Wife is Salvadoran, and we stumbled across this amazing little hole in the wall. We used to go to Los Piples, but it is just super expensive for alright food compared to Los Lagos. The pupusas is delicious but they put a little too much cheese. The beans and the chicharron inside the pupusa tastes great. The currtido a d salsa has a little kick to it which enhances the pupusa. My favorite is their pollos tajada. Beautifully fried chicken with fried plantains, cabbage, pickled onions, and some sort of sauce on top. Would recommend 10/10

Very good, authentic Salvadoran and Honduran food. Everything is made fresh, so cook times are longer than what you might be used to, but worth the wait.

Nice place to come with your family the only thing is that it gets full in the weekend and the place it’s little, so if you would like to come I would recommend to come in the weekdays but the food it’s so good I’ve tried pupusas, yuca con chicharrón, sopa de res, pollo con tajadas, baleadas, agua de horchata and all tastes so delicious.

The tortillas amazing! The burrito was the best! Would recommend. And they are friendly and affordable.

The order comes with refried beans, crema, and fried plantains. It's very tasty and filling. And at $13 the price is great! I give it 4 stars for the atmosphere only because I feel like the music is a little loud for me. Although I usually bring my earbuds so it's not a big deal. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend this place.

The pupusas were good. I recommend the revueltas. The service was quick since we ordered ahead. Inside the spot is crowded with seating options and so if you aren't someone who is a fan of that - I suggest you get it to go.

Good food and friendly staff. You may need to wait a bit for the food to come out but worth it. If you order takeout, add another 15 minutes or so to the wait time given to you It's pretty loud in there as well and gets very busy.

I had California burrito, se deja comer, it was just ok, wasn't fajita meat as stated on the menu. Hard, gristle and fatty meat that was overcooked. Plantains were better. I won't get the burrito again.

This place has baby roaches

The food is fresh and hot, I like their pupusas, not too big or greasy. However, I advise you pay with cash they will always charge you a fee for using debit / credit. I don’t agree with hidden fees I understand it is a business, however they should at least have a sign up letting clients know of a card fee.

The restaurant is not prepared to support a large table’s orders in the kitchen. Numerous gallons of unopened milk just sitting out on a table without refrigeration. For at least two hours. The meat was served overcooked and some of it was burned. There was no seasoning that I could taste. The waitstaff was very nice but at times forgetful. This restaurant is not worth the price. I will not go back.

Bad bad service. Couldn’t eat anything because they never came with the food. It was not even busy and my husband and I sat there waiting for our food more than an hour. They did take our order but it was because my husband called the waiter to take our order. They did bring our coffee and hot chocolate but the food never came to our table! After an hour I stood up and went to paid the coffee they didn’t apologize for the waiting. Bad bad service. Couldn’t eat anything because they never came with the food. It was not even busy and my husband and I sat there waiting for our food more than an hour. Don’t come here. Worst experience ever. From the service to the smelly food! Don’t come! I order the Salvadoran bisteak and it was like rubber and they gave me a butter knife to cut it. I asked the waitress for a steak knife and she never came back, so I went to the counter to ask her for one, and she said we don’t have any steak knives but never came back to tell me. I decided to return the food and ordered a marisco dish instead. When I got the marisco bowl it had an awful fishy smell like it was old fish and the shrimp were overcooked like eating rubber. I told them so the took it back and asked for the bill just to be charged either way. I told them that I wasn’t going to pay for this food it was awful. They called the owner and I briefly spoke to him to address the issue and he said “ I always get complaining customers like you so fine don’t pay for the food but don’t come back” And of course I replied. Don’t worry I won’t be back ever! Hope they don’t poison someone.

I wouldn't ever recommend this place to no one or my worst enemy. I gave them my plate back because it had a hair in it, tell me why they served the food in a different plate but with the same breast chicken that had the hair. They also tried to serve me recook plantains.

Literally check ur ticket before paying! Our bill was 91$ if pay CASH and and 99.45 if we pay with card 🙄 it's not a problem but when u Literally don't let anyone knows about that it's kind of annoying. Also FOOD WAS COLD. I got a pallet taste of just potatoes. I told the waitress and showed her that there was no ground beef. She just laughed and left. I feel That this place has poor ethics and integrity. No customer service whatsoever or even gave me explanation of what happened but they took my $5.99 . Never again will I come to this place nor will I recommend people to go their. You are not getting what you pay for.
