5-Star Review for Rotolo’s Pizzeria – Amazing Experience! I had an incredible dining experience at Rotolo’s! The atmosphere was laid-back and welcoming, perfect for a casual night out. The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and served hot. Every bite hit the spot! What made the visit even better was my server, Warren. He was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. His knowledge of the menu and genuine personality really stood out. You can tell he takes pride in providing excellent service. If you’re looking for great pizza, good vibes, and top-tier service, I highly recommend Rotolo’s—and definitely ask for Warren! He truly made the visit unforgettable.

Ambiance: Local craft pizza spot in spring with booths/tables, a large bar area, and patio seating. Multiple TVs inside and out make it the perfect spot for watching sports or popular events. They have multiple fans on the patio to beat the heat - patio is dog friendly! Parking onsite, fast service. We enjoy their fairly expansive beer selection. Great food! We have enjoyed every pizza we've tried and their calamari is excellent.

Came to Rotolo’s to try the pizza and it did not disappoint! It was cooked perfectly, love all the pepperoni and the crust was delicious. Also tried the wings, extra crispy, and they had good flavor as well. Plenty of beers on tap to satisfy anyone’s taste. Service was great and we will definitely be back to try more food items.

I’ve been here at least 100 times and cannot express how amazing Rotolo’s is. Every pizza here is delicious. Wings delicious. Pasta & calzones delicious. Once we went here, we can’t go to any other pizza place. One of the best parts about Rotolo’s is the staff. Bryan, the manager is an awesome guy and throughout the entire time of us going here we’ve never had a server who wasn’t awesome. They have a guy who plays live music who is awesome. They have corn hole outside and a giant connect 4 for kids & adults to play with. Plenty of TVs to watch the game at. If you go to crust, center court, or any other pizza place you’re truly missing out on a great experience. Give Rolotos a try and you will not be disappointed!

Thin crust was excellent. The deep dish was not crispy at all from the pan. The dough was barely cooked Spinach artichoke dip was great; the pita bread with the dip needed more toasting time.

We visited during the half price classic pizzas, ordered a cheese pizza and two side Caesar salads and sweet tea. The pizza was decent, the salad wasn't that great and I feel it was overpriced ($4.00 for a tiny bowl). The sweet tea was unsweet. Just wasn't my favorite and not worth the money paid

I’ll start off saying that I really like the place I’ve been wanting to go there for a very long time since they’ve opened finally made it in last night. It wasn’t super crowded, but it wasn’t super packed set at the bar. We are wanting some good cold beer And a great pizza. First round a draft beers just didn’t taste right besides the beers were probably in the 40° mark if not an upper 40s the first strike, then we ordered another type of beer which tasted very flat second strike so we decided to order a pizza so we tried the recommendation pizza first timer deep dish. I did get a side salad, which was a Caesar. I will say that was a really good salad. The lettuce was crisp not too overdressing croutons were decent as a simple Caesar salad. I would’ve scored that a five. Now on the deep dish pizza all you could taste was that yucky sauce they put all over it. The sauce had a plain taste no taste of any of the meat, vegetables or anything you barely could take the dough. The dough was very crisp after you scrape off all the sauce way over sauce. I know that’s how they designed that pizza but they need to look at redesigning it I think. Overall, I was not very impressed with anything my friend. He agreed on the beer. It’s a shame. They have such a nice set up and a nice place. I also can tell the management doesn’t really care. They just worked there. I was shocked to hear this as a franchise. I probably won’t be going back to this location. I wish them good luck.

I ordered this place on Ubereats and really regret it and not checking these reviews beforehand. I ordered the grilled shrimp alfredo and what I received was nowhere near what I would call $20 worth of food. The shrimp were tiny and not even actually grilled. They looked like the shrimp you'd get in a microwave meal. The garlic knots that came with it were okay but they had a dense texture that led me to believe that they were microwaved as well. Similarly, the boudin pizza my partner ordered had a strange flavor profile and I'm not sure what made them think that honey mustard sauce would be good on a pizza. The only thing that really impressed me was the king cake calzone. That was actually pretty delicious though I think it might be better if it were baked with something other than pizza crust. Overall, I wouldn't eat here again.

My son and I decided to try this place out for dinner and although the food was good, I don’t think we’ll be returning. While taking our order, the waitress decided to let us know that she was tired since she didn’t get her full break because, “this place doesn’t treat their staff very well.” She then went on to let us know that she likes Chick-fil-A’s food but she does not like the company because they’re “super homophobic” and she’s not ok with that. I’m fairly certain my 10yr old did not need to hear about any of that. Our conversation after she walked away from the table was interesting to say the least. In an effort not to repeat the experience, we will not be dining here again.

Our first visit here was solid—good food (calzones and cheese pizza) and decent service on a Tuesday night around 6:30 pm. So, naturally, we thought, “Let’s go back!” Big mistake… at least on a Friday night at 8 pm. We stood at the hostess stand for about five minutes before anyone even noticed us (and no, there wasn’t a sign saying to seat ourselves). When someone finally showed up, they apologized and seated us—at a dirty table. Charming, right? We waited another 10–15 minutes, expecting someone to clean the table or, you know, acknowledge we exist. I even tried making eye contact like a kid hoping to get picked for dodgeball. Nothing. Crickets. So, we left and took our appetite (and money) elsewhere. If you want to actually eat here, stick to Monday–Thursday. Fridays? Hard pass.

Trivia night was going on and it was a bit loud so if that's not your thing avoid Mondays. It was about the only good thing of the night. The service started out bad as we had to hunt someone down to seat us after waiting at the host stand. Once seated we ordered drinks and app which came out quickly. We had to flag down another waiter to actually place our order as our waitress was MIA.. another waiter brought out our pizza and was nice enough to get us refills since our waitress was still not around. The garlic bites were decent but the pizza was just average as it lacked flavor. Didn't seem like the sauce had much flavor so needed lots of chili flakes. The crust was decent though although very soggy in the middle and thin. For the price point, was expecting better pizza and definitely better service.

I had a waitress that was strange. She was the cook and the waitress. I asked her if the pizza was suppose to look like this she said yes. She wasn't good about refilling out drinks . The pizza was a sausage meatlovers too. I wouldn't go back. I called and asked for a manager She said she was a manager and I told her I wanted to speak with someone higher so Mike gets on the phone and says thats the way the pizza is made. Wow

From the moment we walked in, we should have realized this experience was going to be a disaster. My family and I stood at the entrance for about five minutes waiting to be seated while the two employees who were at the hostess stand simply walked away and, from what we could tell, sat down in a booth to take a break. That should have been our cue to turn around and find another pizza place, but since it was our first time visiting, we decided to give it a chance. After waiting a few more minutes, a server finally approached us and asked if we had been helped. Obviously not, we were just standing in the foyer the entire time waiting. Once we were finally seated, the table still had to be cleaned before we could even sit down. Our waitress greeted us and seemed friendly at first, but the service quickly went downhill. She forgot several items we had ordered and had to be reminded to add them. When our appetizer came out, there were no plates or silverware. She said she would bring them but never did. By the time the first of our two pizzas arrived, we still didn’t have silverware. She again said she would bring them, but then the second pizza arrived and we were still empty handed. At that point I had to get up and grab silverware myself from one of the many empty tables inside the restaurant. To make matters worse, the second pizza wasn’t even fully cooked the crust was soft and cold. The first pizza was also missing the truffle oil it was supposed to come with. Overall, this was one of the worst restaurant experiences we’ve had in a long time. The place clearly lacks management and attention to detail, and judging by how empty it was, it’s not hard to see why. We definitely won’t be coming back.

So so bad. Detroit Pizza is one of the worst I’ve had. Prefer Jet’s. The deep dish was neither real deep dish nor good. The cheese was almost nonexistent and the sauce was sweet. The cracker pizza was shockingly bad. Chitalian is way better and cheaper. This place costs more than other places and tastes way worse. Avoid it!

This was my third visit to the restaurant. My last visit was to try the deep-dish pizza, which I ordered to go. To begin with, the customer service was terrible. The girl who served me didn't even know what my order was. The pizza wasn't anything amazing; it was just average compared to other people's reviews and the five-star ratings. It cost $30, and there's nothing good to say about it compared to other places in the area.

It was my first time here I went in the place was empty. The service was lacking as you could see we got in order to go. The pizza wasn’t anything like I thought it should be. The presentation was horrible and the Caesar salad was skimpy. The sauce was good on the pizza, but that’s about it. Unfortunate cause I was hoping they would be delicious. If you’re looking for a great pizza, I’d go to Crust down the road

Terrible experience.. DO NOT GO HERE !!! Went with the family to try a new spot in spring for pizza and this is not it! Wanted a Detroit style pizza and the waitress said do not try it because it was no good .. we were like OK then .. we wanted to sit outside because the weather was nice and the scene was no good AT THIS MOMENT I should’ve known .. ALL the tables were packed of left over plates and napkins everywhere on the table’s , ground and parking lot where they didn’t clean them, and this is after the hostess had to clean our table and mind you did not do a very good job of it. Left the cleaning supplies on the table and When we sat down, we had to hand it back to him and he gave us a look like If we did something wrong, and then after 20 minutes, we had to walk back inside to ask for our waitress. She finally came out, asked for a drink orders and took another 20 minutes just to get those drinks to us and kept apologizing for taking so long mind you we ordered our food at the same time as the drinks and that took an additional 20 minutes and she kept apologizing For the delay on that as well There was a family that was one table away that kept complaining about the food, but we Stayed. My wife kept wanting us to leave, but I kept telling her that I wanted to try the pizza at least .. BUUUUT I should’ve listened to her 🤦‍♂️.. NOT GOOD AT ALL !! My kids did not like the macaroni or the pasta at this place . And after paying a $100 tab for a pizza a salad and 2 kids meals I should’ve probably said something, but it was so hectic and sometimes you just don’t want to make things worse … I don’t know if it was the cook or the food , but it was not good From the drinks to the food, I recommend to not go to this place… And whoever is in charge of this location, needs to seriously take a step back and look at who they are hiring because if this is the way it is all the time they need to close this location down immediately . And AFTER being there an hour plus the tables next to us NEVER got cleaned!
