Stopped in after work, ordered a Vanilla Milkshake,,, order came out fast, precise. I dont have any complaints, the staff was great, service was great, the order came out quickly and was right. I recommend this establishment if you're in Middletown or surrounding area, stop in you won't regret it 🤘😎🤘🇺🇲

The ice cream and chocolate dip was great. I learned though that a small is plenty. I ordered a medium which was really gigantic. Did not try any food so I don't know about that part. The drive in line made it easy.

I really like the people that own/run this place. You can tell it's a family business and counts for a lot to me.

Stopped for a quick bite for dinner followed by dessert. We got a cheeseburger and chicken tenders. Both were Piping hot and delicious. Afterwards I enjoyed a Reese's Blizzard while my spouse had the cookie blizzard. Both were awesome! We interacted with three staff members and all three we great. Service was quick, polite and efficient.

I really needed a soft ice cream fix. As always, the ice cream was great. The cone was absolutely huge, and the employee waiting on us was an absolute delight. She smiled and was super, super nice and polite. Kudos!

The atmosphere over the place was very nice as the fast food restaurant was kept nice and clean. There's a wide array of various delicious foods that have pretty good pricing. Service was also good as the employees were nice, you can't deny that iconic blizzard flip. Overall great service and would definitely go back.

Absolutely great experience with my family and my service dog. The manager was so nice, attentive, and extremely and genuinely helpful. She was super friendly. The food is a real bargain and very delish. Today was my cheat day, so I opted for a thick chocolate shake very yummy. Customer service here is second to none. Thank you so much.

The woman at the window was so nice! She was super accommodating and joked around. The food was good, and the blizzards never disappoint! Any time Im around the area, I always try and stop here- it is a little expensive though. $40 for the two of us getting meals and a blizzard. The inside atmosphere is good, but I also normally just sit in the parking lot and watch some Netflix, there’s always space and privacy for it.

My main issue is that it took almost forever to get my food. However, when I did, the food was very good; employee also gave us free ice cream samples. I was surprised when I woke up without diabetes because of how you can get free ice cream with your reciept.

We ate here twice this week. We had downloaded the DQ app and if I can get a discount, I am in. On Tuesday night we had Flame Thrower Stack Burger Combo which was excellent. The outdoor seating is just lovely because we had our dog with us. On Friday night we ordered Cheeseburger Stack Burger Triples and I got a large side of onion rings. The price on the onion rings was kind of high, but they were very good so it was worth it. When we sat down outside, Maraja a sweet young employee came out with a plastic DQ ice cream bowl with water and biscuits for our dog. How nice is that! I must say, whoever does the landscaping at this location does an excellent job as the grounds, bushes and grass are kept so nicely manicured. The only thing I noticed was that there should be a strong, experienced manager overseeing the staff during peak hours like Friday night when the drive through is running non stop. The some employees seem a little inexperienced and could use more direction when it is so busy.

I haven't eaten the food many times, but the few times I have it was good. We usually get Blizzards. They make them to order. I don't like chocolate syrup in mine because it makes the vanilla ice cream chocolate. So I ask them not to put it in if it's normally included in one of the signature Blizzards. One time we were there and they were having problems with the vanilla machine. They got it working after a bit and they gave us coupons for future visits for our patience. They are really concerned with customer service and do what they can to make the customer leave pleased.

Wait is a tiny bit longer than other fast food chains, but it is worth the wait it takes to cook their food! Delicious!

I like their Hamburgers combos. Pair with a chocolate dipped cone or a Blizzard and it's an easy meal-to-go.

I Love this DQ, the staff is very attentive and friendly. TJ makes sure to always great us with a smile and he ALWAYS gets our order correct, he actually knows it by heart, I get my shake extra extra extra thick. Then there is Max, who works the drive thru and always greets us with smile and great service. I highly recommend this DQ and if you had a bad experience give them another chance because the staff is really great!

Let me tell you about the fine gentlemen behind the counter serving up grilled items and chilled items. Friendly staff and dedicated to service. The chicken fingers and toast cannot be bought anywhere else. The ephemeral Christmas lights hanging from the roof flickered delicately. Nothing else to be said no room for improvement. Great job team. We ate it out in the car and watched the quick check sign flash.

Ordered out from here using Uber Eats because i felt like ice cream for National Ice Cream Day, which was on Sunday July 21st 2024. Order came fresh and ready. A Little melted, but that's okay, cause i believe my driver had some other orders to deliver. Besides it was still frozen and delicous! Have not been to a Dairy Queen for years. On a road trip to NH we came across this site in Middletown, NY and decided to get a Blizzard. Our choice to share was a large S'More Blizzard ($7.29), which was delicious! The service was quick and friendly.

What can you say about Dairy Queen grill & chill in Middletown NY it’s very clean has enough seating and the ice cream shakes are to die for try the blizzard they are so good and they come in many flavors I would recommend you stop in for a nice burger and great desert .

The food is good the ice cream is excellent I just wish they can get their drive-thru down a little bit better than what they have it and then I'd rate them five stars

Nice clean location. I love the cheese curds & the popcorn shrimp. Unfortunately they discontinued the shrimp, bummer😔. The ice cream is good but exspensive if you don't have a coupon.

Pretty good location. Our orders have rarely been messed up, though if you order some items by their old names results may vary. I ordered a cookie jar, which is cookie dough and oreos, and ended up with brownie bites instead.

The blizzards are great and the lady at the counter is so nice. She's patient and pleasant.

Before I gave it an average rating, since then they've improved. They're very good with the blizzard offerings. I don't know if it's available but the Orange Julius was awesome. My advice is order thru the drive thru, is way faster but at the same time this might a few months re motorists with the same idea.

Very clean and well managed. Smiles greeted us at the door, very pleasant cashier. Food was good not great. Everyone literally was just using the drive through so it was quiet inside the restaurant. Good job DQ!

I was going to leave a negative review because I was really excited to try the new toll house cookie dough blizzard and when I got home and ate it there was hardly any cookie pieces in there. Then I realized I never left a good review for all the good blizzards I've had here. But honestly, it was just vanilla ice cream with very few cookies pieces. Please don't skimp on the blizzards!! Flipping it upside down proves nothing.. it could just be really thick ice cream...

Rang up order incorrectly the first time, but quickly and politely corrected the mistake. Just a little bit of a wait, that being said everything was fresh and hot food-wise, and the ice cream was done maybe a minute or 2 before the food was ready. Overall pretty good experience.

Sadly, they lack the help to have the lobby open, but the young lady at the drive thru was so nice, had a cheeseburger, and brought a couple frosties home. Prices are high it seems, but it was a nice treat.

Still argues over sauce packets. Management needs some training in the hospitality and food service industries. Drive through times can be quite bad. One time ordered a smoothie and was given the leftovers of one made earlier in the day that the blender had been put in a fridge,was separated and only filled the cup halfway, staff thought that was acceptable until I asked for management and instead of getting me a manager made me a fresh one. Had I not been pressed for time I would have left the drive through and went inside.

Went and got tenders, fries, pretzels. All of that was great. Realized when I got back to the house that the Texas toast wasn't really toasted, it was a little warm but still very chewy all the way through. Had to retoast it. Not a big deal, but hoping for better results next time.

We haven't been to this DQ in quite some time. The dining room and restrooms are closed due to Covid but we were able to eat outside on the patio. They were quite busy while we were there with a continous line at the drive thru and several customers ordering inside. The staff seemed a bit disorganized and we had several problems with our order. Wrong items and long wait times for pickup. Would go back again but they need improvement.

Nothing beats the cheese curds from Dairy Queen. Only food I haven't enjoyed there wad one of the artisan sandwiches. Was so hot (which normally I love) that the condiments essentially turned the bun into a mush. Prices are wayyy too expensive for the quality of the food.

I don't if them ladies are putting them fries in their snatch but them fries are tasting fishy. But overall not too bad, blizzard was pretty dang good. Would go back though for the chicken strips and ice cream.

Sometimes the brownie in the heat caramel cup faction is not hot, and sometimes the ice cream is not frozen ice cream hahaha sounds dumb but sometimes its consistency is like when the machine is being off for a long time and the ice creams is not frozen (and it’s not because of the fudge, if tried it when the ice cream is good and the consistency is different ) This has happened at least 3 times What I do is buy it and put it in the fridge and eat it tomorrow , the brownie is Gina be cold anyway haha

My biggest complaint about this restaurant is how slow the service is. They have been here a long time now but still havent figured out speed. Whether you go inside or order at drive thru it doesnt seem to make a difference. Far too much waiting for your food out of a fast food restaurant. There are just too many inefficiencies.

For a treat we had the Reese's Take 5 mini blizzard. The ice cream was delightful! However, the fries tasted like fish. The last note is of a great concern- mixing oils can be fatal for guests with a seafood allergy. Just an important note for anyone thinking about getting a snack from DQ.

Uhm, i dont really know where to start. There are bonuses, pluses and negatives. Bonus: Manager gave a lady a refund & a free sandwich bc she didnt like the chicken tenders (manager even said SHE didnt like the chicken tenders too). There was a guy asking customers to buy him/help him buy a blizzard. Manager gave that same guy a free slushie & free meal.👍🏻 Bonus & minus: we waited 15 minutes for more that we'd ordered (we were waiting here for like 2+ hrs) & we saw 3 other customers get served & we complained so we got a free desert each. Plus: all the sandwiches came out HOT❤️ Minus: i ordered a buffalo chicken snack wrap & they gave me chicken bacon ranch AFTER the manager had taken the receipt back to the kitchen. Fries come out luke warm-cold. Our blizzards were left on the counter to melt😕

Upset with the fact that after sitting and eating our meal we were told we could not use the bathroom, they should not have the building open for ordering of food only the drive through.... Really poor system as far as I'm concerned...... We came inside ordered and ate on the patio, bc of the bathroom situation I will not be back for a good long while if ever!!!!!!!!! Left a really bad taste in my mouth... Denying a paying customer thd use of the bathroom... Regardless of the Pandemic its really poor business!!! SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!!!!!

Too expensive for fast food. Fries were dry and despite commercials on TV showing combo meals that come with ice cream there was not one combo on the menu that had ice cream... oh and a small cone or sundae is over $4.00

Food came out as it should but took far too long. I was told to wait in the handicap spot in the front because there was going to be a wait for my food. The wait ended up being close to 15 mins and I began thinking they forgot my food. I noticed a lot of the workers standing around on the phone inside at the tables as well as outside talking on the phone. Seems like stricter management is needed.

DQ is always good with Icecream but not good with food I won’t eat from there again. There was a young man in his teens dressed in comfy clothes walking around not like an employee then went behind the counter to help and pulled a bunch of napkins out messy and dropped them in a bag like garbage going to a drive through customer then he went back out to a seat it was dirty. The cashier was rubbing her chin scratching it with her nails then bare handling someone’s food now they have her scratched flesh in their food. They need to be a cleaner place to eat using gloves to handle our food cleanlier. My Burger was sloppy not put together like something for dinner they need to make their food look like the photos that make you want it and taste better. The fries were nothing special. DQ you would assume is better then 2 other local fast food restaurants but there not the only thing they have better is Icecream. If you go through the drive through just think about how your food is handled they need to clean themselves back up as if it was Covid safety again with masks and gloves.

My family and I have always loved DQ, unfortunately this DQ makes it more of a chore in getting our delightful treats than a welcoming experience. For example this evening I ordered 3 small blizzards, a medium blizzard and a PINT of plain vanilla soft serve. What I received was 3 small soupy messes, an even messier medium soup, and a medium hot fudge sundae... On multiple occasions if I have ordered fried mushrooms as well some will be cooked while others are still frozen. I try and avoid going during the busier times because it leads to even more errors. Maybe it's time to hire more staff so everyone can do their job accurately.

Food is just so-so, not someplace we frequent for anything more than their I've cream. That being said, tonight was a disaster, 2 of 3 of our orders were made incorrectly and the one we asked to be remade was still wrong. We all had a meal and there was a sign that said all treats half price, I specially asked if that included blizzards and I was told yes. Needless to say my receipt shows it at full price and yes it was one of the ones that was made wrong.

Ice cream was ok but the employees were all over the place. Seemed like they were new but instead of guidance from the manager she was giving them sarcastic answers and rhetorical questions while her hands were on her hips. You would think that on a holiday they would have people who knew what they were doing.

I lived all over the country and this by far the worst DQ I been to, i guess is under new management from when the opened but it has really declined. The service is super slow and the desserts lack the actual flavor of what you order. I ordered a red velvet blizzard and it was mainly vanilla.

The cheeseburgers are much smaller. They charge an outrageous $3 + change for a cup of water. Prices have increased 100% on some ice cream treats. I won't be going back.

Although polite and friendly they are Incredibly slow. I’m still waiting for the tartar sauce a day later! People on the drive in line are getting out of their cars in frustration. Again nice people but wow, give yourself time.

They always close their kitchen early. Usually about 30 to 40 minutes.

i’ve been coming to this location for years and it’s always been great, but as of recent i’ve had multiple issues here. today i came through the drive through and ordered a pup cup (which is a little over $3 mind you) and was handed a small little black condiment cup filled with ice cream. my dog is a border collie, he is not small. i have been coming here forever and have always been given a full size small ice cream as a pup cup, they even used to put a treat on top. i brought it up to the guy at the window, told him i was here 2 days ago and received a full size which is what it’s supposed to be considering the price. the guy just kept shrugging his shoulders at me and eventually told me to have a good day and shut the window. very disappointed with how downhill the customer service has gone here. he didn’t even attempt to listen to my issue.

Service was average. I ordered a pumpkin pie blizzard via the drive through and was given basically a vanilla blizzard. Tastes nothing like pumpkin. There’s small chunks of what I assume is supposed to be pie crust, but again, no pumpkin flavor. Completely white, not even a tinge of orange. No whipped cream and no nutmeg sprinkled on top like advertised. Super disappointed. Basically just paid almost $7 for a vanilla soft serve.

I go to the DQ in Wantage, NJ to get friendly service. Middletown...not so nice and they're skimpy on Sundaes. Say they're only allowed to do 8 little squirts (they call stars) of whipped cream, and small amt of ice cream too. Their prices are higher as well. I don't like the staff either. I won't go back. I'd rather drive another 20 mins for a decent Sundae.

So I go to the drive thru window thinking I was gonna get a quick bite before my hour drive home, boy was I wrong. I order my food & get my drink & she tells me to pull around front and they would bring out my food. So there i sat and i waited & waited for 20 minutes & after watching her bring food to tables inside to people that arrived after I got there, I went inside. I go up to her and skip the line and ask where my food was. She must have forgot I ordered food and pointed at the line and said they hand out the food over there. The guy behind the register was nice, he walked over to the heat lamp where my food was dying and gave me my food and appologized. The hot dog was over cooked and the bun was done. Never will I go back & I will be calling the manager tomorrow.

Sad such a good eatery is run so poorly. I usually have a guaranteed 20 to 25 minute wait in the Drive-Thru so I decided to let me go in. I stood at the register which had no cashier for 15 minutes and there were only two other customers in the restaurant so i left and went elsewhere. this is a great chain but I'm afraid that this location is just incompetent

i really don't know where to start. the people working the register don't know how to count change. they don't even know that four quarters equals a dollar. everytime i order ice cream from there, they leave it on the counter while they are taking everyone else's orders, despite me being at the window first. by the time i recieve my ice cream, its melted and i have to rush to eat it. even on days when its well below 60 degrees. the workers don't know how to multi task, at all.

I can’t believe that a small SMALL blizzard is $6.50. Holly S. I thought they rang me up wrong at 1st. I use to come more often. But I guess I’m down to 1 blizzard a year. CRAZY!

Last night I received the worst $5.50 blizzard ever! NOT TO MENTION IT WAS A SMALL FOR THAT PRICE!!!! So being that I am pregnant and love chocolate I figured I would get a peanut butter cup blizzard with just extra hot fudge on top that I knew they would charge extra for but I didn't care. Until, I got to the window and saw that it was the tiniest cup I've ever seen and one squirt of hot fudge even though I paid for extra. I then politely asked for a little more hot fudge because there was barely any on my blizzard. The girl takes my cup back and tips it upside down and says see there's hot fudge on this. I was appalled. I said no ma'am I paid for extra. Long story short they told me no I need to pay an additional charge even though I explained I already payed for extra hot fudge. I felt treated like such crap because that is not any kind of customer service that's acceptable. They were so incredibly rude. I love how the sign outside says eat here please. Maybe if they had compitant staff people would eat there. Oh and by the way I was the only customer there so there was no reason for any kind of lack in customer service. They weren't busy at all.

3 strikes and I'm out. Over the course of about a year, I've come for a simple ice cream order. Very slow service, staff seems either indifferent or numb to the fact that the customers all stand around waiting and frustrated. Ordered a cone and blizzard, and the cashier was flustered, got it wrong, needed the manager to come over 2x to fix it. Waited 15 mins and went in to check on it only to find out that they only had 1 of the 2 on the ticket, and who knows how long it would've taken. What a shame, won't be back. Nope.

I been going to this dairy queen for cakes since they opened. Then 3 years ago I started ordering custom cakes and out of the 4 times they have only got the cake right once. Well on October 26,2022 my mom told me to order what cake I wanted for my birthday in November. She would pick it up the day before Thanksgiving. I ordered the round cake with pink yellow and purple roses with blue writing..... I even call there on Friday the 18th to make sure they got the order. Even went over what I wanted girl said we have it here. Well today November 23,2022 my mom picked up my cake and it's all wrong and they put it together while my mom waited 20 minutes for the cake. It's all wrong and you give a diabetic all sugar roses....... never of all the years has my cake had sugar roses. Then when my mom comes to my house I look at the cake and call right away. When I called a women answered I asked for a manager but only got a shift manager when I told her about it she goes let me get the cake lady. She comes back and says cake lady is busy with more important cakes and refuses to speak to me. So I asked her what can be done she says sorry your not happy but nothing I can do. She hung up on me......Not happy and thank you for ruining my birthday cake I was looking forward to!!!!! Update: we have reached out to Yolanda and Veriona who were both very nasty and vogue to myself my mother an fincee. Also we all got sick of the sour cake to. Also called home office they said owner would call us still waiting.

Went today about 1 pm place was busy but figured it would be ok. There were only four people working both inside and drive thru. We placed our order and sat down. I had a two year old with me who announced she was hungry several times and after about a 20 minute wait I went to ask about our food. The poor girl working the register was a message running back and forth to try to help BC the place was super busy. Needless to say they gave our food away and I pretty much was ready to get my money back and leave but we will sent finally fgotnour food but the experience was crazy today several people walked out clearly there wasn't enough people working there and the drive thru seemed to take precedent over the Custer's waiting inside. Our trip was horrible the wait way too long and not a good experience won't be going baçk anytime soon. Ill go to quick check.and get a subandna drink for less money.

NEVER GO! poorest customer service with a big side of attitude! The Manager Anna was the nastiest woman I’ve ever dealt with , not only was she not compliant but took no responsibility for HER error in the order! I drove right off & will NEVER go back to that disgusting place , she needs to be fired for being SO disrespectful! No training whatsoever, it’s a free-for-all in that pit DISGUSTING! I will be telling everyone!

I was really disappointed. The 1st visit we ordered 2 banana splits in sugar cone bowls with coffee ice cream & usual toppings sans nuts. We paid almost $20 for one very small scoop of ice cream, sparse toppings and no whipped cream. On out 2nd visit we ordered 2 medium strawberry sundaes, 1 root beer float and a coffee milkshake but was told they only had vanilla or chocolate so I settled for a tiramisu cake shake. Someone there doesnt know what they're doing it seems. We were charged $20 for those 4 items. What a RIP off! I can get great coffee ice cream at Stewart's for way less than $20 & make my own shakes. Won't be going back & would recommend Stewart's instead.

Absolute horrendous customer service. I order a Mint Oreo blizzard and vanilla ice cream in a cup. First, was given the blizzard which was looked like vanilla I asked the drive thru worker and she said “no it’s mint, it’s mixed in. DONT WORRY ABOUT It..”Which was an absolute lie it was vanilla. Next, they handed me the vanilla ice cream in a cone, I had to ask for it to be put in a cup like I ordered. Horrendous. If they weren’t the only DQ around they wouldn’t have any business.

“What kind of place was THAT?” -Me My friend and I came real quick to grab some food. He got a lunch deal and I got a blizzard. We were fine. His came close to 7 for the deal. I got a single blizzard, small, for almost 6. Small. Ridiculous. It wasn’t even that great; not worth the money. In terms of my one star, some of the guests there were upset and stress due to the lack of speed the employees had today. One of the assistant managers was being hasty and rude to one of the cooks and guests. The front end cashier, though, was very nice. However, this place needs to get its act together. It was nothing but stress, anger and the, “I wish we didn’t stop here,” feeling between plenty of the guests. A shame.

Rude employees gave me food that was soggy , the fries were so bad had to throw them out. Chicken fingers burned. And for Dairy Queen the ice cream is so bad like they not clean the machine in forever taste like dirty. Needs a health inspection bad.

Yesterday I picked up 4 ice cream orders....24.00 and change.(2)Blizzards and 2 cones the blizzards were not full as they should be.Asked for extra cheesecake in one blizzard...because there is NEVER more than a couple pieces.They charged me for extra and again....maybe 2 pcs.Never tastes like a cheesecake blizzard.I should have returned the order but...it was a treat for the Grandkids! You would think they would make good for the order at over 24.00.They need to give you your money's worth. With no credit being given....if there's a next time...I'll return for my money back and they can throw it away.

Decided to give it another shot since the last time my wife and I were there was shortly after they opened in Middletown, NY. We shrugged off the first bad experience as inexperienced staff. Well, the experience hasn't changed. Tonight, we were the only customers in the store. We ordered a cone and a large sundae. After waiting for 12 minutes for our order to come out, I had to remind the girl who took our order that we were still waiting. She completely forgot us and asked to see my receipt to be reminded of what we ordered. I returned to my seat while I waited for another 3 minutes for the order to come out. The cone was fine but the sundae was a small and not a large. I decided not to make a big deal out of this because I probably would have lost it. The staff looked very disinterested in their jobs so as a result, we are disinterested in returning there.

Hands down the worst DQ! Wife ordered our sons Bday cake. Couldn't make the 11am pick daughter stuck at volleyball. Called to let them know and they said they sold it already. Asked them to make another and will pick up the following day. We show up Sunday and they don't have. The language barrier is terrible! Never again!

I ordered through drive through. I was ordering the box meal with four chicken tenders and as I read on the sign it said it would be around 8 dollars. When I went to order the meal the management couldn't speak English at all and when I was trying to explain my order they kept thinking I was ordering something different. When I went up to the window to take my order I had previously ordered a small coke and was handed a large. And when I went to pay the 8 dollars that was said on the sign they charged me 11.98. And when I tried to explain they couldn't understand what I was saying so I took my order and left. I don't think I will be ordering from this place for a while from now on

I got my niece an ice cream cake from this location. Reese’s PB one and it tasted horrible like old. I spent $40!!on the cake ! I want some accommodations!

I have been coming here for a while and one day there was a new owner and everything changed FOR THE WORSE!!!! The new staff and owner are so rude and the give attitude toward the customers and don’t help if there is a problem. If you want to go enjoy your blizzard with a side of ATTITUDE!

How are you going to close your dining room at 9pm on a Saturday but have the drive thru open with literally like 15 cars. It doesn’t make sense! It’s always such a long wait! Also online the hours are all messed up because it says the drive through closes at 9;30 and inside is open until 10:30 when the inside closes at 8 or 9 and the drive thru is open til 10 or 10:30. And they always close the inside a few mins before. Y’all really need to update your hours!

So Im not sure if this is standard portions or maybe the workers are incompetent but this weekend I ordered the chicken tenders with the fries and what I received I felt like I was being joked with. You get about 12 tiny little fries in the box and the chicken tenders I was given were the size of chicken nuggets. Oh, and to top it off they charge 62 cents for every single sauce yet they cant give a reasonable amount of food. I will NEVER return to dairy queen again. Overpriced garbage with disrespectful portions. First and last time.

Did you know Dairy Queen's famous stars sprinkles are not at this location. The server showed me the lousy unappetizing sprinkles.... Oh no, not for me. The large ice cream cone has too small amount of ice cream, and the cake cup was all broken around the lip. I won't ever go back to this store. Keep your broken cones cups lousy sprinkles.

So I've been a regalar at this place and one thing that I noticed is that when you're of a certain hue, the staff will literally stand there and not greet you to take your order!!! I literally watched as the person of a lighter hue come in and be greeted as soon as they walk in the door, but yet I had to acknowledge the cashier as he stood there with his head down like he didnt know I walked in...brother you're the same color as me...make it make sense people. There's so much racism in this world and its disgusting.

I had such an awful experience here that I would never go back to this particular establishment. This particular Dairy Queen was the absolute worst. The cashier barely understood English. She couldn’t operate the register after standing there for five minutes trying to order A small chocolate soft serve Ice cream in a dish. I told her to forget it and give me my money back, which was in her hand. She then walked away, grabbed another gentleman who is able to work the register. They still got my order wrong, then proceeded to give me the incorrect change back as if I wouldn’t notice. The gentleman standing behind me in line, saw this and walked out Do yourselves a favor go to Carvel right down the road.

i think this was the worst food place i've ever been to. as soon as i walked in with my boyfriend and his family, the worker is just STARING at me every time my bfs family isn't paying attention, checking my body out up and down and it didnt matter if i looked backed at him he didnt even care like he wasnt even embarrassed, and mind you im 15 and i literally look my age?? watch out for that creep there if you have daughters or if your a young woman yourself, i felt so uncomfortable i just went outside and waited for the food. our food took so long to be made, we ordered two chocolate dipped ice creams, two chili cheesedogs, and two 4 pc chicken strips meals with cokes. not only were our ice creams almost completely melted by the time we got them, which idek how thats possible to be almost completely melted, the chili cheesedog was undercooked, even the cheese on it felt hard so i dont understand what took so long atp? the 4 pc was the only thing that was ok. he forgot our drinks like twice too.. idk you guys have alot to improve and make sure your staff are actually good people! oh and another thing, when i was waiting outside he brought an order to the outside tables and started staring at me FROM THERE. literally even when he was going inside and was closing the door still staring at me. genuinely so weird so yeah

Everything on this menu is overcharged. 4 chicken strips for almost $8 is criminal. $1.19 to add sprinkles to a milkshake and they give you a teaspoon of sprinkles. They made my order wrong ontop of everything. Should have walked out when I saw who runs the place. Would give 0 stars if I could never going to another Dairy Queen again.

Third time in a row this has happened. Why isn't my large blizzard filled to the top but the small one is overflowing? Don't mess with a pregnant woman's blizzard man. It's bad enough that I'm paying $7 for this bs. I'm done.

The wait was horrible.!! Chicken was so tough you can use it as a hammer. My 6 year old couldn’t bite it!! My order was wrong. When I called the store they said they would change my sandwich only and rest of my food I would eat cold or flat. I would give it 0 stars. Food is nasty anyways!!!
