I recently dined at BJ's Brewhouse in Southlake, and I am pleased to share my fantastic experience. As always, the food was absolutely delicious, and the service was exemplary, making for an enjoyable visit. For my meal, I chose the chicken sandwich and requested that it be tossed in buffalo sauce, which wasn't listed as an option on the menu. The staff was more than accommodating and kindly obliged, creating a mouthwatering, customized meal just for me. The sandwich was a perfect balance of tender chicken and tangy buffalo sauce, making it a memorable and satisfying dish. To complement my sandwich, I opted for a side of fries. They were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, just as great fries should be. They provided the ideal accompaniment to my buffalo chicken sandwich, rounding out a truly delicious meal. BJ's Brewhouse in Southlake continues to impress with its scrumptious food and excellent service. The staff's willingness to accommodate special requests demonstrates their commitment to customer satisfaction. I highly recommend BJ's Brewhouse for anyone in the Southlake area seeking a delectable dining experience.

We had great service, it was clean and I LOVE that there are plexiglass partitions between their booths and tables! Their menu is extensive and has several healthy options! We ordered a pizza – my dad LOVED it, my husband said it was okay. I had the Enlightened Fire-Roasted Barbacoa Chicken – I’ve had it a few times before, it has a kick and it’s was very good and healthy! My mom ordered the healthy Asian Chopped Salad and she always enjoys it! The best part, of course, is their Pazookie’s!!! My dad got a complimentary Birthday pazookie and I got the salted caramel Pazookie and it was amazing!!!! If you’re just looking for a dessert, stop by and get a Pazookie!!! Y.U.M.!!!!

The food was good. The pasta was a bit cold though. The Shirley temple was one of the best I ever tasted. It is pretty pricey though. But it’s a good place to go celebrate something.

Very spacious restaurant with an inviting bar area. They have a special going on with their gift card. Excellent deal. 20% off VIP card and a bonus 20$card if you buy a 100$ GC. If you join the Rewards program, u get 10$ for every 100$ spent so u essentially get 130$ plus the 20% off food. A non brainer esp since they have great food. I love their tavern pizza. Been back multiple times since. I love the place. Tried some of their other items. Not a big fan of the wings, burgers and pizzas are awesome. Most of their appetizers are simply delicious and huge portions.

The pizookies are great! They exceeded my expectations. Love the strawberry one. I also got a steak with a loaded baked potato for an extra $3 but honestly it was barely loaded so I would skip that one 😐 everything (besides the loaded baked potato) tasted great though

Lively restaurant, friendly staff. Most of the entrees were good, and pizookies are delicious ! Pizza could be lot better, doesn’t feel like deep dish ! I have been in other locations and I won't go to this one again. We ordered Avocado Spring Roll for appetizer and they came out burned. We asked to get a new fresh one but they said "it was out" so just cancelled the appetizer order. The service was slow but the waiter was kind. It took around 1 hour to take the order. We asked for free dessert for all the drawbacks and we got it. Anyways, I'd say the service and quality of the food in other locations are better. About flavor, was good.

First time at BJ’s and I was honestly excited to try it. That excitement lasted about five minutes. Started with the guac and chips. The guac tasted exactly like the pre made grocery store kind that’s been sealed in plastic and forgotten in the fridge for a couple weeks. Zero freshness. Zero flavor. Just… green. Then came the Nashville hot bone in wings. I ate about half and gave up. There was absolutely no heat. None. I asked for a side of the Nashville hot sauce thinking maybe the kitchen forgot to add it. Big mistake. The sauce was somehow worse. Not spicy, not flavorful, just bad. I tried dipping the wings in it and it made everything less edible. I came in excited. I left wondering how this place is always so busy. Maybe I just caught them on an off day, but for my first visit, this was a major letdown. Would not recommend.

The food and atmosphere were good, however we got completely ghosted by our server after he took our entree orders. We ate our food and then spent at least forty minutes afterwards waiting for our server to at least come by and check on us, we got nothing. After the forty minutes we had to get up and go grab another server so we could pay and get our dessert to-go. Pretty frustrating especially on a slow Monday night.

Went to BJ’s again even after my last unpleasant experience at a different one. This time the ribeye was all fat. Just a chunk of fat. Terrible to say the least. Our waiter checked on us 3 times throughout the whole night, not once refilling our drinks. Would not recommend to anyone. BJ’s has officially made their mark as a disgusting restaurant.

We arrived around 1:30 and the restaurant was at about 60% capacity. The server was very friendly however, spent 10 minutes in the kitchen for every 3 on the floor. We had over an hour to figure this out during the hour and ten minutes it took to get 2 hamburgers and two pizzas. During this time, we sent back drinks for lipstick (a lot) on the beer glass (wasn’t my father-in-law’s color) and typically waited 20 minutes for a drink refill. At least she didn’t charge for the lipstick beer. When the food arrived, every single dish was cold. The deep dish pizza (pictured) was so cold you could hold the pan in your hand. The burgers had been sitting for at least 15-20 minutes (at least put them under a heat lamp!). Separate from the incredibly long wait, the deep dish pizza was the equivalent of a loaf of bread with a couple ingredients sprinkled on top. If you like cold pizza crust, this place is for you!

Me and my husband and our two friends from out of town wanted to have a great night . We went to this Bjs on a Friday night around 9:30 ish . This was the worst place to think we were going to get a good night. We arrived and the host (Bailey ) was training another employee she asked for how many I told her and she kept training the employee ( that’s great I’m all for it but communication goes a long way she could have been professional and said I am training and I will get you guys seated in just a sec ) but instead we stood there awkwardly waiting in silence not even aware if there was a table for us . She finally sat us we sat down for more than 10 minutes without being addressed by a waitress, no hello , no I’ll be with you in a second, no drinks or anything. Another group that entered the same time as us was sat down near us and they were served drinks within 2 minutes of being seated. I went up to the host and asked her why we have not been addressed yet . Bailey acted confused and said she would find a waitress . Bailey found a waitress and then I asked to be moved to a booth. Bailey moved us to a booth. Which I appreciated. What I did not appreciate was, Bailey then had the audacity to say “oh looks like you guys forgot to take your menus and silverware “ with complete attitude. I then said oh I didn’t know that was our responsibility, as paying customers to move our menus and silverware with us . And she did a little snark (disregarding and kind of dismissing me ) and I said let me talk to you manger. The manager comes over and just apologizes for the host ( completely not effective) considering the rest of the night the host would purposely walk by and mean mug me and roll her eyes at me and my table. Moral of the story I felt completely unwelcomed, disrespected , overlooked, etc. Horrible place to take out of town friends that are visiting for a good impression on this Texas area. I did not appreciate Baileys disrespectful comment about me and my table needing to be in charge of moving the menus and silverware. Last time I checked I’m not looking for a job at bjs. On a more postive note. The food was really good and our waitress (once we finally got one) was very attentive and professional.

We had a reservation and have been waiting for 45 minutes I went up to ask about it and the hostess told me that we didn’t have a reservation and that she could put us on the waitlist even though she had said that she had already checked us in. She then proceeded to stick her finger in my face while I was talking and started talking to someone else. I love the food and I will always praise the servers and food. But the hosts at this location were very disrespectful and unprofessional .
