My husband and I went here for lunch. We were greeted by a very friendly waitress. We ordered the "Pick 3" special and had house salads along with their signature bread with whipped butter. We had a couple of different servers bring out items like the salads and entrees and they all had excellent customer service asking us each time if we needed anything else. I had coconut shrimp and my husband had the bloomin' burger. We both had fries and everything was really hot and fresh tasting! We were so full that my husband couldn't finish his burger and we had to take our cheesecake to go. It was a really good deal for the price! We will definitely return!

However what really made this experience great was the service that I had gotten especially from the host. - Angelica was an exceptional host during my visit to Outback Steakhouse, making the entire dining experience feel warm and welcoming from the moment I walked in. She greeted me with a genuine smile, was incredibly attentive without being overbearing, and handled everything with professionalism and grace. Her ability to manage the front of house with ease, even during busy hours, shows a level of dedication and poise that’s hard to find. Angelica not only made me feel like a valued guest but also elevated the overall atmosphere of the restaurant. Anyone would be lucky to have her on their team—she's the kind of team member who brings positivity, reliability, and a strong work ethic to everything she does.

Brooke is an awesome bar tender. She took great care of us. The food was delicious and served hot and as I ordered it. I had the grilled chicken on the Barbie with double broccoli. So good! We’ll be back!

Today we had our 5th valentines dinner and Crystal made it her mission to give us the most polite, friendly and unforgettable valentines. She had the most amazing customer service and made us feel so welcome. She even took a photo for us to take as keep sake! I will definitely come back!!!

I had decided a long time ago to not go back to outback again after previous bad experiences. I was forced to go again, and I'm happy I did, because everything was really good. The food was on point, the service was great. Now I'm open to coming back again. My only suggestion would be to try to remove the pepper spices from the kids sirloin, since my daughter complained of being spicy, and it did have a kick on it.

Update: 11/4/24 came back for a quick lunch and ita still good, Logan the manager made my day with a gift card towards my next visit!!! Still 5 stars I came here after work before going home. I got the lunch special Outback burger, kangaroo drink and side salad. I enjoyed my salad, the food came quick. I did send my burger back I thought it was a bit pink for med well, manager and my serves rectified graciously and provided me with a well done burger. The atmosphere is quiet and clean. If your looking for a quick good lunch Put back for the win!! To note my sever ID me since I got a var beverage I asked him how old a he thought I was he said around 21 but he had to be sure I told him I'm 38 ans thank you lol 😆 😄

I'm definitely an outback steakhouse fan, and enjoy their fillets. French onion soup is also good and we love a good blooming onion. I find the pricing is good and the service is always good.

I stopped by Outback at Grand Parkway 99 & Kuykendahl Road with my daughter for a valentine's dinner....ahhhh. We ordered the Bloomin Onion appetizer & for entrees Filet Mignon, Lobster baked potato & Salmon, and mashed potatoes. The Filet, Lobster and Salmon were Awasome with great service! We highly recommend for a great dinner anytime!

We had a birthday dinner at this location. The server was friendly and accommodating to our party of 3. The appetizer came out hot. The steak dinners were well cooked and not over dry. The environment was clean and not too busy on a Sunday. The parking was easy to access. The restrooms were clean. The bar drinks were pretty reasonable for a steak house. We will be back soon.

Unfortunately, for the price, this experience did not meet expectations. The onion bloom was very over cooked and overlly oily. When we returned it, it came back just the same. I figure they need to replace their oil. Hard to get refills. The server did not refill. We had to ask 3 different people. Their pork chop glaze was tasty for sure, but the pork chops were tough. The broccoli could also have been steamed more. It was very tough. Steak was mid.

It was my first time at this restaurant. At the beginning the host seemed to be there just because he gets paid. Not a good welcome in. Then, our waiter came to the table and he offered a great service. He was very attentive. Manager came around just to see if everything was good. That is a plus. Food was delicious, I really enjoyed my meal. About the drinks I’ll say they need an update. I got the boomerang and in my opinion all 4 cocktails were way too sweet. Definitely it’s a great place to have a good meal but without cocktails. I almost forget, their bread they bring at the beginning was delicious.

Came for lunch on a Sunday. It was not super busy so we were able to get seated pretty quickly. The waitress came by and took our drink and appetizer order. The bread was delivered immediately and was served fresh and hot. The blooming onion came out not too long after, it was a little too salty for our taste so we had to take the breading off and just ate the onion. The meatloaf was delicious. It had a spicy kick to it with great flavors. The steak was good as well. The Alice chicken was a little overdone so it was a tad dry. We did not really care too much for the mac & cheese. It also lacked flavor. The service was good, and the waitress was very attentive. I would give between 3 and 4 stars.

I certainly do not want to rain on their parade as they have seemed to have had great reviews. My experience was just the opposite. However I do want to say this is probably the worst time to go to any restaurant on New Year's Eve during their rush hour. I made reservations 10-12 days ahead of time and told them I would be celebrating 50 years of marriage. When we arrive the receptionist could not find the reservation and or it did not seems to be of importance to her. She sat us at a very small table that we could hardly fit in. Other couples came after us and she seated them at much larger tables, so we asked to be moved. When she moved us she did not give us the menus, so we had to go back to the front and ask for them. The server finally came and took our order. My wife ordered a glass of water...they brought her a non-sweet tea. we asked for Blooming Onion which is our favorite. It came and was way over cooked, slight burnt we could not eat it. We asked for additional sauce to mask the burnt portions and it never came. We asked for additional bread it never came. I asked for a refill on my sweet tea it finally arrived but it was unsweet. I stopped a server and asked if he could take a picture of me and my wife, he abruptly said he did not have the time. My Bone-in Ribeye was over cooked burnt in spots. The broccoli was as hard as a rock I had a hard time trying to cut it. Even though we had a horrible experience I would still go back to Outback as it is over-all a good restaurant. We spent our 49th anniversary at the Outback in Humble, Texas which has closed down and the experience was just the opposite. The people their really treated us nice and the food was excellent. Like I said earlier this was a one time experience with Outback and not intended to bashed them. Wrong Time and wrong night I guess. Ruined 50 Wedding Anniversary celebration. Chuck K.
