We walked in on a Sunday morning at 10:30 and sat right down. Everything is authentic and tastes homemade. I got the asada steak Chilaquiles and my husband got the weekend only Asada pollo. Both were excellent.

Los Mexicanos is a must-visit for anyone craving authentic Mexican flavors. We went here to celebrate my brother’s birthday and we were not disappointed! We picked up 4 steak burritos to go and they were all very good. They had plenty of guacamole and sour cream and a good amount of meat. The ratio was to meat, rice, and beans was very good. We will definitely be back when we are in the area to sit down and try different menu items.

Thoroughly enjoyed our steak tacos and steak burrito. Good service. We liked sitting outside even though parked cars are right at your shoulder. You'll enjoy the authentic Mexican food. Give Los Mexicanos a try!

My favorite thing was the horchata. The ceviche was cut up super small and was a bit watery- it was okay but didn’t look very appetizing to me. I came here with a big group of friends and we got a bunch of different dishes to go (burritos, tacos, etc). Everyone liked their meals for the most part. I heard that the burritos especially were good. I also heard that the salsa (pico de gallo) was not very good. The pricing felt affordable but it also felt like you got what you were paying for in terms of food quality and presentation.

Customer service was great, everyone was happy with their food (party of 10+) I got a chile relleno along with a shrimp taco. I have had better chile rellenos, this one was heavy on the batter and I didn’t get a lot of flavor from sauce it was in. My partner got a torta which was quite large - order if you’re starving!

The food was pretty good. Chile rellenos had a tad too much breading for my liking but were really good regardless. Ceviche tostada was really good. 7 mares, beef fajitas and the carne asada burrito were all very decent portions. The only thing I wasn't a fan of was the service of the waitress/hostess. Didn't really greet us upon arrival and didn't seat us either. The waiter was very friendly.

This was our last stop before leaving Lake Tahoe. Decided to have just tacos. We ordered about 10 tacos. Also ordered some guacamole. Loved the chorizo sausage meat. Also loved the fact that they have a condiments bar where I could take as much as I wanted. I love a lot of onions with my tacos. The remaining tacos were okay. Ambience - 4 out of 5 Service - 4 out of 5 Taste - 2.5 out of 5 Value for money - 2.5 out of 5 Would I go back again? Probably not. I found a couple other Mexican restaurants that had way better food than this and one of them was even cheaper than this place.
