Wonderful experience with this carls Jr. We came from out of town and wanted some breakfast. We got chicken biscuits. Our cashier was kind and helpful. Definitely a 5 star place.

I stopped here on a road trip with the intensions of using the restroom. Glad I decided to order there breakfast. I am not a fast food person, but knew I had to get something fast and keep going to keep on track. It was really good. Very different than most fast food. I was kind of impressed.

From out of state & traveling on the highway. I noticed the sign and decided to pick up some food to go. Haven't been there in years, but it definitely reminded me why I don't eat there. The service was great 👍 but although the food was freshly made or I think since I waited so long in the drive-thru. Once I started eating, it was another story. It just seems that over the years, this establishment has regularly gone downhill as far as quality. Even trying to eat it while on the road, I just couldn't do it.

Beware when ordering drinks. They put way too much ice. I guess I have to order with no ice from this location from now on.

I stopped by while heading home, but was taken aback by the atmosphere. The guy upfront was trying to take my order while being “talked” to by what I think is his boss? Either way, they were being somewhat loud and made me uncomfortable, but the guy took my order, which was fresh and really good! Wonderful spot for travelers like me, but would want better for the employees trying to provide service.

Who owns this location? It’s hard enough finding a place to rest on the 101 through Soledad! I chose Carl’s Junior and now I regret it. This is sadly the worst fast food spot. Please pick up your game. Janky lettuce and old meat! Wack! $10. Burger. Never Again. Please pass by and starve if you have to.

I was going to place a order this morning I walk in the boy who i think was the manager he and agirl with glasses was talking did not acknowledged me. They both seem so rude the girl was even talking profanity. Someone place a order she went to cook the food with out washing her hands. Then I order my fries gross I feel really sick. I don't quality the service or both. Fast foods really has changing it can't be they don't get paid enough because I know they make more than 20.

Today, we drove our granddaughter to Carls Jr. In Soledad to use her school Star Pals certificate and of course, order additional food. It was about 7:35 pm, and the young lady at the drive through tells us she’s out of kid’s meals. We ask if she can just a small burger with fries and she reiterated, no we have none. You can not use that Star Pal certificate today at all. Really? Why does management even issue these reward for students! No restrictions on coupon except one coupon per customer. It’s about the kids!
