Great food I had the BBQ pulled pork sandwich. The jalapeno pineapple slaw on it was great. I also tried the mac and cheese with bacon. It was also really good. Fries were well seasoned with flakes of salt which is better than regular salt.

We ate here twice on our trip to Tahoe. I had the Monte Cristo and the Pulled pork ( without the slaw). Husband had the tri-tip sandwich. All were delicious! Service was fast and friendly. We sat outside on the patio and really enjoyed the atmosphere. Recommend eating here!

Great place for drink and food. The place is busy, but the staff hustles. I had the burger with chips. I'll give the burger an 8/10. The chips were inedible due to way too much seasoning. They give you a generous amount of chips, and I was able to find a few with a normal amount of seasoning which were pretty good. My wife had the salmon which was good.

Located right behind the Heavenly Mountain Gondola in the shopping plaza. Has a great outdoor patio with live music. Lots of umbrella tables outside and not too hot if you sit inside. I can’t stop thinking about the smoked pork belly tacos I had, friggin delicious!!! I wish I ordered the smoked chicken wings.. they look really good. A little pricey but everything is in Tahoe.

Arrived mid-morning on a Sunday in March after long travel from the UK via JFK, PHX and San Jose. Picked up at SJC, straight drive to South Lake Tahoe, checked in and changed for skiing immediately. Needed to eat before heading up the slopes. Gunbarrel is right by the gondola in Heavenly Village, so it was an easy stop. Had the chilli from the menu. Served hot, rich and flavourful, with tortilla chips on the side adding crunch. The bowl was filling and warming, which was just what I needed before heading up the mountain in fog and snow. Service was helpful and quick. Food arrived without delay. Menu offers a solid spread of bar and tavern food, burgers, salads, soups and mains, plus drinks, so there are clear options even when you are short on time. Interior is a classic American bar setup, wood finishes, comfortable seating, relaxed and welcoming. Convenience, quality, flavour and speed all worked well. Great value. Would return when back in South Lake Tahoe. (Visited March 2020)

No restroom inside but there's a public one just outside the restaurant. We waited a long time. Server was apologetic and said they were short staffed ( the day before a holiday), okay understandable. When we asked for hot sauce, we were given all kinds. LOL. Love it.

Good place to eat if you don't want to be waiting long lines at the other restaurants around the plaza. Place is cozy with two fire pits outside you can sit around and enjoy drinks. There is outside sitting and the weather was nice enough to enjoy the night. Our food came out quick but it wasn't all that great. One appetizer was the Fire-Roasted Cauliflower and it felt like it was just boil and then dipped in the oil. Sweet potatoes fries was ok. Again the food is good just not that great.

The fish tacos were just fine, nothing special. Service was fast and friendly. I can see why sports enthusiasts would gather here - it's a nice atmosphere. Ultimately, though, the average food yields an overall 3/5.

Was looking for Happy Hours after boarding today (Tuesday) and saw theirs was till 6 on their website. Super psyched and ran over there to see on their board it said 5. Told them about their website to see if they would honor it and they said sorry the menu says 5. Place looked cool and all, little empty but was so disappointed that they didn't even bother to ask a manager, that we left.

We were berated by the waitress for asking her to correct the bill and charging us for something that was never brought to our table. She literally leaned over me and yelled to the point I had to lean away unsure what she was going to do. She kept saying rude things to us under her breath passive aggressively to where we could hear her (thus i believe she wanted us to hear) throughout the meal. She got mad when I let her know we could hear her complaining about correcting our bill, then she went off about how hard she works which my family and I have empathy for but you don't shame customers for asking to correct your bill. She yelled at us all the way out of the door making a big scene. We were honestly dumbfounded and laughed that we've been treated better at Dicks Resteraunt who are intentionally rude. The food, well the Tomato Basil was good, grilled cheese was mostly just bread but soaked up the tomato soup like a sponge if you like that. "Award winning wings" were just ok and the Irish stew lacked flavor and had a hint of being burned like when you drudge the bottom of the pot that's burned and mix it in. Atmosphere was the best but only drawback is they make you use the public bathrooms We didn't look at the reviews before we went in. Had i seen their 3.6 review I would have gone somewhere else.

Vibe was good, which lured us in. Bathrooms are the public bathrooms outside the back door. Beer selection was decent. Food came out fast but it wasn't good...and I had high hopes for the "award winning " wings 😕 The the service is what is going to kill this place tho if it's not addressed...our waitress had a really bad attitude, saying rude things under her breath and making inappropriate comments that were intended to make us feel bad. It should've been her pleasure to fix our bill that had charges for things we hadn't received. Instead, we were made to feel bad about our request and just take it. She made a comment that my son's ID looked fake, like we were deviants. While she was yelling at us in front of all the other patrons, she indicated that she checked on us "so many times"...she absolutely did not. She turned our unfortunate experience into her own violation. We will not be back.

Very nice location, I've been there before, but our most recent visit was annoying. I brought a group to have dinner there and one of the guests ordered a glass of house Chardonnay. They came back and said they were out of the house Chardonnay and offered a different wine that was $4 more. First of all, they should have given us that glass for the same price and we would have been fine to have ordered additional glasses at full price. They did not. Then when they served the wine, it wasn't in a glass, it was in a little plastic cup. They said no glass was allowed on the patio, which doesn't make sense given several people were drinking bottled beer on the patio. I was really embarrassed given I was the local who recommended the restaurant and they gave this kind of service. We finished our drinks and had dinner elsewhere. I will never take out of town guests there again.

Absolutely disgusting food, slow and horrible service. Asked for ranch and they gave me a look. Waitress seated is and disappeared when food arrived with no silverwear to eat it. Mac and cheese were cold, chicken strips dry and over fried. Ribs were clearly old and microwaved. Steak was overcooked and drenched in oil. Salad was pathetic with old tomatoes and old croutons on it with extremely sour balsamic.The only thing that tasted good was fries. It’s no wonder they weren’t busy on a Saturday. Stay away!

Bad bad food. Horrible food I would say. I ate there 30 mins back and this is the fastest ever I am writing a review. Mainly because we both are feeling nauseated and want to puke. Food is really overpriced and bad here. We ordered Shrimp rice bowl which was so overpriced. $8 to add 5 tiny shrimps? Teriyaki sauce was really bad and super strong. Bowl was mainly full of raw cauliflowers. Brussel sprouts were delicious but entire bowl had 3 small ones. We also ordered house nachos with guacamole and salsa. Really bland and below average. I didn’t know if someone could even mess up Nachos. Server was extremely polite and friendly. I would give 5 star to him. Outside ambience was nice around the fire pit. Live music was awesome. Location is really nice, it’s in the Heavenly village. But again, we went there to eat and bottomline is that the food was really bad and overpriced. My goto place is Azul and I was so repenting of not going there again. Dinner spoiled, money wasted!
