Naan - Indian Bistro

I’ve come here twice; once for dinner and once for the lunch buffet. Both great experiences! I would highly suggest trying the goat cheese naan, so good! Pics are from lunch buffet.

Excellent Food and great atmosphere. Superb service, please ask for Leon. He was so polite and gave great knowledgeable suggestions. Food was savory and flavorful. Apps were filling alone, the entrees were bold and made with good levels of heat not too spicy but can be prepared at a spicier level with request. Great for a date night or evening out. Going back to try brunch menu.

Phenomenal. Unique. Not even too expensive. Absolutely perfect in every way, can’t wait to come back

My lady and I just had the pleasure of dining on this evening of 10/26/2024. The service was great and the staff was friendly and helpful from beginning to end. The food was great, very flavorful and spicy, just as I like it and it did not take long to get to us. The atmosphere was calm and soothing with soft music playing, allowing my lady and I to enjoy each other’s company over a tasty meal. I would recommend this place.

Had a wonderful Friday night dinner out at Naan Indian Bistro! We had great service with Shaquana as a our waitress. We were too stuffed to have dessert but it “read” YUMMY too. If you like good food, service and atmosphere…give them a try!!!! EVERYONE is very personable.

For those that are unsure about Indian cuisine, this alis a great spot to try. They have lunchtime tasting menus and on some holidays they offer a buffet! This is what I opted for and was able to sample the many wonderful delicious delights that naan has to offer. Great tea offerings as well. The food was very flavorful and the naan was delicious. Service was super helpful and explained everything. Very warm and inviting dining room.

Absolutely an amazing experience. Naan has become our most favorite Indian restaurant. The restaurant decor and details is beautiful ! Food flavor & portions are well excute. Service offer is top Notch. Love this place. Highly Recommend.

LOVE THIS PLACE, the first time i wanted to try it i ordered it on doordash and never got it because the driver delivered to the wrong spot. I was so upset. I finally cane in to try it and now im more uoset that i never got it the first time lol🤣 but we absolutely loved the food and will be back all the time!! Great service😌

My first time at Naan, but not my last. Stopped in to try the lunch buffet. I had high hopes and Naan delivered. For their lunch buffet, they had a wonderful selection of various Indian dishes ranging from your typical tikka masala to your more traditional vegetarian assortments. In addition to that, they have a wonderful atmosphere and great service. Definitely worth trying if you're in search for a great Indian restaurant.

*** Summer 2023 Update *** Naan now has a lunchtime buffet. It’s certainly not the biggest Indian buffet that I’ve had in the area, but the pandemic wiped out all buffets. Now, this is the only Indian restaurant in my area that has a buffet during lunch hours (restaurant closes at 2:30 and reopens later for dinner). This buffet features a 9-dishes (including 1 desert item, salad, basmati rice, and another 6 standard dishes, along with your choice of a basket of regular or garlic naan). The price is $19.99 and beverages are extra. *** End of Update *** *** edited 9/20/2023 to correct spelling & grammatical mistakes. *** This restaurant has only been open for about 2 months, and what a pleasant surprise it is. The interior is very modern and clean. They even have free WiFi, but be sure to ask for the password to the Guest network. My friend and I chose to eat one of the Thali chef samplings, which is kind of a mini buffet. You choose your protein and then they add a series of additional veggie samplings (curried lentils, beans & mixed vegetables with nuts, curried chickpeas, cucumber yogurt dip, rice, and your choice of naan or roti bread. I chose chicken makhi (cooked in a creamy, buttery tomato gravy made with cashew nuts) for my protein, while my friend chose a vegan version. I rounded out my lunch with vanilla ice cream served with 2 beignets soaked in rose flavored syrup. Give Naan Indian Bistro a try. They have some unusual flavors and dishes that you won’t find at other Indian restaurants in this area. I know you’ll love it.

Yami was very attentive and made sure we were satisfied with our food. She is very personable and upbeat. She has a great attitude. We hope she does well in college.

The food was amazing and this place is a hidden gem. The prices are great and customer service amazing as well. Gabby knew her menu and was respectful. You can see that she really loves her job and people. I will be back again and bring more friends next time to enjoy the experience.

Extremely nice and professional staff. They seem happy to work there and ready to make sure we're having a great experience. The food was delicious. Of course the naan was great. When ordering, they asked for heat level, which my children appreciated. The ambiance and decor is very modern, yet still with Indian flair.

Great food and really great environment and presentation. The lamb, paneer, and chicken were all wonderful. Decent prices and good service. I also enjoyed that they asked for a spice level. The paratha was excellent but the naan tasted bit generic, more like a pita than naan. Will definitely try again.

Best Indian meal I’ve ever had. Service was friendly and the portions were very generous, great for a 2nd meal tomorrow. I’m a newbie on eating Indian cuisine. Enjoyed it very much!

Amazing! I took my dad here for the first time (he’d never had Indian food before), and we were blown away by everything. The hummus and paneer were my favorites. The service was great — they were very helpful for first-timers. 100/10! It’s also BYOB

The ambiance is quite inviting when you walk in. The food was fantastic. Most importantly, our server, Josh, made our mom's first experience of Indian cuisine a memorable one. From suggestions, patience, and professionalism mixed with a bit of humor, he certainly went above and beyond to curate a comfortable memory. Will definitley be coming back.

Amazing food! I visited with family for my birthday and had a fantastic dinner. We had dal makhani, chicken korma, and a selection of naan (kashmiri naan was so good!) and laccha paratha--they paired perfectly with our meals. You can adjust how spicy your dish is, and now I know to order my food spicier for next time! Clyde was our server, and he was kind and attentive. I highly recommend Naan Indian Bistro, the food was delicious and fresh, and located conveniently whether you're from the area or not. Will definitely be back :)

This restaurant has such a beautiful, cozy vibe. It’s clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. The staff are attentive and quick, and the food comes out hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. Authentic! The background music is calming and sets the mood perfectly. My family and I are already looking forward to coming back!

The restaurant has a beautiful ambiance and aesthetic. It’s quaint, comfortable, clean, and most of all welcoming. Leon and the rest of the staff are very attentive and work quickly. The food comes out hot, fresh, quick, and delicious. The background music is also very relaxing. My fiancé and I are excited to come back!

I’m still here and felt it only right to leave a review. The lunch buffet is on point. Soup and salad are nice to start but then there’s a good mix of dishes to eat. Order some other things to have as well. Onion Pakora is slammin! Great service as well… brought out an ice bucket for our mimosas as well. They even hooked us up with a small dessert to try! Will definitely come back!

Amazing service, very humorous and funny. The atmosphere is very like breathtaking it feels like you are in a huge restaurant. The music really adds too it. The food was so good. In my 15 years of living this is the best thing I ever tasted. I am being so fr right now the lamb chops were the best I’ve ever had in my life. All the other food was amazing too and I can’t explain how good it was.

Finally decided to try out Naan in the Moorestown Mall! Firstly, huge shoutout to Josh who single-handedly made our experience so pleasant. His service alone will have us return! We had the lunch buffet and although there weren’t a plethora of options, what they did have was pretty good! The chicken tikka masala was probably my favorite. I’m very picky with my white rice and theirs was cooked to perfection. Very rarely found!! They have garlic/butter naan delivered fresh to the table as well. Overall I would recommend and would definitely come back!

Great decor and tasty food! I was surprised to see that this place was a part of a mall but I'm glad it looked like a full restaurant as opposed to a food court front. The decor was very pretty and seating didn't feel tight, even though this place is a little on the smaller side. The waiter (there was only one for the whole restaurant) was also very attentive. I can only speak to the buffet and it had a great variety of foods. The naan bread (regular and garlic) was also a big hit! However, I wish the food was hot as opposed to just warm but I haven't been to an Indian restaurant in awhile so maybe that's the norm? Also, I didn't love all the food. The chicken masala was a bit bland and the green beans had a weird aftertaste. Overall, I'd probably come back to try some of their main entrees or even the buffet again since they switch the foods everyday.

The ambiance was fantastic, particularly during the holiday menu from Dec 22 to Dec 24. The $35 three-course meal is a great value, and the food is tasty. I appreciate the availability of a separate area for a group of 8. I highly recommend this place!

Food was decent but flavors were subdued. They charged us an automatic 21% gratuity because we had a 1 month old baby with us and he counted as guest #5?? This was really absurd to us. In addition to the automatic 21% gratuity, they had an optional donation section on the bill, not sure what that was about. Other than that, ambience was great and our server was really nice too.

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and a cozy atmosphere that instantly set the tone for the evening. The décor struck a perfect balance between modern elegance and comfort, making it feel both special and inviting. The service was exceptional—attentive without being intrusive. Our server, Josh, was knowledgeable about the menu and gave excellent recommendations. He also provided comedy throughout the meal. The food was the real star. Every dish was beautifully plated and bursting with flavor. The Chicken Malai Kebab, Mahkani Daal, and Panner Thandoori, were perfectly cooked, with a balance of textures and seasonings that showed real culinary skill. Even the sides were thoughtfully prepared and full of fresh, vibrant ingredients. Overall, this expirence was through the roof. Definitely recommend for any occasion.

We went to this restaurant for the first time last Sunday for lunch and we were surprised we were the only ones there. The food is below average and it’s e expensive too. We ordered paneer tikka and it was tasteless and hard . So bland. Fish Amritsari was ok. Paneer makhani was ok too so was butter naan.We ordered chole bhature and the bhature was not good . Chole was ok ! Chicken vindaloo was very bad . No taste at all . I will Not recommend this restaurant for the price . The service is poor too . Nothing great about this restaurant.

The naans were enjoyable, and the curry portions were generous, though the taste fell short of expectations. Tandoori dishes, on the other hand, were fantastic and flavorful. In summary, it's a decent experience overall.

Pricey/Entrees dishes were small portions. Lamb Rogan Josh - lamb was quite dry and hard to taste. Gobhi aloo - cauliflower dish was just ok. Wild mushroom korma - was mild taste. Services were excellent and friendly.

Naan is a very inviting and charming place. It is very nicely decorated, and Josh is the absolute best waiter! However, the food is not good. The masala hummus platter was disappointing, with the hummus not even being hummus, and the eggplant tasting funny. The spiced chickpeas and naan were good though. The mango lassi was naturally good, as it was perfectly sweet, but very thick. The garlic naan, plain naan, and laccha paratha is very good, but the onion and sage naan is terrible. Finally, the Paneer Lababdar was way too sweet, when it isn’t even supposed to be sweet. The way you are supposed to make paneer lababdar is definitely NOT by making it sweet. Instead, it should be a bit salty. If the cooks are seeing this, please improve the lababdar dishes, as it will benefit the restaurant a lot.

the food is old. clearly it's not made fresh and its reheated- when we ordered we were told it would only take 5 minutes for our food to be ready.. first red flag. wouldn't recommend this place. chicken was old. naan was very dry. not real indian food. dont be fooled by the good reviews like we were. butter chicken sauce was good tho. and the lady working was nice and helpful!

Have been a returning costumer since opening. Ordered the lamb and chicken vindaloo. Lamb was EXTREMELY over cooked and gray. And vindaloo only have 2 cubes of potatoe. Taste like wasnt made with care. Very disappointed. For the price of the plates, it felt like a rip off. Mostlikely not return as a costumer. :(

I visited Naan Indian Bistro restaurant with my family on March 16th, 2024. Despite the restaurant's name highlighting "Naan," our experience with their Naan platter was extremely disappointing; it was the worst Naan we've ever tasted. Additionally, the Naan was too dry and not cooked properly, further detracting from its quality. Adding to our disappointment, we ordered non-spicy Malai Kofta, which not only had an unpleasant smell but was also too spicy for my kids to handle. Overall, our dining experience fell far below our expectations, and it's evident that Naan is not their forte. They should consider reevaluating their menu and perhaps even their restaurant name.

I’m really disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The staff service was very poor — even though I informed them about my order two days in advance, they still forgot what I had requested. On top of that, the food quality did not match what was shown in the photos. The dishes looked good online, but the taste was far from satisfying. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience, and I expected much better.

probably one of my worst dining experiences by far. came here for valentine's day with my partner. the food was good but service was super slow and terrible. it looks like they were overwhelmed and don't know how to operate on a busy night. when we first got seated, we didn't even get the menus and had to ask, the waiter even told us to wait when he could've gave the menus while sitting us at the table.. they didn't serve us water til like 20 minutes later. the food came surprisingly fast but we had to ask them for our drinks when they should've already came before the food (its literally just soda, how hard can that be). we asked for the bill and the waiter kept telling us to wait, we waited for another 20 minutes and i asked another staff but he just told the same waiter.. which is ridiculous and then once we got the bill he said he'll get us a bag for our leftovers TWICE and still never did, got us waiting again until a waitress finally gave us a bag. they were all over the place, they were not attentive at all and the waiter was pretty rude as he didn't even thank us for our patience when he clearly seemed to forget to provide us what we asked for. can't believe we wasted so much time just waiting around, such a joke. they truly don't deserve gratituity with this level of service and need to train their staff and learn how to run a restaurant efficiently and smoothly. this will be my first AND my last time coming here.
