The restaurant has a nice atmosphere to it. Our server was prompt and attentive. She had a friendly smile and gave out a positive vibe. The ribs were very tasty. And prices are reasonable. I recommend to try it out.

We are seated promptly. Service was good. Baha fish tacos were amazing, nice big chunks of meat cooked but still moist. Highly recommend.

It was busy, had a fairly short wait. Ordered drinks and got them in reasonable time, however couple at next table ordered before us and took over 15 mins to get 2 glasses of wine. Ordered dinner, took a while but pretty busy so was not out of reason. We got our dinner sooner than the couple next to us. Unfortunately my dinner was not what I ordered. They took it back and I got my dinner in a reasonable amount of time. It was good...not great. It is a popular place, has lots of customers, so maybe our experience was out of the ordinary?? Pretty cool place, might go back to give them another chance.

Tom and Jerry's cooked up a delicious " bring in your own fish" meal for 7 guests last tuesday, which was one of there busiest nights. Red snapper was cooked to perfection in a variety of ways even enchiladas! Each 2 side choices were a meal in themselves and tasty. Service was was excellent from the time we entered the restraunt to paying the bill, which was a cheap night out for 7 people. Oh did I mention their desserts? Yummy! Thanks to Tom and Jerry's for a wonderful first time experience. Fish on!

It's a popular location the prices were average. We got the cowboy corn bites which are homemade there and they have jalapeno in them and they were very good. My husband got a steak with french fries and mac and cheese and he said that it was cooked perfectly. I got the shrimp and fried oysters with french fries and it was fine. Price was average for the area.

The atmosphere is amazing and our waitress, Shelley was amazing! Our party of four had oriental chicken salad, po boy sandwich, fried fish basket and chicken Alfredo. All very good! A must go to place to eat on the island!

Took the family here for dinner one night because it was walking distance to the condo where we were staying. Service was OK, food was great. Walking by the wood stack and the outdoor smoker area, I figured their Hickory smoked ribs would be good so I ordered a full rack. My kids got the mini corndogs. Both are pictured. Ribs were finger lickin' good. Ate most of them and had the rest another day for breakfast. Kids food was good as well. The service was OK, not horrible, not great. At the time we went it was not busy, there were plenty of tables available. Being that we were a family of 6 they said automatic 18% gratuity would apply. When the bill came, somehow it wasn't there. Paid cash and received a little discount on the meal.

We ordered a full rack of ribs, coleslaw and green beans to go. Tom and Jerry’s has a fun atmosphere. Given that we called ahead and ordered to go, we had little service required. They did have our order ready at the expected time. The ribs were tender but didn’t have much seasoning, then green had onions and bacon but needed seasoning and the coleslaw was good.

Came here on a Friday night. It was semi- busy and we didn’t wait for a table. The hostess sat us in a corner section in the very back. I’m not sure what the servers name was but she only checked on us twice throughout the night. She was sweet just inattentive. Our food took about a hour to get out. We ordered the chicken alfredo, the big burger, and the chicken fried chicken. Overall the chicken fried chicken was the best thing ordered. If you want a crowded place with a long wait time for the food this is a great place.

Very disappointing experience. We waited about 15 minutes before our server even acknowledged our table. After ordering, it took nearly 45 minutes for our food to arrive despite the restaurant not being busy. I also asked if the fries were gluten free because they looked battered. I have a gluten intolerance and specifically asked her to confirm with the chef. She came back and said they were gluten free, but I ended up getting extremely sick afterward, which makes me question whether she actually checked. The worst part was when we paid. We gave her our card and she returned with the receipt to sign but never gave us the card back. We didn’t realize until later. When we came back about 20 minutes later and asked if she had seen it, she said no and barely even tried to look. Because of that we had to cancel the card immediately. Between the slow service, incorrect information about food safety, and the missing credit card, this was a really frustrating experience for very average food.

We have eaten at Tom and Jerry's many times over the last 10 winters. We have also dressed up for The Bongodogs on Fat Tuesdays at least twice. So, this review is hard. I do not like giving one star reviews. I must. Tonight, my wife and I arrived shortly after 5:30 pm. The place had quite a few people but there was plenty of room. We went early because we knew the Cowboys were playing the Lions at 7 pm and thought we wouldn't get a seat at that time. What we DIDN'T expect was to be told that the nightly special (advertised being served from 5 pm to 10 pm) posted just 3 hours earlier on Facebook would already be sold out at 5:45 pm! So, we already had our drinks and wanted to eat and ordered the Sizzling Shrimp and Mahi Dinner. We had been in the mood for the steak but were pleased when we saw our meal brought to us. Pleased, I mean, until we bit into the dryest, most over cooked Mahi we have ever tasted. We really couldn't complain to our server since he didn't show again until we we were almost finished with our shrimp and sides. I don't really think his absence was his fault. The place seemed very short of staff for a night the Cowboys were playing. We did tell him how dry the fish was when he finally came back. He asked if we wanted something else but that moment had long passed. We told him to bring us a to go box and that we would try making a fish dip out of it. He did and we will. This restaurant has a good reputation and we have had good experiences in winters past. This was our first ( and probably last) visit to Tom and Jerry's this winter. Advertising a special from 5 to 10 and running out at 5 :45 doesn't cut it. And, then being so disappointed in our 2nd choice, seals the deal. Pictures included of their Facebook ad and our receipt.
