Corporate greed just cost Wing Stop a customer. I bought wings & fries, then asked for a cup for water and they said they don't do that. That they would have to charge me full price like I was getting a soda. I didn't want to soda! I just wanted water. That is so silly to me that after spending all this money on food that they wouldn't provide a free cup for water. Pure corporate greed!

This Wingstop visit was a letdown. The wings had decent flavor, but they weren’t cooked consistently—some were overdone and dry while others were just okay. Fries were soggy and barely warm, and the order took longer than expected for a simple pickup. When I checked the bag, a couple items were missing and I had to go back to get it fixed, which added even more time. Staff weren’t rude, but the whole process felt disorganized. For the price, I expected hotter food, better accuracy, and more consistent quality.

Night crew was horrible and night Manager was extremely rude someone stole my order and they refused to remake it had to call corporate to get a refund and a apology will never be going here ever again Need to fire or replace the night managers

0 stars. called at 11:30, was put on hold. arrived at the location to just order at 11:40 & all the females were in there making faces, not wanting to work. I waited on hold thinking she was actually busy, when she was just standing at the counter when I arrived chatting it up. Poor customer service. Do not recommend this location. Want a check but are too lazy to do the work. 🚮

Do not come here you will literally wait forever.. I tried calling and placing a pickup order and the lady literally had me on hold for 15-20 minutes. So I call back and the same lady immediately puts me on hold again at that point I gave up trying to order from this location. I understand that things get really busy and chaotic sometimes but having people wait 20+ minutes before they can even place the order and then having to wait another 30 mins before your To go order is ready is absolutely ridiculous.. super unprofessional at that point just say you aren’t currently taking orders due to whatever reason but to just not say anything and leave people on hold until they hang up is purely unacceptable. I will not be eating at their location and I advise others to go to a different location as well.

I was forced to tip on my card. The website kept changing my 0$ tip to 10%. I always tip in cash. But I will not be ordering from Wingstop again since they force 10% tip on you. You can change it back all you want, they will still illegally take 10%. Edit to say I tried them again today. Didn't get any of my ranches although I paid for extra ranch. Also, the crew doesn't know what well done means. This location is horrible. Every experience has been a bad one. They can't read or something idk. I would give it 0 stars of o could. The customer service is shitty too. No way to get the refund for the 5$ of ranch I didn't get either. No way to even report that o didn't get it. HORRIBLE!!!! I hate going to BDubs but at least I get my ranch with them. Guess I'll be eating there now on

we order from here for convenience because the others are far. the drinks have been wrong almost every order, (i know the dasher does them, but there def needs to be a better sense of quality control), the fries taste weird sometimes, almost like they put the wrong seasoning, then tried to cover it up. the amount of sauce is super inconsistent. the people working have been rude to me, not only on the phone but in person. the owner and i do have history, but this review is purely from a consumer standpoint. people work hard for their money and choose to spend it at your establishment, its not wrong for me to expect what i pay for.

Went to order some food from the wingstop on grand and when I got home I had multiple ranches slipped in my bag and missing a large fry when I called to let them know they told me if I would like to drive all the way back for more ranch and a large fry

Went to Wingstop ordered and paid waited for food first order came out and the employee handed us the bag then after my son started eating the lady at the register came and said he took the wrong order and stated he only paid for 5 pieces and received 8 pieces so I explained that we didn't take anything ur employees gave out the wrong order she wanted the 3 extra tenders bk or we were to pay for them which we did but she came out very unprofessional and acted like we stole the food when the mistake was on there side Then came out said because of her inventory she had to fix it which I told her I understand but how u going to charge me for y'all's mistake!! I didn't go in the kitchen for anything y'all brought it out to us. I paid for the additional tenders. then they brought us out a whole new set of 6 piece tenders. Again on there own mistakes we received 13 pieces in total when she tried to be ugly about 3 tenders we got double karma's is real when ur ugly and unprofessional!

Really I don't know about your experience but for me was terrible. First time I buy food there and will be last... pictures talking for me. Bought a 24pk with cheese French fries and fries was cold, soggy and taste horrible, never see the cheese on it. Wings was overcook and very hard to bite and swallow. For me they have -200% recommended. Glad to those had a very great experience buying food there. Waste my money there....

Ordered online and please be aware! May not fulfill your expectations. Estimated time for order to be ready was 30-35mins. Upon arrival, the workers were joking around and not attentive to guests walking in. The front desk associate informed us there was still a 10-15min eta. Our order was two bags, one was on the shelf ready to go and kitchen staff did not alert for the second bag that was ready. Food was dying at the window and order did not come with voodoo fries as ordered. Just be aware…. Long wait times, inaccurate orders, and cold soggy dying food.

I had a very bad experience. I had called more than once waiting on the phone over 20 minutes. I drove up and walked up to the counter to show cashier how I was still waiting on the phone for someone to take my order. I asked to speak to manager and he wasn’t helpful. I did see two employees with no hurry on to getting to the phone to take my order. I also saw a phone cord un hooked and took a photo and asked the manager if that was why I kept being on hold for so long. His reply was his employees have been busy . I was hoping for a better response .
