Love this place! It is a build your own salad and you can get it in a bowl or have it stuffed into French Bread. They have lots of sides and protiens to choose from. Friendly service and clean facilities.

First time here and I was not disappointed. The concept of a zeppelin (salad stuffed in hollow bread roll) was totally new but it’s a pretty good idea. Easy way to get a full meal with protein, veggies and carbs. They have lots of set orders but can also build your own with their wide variety of veggies, proteins and sauces/dressings. Only disappointment was that both their iced teas are unsweetened. Wish there was a sweet tea option as well. Will definitely be back to try more flavors.

Very good sandwiches and salads. A large selection of ingredients and dressings. Very nice portions for the money. I recommend the sandwich, a salad of your choice stuffed in a bun. The call it a "zeppelin"

I called in an order for two salads the exact same way and gave them 39 minutes because they said they were swamped. Only one salad was ready in that time frame and they had already forgotten what they put on that salad in order to make the next one. I had to show them what I had ordered. We wanted one baguette and instead when we got home we had a sandwich which we did not order. Yes, the food is delicious but someone needs to take responsibility and get this place in order!

As another reviewer pointed out, they may as well not do online orders. You can't come in, pay, and grab your food, despite the line, even if there are 2 people up front because it appears that their policy is to make it after the in- person line is empty (even if the online order came through before the in- person patron entered). That aside, they are very polite, and the food is great!

My family had our first visit to Bread Zeppelin & was helped very well in understanding the different ways to order salads & these wonderful stuffed sandwiches!!! Two of us built our own & man were they delicious. The bread left us craving for more. Crispy outside soft dense inside & all the flavors from our choices with it. Others built salad bowls; tho they enjoyed them they nibbled our sandwiches & wished they had the bread…. SOoo good. The place was clean & employees were cleaning tables quickly after vacated. Supplies full & sweet all down the line to register! We will definitely return a few times. Great choice made.

A new way of eating your sandwich! Zero mess with their technique. Salads are good, something fast to grab for lunch. Family atmosphere and friendly service. Place is clean.

Stopped by here for lunch on a Saturday, got the Mertopolantin Cobb bowl and my husband got the Pacific Beach zeppelin. My salad was okay. I didn't care for the chicken. It was dry and bland. But everything else was good. Next time, I'll definitely get a different salad. My husband loved his sandwich. He said the bread was the best part. The sandwich didn't get soggy from the dressing, he also thought it was very filling. They also have a nice selection of dressings to choose from. Price is kinda high but the portions are nice. You get what you pay for. The line was long and extremely slow so expect to wait a while.

I have always been a fan of Breadzepplin the food is great! But I would not order ahead of time if you are in a hurry to get your food and go. I did order ahead of time this time and was told my food would be ready by 11:30 and I didn’t have my food until a little past noon. It wasn’t because the employees were being lazy they were working hard but their system for online orders were pushed off until they got through the incoming line. Had I known it would have been quicker just to order upon arrival I would have done that. It would have saved me at least 20 mins. I was in a rush so it was disappointing to have to wait so long, hence why I had ordered ahead of time. I do think they need to change up how they do online orders and maybe they need to buffer it with more time especially during the lunch hour rushes. But again the food is awesome and the staff is nice. But I won’t be ordering online ever again.

Really love Bread Zeppelin but my last two visits have been unpleasant. I order the same thing BYO Zeppelin and one of the ingredients I add are candied pecans. Well, on two separate occasions within a week, I have received walnuts instead of candied pecans. The first, time I called and the manager was very accommodating and remade it for free on my next visit. The remake was perfect yesterday. Ordered the exact same thing again today and low and behold we have walnuts AGAIN instead of candied pecans. Idk if they need to separate the nuts or teach the staff the difference but the two but I hate this keeps happening when this is my favorite lunch place. I have a small allergy to walnuts so really need them to pay attention to this!!! I know now to never order online and just waste time standing and watching them make my order to ensure it is correct. If only they paid attention to these details I would have nothing but great things to say.

The food is delicious. But never order online for pickup. If you're going to go there anyway, go through the line. They apparently prioritize the line over all online orders, so I ended up standing there 15 minutes while they did the entire rest of the line (including people who arrived after me) and then they finally started making my order. There was a Doordash person waiting when I got there that ended up leaving and canceling the order. Would have been faster for me to go into the line and order, and just tell them at the end that it was an online order and I'd already paid. When I finally got my order for 2, they thanked me for my patience and offered me a free drink. Seriously? I declined.

As other's have said a lot of issues manifest when ordering online. I ordered a NOLA bowl that ended up missing all the ingredients! I've had wonderful experiences in store but after paying extra for extra toppings and missing all the core ingredients for a regular menu item I cannot recommend anyone order from this location. At least there's another location within 30 minutes of this one.

TERRIBLE customer service and very poor quality. Will not be going back. Was greeted with "what do you want" and eye rolling like I was bothering the staff simply by walking into the restaurant. If you like being treated poorly and sandwiches that literally fall apart as soon as you unwrap them definitely check this spot out!
