What a great experience. The drink Sam(girl) made for me was amazing - old fashion. So we were off to a great start. I had the wings and food fried rice. The seafood fried rice was delicious and fresh. I would comeback just for the seafood fried rice. Did i say the seafood fried rice was amazing. It really was … lobster shrimp and everything. Def worth the visit. The staff being so nice and accommodating. They literally curated my experience as soon as I sat down at the bar(I’m a bar guy). Check them out 🔥🔥🔥🔥🙌🏾

Nice atmosphere and vibe. The seafood grits was delicious and full of flavor. It was a big bowl and with the price. Our waiter was very friendly and made us feel at home. We had a good time.

Found this cute restaurant in Silver Spring...im doing my self care day today and wanted a bite to eat before my monthly massage close by. Food was excellent, service and atmosphere was great. Nice soft music playing on the speaker. Will definitely come back.

We (party of 2) had a reservation for 3:30 PM EST and we were seated promptly upon arrival. We didn't like the table where they seated us at first because they were squeezing us between two other parties at a booth but the host was able to accommodate us to a more comfortable spacious table for two. Our server was Eyo and he was attentive and served with a smile. We asked for his honest opinion about dishes we were considering and he helped us come to a decision. We both ordered the bottomless mimosa with cranberry juice ($35 USD per person). My friend ordered lamb chops (cooked medium), sautéed spinach (with carrots) and the MAC. I originally ordered the steak but they ran out right before I ordered. Eyo informed me of this as soon as he found out, which I appreciated as I have had an experience at other places where they waited until everyone else's food came out to tell me that the dish I ordered was no longer available. I went with the chicken and waffles and also ordered a side of eggs (scrambled soft with cheese). The food was tasty. The MAC was five cheese and deliciously cheesy (if you're someone who likes 🧀 cheese). I did add black pepper to my eggs, but that's a my personal preference. I also used hot sauce on my chicken. Nothing tasted over cooked. We were not rushed from the table with a 90 minute limit which we appreciated; it allowed us time to catch up without having to go to another location. I will absolutely return, there are items on the menu I made a note about wanting to try, including the oxtail. The bathrooms could be maintained a little more frequently (ran out of toilet paper) but that's probably the only thing I felt needed improvement.

Great vibes, strong mimosas, good music, and juicy food! What more could you want? We visited back in January for my friend’s birthday and had a funky good time. The lamb chops were juicy and well seasoned. Our bartender was great. I have no complaints and would definitely go back.

This is my second time here and the food and drinks are always delicious. The first time I visited on a Saturday for a friend’s birthday. It was 5 of us and all of us enjoy every item that was ordered (pancakes, fried chicken, eggs, french toast, etc.). This time I took my mom and we enjoyed the $7 HH lemon drop with the seafood grits and the oxtail and fried rice and both were incredible.

Stopped in DC for the weekend and I asked everyone from the area that I ran into where should I go to get good breakfast and The Breakfast Club was mentioned a few times so I decided to try them out. I was most definitely impressed with the atmosphere, the food, the drinks, and the vibe. This definitely a good time lace for Brunch. Everything I had was good, no complaints over here. Definitely try for yourself if you’re in the area.

My friend and I ordered the seafood grits and the seafood rice and it was so delicious! Honestly the plates are enough for two to share. The design of the restaurant is pretty simple and the music was a tad bit loud but overall I would absolutely recommend this restaurant.

Asked Facebook for the best brunch recommendations in Silver Spring, and majority ruled ‘The Breakfast Club’! Our party of 6 was out to celebrate 2 of our friends as new husbands, a “Bachelor Brunch” if you will…this spot was the perfect location, providing a subtle vibe we could appreciate, with service and food exemplary of expectations having been set clearly. The hostess was very professional, and accommodating at best when our entire party wasn’t present to be seated as per reservation policy. Also, when making a reservation, note that there is a 15 minute grace period, a 90-minute table time, and an automatic “service fee” (not to all be assumed as gratuity) for parties of (5 or)6 or more. Not sure if the one check rule applies to all, or just “large party” reservations. Senai was our server and she was so sweet and attentive throughout our dining experience. She made recommendations and answered questions we might’ve had, without us having to ask them. While the potatoes could’ve used a little razzle or dazzling, EVERYTHING ELSE was top tier, tastebud tantalizing!! The drinks were on point too! (We’d made ourselves familiar with the bartender, with a pre-seating tab to pass time as we waited for our guests of honor). I will say this place can be considered a bit on the pricier side, as after gratuity our check was nearer a stack. We each had an entree and 3 or 4 drinks. We also had the wings and deviled eggs as appetizers. Nothing was a miss, except those potatoes…but we ate those too! Overall, we had such a pleasurable visit, that after 18 years having all been together, my friends and I have vowed to make a quarterly effort to get together and we can only hope that anywhere we choose to link gives what ‘The Breakfast Club’ gave! 10/10

The server wasn’t the greatest at first! He wasn’t friendly and seemed frustrated! The food was jumping (finger licking good) He did lighten up towards the end of us leaving 🤔 but I would definitely dine again! Drinks (lemon drop) delicious and the vibe of people on point! Coming from out of state was worth the 2 hour ride, thanks 🙏

I had a fantastic experience at the breakfast club. It was my first time there, and everything went great. The server was very nice and attentive, and the food was absolutely delicious. My girlfriend and I shared the omelette and Vanilla French toast, and then we saw someone else with some Deep-fried wings that looked very tasty, so we got an order of those and they were delicious. I recommend getting reservations, otherwise you might be lucky enough to sit at the bar like us. I highly recommend this place!

From the moment I walked in and seen Sam (the bartender) with a big smile. I knew my experience would be nothing leas than amazing! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and Sam went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcomed and taken care of. Service was quick, friendly, and professional without ever feeling rushed. The food was absolutely outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Everything I ordered was cooked to perfection, and you can really taste the quality in the ingredients. I especially loved how everything came out hot and well-seasoned, with portions that were just right. The wing sauce… so bomb! To top it off, the overall experience was seamless. The restaurant is clean, well-kept, and has a great vibe that makes you want to stay a little longer. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for delicious food, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere. Definitely a 5-star experience—I’ll be back soon!

The food and service were absolutely stunning! Natey was our waitress, and she truly made our brunch experience unforgettable. Her warm personality and attention to detail elevated everything about our visit. You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. Every dish is fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The overall experience was absolutely divine. I can’t recommend this place enough! Be sure to grab a few mimosas while you’re there :)

Our waiter Antonio was very polite and provide great customer service. I had a great experience at this restaurant. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right. My food arrived quickly, and everyone checked in without being overbearing. I really appreciate the warm, welcoming atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back!

The food was really great! It’s definitely a breakfast spot worth visiting. My friends and I were just looking for a good place to eat after finishing our final exam, and we came across The Breakfast Club. The single serving portions are big enough for two people because of how generous they are. It’s the best omelette I’ve ever had and the best French toast as well — all for a reasonable price. The servers were very nice and made sure we were well taken care of. Will definitely come back and will so recommend to my friends.

My bestfriends took me here for my birthday brunch and I really enjoyed it. The restaurant is medium sized. I had the seafood grits and French toast and it was the best grits I’ve ever had. Each bite had flavorful seafood embedded into it. They even had a photographer who took our photos. I’m going to bring my daughter and her friends during spring break.

We had a great experience during our visit. Our server, Antonio, was the best! He was attentive, friendly, and genuinely funny. The food was Amazingly good, and the atmosphere added to the overall experience with a nice ambience and a great music playlist. At first, we were seated outside because the indoor area was at full capacity. I mentioned that it was a bit cold and asked if there was any chance of moving inside. They were able to accommodate us right away with no problem, which I really appreciated. Overall, wonderful service and great food. We’ll definitely be back!

Had an amazing experience at The Breakfast Club! The food was absolutely great—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The drinks were strong and well-made, which was definitely a plus. Antonio was very attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. Excellent service and a great vibe. I’ll definitely be back!

Update: the food I had the other day was very good. You can tell they have new cooks. The bartender made an excellent nonalcoholic mixed drink for me with ginger beer in it. Once again my server was great, the others I couldn’t get their attention. So overall getting there. I am glad to see the upgrade in the food quality. .

The Breakfast Club delivered a flavorful experience that lived up to the hype. The chicken and waffles were perfectly seasoned with a crispy, golden crunch that balanced beautifully with the fluffy waffles. The seafood grits were rich and creamy, packed with bold flavors and fresh seafood. The omelette was also a standout — fluffy, well-filled, and satisfying. Everything we tasted was undeniably good, but be prepared: it comes at a price. Even the fountain club soda — typically complimentary in many places — came with a charge. So while the food is a hit, your wallet might feel it too. Overall, a great spot for a tasty, memorable meal — just know going in, it’s not a budget-friendly brunch.

I appreciated the generous portion sizes, and while the quality was decent, the real standout for me was the fantastic service. The atmosphere had a lively vibe, although it did get a bit loud at times. I enjoyed the espresso martini, though I found it a touch on the sweet side for my personal preference. Overall, it was a nice experience!

I had heard about the Seafood Grits from a YouTuber. I started with the wings which were still crispy under the sweet sauce! The Grits ($36) were outstanding, with a generous amount of lump crab, lobster, and shrimp.

Food overall was 3.5 average of the 3 people I came with my food was delicious I had the chicken and French toast with a side order of the cheese grits. The chicken was breaded to perfection , the French toast was thick and light and filling. Both of my cousins got oxtail one with rice and the other with macaroni. The oxtail wit rice was amazing however my other cousin had pretty tough oxtail and she came before and it was falling off the bone finger licking good. So it must have been a different chef this day because it needed to be cooked a little longer. The mimosas were STRONG! If you come here you must get the bottomless mimosas. Our sever G provided exceptional customer service. The music matched the vibes I loved the 90’s rnb. Overall loved the restaurant and would come back.

I do a quarterly gathering with my church sisters to celebrate the birthdays for the quarter and catch up. We try to explore a place most, if not all of us, have been to before as well as in different parts of the DMV, which led us to The Breakfast Club. This is a quaint, black owned restaurant in Silver Spring. It is definitely a vibe. The hospitality, welcoming and friendliness exudes throughout the entire restaurant. The music was just loud and diverse enough to keep you rocking/ bouncing in your seat while waiting for your food, but not preventing you from hearing and conversing. It is small, so the noise level of others is actually louder than the music. We had the chicken and French toast country veggie hash and The Collegiate. The portions are huge. Huge doesn't always equate to tasty, but the food didn't disappoint. There were a few downsides. The biggest downside is that many common breakfast items like toast and bacon aren't part of the meal and are a la carte. The other is they are cashless, so they automatically charge 3% to use a card as well as 18% gratuity. The automatic charges are a disservice to all. It opens the door to subpar service, though that wasn't our situation as Natè was very attentive, but when customers are used to paying 20%+ to be automatically charged makes one resistant to give more even if the service deserves it. My party of 4 gave the food a 7 out of 10. The chicken thighs were crispy, but one piece of the French toast was burnt. The country hash was a bowl of potatoes with sprinkles and I do mean sprinkles of spinach and veggie sausage, like 2-3 wilted spinach leaves and 1/2 veggie sausage patty broken up and the oxtail in the Collegiate was seasoned well, but the ladies would have preferred 2 eggs and less potatoes. If I'm in Silver Spring or if friends want to go, then I would go back.

The food was amazing , well seasoned! The waffles weren’t too dry but it only comes with one if you order the breakfast chicken and waffle special. The drinks were delicious! Our food was served with a smile and an extra helping of kindnesss. Just be prepared for the wait time, thank goodness I had someone with me to help pass that time.

This is my second review. I took my husband this time. I have to take stars from the service. While my husband and I were waiting on a table we decided to get a drink. I literally stood there for about 10 minutes and no one behind the bar said a word to me. They were socializing and laughing with some people they obviously knew that were sitting at the bar and completely ignoring me. My husband got up and asked the girl (I wish I’d gotten her name) is she a bartender and she told him that she was off. It took one of the managers to go back there for sometime to finally serve us. But get this, after we got our drink, I still saw her serving drinks. Upsetting and unprofessional. The bathrooms were dirty. This is a nice place, but things just need to be tightened up some. On a good note. The food was amazing. The waitress was very attentive and awesome. I wish I remembered her name. She was great. This was my first review. Pros: Awesome restaurant! The food was absolutely amazing. The atmosphere was amazing! I will definitely return. Cons: communicating with our waitress seemed very challenging at times. There were times we went very very long without seeing her. We had to ask for certain things over and over again. Sometimes we would get it, sometimes we wouldn’t. I understand being short staffed in the days after COVID. I never give people a hard time because of that. But communication is always key. I believe in good customer service and there are ways you can deliver that even if it’s really busy. I gave it 5 stars because the food was absolutely amazing!!!

The experience is always a great one! The servers are friendly and the food is tasty. S/O to our server, Antonio for the excellent service.

To start off, the service was not bad. The food was good but a little pricey. Mainly because of where it’s located. My concern is the kids menu. The kids only have a choice of waffles, pancakes, or French toast. And a side of fruit or French fries. Kids will receive a singular pancake and their side of choice. I think there should at least be one breakfast dish that includes eggs and bacon or something along those lines.

T

This is one of those places where you really have to trust the process! Let’s start with the service: They take reservations very seriously so make sure you’re on time, this is mainly because it’s always so packed. Everytime I’ve gone, there’s a long wait. The most recent time I went, the person at the front desk didn’t even know where our party was supposed to sit. When we finally sat down, the first server brought us two glasses of water (we were three). Luckily that was not our server, our server was incredible kind! His name was Nebyou - literally the best! Food - always so good! Get anything with the chicken. I had the chicken and French toast and a side of eggs! The food always makes me forget about the service. Will definitely be back again strictly for the food!

My husband and I were looking for a place to eat at for breakfast and came across the Breakfast Club restaurant. When we arrived we were asked if we had reservations and we said no but they seated us immediately. Although we waited 10-15 minutes to be served Antonio greeted us with a humble and warm smile. We ordered the Seafood Grits and they were delicious😋 Also, I ordered the Misiki Magic drink and it was very good. Antonio service was exceptional and we definitely plan on returning to dine in the future.

Overall a good experience with a welcoming vibe and solid flavors. For starters, I had the shrimp deviled eggs, which were flavorful. My main dish was the seafood & grits—tasty overall, though the food didn’t come out as hot as expected. Service was friendly, and I’d give it another try when I’m back in town.

The waiter (G) was knowledgeable of the menu, he gave recommendations, and was pleasant. The food portion, and taste was great. We did have an issue as they got busy we were neglected for minor things that should have been automatic, for instance they never refilled our water and did not bring water for one of our guest, she was without syrup while her food was getting cold, and one attendant keep coming around proceeding to snatch food off the table until we had to stop her and say we were still eating. She was rude , reached over guests instead of handing them items on their side. We ordered plenty of food and we ordered entrees to go. We weren't in their establishment for even 1.5 hr before this behavior occurred. I know they have a time limit nowadays of 2 hrs, again we barely reached that. usually they come back to ask if you want anything else especially alcohol, but I feel that once they got busy they were in over their heads. I rate this a 3.7 out of 5. Service charge 18% per person or if you pay as a group less than 6 and for 6 >20%, which is steep to me compared to other places I visit.

T
Tiné Person

We came as a large party (about 16) which is something that I don’t recommend as the place is not very large. But our server Sam, she made sure all of our food & drinks were made correctly & as we requested, she made sure she remembered our birthday from the group & made her feel really special on her day! A bit of a slow start, but the food was so good & the atmosphere was very nice. Really good for maybe a date night or smaller party, but definitely would visit again.

This place is a hit or miss. I went on my birthday. The food was ok. The devil eggs delicious.Besides the food Sam was an outstanding server. Her knowledge of the menu was outstanding. She makes amazing drinks, and very respectful. While half the staff act like the place is one of the clubs up the street. I started to think the performances was gone be added with the service charge!

We’d like to congratulate the owner on the opening of this new establishment and commend them for the effort it took to make it happen. The atmosphere, including the music and overall vibe, was enjoyable. Special mention goes to our server, G, who provided excellent service. However, our main concern was with the kitchen. The wait time for our food—approximately 30 minutes—was excessive and disappointing. Considering what we ordered (French toast with chicken tenders and an omelette with grits), the lengthy delay combined with the final bill of around $100 (including an automatic 18% service charge) did not feel like a worthwhile value. While there were some positives, this wouldn’t be our first choice to revisit anytime soon.

We found this place in Google maps. Didn't really research it. Was expecting more of a diner. The restaurant vibe was easy fancier than we expected. The host seated is right away, but told us we would have to give up the table at 11am. We didn't think that would be an issue, just odd. Prices were average to high. No real topping options for the omelettes. Home fries were just deep fried potatoes. Morning special. No butter on the toast. The French toast was the star of the show. Coffee refills were hard to get. And they take your cup. Didn't refill at the table. We had to ask for our check. Finally, they brought a slip in a glass. Glanced at the total... 77$, 3 ppl, no alcohol. I put my card in the cup, and we waited... Asked someone else if we could pay. Server eventually came over,( we were getting close to our "you have to leave" time). She said they only charged us for 1 coffee... And the new bill was 107$. I gasped a little at a 30$ increase when the top was already included at 18% (I hate that by the way... I usually tip higher, but if you are forcing me to tip, that's so you get.) She then noticed the bill we were presented with was the incorrect bill, I guess I'm my head I should have roughly calculated the total, but 100$ was a lot for what we received. Over all it wasn't horrible, it wasn't great. I would not go back. Glad we tried it.

This restaurant attempts to be "hip", with updated decor and loud music, but it fails to impress with the food and service. We ordered 2 omelet test and a plate of pancakes. It took quite a while for the omelets to be served, and almost 20 minutes for the pancakes to come to our table. This is unacceptable. They charged $5.00 for a mug of plain coffee. Fortunately, refills were at no charge. As we were leaving the area, my wife expressed her displeasure with this place. In other words, The Breakfast Club is a definite pass.

I rarely do Google reviews on restaraunts and even more rarely do I write one soon after frequenting the place. However, I was not pleased with the overall service during brunch this past Sunday, 10/12. Though we were seated quickly and our initial server, who was very pleasant while suggesting drinks that she added/created to the menu, things went downhill quickly after. I ordered an Irish coffee, and a different server brought a full cup of coffee and a double shot of whiskey, and I had to explain that an Irish coffee is already mixed plus whipped cream. Our 2nd server kinda did the whole Gen Z stare thing, but demonstrated some understanding and took the drinks back. The original waitress brought the Irish Coffee to the table and I think she was done with her shift, b/c I feel like she would have at least checked on us once, but none of that was truly communicated to us. When our food was brought out, our 2nd server rarely checked on us until it was time to get the bill. I motioned my hand and made eye contact with at least 3 different staff to ask for extra napkins and I ended up walking up to the bar and getting them myself. Though it was busy being a Sunday brunch day and all, it was not THAT damn busy! I know the restaurant is relatively new and are working out the kinks (e.g. getting plastic ware and trying to cut into brioche bread was BEYOND challenging), but please train your younger staff the importance of the basics of customer service, which include clear communication and basic plesantries. The food was decent though, and if I were to come to this establishment again, I will get my food to go...b/c as per DMV restaurant code, an 18% gratutity is already added to the bill, meaning we will get basic service at a minimum. Oh, but that was the other thing upon reading another review: the menu said an 18% gratuity would be added to parties of 6 or more, and I only had a party of 2, so if this is the case, It needs to be updated on the menu or COMMUNICATED BY THE WAIT STAFF!!!

M
Mercedes & Jasmine Miller

The atmosphere really felt lively, with great music. I initially thought it was karaoke. The French toast and grits were incredibly flavorful, in fact, they didn’t even need syrup. The wings as an appetizer were enjoyable too. However, the service was slow. They definitely need more staff and someone knowledgeable about upcoming local events in the area to better prepare for larger crowds. If waiting will be long, offering complimentary biscuits or rolls could be a nice touch. Also, an 18% gratuity for two people feels excessive; I’m surprised the state permits such charges. Lastly, I saw an employee placing ice in a glass by hand without gloves 😒. I’m willing to give them another chance, but I hope they address some of these issues.

Q
Queen Tracie

The food was seasoned and plentiful! The service was subpar; we did not receive appropriate greetings, smiles or personalities worthy of a customer service/wait staff. The service was extremely slow; it took 10 min to get drinks, 30 minutes to get one dinner and another 20 to get the other two dishes. So, I ate alone while friends had to wait hungrily though I did offer them some of my food. Also, we had to ask for receipt after checking ourselves out and waited another 10 minutes to get it after asking twice. The place needs a deep cleaning from professional cleaners as it looks grim, mirrors sorry and dusty fake plants. There was plenty of trash on the floor behind the bar and there was sweeping while we were eating. They need professional help/services. They did have plenty of employees so I don't understand the experience. The food is worthy of trying but the service and atmosphere is not worthy of us returning.

T
Thick Chicks & The Men Who Love Them

The best thing about this restaurant was the music, atmosphere and location. Everything else was overrated and overpriced. The service was snail slow. We had a reservation for 730. Got there at 730, ordered right away, and it took 1 hour for us to get our meal, which was grits and bread, basically. I got the seafood grits dish (HORRIBLE), and my daughter got french toast and potatoes (which they forgot to bring out with her food) so we asked them not to worry about potatoes and take it off our bill.., and for these two items, it took 1 hour... that's insane.... but they also tell you on the menu to limit your time to 90 mins. Well, if your service is going to be THAT slow, you all need to remove the time limit request or respect our time, too, and get food out in a timely manner. For 36.00, the grits were soupy... I had to search deep to find grits... I mean, grits are cheap. Why could I barely find them in this dish. It looked greasy, and the presentation was less than appealing and lackluster hell they could have tossed some arugula or green peppers on top to make it look like they actually cared about what they were serving. See photos... and again, that was $36.... The french toast... Wow! I know we are in an egg recession, but did you all even dip the bread in egg? Hence the basic ingredient for "french toast," I thought. That's a typical french toast basic... it was dry bread with some powder sugar and strawbeeries on top for $17. Sadly, these black owned restaurants want our money and support, but the food and service are below par. I could have thought of atleast 5 places my daughter and I could have gone for $86 and been VERY pleased and satisfied. IHOP would have been satificstory after receiving this. Do not believe the hype like I did. Sadly, this was very underwhelming, to say the least. If I could say one thing nice. The grits dish tasted ok, and they gave somewhat of a decent amount of shrimp, crab, and lobster. The chef on Sat, June 28, 2025, 730pm, missed the mark... maybe Sunday Brunch is when you can only get a decent meal... because Saturdays meal and service was not what people on here rave about... a side note to the chef... don't serve soupy grits, then give me a fork to try to eat it. It was definitely a soup spoon meal, and I was not impressed at all. The pictures you advertise of this dish... lied it was a "what I wanted verses what I got..." type of meal. See photos. Their picture makes the dish look moutwatering and amazing.... I came based off of that alone.... it was not worth the 45 minute drive thru traffic to experience. I'm not impressed. Maybe the regular chef was off... still no excuse. It wasn't crowded... so that wasn't the issue... I know for me and my daughter, we do not recommend this overpriced, slow service venue (but they add 18% tip to each bill) whether service is good or bad... you pay 18%... our server never came back to check on us we had to wave down staff passing by to ask questions at this establishment. It is not worth your hard earned coins. Please do better Breakfast Club and serve quality to food that actually looks and tastes good, and that will also make us want to come back and visit. Don't waste your time or money here unless you just have money to blow / give away and you want your time wasted. I wanted to love this place but simply did not. To each their own. I see a lot of great reviews but can relate to the poor reviews. Wish I had a better experience. No desire to return.

I could not be more disappointed with the customer service I received at “The Breakfast Club DMV”. I had high expectations considering (1) I’ve seen amazing reviews on Tiktok and (2) the menu looked amazing. My sister and I arrived with no reservation and were seated immediately. Our server took 15 minutes to greet us, which already gave us an expectation to the service here. When our server, Abel, arrived to the table he apologized for the delay and proceeded to take our order, At first we were understanding. We figured we should put our order in all at once, given the fact it already took us forever to be greeted. We were temporarily settled knowing our orders were in, but then we never received our drinks. To add insult to injury, we watched our server bring refills to other tables, to go boxes, etc. before we received anything. Frustrated at this point, I decided to walk to the host stand with my issue and requested the manager to which they notified me “was not here at the moment”. I made them aware of my issue and they guided me to who was the “next best person”. The host stand kindly offered myself and my sister drinks on the house. Once our food got to the table, it was lukewarm, and we had no silverware, i was so over it. I ended up speaking with Nebu who I’m assuming was the server-pro or bartender, but he was very helpful. After our server constantly refused to acknowledge us, Nebu stepped in, and took care of our table. I’m not sure what The Breakfast Clubs rules of service are, but it could definitely use some work. A table should be greeted within 1 minute, Drinks should be dropped in 3 minutes, and entrees in 15. It also seems that the service is overall poor because the staff is aware that there is an automatic service fee included in the bill meaning they will be tipped regardless of service. The food was delicious, but the service was so poor I will not be back.

I’m really conflicted writing this review because the food itself was excellent, but the service was extremely disappointing, and unfortunately that overshadowed the entire experience. My friend and I had a 11:45am reservation and arrived on time. From the start, the host’s demeanor felt unwelcoming and disengaged. He seated us and mentioned we had 90 minutes to dine, which was fine — except that nearly 25–30 minutes passed without anyone taking our order. We received water shortly after being seated, but then our table was completely overlooked while surrounding tables were actively being served. We eventually had to flag down the person who brought our water just to ask if we even had a server. A different staff member kindly volunteered to take our table, even though it wasn’t his section, and we appreciated his effort. However, because we weren’t officially assigned to anyone, we continued to receive minimal attention — no water refills unless we asked, no check-ins, and no clearing of dishes. We had so many plates on the table that we ended up clearing dishes ourselves onto an empty table next to us, which felt pretty ridiculous for a sit-down restaurant. We eventually spoke to the manager to express our disappointment. She was very friendly, apologetic, and didn’t make excuses, which we appreciated. She offered dessert or additional food, which we declined since we were already full, and then said she would remove some items from our bill due to the experience. Unfortunately, things didn’t improve much after that. It again took a long time to get to-go boxes, and even longer to receive the check — we had to flag someone down just to leave. When the bill finally came, nothing had been removed, despite what the manager told us earlier. At that point, we were exhausted and didn’t feel like arguing, so we paid and left. To make matters worse, we didn’t realize until after the fact that gratuity had already been added, and we tipped extra on top of that — an honest oversight, but frustrating given the level of service. As we were leaving, the manager saw us and said goodbye, but never checked to ensure the bill had actually been adjusted, which felt like another missed opportunity to make things right. Overall, this was a really disappointing experience. The food was great, but service is a huge part of dining out, and this visit felt disorganized, inattentive, and frustrating from start to finish. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, because the restaurant clearly has potential — but the service needs serious improvement.

I went with my family to celebrate her graduation. We had a reservations for 5pm. The music was very loud. Once we were seated, our waiter didn’t come greet us until 10mins later. They ran out of shrimp, and another food item. We got plastic utensils instead of silverware. I ordered the Omelette with a side of turkey bacon. My bacon was very charred. My cousin ordered chicken and waffles and had hair in her food. The graduate ordered lamb chops and they were raw in the inside. The manager did not replace or resolve any problems. They tried to make us pay over $200 when most of our food was burnt, undercooked and missing items.

My daughter and I were both happy to see the breakfast club so close to home. Experience and food was TRASH. We won’t recommend nor be back. Plate with our wings was cracked. See pictures. Drink was delicious that’s about it. London needs better table side manners and be more attentive don’t let me wave you down for service! We got the wings as appetizers and got all drums and no flats how rude. We ate because I didn’t want to send back for anyone to mess with the 2nd set. I ask for medium steak and it was beyond over cooked. I did not eat. I don’t like my steak to be rubbery. My daughter order short stack and they were DRY and not tasty. We had to ask for syrup because the server didn’t think to bring when the food was delivered. My daughter took two bites and let the rest. Waste of my money. We’ll drive to DC location for better service and food.

I wouldn't reccomend this place at all !! The service is trash ! We had reservation at this place didn't get seated until an hour later, took the waitress forever to come to our table and he didnt even take everyone order. Also, The manager ( lightskin lady tooth)seem to be high or drunk! When food finally came everyone order was wrong ( food had hair in it & food was uncook) and the bathrooms was horrible🤮! Shoutout to Bobby and Charles( I believe that was his name) they was really good ♥️♥️♥️!!

The service was really, really bad! Don't expect to be greeted by your waiter... or ask for your waiter... I was told: all the waiters are busy. Then after I flagged down a few people, someone comes over and says: I'm not your waiter but I'll take your order and I'm leaving in 30 minutes.... The drinks were inconsistent. The first espresso martini (photo added) was amazing! The second one was pretty awful. The food was actually pretty good, but was brought out separately because my order didn't come out the way that I asked. I was never asked if I needed anything else. I was given boxes for my leftovers with the check listing an automatic 18% service charge (for a party of only 2 people) plus a 3% charge for "Auto Transactions"! Such a weird experience - I wont be returning!

This place was such a disappointment. We got there, and I stood in line waiting to be serviced. The hostess seemed like she was doing multiple jobs and no one was helping her. After finally telling her my party size, she said it would be a 50 minute wait. We waited over an hour, about an hour and 30 minutes before we got a call saying our table was ready, but they only had outdoor seating. We waited another 10-15 minutes until our waitress came. We ordered quickly and it took them about 25 minutes to bring our food, which is fine. I was eating my food, finally! And I A HAIR BAKED INTO MY CHICKEN SANDWICH!!!! The service was so poor! The waitress didn’t even seem bothered by it and asked if I wanted another one. Absolutely NOT!! We left and I was very upset with my experience. Never recommending this place again. The staff needs training asap!

Went here for my birthday and the service was terrible. First issue is that I had a reservation and still had to wait 25 minutes past my reservation start time for a table. Our waiter didn't come over and attend to us, our drinks didn't come out until after our entrees. The worst part is that the place wasn't even crowded. Our server was the worst and still had to pay 18% gratuity and a 3% charge for using your credit card.
