Best deli in town! A great place to have lunch in a great little outdoor environment when its warm. Has a great selection of rotating deli specials, as well as classics, and everything has a unique little twist to it. Whole A-La_Carte salad pairings, and a great shop with wine and local products.

I practically live here now. The staff is incredible and off you a cheese sample when you walk in the door. Lovely display of wines, crackers, cheeses, gifts and they make gift baskets and offer shipping! Everyone is so friendly, the owner came up and introduced herself to me on my first visit. Did I mention they have a killer deli in the back?! Filled with sweet treats and craft salads. Like I said, I basically live here. I’m obsessed with absolutely everyone and everything here. It’s very charming and cozy, you won’t be disappointed. Either you’re in this place for yourself or someone else, the staff is sure to deliver an excellent experience.

The entire staff was friendly and helpful. Ian had especially good advice regarding Zinfandel and Cabernet Sauvignon wines.

We had the Cork & More cater our wedding and it was by far the best experience I have ever had working with someone. They were incredibly nice and extremely helpful. They checked in with me ahead of time just often enough to make sure everything was set. The food was absolutely delicious and their service is top notch (they left the venue cleaner than when they arrived). I really really really recommend them to anyone who wants an event in Tahoe catered. It was an absolute pleasure.

Our family are long time customers of Cork and More. The staff is always full service, helping us pick out just the right wine for the adults and the best baked treats for our kids, who always beg to go in whenever we are nearby. Everything is absolutely delicious. The cheese selection has EVERYTHING. The catering is beyond amazing. But what really goes above and beyond the call of duty is their service during the COVID restrictions. This staff has done not only everything they can to ensure safe pick up of food, they have created special meals to remind us how lucky we are to have them in our community. This business has always been an integral place for helping our community fundraise, but I cannot tell you enough how hard they work to help us ALWAYS, during good times and hard. Thank you so much.

This is the best place in South Lake Tahoe for wine. The staff are very knowledgeable and helped us pick out the perfect wine! We didn’t try the food but I hope to come back to try the food. Their meat & cheese selection looked amazing as well!

The patio area is very cute. Even though we got here at almost closing time, we were treated super well. They have a great wine selection, good cheeses and some cute stuff to sell.

We just had a wine tasting party with hors d'oeuvres at their venue and it was wonderful. Every detail was carefully taken care of. Our whole group was so impressed by the friendliness and knowledge of the staff. They have an excellent wine selection and great menu items to select for entertaining. This was a pleasant find after riding bikes from the state line to Camp Richardson and back. We saw a sign for a deli from the street and what we found was a delight. Great atmosphere, good sandwich selection and a nice outside garden to enjoy eating. We ordered two specials: The yam press wrap and the Caprese. Both were done well and refreshing to have on a hot day. Would highly recommend and will be back next time in south lake.

Delicious sandwiches, sides, and desserts here, along with an excellent selection of wines. What I really appreciate about this business is that they are well-staffed and consistent. This has been a problem for many other businesses in Tahoe, but not here. The staff is very friendly and competent. For example, if they see a line begin to form, they will open up a new register to clear it out quickly. In general, they are just very helpful. I usually phone for pick-up, but the shaded garden area on the side of the building looks like an excellent spot to have lunch.

The Cork & More team is wonderful to work with and handled our wedding catering with ease! We had about 70 guests for our reception at the Idle Hour and received so many compliments on how great the taco bar was and how kind the staff was. Karla did a great job to work within our budget and offered customized quoting for our event. I must also say that Cork & More is a fantastic place to stop for a sandwich on a normal day or for fun artisanal goodies if you're in the South Lake Tahoe area.

For our day boat trip on Lake Tahoe, Karla and team catered and delivered our food. Everything was delicious, and the outstanding potato salad was so mouth-watering that all 16 in our party wanted to know the recipe! Delivery to our boat operator, Lake Tahoe Boat Rides in the Tahoe Keys marina was seamless. We have to thank Lake Tahoe Boat Rides for recommending The Cork and More to cater our trip. What an exceptional experience!

After unsuccessfully wrenching on my trekking pole for an hour while eating delicious deli sandwiches and satisfying my sweet tooth (peanut butter cookies were my favorite) They thought of a specific bike shop that may have the tools I needed and somebody dropped me off there where I successfully fixed my poles! 10/10 experience, thank you guys

Two words; GLUTEN FREE. It can be so hard to find a good gluten free sandwich in South Lake. Tahoe Bagel is pretty delicious, but the GF wraps they use here combined with the amazing ingredients is just my favorite favorite. Highly recommend the Turkey Club! Super grateful for this place

Great sellection of local wines and wine collectables. Great menues for a meal and they cater. I had a glass of fine wine after tasting a couple. Nice outdoor patio to sit. A must see place. A bit pricy, but everything is up now. A great place to find a nice gift for a special friend.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Delicious sandwiches with plenty of meat and cheese. We walked in half an hour before close and never felt rushed. I thought they had a great selection of wine and the staff were engaging and educated on the wine. My only complaint was it seemed a bit pricey. $26 for two sandwiches and one bag of chips. However, no wait on a Saturday evening and the staff were enough to make up for it.

Decent toppings and cheese but they're a little over priced. I think the rolls came from raley's in a six-pack plastic bag. Good selection of beer wine and cheese. The people were super friendly and their little space out back is nice and cozy. I go again but I would try different bread from the French roll.

Ordered sandwiches at the deli with my husband & son and sat at a table outside in the back to eat. The food was tasty yet seemed a bit overpriced, even for organic & local ingredients (I usually seek these out anyway), and portions weren't very big. Staff was very friendly and helpful to us. The store has a great selection of gifts and loose teas and specialty artisan foods.

Great shop to buy wine, coffee, coffee beans, gifts and wonderful deli selections. My wife and I purchased hot pastrami sandwiches today, and they were awesome. Don't expect sandwiches to be ready instantly, but do expect quality food and friendly service.

Wanted to love this place...all my favorites in one spot. Planned a day out and this was first stop. Coming from Livermore wine country it's not like we looked like we were uneducated about wine and cheese. The staff was the most unfriendly I have ever encountered. Nobody greeted my family, nobody asked us if we needed any assistance with cheeses, meats, deli...nobody asked if we needed any help looking for anything. I wanted to purchase some wine and cheese which all were very well priced and lovely but again nobody seemed interested in assisting. I would expect places like this to offer samples of cheeses and wine tasting when an individual is actively digging thru the cold case and reading wine labels.

We come here everytime we come to Tahoe. We do wine tasting flights, lunch and then we purchase wines to take home. This might be our last visit. They have 4 bottles of red open to do the red flight, however they refused to open more than 2 bottles of white. I understand not opening multiple bottles of the SAME style wine and he was very loud about which wines could be served. It was rude and made me feel like I was a huge bother. We ate lunch, which was excellent, but bought no wines.

On a slow day (2pm on a Tuesday) during the off season, with no one around, it took 4 Deli employees 30 minutes to make my sandwich… it would have taken longer if I didn’t ask for a refund. The staff is rude and pretentious, food was sub par … go to the sour dough deli next to Verde
