Awesome veggie and vegan options. You can pretty much customize things exactly as you want and I LOVE that. The staff is super friendly, checking in only when needed and always smiling and attentive. My egg white omelette was super good! Every flavor I wanted and it came out super fast on a Sunday. Perfect visit.

I had ordered a patty melt with a salad I asked for my Patti meant to be well done they brought it back really red so they had to take back I had to wait to eat lunch so that was disappointing 😔 the waitress was really nice and helpful It was my first time going there it was good

Pea guacamole is not guacamole! Total fraud! There’s already a term for it - mashed peas! Ive already informed the BBB, the FTC, and the PGA! I recommend the Nitro Omelette.

Well this chili has better be damned good. If they're going to charge such high prices then sneak in 4 percent surcharge on top to cover increasing wages in California. Just charge that much more. I admit I'm writing this before even reading this chili! But I won't submit that part until I try this stuff. OK.. tried it and I'll stand by what I said so far. It's good but a bit pricey even for this day and age.

I’ve frequented Jinky’s for over 20 years. Sometimes I was there twice a week because of the amazing menu. Everything you want … until now…Jinky’s was purchased by a new owner about 1 year ago and the food and service has gone downhill since then. Many of my favorites are no longer on the menu. Had the chili today and it was bland and flavorless. It used to be amazing and the different types of chili they offered, but no longer. The prices went up well over 10 percent for each dish I used to Order since this new owner took over. It is not the cool neighborhood restaurant that was like Cheers where everyone knows your name. I miss the personal touches. I miss the friendly wait staff. I will go back from time to time, but it makes me sad that this great restaurant is now mediocre at best. If the new owner is reading this, you are made a huge mistake by changing so much. You are following the footsteps of the amazing pizza place that was next door- it was bought, corners were cut, and now it no longer exists. I realize that people need to retire, but these new business owners truly need to take a page from the old book- if it isn’t broken, don’t fix it.

I realize the min wage hike requires Jinkys to charge more, but come on guys. Just raise your prices honestly like everyone else. Tax and tip are bad enough to have to calculate on top of a posted price. A 3rd layer of price obfuscation only made my hash brown memories a little more mushy. It was almost great. Might return, so long as I remember my TI-83

The food immediately hurt my stomach. A new fee is added (service 4%). Staff was rushed, no clear communication between team members and really affected my experience. I saw the service for 20 seconds and most of the time she was basically power walking by and saying words. I will not return ever.

This place is not “Better than breakfast in bed”. I’m surprised they are allowed to call themselves a diner. No hashbrowns? What kind of diner doesn’t serve hashbrowns. Overall over priced, staff is under dressed and they might all be high. I know some people that really enjoy this place but I think they are just hooked on the memory of this place 15 years ago. If u want good diner food just go to”Nats Early Bite” on Burbank and hazeltine. It’s 10 mins away, cheaper and much better food. Jinkys is where your dreams of a good breakfast goes to die.
