We went for cocktails because the place caught our eye with its live music, but we ended up staying for dinner because the food looked so tempting! We ordered several cocktails, including a spicy jalapeño with Bacardi that was incredible, and a vegetable cannelloni that I'm sure we'll order again. In the end, we ordered several cocktails because Micht, the bartender, managed to create cocktails just for us, and we couldn't have loved them more. Definitely highly recommended.

Probably one of the Sitges' best kept secret, wonderful drinks, especially the cocktails second to none! And best of all is the people, lovely is not enough, making you feel welcomed! Live music advertised for the connoisseurs mainly on Insta, going late into the night with a perfect level of background music allowing you to chat with no problem! Vă Haven't tried the food but the restaurant looks well set up and the menu is inviting! Really looking forward to going back, hope it will be soon!

This place is wonderful. The service is top-notch, Vanesa and Jordi are wonderful. We've been there several times and we love it! The food is super good, the cocktails are incredible, and the chilled Ginesta wine is a delight. Without a doubt, one of the best places to have a good time in Sitges and eat delicious food!

We went to Nimo Sitges through TheFork and the experience was unbeatable. We were served by Vanesa, who was incredibly friendly and attentive from the very first moment, giving us recommendations and making us feel at home. The service was 10/10. We thought the value for money was very good. We tried the octopus leg, the tataki, the sirloin with foie gras, and the mosaic, all delicious. The homemade desserts were a highlight: both the lemon pie and the carrot cake were delicious. Finally, the bartender asked us what we liked and recommended the best dishes from the menu. It's a new restaurant in Sitges (they've only been here a month), but they definitely have a bright future ahead. We will definitely return, and we're looking forward to trying the experience on their show nights. Highly recommended!!!

The food was Michelin star quality and the service was attentive, personal while also being very reserved and timely. You felt taken care of without losing intimacy with your dining mate. It was a quiet night when we dined as we got there early and it felt like a chefs table experience That said - I am sure the experience would be just as amazing on a packed night. Because THE FOOD!!! I truly cannot stress how great the food was. From the made- as - you order croquettes, to the table side Caesar salad that was divine. The cheeseboard was top notch, and the Iberian ham might have been some of the best I have had in my 3 weeks in Spain (and that’s saying something) But the star was the grilled octopus with a sweet potato puree as well as the spinach/pistachio and pine nut cannelloni with a sauce I still cannot decipher (it was other worldly)! Lastly the bar might look minimal but TRUST - They can make any classic cocktail you desire to balanced perfection !! Make a reservation if you are in Sitges . It will be a highlight

We started the evening with a cocktail prepared by Mitch, the bartender, which was simply excellent. The locally sourced food stood out for its quality and freshness. We were lucky enough to go on a Wednesday, the day they offer live jazz, which made the experience unique and very special. The service was impeccable: friendly, welcoming, and that feeling of being right at home. Without a doubt, a place we will return to more than once. Highly recommended!
