Uno de los mejores restaurantes en los que he estado. Menú del día con 7 primeros y 7 segundos para elegir, bebida y postre incluidos por 22€ un sábado. De primero unas alubias con perdiz increíble, de segundo un señor entrecot de verdadera calidad, con patatas artesanas y un pimiento. De postre una tarta de manzana con galleta de jengibre. Todo realmente espectacular. Volveremos sin duda.

Comida espectacular. Precio muy barato teniendo en cuenta la calidad de la comida. Hemos pedido menú. Los postres, un sueño. Todo exquisito. (No perderse el helado de galleta con dulce de leche y la crema de chocolate negro con pistacho)

Muy buena atención, ambiente agradable y terraza a la sombra. Tienen menú (22€) y carta. Variedad de platos, cocina tradicional con toque moderno. El confit de pato muy jugoso y sabroso.

Menú de fin de semana genial. Precio ajustado y calidad muy buena. Todo riquísimo, mención especial al pato y al postre de chocolate y pistacho que estaban de 10. Da gusto encontrar sitios así. Repetiré 100% si vuelvo por la zona.

Todo muy rico. Comimos de menú por 22€ . La carta disponía de 7 primeros y 7 segundos. Probamos la sopa castellana, trigueros, ensalada con bacon y migas castellanas, y de segundo entrecot, hamburguesa y confit de pato. Me encantaron las migas y el entrecot, aunque el resto también estaba riquísimo. Si visitáis Medinaceli recomiendo comer en este sitio, pero mejor reservar mesa, que nosotros pillamos mesa de milagro 😅

Muy buena experiencia. Medinaceli muy bonito y con el restaurante hemos acertado. Cardo con salsa de almendras y alubias con perdiz de primeros. De segundos, crepe de centollo y confit de pato. Los postres 😋😋 crema templada de chocolate con pistachos y tarta de manzana con galleta de jengibre. Por 22€ el menú por persona, espectacular 👌

I’ve just had a delicious meal in this restaurant . Restaurant (part of the hotel ) in an amazing hilltop village in the middle of Spain ! Amazing value for money at €22 for menu del dia including wine, which was of an excellent quality. Fabulous service, attentive but not overly so, plus ambience of the place was superb. Would definitely return if I’m ever in the area again.

We came here for dinner at the end of September as we were staying in Medinaceli for the night. It was a Thursday night and it appeared to be the only place open. We had our dog with us so we sat outside under the covered area in front of the hotel. We both chose from the 20 euro menu, 6 choices of starters and mains, the waiter Javier took his time to explain all the dishes more than once and gave excellent service. My partner had asparagus for starter and i had a bean stew and we both had steak for mains, all dishes very nice and good portion size. We both had desserts and an extra beer and wine and the bill was 42 euros. We gave the waiter a 50 note and told him to keep the change as he had served us so well but he said that he didnt want it as it was too much but we left it anyway. Thanks and we will eat with you again next time we are passing by. Lawrence.

This place is amazing. The staff are really friendly welcoming and accommodating. Even though we arrived late the owner kept the chef on to cook our meal which was absolutely delicious. We have eaten a wonderful meal here before in May this year and that is the main reason that we came back to stay. The breakfast too is outstanding. I stayed here for a business trip in 2010. This was an amazing bargain. If you stay here, be sure to choose the option where your meals are included. 75 Euros for a single (139 Euros for a double) including free breakfast made to order (eggs with olive oil – yum!), and anything you want for dinner – ANYTHING. For example, each night I would get wine or beer, a appetizer or soup, an entree, dessert and an after dinner cordial. They basically encouraged me to order as many courses I wanted, and the total cost would have been between 40-60 Euros a night, if I wasn’t staying at the hotel. An amazing deal, and the food was all superb! One of the soups I still remember – it was similar to a french onion soup except with asparagus, a clear broth and the melted cheese sitting at the bottom of the bowl, waiting to be dug into. The room was comfortable and clean, and the owner was very accommodating and kind to this American, traveling by herself. If I was ever traveling between Madrid and Barcelona, I would consider stopping in Medinaceli (a beautiful town) just to stay and eat here again!
