There is a boy I think is a delivery man got off the motorcycle.. well he arrived and putting on antibacterial gel and very good service he came to us asking us if we needed anything else he offered us desserts very good work from the boy he is tall dark haired... I was there for like 1:30 and the other boys one is short and the other a tall boy with glasses the truth is they only worry about grabbing the papers I imagine the addresses they have to deliver... but they also need to support the guy on the phone because there is only one... excellent service in lupillos silao...
Excellent flavor; I've always preferred Lupillos' pizzas, even though the price is quite high. The chimichurri is also delicious. The only downside is the air conditioning. They could lower the temperature a bit so the food doesn't get cold so quickly when you're eating there.
Very clean. The staff was attentive and helpful. Due to COVID, they're not allowing children to use the playground equipment. The food was delicious, and the freshly made pizza tasted even better. I loved a small detail. A woman arrived with two young children. She asked permission to use the bathroom, and they were courteous and let her use it. In the end, before leaving, she bought them a pizza. Thanks to that kindness, they made a sale. Congratulations.
Delicious pizzas. The chimichurro is amazing and they always arrive piping hot. Highly recommended!

Good pizas, I come here on every visit to Mexico
Well, my experience was terrible. I ordered it around 9 or 10, I think. It arrived cold and lasted longer than agreed, and for the price, it was very small.
The pizzas lack flavor in the tomato sauce, they are not tasty and for the price it leaves a lot to be said, they are not worth it. In terms of service, it is good and the establishment is clean.
To start, the service was quick, easy, and friendly, which is a good thing. But the pizza was cold and hard. I ordered it for delivery and it arrived quickly, but I prefer it if it took longer, but the pizza at least arrived hot.
The place is infested with cockroaches. Once I ordered takeout and there was literally a cockroach in my food. I decided to give them a second chance, and the dining area is crawling with cockroaches, and there's food scattered all over the floor. The billing service is terrible; the system is never up. The staff is friendly, which is the only good thing about the chain, or at least this branch.
Terrible food. Low quality ingredients. At least it was hot. Mexico has some of the best food in the world…just not here. This was recommended by the front desk person at the Holiday Inn Express near the BJX airport and sold as “the only option” for food delivery in the area. What a shame I didn’t try harder to find something good.
It's terribly dirty. The waiters are poorly qualified to serve customers or clean the empty tables. I don't recommend it. Also, the flannel smelled disgusting and the table was soaked.
I also forgot to say that I called the young man to tell him what had happened to me regarding the pizza and that the same thing had happened to other people who posted their opinions and disappointments and he told me that he was very sorry to which I replied that I don't believe it because if that were the case they would have improved their pizzas a long time ago so I tell you this: DO NOT ORDER PIZZA DELIVERY FROM LUPILLOS BECAUSE YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!!!!!
