Pretty average, the meat, chicken, and shrimp where good but the nopales tasted like they’d gone bad, waiters where really nice tho and the place looked clean.

Has anyone else noticed that the Filet-O-Fish is now the same size as the kids’ hamburger, but costs three times as much? McDonald's has clearly shrunk the size of both the sandwiches and drinks. What is really going on here? Always good service here so far

Getting in and out of this location safely is difficult. The last time we stopped, we ordered a breakfast bagel and BEC biscuit with hash browns and coffees. We were asked to pull forward and wait several minutes. I didn't mind waiting, but it was just odd as they really weren't busy. We asked for no sauce on the bagel and they still put sauce.

Got there at 10:20 am for my mobile order (2frappes) , go to the drive thru with no problem, once I get to the window , the guy tells me there’s no frapps, that he can switch them to iced coffees, I politely declined his offer waiting for my refund so I can get to work, after a long wait of no service, just sitting at the different windows they sent me, no communication, nothing. After a long wait, a lady comes with my 2 frappes on hand… i thought yall were out of frappes? Are they steals money from customers? By ripping them off by switching to iced coffees and keeping the rest of the money from the frappes? What’s going on in there? Left the drive thru 40 mins later , late to work

Worst place to go for a hamburger ever! it's very hard to get someone who understands English to get your order Correct. unless you like circling back in a drive-thru go somewhere else.

Corruption at its finest at these McDonald’s, I walked in to use the restroom and when I opened the restroom door the McDonald’s employee holding a mop and broom said I’m here to clean yr mess and I said I always cleanup after myself, right then I was judged by McDonald’s employees because I’m brown skin I look Mexican and I’m 62 yrs old with health issues, it was my first time in this McDonald’s I wanted a coffee , when I ordered the senior coffee the employees looked at me like I’m not suppose to be in their McDonald’s, a manager and her friend were eating at a table and she was staring , giving me a dirty look, I’m an American , but if I wasn’t it’s a horrible feeling to be treated like this, McDonald’s are cult like, if yr not a white skin Hispanic you are looked at as a criminal first , it was so scary on how they made me feel I threw my coffee away , who want to eat food where people are so hateful to you

Two weeks ago I stopped by to purchase coffee, the manager that was waiting on my got upset bc I told her I had been waiting. Ultimately telling me to leave or she'll call the cops. That's blackmail. I go in this morning thinking she had gotten over the past and had my app out ready to order. She then says she's not serving me and tries to lie and said I kicked the door when I left. This woman needs to lose her job, it's 29° outside. I'm not impressed with McDonald's crew in Soho. Very disrespectful crew!!!!

I can't use my rewards because the ice cream never works.. they are the eptiome of this situation with McDonald's franchises!!!! Fix the damn machine and stop breaking it after it gets fixed for one day

I ordered 2 hot and spicy with fries. I work graveyard shift so my lunch is fairly late. So I definitely could understand from an employee standpoint of why the employees were frustrated or however the mood I was giving them but the food was super cold and the customer service was rude. The place looks cool like an original McDonald’s theme to it. But I’ll promise you I’ll never eat here again.

Waited a long time and my order was incorrect besides they tor the bag and all the food went to the floor. The person taking my order was horrible. I was trying to confirm my order and all he said was yes, yes, to all my questions. It was incomplete.

I order burger and fries and the fries is not even fresh. It’s cold ! And return it to them. after waited they give me the same fries that I returned! And go back again complain the same problem! The staff doesn’t know what they doing.

Update 07.22. Need to drop 2 stars to a one star. They promote the app at their drive thru but when you give the the code they said it was expired. Tried again in front of them and it gave same code. Ended up paying full price. Manager and clerk spoke back in forth in Spanish which was exceedingly rude since I ordered in English. They need not worry about seeing me in line again. deleting the worthless app as well.. Update 06.21: need to drop a star. Drove away and glanced at food at a traffic light. Yes, the fries were standing up (a plus), but please at least fill a container. Fries are a high markup item and their penny pinching is extreme plus they did not provide any ketchup. Drive thru moved quickly and the items were correct... just the fries were only half full.
