A very nice place for arranging parties. I have attended 2 different wedding parties here. They have lots of spaces, staffs were very nice, polite and helpful. Bathrooms are clean. Decorations and arrangements are really good.

We celebrated our daughter’s first birthday at The 5 Star in late July, and overall it was a lovely experience. The venue itself is beautiful and created a perfect backdrop for such a special day. Arun was a pleasure to work with, he was kind, attentive, not pushy, and very honest with his recommendations, which we truly appreciated. The food was also very good, and the party hall was spacious and welcoming for our guests. The reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because of an issue with the bar service. We had booked an all-inclusive package for our 12–5 event, and Arun mentioned that the bar would be open early if needed. As our guests arrived, we let them know it was an open bar, only to later find out from the manager (around 1 PM) that he wasn’t informed it was prepaid. While the staff acted quickly to correct it, we unfortunately lost about 1.5 hours of bar service. On top of that, the bar wasn’t fully stocked at first, and I had to repeatedly ask for basic items like wine and beer. By the time everything was fully set up, it was closer to 2 pm. While this was disappointing and a bit embarrassing in front of our guests, I do want to acknowledge that the team worked hard to resolve the issue once it was identified. For future events, I would recommend double-checking that all details are clearly communicated and documented in advance. Despite this hiccup, the overall experience was positive, and I would still recommend the venue for its beauty, food, and attentive staff, just with the note to confirm everything explicitly ahead of time.

Awesome place for party. Food was delicious and plenty of space for the dancefloor!! The food was delicious even though a little bit on the oily side. Not big fan of the chicken dish they had but everything else was perfect. Overall, had an amazing night.

Washrooms are clean , doesn’t smell bad at all , good ambient inside . Washrooms are cleans , they got 3 urinials and 3 toilets in men’s restroom than the usual 1 toilet/ urinal compared to other banquet hall . A.C fan near front stage make very noticeable noise . Floor is average clean , not bad at all . Decoration is good . Entrance looks good

Absolutely horrible — avoid at all costs. Do NOT book any event with Five Star Banquet. They make big promises just to get your money, then don’t deliver on what was agreed. The service is unprofessional, disorganized, and extremely disappointing. Once they take your payment, forget about getting it back—no refunds, no accountability. This place caused nothing but stress and frustration. Save yourself the headache and book literally anywhere else. Zero star

We held our 25th Wedding Anniversary on 12/13 at Five Star Banquet, and it turned into a very stressful experience. Even after clear agreements made in July for final guest count, live food stations, valet parking, and setup, they repeatedly tried to charge extra. On the event day, tables were not arranged as requested, the live station was not set up, new chairs were not provided, and valet parking never arrived. I had to fix the table setup myself. Calls to Arun regarding these issues were ignored. The most disappointing part was being stopped during our program and told that food would not be served due to a payment issue, despite most payments already being made and the balance brought in cash as agreed. I had to leave my own celebration to resolve it. The lack of professionalism and communication ruined a once-in-a-lifetime event. I do not recommend Five Star Banquet.

I have been trying to reach out to the owner Arun via text and email regarding violation of my wedding contract on 8/24 and he has been non compliant. I have attached proof of ways I have been contacting him. This hall violated the contract by charging me for valet service which was not rendered, along with overcharging for guests. This was one of the most stressful day of my life when it should have been the best moment. I had many things go wrong that day because of the venue Email/text below: I reached out to you regarding my concerns via text and did not get a response Before I escalate this matter regarding the violation of our contract in regards to failure to provide valet service, I am requesting that this issue be resolved promptly and over payment be refunded. Overpayment: 1. Valet service not provided but paid for 2. Paid for 232 guests despite being told it would be 226 guests. In addition to valet not being provided, there were multiple issues throughout the event: Round tables not provided as per contract: Despite my follow-up email the week of, a reminder text, and Alvin confirming with you the morning of the event, round tables were not set up. This change was only made once the event had already started at 6 PM. Unauthorized removal of DJ’s equipment: My DJ’s equipment was taken without permission, which is unacceptable. Rooftop parking blocked: Guests who expected valet and did not receive valet were delayed and inconvenienced as they had to find parking themselves. Food was not being refilled. Plates did not come out until we had to ask the waiter. Guest count adjustment not applied: The night before the event, I informed you that the final count was 226 guests, not 232. You confirmed the charges would be adjusted accordingly, but this was not reflected in my bill. These issues caused unnecessary stress and complaints from myself, and my guests. I expect a fair resolution and adjustment to my final bill to reflect these contract violations and service failures. Please confirm how you will be resolving this matter

The service here was absolutely disgusting. The ceiling paint chipped off onto the floor with guests watching. The staff refused to serve an elderly woman food. And the manager or owner kept showing attitude the whole time. I would never come here and give them my money. Not worth it! Please don’t book your events here.
