I ordered online. And aside from not knowing where my order was (resolved in seconds) the experience was perfect. And I fed an army of teenagers cheaply.

Standard takeout Little Caesar. I don't interact with the personnel because I tend to use the app to irder. But when I do they are very nice and courteous.

5 meat pizza is like genocide for lunch. Cashier was patient as I had a kind of basic question. Quick even if you don't call it in.

Little Caesars the way to go if you're looking for something quick and cheap. I like their Hot N Ready or their Hawaiian pizza. The next best thing is their crazy bread when it's fresh and hot. I usually do my order off their website and just pick it up from the portal. It's simple, fast and easy to just go into the store to put in the code for the pizza portal. This Little Caesars is in a big plaza so finding parking will not be an issue. When I walked into the store, the workers was in the back making pizza probably because I went when they just open. So instead of waiting for someone, since I did everything online ... I got the pizza myself from the portal. It looks like their prices went up a little bit because of the pepperoni shortage and etc but it shouldn't be a huge problem because they are still reasonably price.

I looooove their thin crust pepperoni pizza 🍕💖😁 and their m&m cookie dough bars are so goooood! Never greasy and always delicious and great price!!! I use their app to order ahead and pickup so by the time I get there it’s ready. Their app also has a delivery option. You can also order on their website for pickup and delivery. They are very busy so if you want to pickup I do suggest ordering ahead on their app or website. If walk in there is usually a 15 minute wait because they are always busy when I go there. I love this Little Caesar’s, they have gotten their particular franchise down to a science. If you were to create a graph with quality up one side, and cost on the bottom right to left, it could be mathematically proven precisely why Little Caesars is the best pizza choice for your dollar. This is absolutely the best pizza I have ever had for the amount of money I spent on it. That is the most honest statement I can make. Delicious pizza, hot, perfect, and a VERY low price. And now they even deliver!

Really friendly service the food is always good sometimes it takes a little longer than what they tell you but overall good food.

The pizza is good most of the time, tell them on the phone to make the pizza 'well done' and it usually comes out good. Would give five starts for consistency. If you do like your pizza 'well done' wait atleast 30 mins, because if you come early they'll take the pizza out before it's crisp.

These guys seem to have gotten their act together. We called ahead and everything was ready as expected and it all tasted just as good as it can from this chain. Much better than when they first opened up; the kids like it, so who am I to argue.

This isn't a dine in restaurant. For a quick take out pizza it's OK. Don't expect a 20 dollar pizza for what they charge, but it's much better than frozen and they usually have some prepared ahead

Service is good, food is hot but they never have the hot and ready lunch available. I always have to wait 10-15 min. Call ahead, maybe?

The pizzas good but there hours suck they close at 7pm that's ridiculous. And lately they are closed for no apparent reason! And that's the ONLY little Ceasars in simi valley! What's going on?!?!

Very excited for it to open....whenever it does that. I went there on February 26th because I got the grand opening ad. It was still under contraction but had a big sign saying 4 days until $5 pizza..something like that. Today is March 4th. Been there every day lol. I will change my rating when it opens, I promise. Just seems like they are having some technical difficulties with something. Anyways I'll be waiting and I'll be there opening day : )

Are you kidding me!!!! I just got home from this pizza location and find out that my cheese pizza is burn and I can tell it's not fresh!! How long did you have this particular pizza huh?!! I went to the restaurant to have a fresh pizza and this is what I get!!! I didn't have problems before.. But obviously I will have to check the pizza before even leave the restaurant.. And that is if I come back here . Stop using lazzy workers who just wanna go home soon .! If they don't like to stay late.. Find another job!!!!!! Stop messing the pizzeria because other workers here they surely work like they supposed to.. Please whoever is in charge... Don't Let this happen again!!!

Was double charged on my visa debit card and because the transaction already posted the cashier, who spoje to the manager on duty, said there was nothing they could do. Really???!!!??? So now I have to wait for a fraudulent claim to process. For only $26 and some change. It is not the money but the principle of the matter. This is ridiculous. Not only will I never patronize this Little Caesars but I just might give up on the whole chain altogether. At most I pay more for my pizza. At least I will get better customer service and a business that takes its mistakes and corrects them...

Great food, but my time there was made horrible by an employee there. I believe the person was named "gray"? She was totally out of line, asserting to me that what I was ordering, was "too much". When in fact the amount of food I bought was for a group gathering with friends, but she made it sound like I was obese for buying that much food. I hope the next time I come here, I don't have to speak to that employee again.

Two hours for a pizza is absolutely ridiculous

Wow. OMG. They have a pizza that is new called smokehouse got it the other night it was great... but tonight we went to get another and they were out of one the items... pulled pork. So i was absolutely cool with that and said no problem ill take it just put a little more of the other items on it. But they absolutely refused. So i tried one more time.. id like to order a pizza with bbq sauce brisket and bacon and they refused to do it because they couldn't get past the fact that they didnt have pulled pork. And i said well what if i ordered the smokehouse pizza but i didnt want the pulled pork? And they again refused. This was a no brainer. CAN CORPORATE TEACH CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. And it wasnt just the cashier who couldnt fathom we were even willing to pay more if we had to order each item separately... but the manager kitchen person too! SERIOUSLY? We walked out very unhappy not ordering anything and totally shocked that you can't order a pizza the way you want it. and we hope corporate sees this complaint and trains their staff. It is an item that is prominently displayed and no evidence that you can't order it.. no signs of any reason that you can't request the removal of one item.

The last 3 times I've gone in (between 1-3pm) they are sold out of cheese pizza and I'm told it'll take 11-17 minutes. Thought their slogan was "hot and ready"...

Closed one Simi Valley location and reduced the hours at the other??? I realize that staffing is hard right now, but having to go to Moorpark to get a pizza after 7 pm is just absurd!

The little Caesars Pizza by my old hood in Oxnard was fine. Maybe it was what I ordered or something. I order a thin crust. I did not ask them to cut it into a bunch of saltine size pieces. Yes the whole pizza was cut into little pieces. Next, I thought maybe the sauce tasted wrong. I then thought I was getting sick. I did get sick for 2 days after eating it. My favorite experiences while ordering a Little Caesars Pizza- 1) Do I want to tip? Seriously when you order online, they give you a 3 digit code. There is no interaction with customer service. So really do I want to pre-tip someone that is not going to help me. Anyways, I thought long and hard if I was going to leave a review. 1) I felt like OMG this is making me sick. 2) I was sick, and recovering. 3) Why did you cut up a pizza pie into a hundred pieces? 4) it was the worst pizza I ate, almost all time. In fact, I do not think I will have a craving for pizza in a long time. I apologize, and maybe I will give it another try in the future. Really, it was one of the worst pizza's I ever ate in my lifetime. Cheers

I ordered delivery and of course overpaid but can't go out so...a pizza, some wings and a soda...soda didn't get here and wings where incomplete 7 instead of 8. The driver said to call the store. The store told me I can go and pickup my soda. I ordered delivery for a reason 🤦‍♂️and if I wanted a refund to call doordash. Of course after 20 minutes on hold I was told my items...soda and 1 wing...would be refunded in 7 to 10 business days. So, screw the incompetent people at Little Ceasars and screw doordash. Horrible customer service on both places.

My Door Dash order got cancelled 2 separate times because the staff here doesn't know how to do things like make sure the pizza goes to the right person...Slow slow slow pizza making process. The management needs to hire more staff during busy times to speed up service. I feel bad for the one guy at the front running around doing everything himself. Put chairs in your store since people have to wait incredibly long wait times.
