Really friendly service, with just a few niggles and perhaps a slightly long wait given the crowded venue. Excellent club sandwich. Overall, the price is reasonable, although it would be better to provide the customer with the menu before ordering. Recommended.

I'm giving it three stars because the sandwiches themselves were good, but the meat wasn't cooked through, and I wasn't asked how I'd like it cooked. There was an extra charge for the side dish, and I would have preferred to pay a little more for the sandwich and have it included. The beer was excellent. The place was freezing cold; it wasn't ideal in February. In any case, if you're in the area and want a quick lunch or dinner, it's perfect.

Terrible experience, not so much for the staff, but for the regulars. I went with a friend and my dog ​​(a 3-year-old female Jack Russell, to be precise) and, before sitting down, I asked if there were any problems for the dog and was told no. Unfortunately, after finding a table for two, I discovered that there was another dog at the next table, and mine, always eager to play, barked at it. I scolded her, but the owner (or a friend of the owner, I wasn't sure) started to point out that I shouldn't have brought the dog in. He can't stand these things (she's a dog, and if she could sing, I'd sign her up for the record show). I should have gone out, and according to him, with the cold these days, I should have consumed the hot chocolate outside, obviously not equipped for this period and everything turned off, and much more. I should point out that mine has a strong personality, both for her breed and her age, while theirs, a male, a definitely calmer breed and perhaps older, I don't know, but rather than scold her, hold her on a short leash near me, and even pick her up, what should I have done? And I should point out that there were also families, but the only one who was annoyed was this "gentleman." I believe that, if you have a dog or are with a dog, you should "love" them all and be indulgent, not so hysterical about a few barks. Then the problem was that, rightly dedicating themselves to those who were having dinner, we waited forever for two plain chocolates, even though there were three of us behind the counter and perhaps they should have served us more quickly, so that we could have cleared the table quickly, and we would have relieved the customer, certainly a regular, who was very annoyed by our presence. I'm sorry, but I won't set foot in a place where, because of a specific customer, my furry friend isn't accepted, even if I were intrigued by their sandwiches.

Saturday evening. We started with a major red flag because the waitress didn't know the average size of a beer in 1L... Then a 1h 20m wait for two sandwiches in a rather small and definitely not crowded place, with the same customers sitting at the table for over an hour—when and if the place were to be full, how would they manage? Amid all this, my sandwich was burnt and the ingredients inside were placed in an abnormal quantity, which—be careful—excess doesn't necessarily mean better, on the contrary! I've never had to use a fork and knife to eat a sandwich because it was overflowing. With all the money you spend on social media and promotions, I'd rather invest it in staff, because after an hour of waiting, I can't expect a burnt sandwich (or anything else, I imagine the people who left the reviews have never eaten a proper sandwich). Not to be repeated.

PAYING 50 euros for two burgers, a beer, a bottle of water, and a coffee is truly shameful. Note the addition of tomato for €0.50 and the fries, which should be specified as not included in the burger for €4.50. Are you kidding? PS: Squalid place and terrible food.
