We came here twice for breakfast as this was the only place open that early around the area. There is limited space for seating so expect to wait at all times. Our first waitress on a Saturday was okay, she was unable to pay more attention to our order, but on Sunday we got another person serving us and we were very happy with her service. Also, the service takes longer time, so be prepared. We got some egg white omlette, hash browns, bacon strips, coffee refills, hot chocolate and the next day we had some burgers, fries, sourdough toast and of course protein pancakes. The protein pancakes and sourdough toast ended up to be my favorites and guilt free meal. Definitely try it when you are around. The food served to us was quite fresh and good. Will definitely come again. Their prices are maintained as per the meal.

Went here for breakfast this morning. I had a senior special and daughter had some breakfast tacos. My food was eh - not hot and pancakes were not cooked completely. Daughter's food was ok.

Overcooked meat, long wait time. Food wasn't satisfying. pancakes were raw and flat. The Server was nice tho.

Visited on a weekday morning after spending the weekend at Lake Tahoe. It was quite busy and it looked like they only had one chef. It was my first time visiting IHOP and I had some expectations, especially the pancakes but sadly, they layered them with burnt ones. Good thing the omelette was nice. So slow. Don't come unless you have a solid hour for breakfast. Had to ask for our server to greet us after 15 minutes. 30 min wait for 2 breakfast dishes. Don't seat people if the kitchen or servers are backed up.

Got here 11:50pm. Asked the lady if she needs our name to get seated. She said two parties are ahead and she knows. Then as time passed at 12:05 I saw her seat another group before us. I asked about it and she said I’m next again. It annoyed me cause she sat 5 of us in a 4 person table. So smooshed and wasn’t clean. The old check and coffee was left. Then took a long time to take our order. We had to grab the guy to take our order. After we ordered, it took almost an hour to get our food. It was only the first half. Then when we got our second half they told us that the impossible is frozen. Then by the time the burger came we were done eating and my sister had to awkward eat alone. Service and the food sucks. The pot roast was just left over shredded beef. The broccoli had no flavor, and the pilaf was average. The breakfast was actually pretty good. The onion rings were pretty good as well. But service sucked. So disappointed

I seemed to make the waitress nervous because I have a serious face and am quiet so she kept doing things to try and change my demeanor so I didn't make her nervous. She did this under the guise of being kind. She would not leave me alone and it ruined my breakfast. I'm sorry that I look naturally serious and didn't smile enough. She was hoping all over the place and would not get out of my face. It was clear I wanted to be left alone but she wanted to be in control. I left a tip anyway just so I didn't have to deal with the drama of not leaving one.

I was really disappointed with our experience. For our first ever visiting this area The service was not welcoming at all, and our waitress never checked in on us throughout the meal. She didn’t look our way or make sure we had what we needed, which made us feel ignored. Good service is such an important part of dining out, and unfortunately this visit fell far short of expectations.

Horrible service There is a section of tables closed because the waiter left early also they don’t have the plate of steak tips because the meat is frozen. Also when we arrive the manager was arguing with the waitress and they had us waiting there for like 15 minutes and nobody greeted us. We had to refer to someone and ask to be seated.
