with parking fees and timing.

The quality of coffee has gone down last few years, Macdonald coffee is superior to Starbucks in taste and aroma. This place Is like any other Starbucks. Sitting is limited sometimes. Smokers outside around sitting area are a huge problem for patrons. Staff must pay more attention to this problem, however without continuous complaint from customers nothing will happen. The prices for food is to expensive for a coffee shop and for what is offered. Starbucks should be asked to cut the prices down by %50 for its Rewards member.

Decent service, drinks are pretty consistent. Only gripes to speak of: this location needs better sanitation...always have to deal w/flies and gnats...it's getting worse and becoming a major turnoff. Wifi is a JOKE!!! One of, if not the worst in the valley for a Starbucks chain. If you need to conduct business on your tablet or laptop, skip this place. It be nice if the staff didn't were more mindful of freeloaders and homeless people just sitting on the laptops in the morning clogging up bandwitth and not buying anything - IT'S VERY ANNOYING. Solution: do what they do in Hollywood...buy something or go somewhere else, geez!

Expensive coffee for a dirty store with limited items in store and no cream available to the customers. Apparently I was told this is because of theft and covid..... Having pepper spray or some type of protection is also advisable.

I love Starbucks and I frequent at least 3/4 times a week. Unfortunately, this store always gets my drink wrong. I always order vanilla latte (nothing crazy) but they never ever put vanilla in my drink. I wouldn’t make a big deal about it but after having it happen 7/10 times I have visited this store and paying so much for a cup of coffee that is wrongly made I have to say something. I try to stay away from this store as much as possible due to this reason but there are times this is the closest place and have to go.

Josh (the barista helping me) was very patient and nice …… but made my drinks wrong four times. The first time our order wasn’t even the drinks we ordered (frozen tropical citrus iced energy with strawberry puree). The second time he didn’t know how to make the drink we ordered, it didn’t come close to filling the cup and didn’t look anything like the photo. The third time he offered to make something completely different and did …. But he gave a grande cup when we ordered venti. The fourth time I ordered a vanilla blonde roast oat milk latte - and it tasted like there was hardly any vanilla in there. I really didn’t feel like asking for a fifth remake. The quality at Starbucks is going downhill lately. The reason I even went to this Starbucks was dissatisfaction with another location. I will likely be sticking to small business coffee shops that actually take the incentive to make quality drinks in the future.

Never going back here! Horrible pot head service. Ordered decaf and they gave me regular. Kept me up all night... Last night I met a friend there, ordered a Decaf and bought a sandwich for them to warm up. They never called my name, and 15 min later the coffee and sandwich was just sitting there. And when I was still wide awake at 4:30am, I realized it wasn't decaf. Now I'm dead tired at work.. Not going back- despite the good location. Horrible service

Yesterday I bought 8 drinks for my coworkers I had asked the guy that handed out the order to me for a bag simply because I’ve also orders threw a 3rd party like Uber eats & they arrive with my drinks in paper bags! Ever since I ask for bags when I have a big order & I have never had no problem.Anyways so I asked him for a bag to carry my drinks he replied with No a bag for what I told him it was for my drinks he said no there is no bags for drinks I explained how 3rd parties have Starbucks bags & other Starbucks locations they give it to me he kept saying no & to leave because he had other drinks to hand out. I work like 3mins never had this kind of experience so any ways I left when I was going back to work out of those 8 drinks 3 fell because the cup holder ripped just great if he would of given me the bag I asked for I wouldn’t have left coworkers with out their Starbucks terrible Experience

When you ask for Store Manager & District Manager contact information he denies handing business cards and instead hands you a handwritten disconnected false phone number to the "District Manager". This is the only Starbucks that does not put pumpkin spice in their so-called "Pumpkin Spice Latte." I get this drink frequently. Even my work colleagues get me this drink from this Starbucks. And each time Starbucks fails to add the spice. I'm always giving them the benefit of the doubt. Like "perhaps they just forgot today" but no. Other Starbucks add the spice without needing to ask for it. The spice really compliments the drink...hence the name of the drink. It's quite disappointing to the taste buds. If you're going to order the seasonal drink make sure to ask for the spice.

I don’t think I believe I’ve ever reviewed a Starbucks – I mean why bother – we all know what it is, and it’s so corporate run that I have pretty low confidence that corporate cares what’s going on at any particular franchise shop. However, after several frustrating interactions at this particular location (managed by Dilbert), figured it was worth putting up here in case somebody’s trying to figure out where they want to actually enjoy their hour and a half of laptop/Java. Whatever’s going on at the shop, they need to figure out how to hire people that actually are decent. AND THEN, actually TRAIN THEM WELL. As in, reasonably intelligent enough to work the register, and are actually trained before being put on the register. This has been going on for about a year and a half where consistently I see a manager sitting on the floor, underneath the register area working on a broken terminal or something, while (generally speaking, it’s a female) an employee who looks like they’ve been on the job for about a day and a half literally stares down at the register with no clue how to use it, while you’re giving your order. I tend to buy a lot of gift cards, and inevitably the person is completely untrained as to how to actually “load“ the gift cards, and we end up spending about 20 minutes fixing their mistakes. This is not OK. Either take the time to train people properly before you put them on the register, or fire them because they can’t actually work the register – but either way it should not take 20 minutes to load three gift cards. And again this has been going on for a year and a half. Today I walked in and handed Kristia one of the gift cards that I’ve been given, and she stared at it, flipped it over three times- it’s a brand, new Starbucks gift card, and she had to walk away and find a manager to be told how to charge a Starbucks gift card for my drink. I hope this is coming off as insane as it actually was in real life – it was the height of stupidity, all of us waited online because Kristia who is a “partner“ at Starbucks doesn’t know how to charge a gift card for a drink. Moving onto quality of the barista’s: they seem reasonably well trained, but tend to wear incredibly goofy hats, and joke amongst themselves so much that they tend to ignore you while you’re asking for a straw, a napkin, or to fix the drink that they may have gotten somewhat wrong. Again, this happened today: a guy wearing basically a beanie cap with Mickey Mouse ears on it was joking around while his two fellow employees were likewise joking around. So there’s three of them joking around, I’m the only customer in sight, and it took me a minute to get their attention to fix a drink. While I was trying to work on my laptop, the banter and goofing around continued so annoyingly that I finally just packed up to leave. Because apparently this is “their store”, not the customers’, and they don’t care that their disruptive, childish antics are making for an unpleasant atmosphere. So overall, management of this particular store is untrained, or uncaring – to have this consistent low quality going on while paying baristas an incredibly high minimum wage, along with health, benefits and profit-sharing is absurd. Get your act together, respect your customers more. Because they’re not getting paid $22 an hour while you’re goofing off or not training your employees. Highly recommend finding another Starbucks 10 blocks away unless you’re down to wait on an incredibly long line, while someone stares at the register, untrained, while “partner” employees banter annoyingly while making drinks. Thank You. Note: this is purposefully to the point without pulling punches to hopefully get the attention of Management. If a Customer is spending this kind of money during these hardship times, and YOU are making the kind of money you’re making… NOT OK. You are there to serve customers, not yourselves. A formal complaint was filed to corporate because they are disrespecting hard-working people and this has been going on for the past year and a half.

As a Starbucks partner this store was a mess. I asked for a brown sugar shaken espresso with cold foam and was given it but there was zero oatmilk in the drink. My boyfriend asked for a tomato mozzarella and there was zero mozzarella in the sandwich. My shots were also for sure left dead, they tasted bitter and burnt. They also up charged me on my cold foam. I asked for toffee but in my cold foam bit they did charge me for the toffee but in the cold foam, when in reality there is a button on the baristas side that gives the chance to do toffee nut cold foam. Therefore charging me the 1.25 for the foam and an extra 50 cents for the added syrup. The atmosphere was also just not friendly. Our goal in Starbucks is to connect with customers but my whole family was not spoken too other than our total. Some more training might be necessary for this store.
