This is a great Wendy's! I go here on a fairly regular basis, and they get my order right most of the time. Service is quick, and the food is good. I've never been treated rudely here. Can't ask for much more!
This is my favorite Wendy's. I usually come when I am in town visiting my mother. I time it so that I arrive right at 11am when lunch starts. The morning crew are always friendly and my order arrives quickly. I usually park and eat in my car with no issues. I always make this place a part of my in town visit!
This Wendy’s is the best one I have been to so far and I am a lover of fast food and Wendy’s is one of my favorite one. I had the loaded fries with the new chicken sandwich hot honey chicken sandwich. It was amazing 🤩. It looked and tasted just as delicious as the picture. Thank you Wendy’s and by the way I actually went in for a salad but had the sandwich instead.. tasty, crispy, sweet and spicy on that fresh bun hhhmmmm so so good. FYI I am on a diet but couldn’t resist that sandwich.. service is great and fast too. Awesome staff keep up the good work..
We had a football game and needed 100 chicken nuggets. No hesitation when we asked, they dropped fresh food and even made it before lunch time at 11am. Everyone was polite and fast I definitely recommend. Also you can order the family pack nuggets 50for $15 nuggets! 👌🙂
Ate here about 2 years ago and had bad diarrhea. Never went back till yesterday. Line was long but I was in and out in less then 6 mins. I received everything I ordered it was fresh and crispy and I had no stomach problems after. This Wendy's was well staffed also.
I’m updating my review. Upon talking with Danielle the GM about another incident with this older woman, I decided to give them another chance. Angelina was very sweet at the register and even apologized for the poor experiences I was having. She wasn’t even working the times I had these experiences and she still cared. Danielle took care of my order today, and the manager on duty made sure it came out as the freshest Wendy’s food I’ve ever gotten. Thank you, Danielle and Angelina for making me a fan again. ☺️ Older lady working drive thru tonight wasn’t very pleasant. If she hates her job so much why is she still there after so long?? Asked for chili cheese fries, got cheese fries. Literally waited probably 5 minutes at the box before she even took my order. Fries were cold and bland, extremely old. I hate coming here. I only do it cause my other half wants the chili cheese fries. Half the time we don’t even get them cause no one answers the drive thru or they get it wrong. Hispanic lady working day shift drive thru on 9/23 needs an attitude adjustment as well. Couldn’t believe the rudeness from her.
Yesterday, I had the pleasure of being waited on by Brynn. She was quick, efficient and very courteous. Even the young man that actually made my order came over to make sure that everything was done to my liking. To me, that's what great service looks like.
The ladies at the drive-thru window are the absolute sweetest and most helpful and respectful workers I've ever come across. I wish I could remember their names because I literally go out of my way just to go to this Wendy's on spring hill dr/Barclay. They are always in high spirits and make sure you are getting exactly what you ordered and have everything you need. I'm going to find out their names because they deserve this shout-out so ill be back to update!
Wendy's is fast food but they offer more affordable choices in their combos. I love Wendy's. I feel that their food tastes better than most.

Every once in a while, I crave a Dave's single! I've been going to this location for 23 years! Even my kids love it and have ate here before they were born! And the chili isn't bad either!
This particular Wendy's is a 10/10. The staff is friendlier and the service is well above average. The delivery is better than a lot of other places also, better packaging.
We did the drive thru. It was fast. The staff was courteous. The food is what we expected.
The restaurant is warm and inviting, although the top windows are dirty and haven't been washed. The diverse staff is super efficient and Breanna was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Her smile was contagious and her energy was terrific. The tools used to help have a more efficiently run dining room weren't really being utilized. One kiosk was down and the blue colored mobile pick up area wasn't being used at all. In fact there is a TV screen that indicates where in the store to pick up, located at the front counter. During my visit I noticed a few drivers confused as where to go. The dining room area was super clean and the restrooms and garbage were well maintained. I would definitely return to this Wendys! The staff there rocks!!!!
Went in for the veterans day breakfast this morning and was warmly welcomed immediately by Joshua. He promptly took my order and provided excellent service. Thanks again!!
Never have an issue here, always order on the app and the food is always hot. Staff is friendly, used to come here like 4 times a week

* Edit to add. Went through drive thru on 1/29/25 cheeseburger was warm at best with a cold slice of cheese in top. Actually cold cheese. This is the second time in the past 6 months this has happened at this location. Someone doesnt care. * Edit to add: 9/14/23 placed my own order at the kiosk, paid at kiosk, fixed my own drink and picked up my order from the counter. I did not have any interaction at all with an employee. If you don't see a problem with this, you should! * Out of napkins at drink station. Lines are always long no matter what time of day it is, but....the food is always fresh.
Order isn't always correct, the spicy nuggets have been hard and cold the last two times ordered, and the spicy chicken sandwich was dry and hard to eat. The people who work there are nice and friendly so that's what the stars are for.
Everything was okay service was a it slow, which is fine except it was 10 at night. And when I got home I found hair in my food and I did notice when I was inside that one of the employees weren’t wearing a hair net, and it was the same hair. But anyways everything else was great
Fish Sandwich was terrible. Dried out and nearly no fish existed in the sandwich. 2min wait for fries and maybe forgot to salt. It was later in the evening, around 11ish, just wanted something other than a burger... bad choice. Recommending they remove the fish from the menu and stick to burgers.

Wendy's used to be my favorite place to eat. Now, it's a matter of finding the one that's the least awful out of all of them, service wise. The employees act like they're in prison, rather than a restaurant. It seems to be the same at each one.

Just went through the drive-thru and they were all confused. 1st, guy grabs my $10 bill and doesn't take the 33 cents. He then comes back, I give the 33 cents, they owe me $5. He gives me $4 and is confused. I only ordered a Biggie Bag, then the never gave me the sauce for nuggets. AND, never gave my drink. Terrible. Will definitely not go back...
There was an employee making our food with gloves. Kept touching her visor, the food and punching in the order on her screen. Her hair was down to the middle of her back and her chest. Her hair was everywhere, not pulled back, and wouldn’t be surprised if someone ended up with it in their food. Bathrooms were disgusting, and out of toilet paper and paper towels . Half way up the mirror you couldn’t even see, it was so dirty. Cleanliness is an issue for this restaurant. Love Wendy’s but will try to stay away from this one. Very disappointed.
Waited 15 minutes with only 3 cars in front of me and sandwiches looked like they were tossed around, just thrown together. I placed a mobile oder for a Cobb salad, an apple pecan chicken salad, a double stack, and fries. I didn't get the order of fries, or even 1 piece of apple in my apple salad, on top of it I pulled to the drive thru window to pick up my order to be greeted by pot smoke. Seriously!?! You blow it into my car? No wonder my order was so messed up! Wow, just wow. I didn't bother driving back to have my order "fixed", who knows what they would put it in my bag next. Just very sad at the quality of people working there tonight. 😢
This is the slowest Wendy's I have ever been too. Especially at night. They only take and serve one order at a time to keep their drive thru times down. You have to wait for the person ahead to receive their food, then they will take your order at the speaker.
It doesn't matter what time of day it is drive through is ALWAYS SLOW!!! I'm actually in the drive through right now. All i wanted was 2 frostees that's it. 25 min like dummy's we sat there. Why are they sooo slow.
It was around 2 o'clock when we stopped for lunch. They were not busy. The entrance we came in had food on the ground. The floor everywhere inside was sticky and dirty. Crumbs and debris all over. The tables were not clean. The drink station was filthy. Looks like nothing was swept or wiped down all day. Looked like the mangers were having a meeting in the booth behind us. While we sat there eating and talking about how dirty stuff was. We were wondering how they could sit there in their dirty dinning room and discuss business. But the food was surprisingly good. And we are just hoping that the kitchen was a little cleaner.
I've been going here for years. The service and food have always been decent enough for a fast food restaurant. Went through the drive thru tonight for a mobile order and before I had even pulled up to the window the lady at the window had my bag hanging out in her hand like she was soooo impatient to get me to go. When I questioned about my drink and frosty, she looked shocked? Surely, she should have seen the order? She was so blatantly rude and I didn't get her name but I will be submitting a complaint to coporate as well. No customer deserves to be treated that way. Note: it was 10:00 at night and there were only two cars besides mine in the drive through. They were not that busy.
I was disappointed with the freshness of the bacon cheeseburger and fries. The bacon pieces were stale and less than lukewarm. The fries were clearly fried in old oil and they were lukewarm. I was pressed for time so I did not go back to complain. However, I imagine others were unhappy with the food that is not the quality it should be for the price paid. It is not a bargain, but a rip-off! I definitely will not go back to that location, but the manager had better address the issues I cited here. I also have a hunch that they were cited for the same issues by the health inspector.
Went through the drive through to get 2 meals. The fries were so cold we threw them away and the bottom of my Wendy’s single was so hard you could have used it for a puck at a Bolts game, so needless to say I had to throw it away. Who don’t like paying for food that you have to throw away almost 50 percent in the garbage. I have not been to a fast food restaurant for about four months and this just solidified me not going for at least another 6 to 8 months. When you go through a drive-through, I guess the first rule of thumb is to always check the food in the bag to see if it’s even warm before you drive off. I know it’s hard to sit there because other people are behind you but this is what you get when you don’t. Then when you turn it in and say this food is cold you have to sit there for another two or three minutes or longer, and everybody behind you gets upset. So lesson learned when you go through don’t just get your food and drive off like I did and go home. I only live 2 miles away and the french fries should not have been so cold that we had to throw them in the garbage in less than four minutes. If you were going to eat at this restaurant, I would suggest walking inside that way you can just hand the food back to him and tell me what it hot. I guess this is the price you pay whenever you go through a drive-through.
AI ordering was terrible and we ordered the 8.00 two burger, fries and drink special . My fries were hot, but my friends were not. Drinks were good , but sandwiches were disappointing. Wendy’s would be better not to sell items like this . Should have ordered a single or double meal instead.
The tables were dirty. Ordered on the self-ordering screen. Got an order some items were missing. Had to go back up for dipping sauce, fries were cold, and they had no lettuce for sandwiches due to a lettuce shortage??
I dislike leaving negative reviews, but in the interests of honest, I feel I must. I ate here tonight and was disappointed by most aspects of the experience. The restaurant was not busy and no one was at the cash register when we entered. So, my wife and I started ordering on the self serve kiosk. What we did not know is the touch screen kiosk was located directly in front of the only open register. As luck would have it, as soon as we start ordering another customer enters and the cashier appears to take his order. So there we are jammed together trying to occupy the same space. I'm not freaked out by COVID, but this situation put us in each other's personal spaces in the pre-rona virus days. With the social distancing of today, it was waaay out of line. Nevertheless, we finished our order but then had to wait for the cashier anyway to get our drink cups. And speaking of drinks, we each ordered a soda. When we went to the self-serve area, it was then we discovered than many of the beverages (like Coca Cola and all of its side flavors) were unavailable. Several of the drink flavorings were also not available. After getting our drinks, we were treated to an argument (mostly cordial) between the cashier and another customer. It seems the cashier shorted the guy and the cashier had no way to compute how much money he was owed. The only thing she said is "I'm not good at math" as if that is an excuse for not getting him the correct change initially or when the problem was pointed out. A manager and five more minutes eventually straightened that disturbance out. Once we did get our food, my wife's order was wrong. No big surprise as we can't go to Wendy's without an error in someone's order. Also, they seemed to be rationing the ketchup as they didn't give us any initially and didn't give us very much when asked. Though, the ketchup did little to cover the blandness of the fries. They were warmish but tasted like they had been sitting out for a long time. Both of our sandwiches shared a similar poor taste. The upside to the store is the manager was friendly and the dining area was very clean. So points for that. Overall, Wendy's has been going downhill for years now. This restaurant seemed to be another example of that trend. I hope they pull out of the funk. Their social media team is on fire, but the product being delivered is dull and tasteless.

If you’re looking for any type of fast service, you can go anywhere else and get it. Wendy’s should use this location to train other stores on how not to run a drive-through
There were no clients inside or outside and I understand why, there service are terrible. Don't go there when it's change over between there breakfast and other menus as they don't won't serve you breakfast and they can't give you a menu to order anything else.
Ordered a bacon Ater got it home and it had no bacon on it. Why would somebody order a bacon Nader and say no bacon this is ridiculous. It was asked for a bacon Nader just pickles. Food never seems fresh. But as a consistent problem at this location, maybe it's time to make it standard practice to hand someone a straw with a drink instead of assuming the person filling the bag is gonna handle the second half of the whole drink process. It was 20 minutes till 2 o'clock this morning and they were closed. They refused service. They didn't even acknowledge me through the window. We're sitting there beeping our horns 2 of us. And then the guy went and shrugged it off. And I tapped on my wrist to say it's not 2 o'clock. And he shrugged his shoulders and walked away his poor service. I will never go there again.
Some weeks back we ordered curbside. Sent the notice that we had arrived, but after half an hour passed, one of us went inside to check out why we hadn't been brought out our food. It was sitting on the rack for pickup orders, now cold. It was brought to the staffer at the register's attention, whom replied it "came through to us like that." The receipt on the bag said 'Curbside' with our model and color of car, and it was shown to him along with the fact the food had been sitting for so long, but all we got in return was "is there anything else I can help you with?" instead of any semblance of an actual reply to the issue. No offer to remake the food, and no one appeared to be in charge, so we went home to find the food generally stiff and inedible. Seeing as Wendy's is far from the cheapest option out there, I promptly called their corporate number for a refund. They were helpful on the phone, and while they didn't offer a refund as requested, they did agree to send out courtesy cards to replace the food with, which was fine. But, its been weeks and nothing ever arrived in the mail. Don't expect any customer service from Wendy's, at any level.
I went to this wendys because it's the closest to my job and house but they have messed up my order so many times that I can't keep count. Then they want to charge you a second time after they missed something. I almost left without a drink because the Cashier was not paying attention and get home to find out she didn't give me fries when I paid to have them large. Expiernce in general has not been good. On top of that I go to call the phone number on the receipt to claim it and it doesn't even work.
Too busy to be bothered to get your order right. Chased a homeless man away for trying to sell his paintings across the street from them. Bad management, bad good, bad human beings.
UPDATE: Spoke with GM Danielle and she was very apologetic. Offered to replace the food and said she'd speak to everyone from that night. She was a sweetheart, I wish others that worked there were that nice. TERRIBLE! Went through the drive thru on my way home from work, person was incredibly rude from the beginning. As SOON as I pulled up "what do you want", literally out of half the menu including cheese/most drinks. Person rings my order up correctly but the entire thing was incorrect when I got it, tried calling the store to see if I can come back to get it fixed tomorrow and I was hung up on multiple times by the manager. They kept answering the phone and immediately hanging up. Will be following up with GM tomorrow hopefully, unless they just keep hanging up on me again.
Slowest Wendy's ever! 35 minutes in the drive thru is ridiculous and there were only 6 cars total. They won't take the next cars order until the person in front has received their food from the pick up window, which defeats the purpose of fast food..
Triple baconator meal. $14 and change. Had 2 under cooked bacon peices on it with some bacon bits I wouldn't even put on a salad. Next day I go back to have the meal replaced and showed the girl behind the counter the pics of the bacon less baconator. Finally after the girl talked to 3 other worker's about it they remade the meal. Gave me a cup to get my drink BOTH ice machines out of ice. Go back to the girl to get ice and she asked me if i tried the other machine. REALLY! Yes of course I tried the other machine at this point I was ready to scoop ice from the urinal and get on with my day. I go back to work and the fries are cold! I work less than 5 mins down the road. Not sure what happened to this "restaurant " but it was not like this a few months ago. A guy at work told me they weren't accepting cash this morning duing breakfast. this place SUCKS. Rant over
This is the dirties fast food place I have heard and seen. The people don’t wear gloves or wash their hands. Most of the employees are high. I can’t believe how unbelievably dirty and disgusting it is behind the counter.
I went there because I wanted fast food. I ordered my food, waited for a few minutes, 30 minutes later, it was still a few minutes. Now I’m late to my meeting, and I didn’t get any food.
I would like to acknowledge that the food is alright but could be better if cooked the right way but what really stood out to me is the customer service from this young African American teenager Edward at the window was very short with us despite our driver having a hearing impairment and called us a verbal slurr as we pulled out to head our way home but I decided to be the bigger person and leave it as it was.
The new crew is nowhere near the caliber of the previous. The new crew has made more mistakes on my orders these past 2 months or so, than the previous crew did in an entire year. And the previous crew had great attitudes. The new crew needs more lessons on customer service. I don't order anything unusual, nothing "personalized". How difficult is it to fill a basic order of " #1 combo with a small coke and small fries"??? I usually receive a double cheeseburger, which is not a #1. What a waste of money, nearly every time now. Guess I'll have to switch to Taco Bell. Previous crew, you are missed very much!!!!
Wife picked up Wendy's on the way home. She order two double cheeseburgers she got home it's was two singles. A piece of lettuce was thicker then the cheese burgers. Both burgers were cold. What happened to old Wendy's when they made them to order. Looks like Wendy's just lost 2 customers. This Wendy's was in spring Hill by Anderson snow.
Ordered a Dave's single meal with large fry and large zero sugar coke - no ice and a 10 PC. Nugget with large root beer- no ice. This was at drive thru. Paid $22 and change. Got home and in the bag was a spicy chicken sandwich, 2 small fries, a medium fry , a large fry , and a 10 PC nugget. They did get the drinks right though. This is becoming very common anymore. I guess that $15.00 an hour has gone to their heads. Needless to say I didn't go back this time. I'm tired of wasting my gas and eating cold food. I think I'm done with this place.

I expect to be treated like garbage when I go to McDonald's, not at Wendy's. Wendy's is supposed to be better. I ordered 2 bundle deals, and I waited up front. The teenage worker up front was too busy loudly gossiping with her other teenage friends who came in to notice my order. I waited 15 minutes until her friends finally left. Then she finally noticed my order.... which had been sitting on the rack the past 10 minutes. I checked the food, and it was cold. I asked her very nicely if I could please have warm food. She literally rolls her eyes at me, takes the food, and LOUDLY starts complaining to her coworker, "I hate when these stupid people do this!" Gee, how dare I want warm food? I just ended up getting a refund after being in the store over 20 minutes. Went to McDonald's immediately after and the people were super friendly and gave me steaming hot food. When did McDonald's become better than Wendy's?
Manager clearly doesn't want to be there and barely seems to pay attention. She gave me and my boyfriend fries that are clearly reheated, basically tossed the food into our car and couldn't even look at us the entire time. Shameful and disgusting. Ordered a combo with a sweet tea. Get up to the window, lady hands me my food and I ask where is my drink. She said I didn’t ring it up that way, oh okay well let me get a drink then. Gets charged for a drink and now looking at my receipt that shows a drink with the combo and an extra drink…… well lady if you hit combo that means the drink is with the meal…. Idk if she needs more training or just to be a sign holder at this point…
This specific location is the worst. I'm adding this review to an old review because now they got the AI thing in the drive-thru which took my order right but then real people got involved and gave me the wrong order as usual I just don't understand how hard it is I ordered one meal that's it a burger and fries and a drink I just don't get the level of training every time I go to that Wendy's something is wrong with my order every time time . I was ordering and the girl was in a rush didn’t even took my drinks order. At the window. They forgot to give me something on my order. The emo girl with black hair gave me an attitude cause i told her i was missing something in my order and then she brings it back throws it at me and its not even hot or melted. My husband and I do Uber/doordash and had an order to pick up. Let me say the night people are incredibly rude and it’s so disappointing cause the manager is so nice. Picked up an order and they seemed very bothered. The lady when I told her who I was picking up for mumbled something with an attitude. When we got to the window a gentleman was standing just staring, I thanked him for the drink and nothing, he turned around and gave me the food I said thank you hope you have a great night and nothing except rolled eyes and turned away. Plenty of people need jobs and if you don’t want to work then go somewhere you are happy by the reviews I’m seeing this place needs to hire better people.
staff is very rude. they threw my food at me for no reason. the girl at the window( name started with a “A” had a mouth on her and very disrespectful. do not recommend coming here.
Paid over 80 in food on 06/18/2024 at 802pm through the mobile app. Decided to walk in and pick up my order. After the patrons left and received their orders I approached the manager and said I had placed and paid for the mobile order. She looked at her screen and said that nothing appeared. She told me to wait and that it might take a few minutes to show up. I Agreed and waited. After a few minutes I went back she said it didn’t show on her screen, she turned the screen to show me and then I said ok well I have the receipt and order on the mobile app that shows I paid. Couldn’t she just give me my order that I paid for since I had the receipt. She told me she couldn’t do that and that I should just cancel and get a refund through the app. Let me tell you, very hard to do. At this point I’ve been waiting over a half hour since I showed up. I’m fed up at the management and their lack of customer service. I’ve tried at least a handful of times to give this location a chance but between bad service old food, cold food i’m surprised that with all the complaints no one from corporate comes down at this location. I guess this is what happens when you at your wage.
Absolutely terrible service!! Only person standing in line inside and over 15 minutes to get one burger!! Terrible branch!!
Update: 8/12/2024, around 8pm I pulled into the drive thru and sat behind 5+ cars for over 5 minutes and the line didn't move. I went inside and placed an order at the kiosk. Nobody greeted me or acknowledged me. The staff was moving at a snail's pace, showing no sense of urgency. Waited another 5+ minutes for my food. It just doesn't seem like service is a priority at all for this locatuon. I can't speak to how good this location is during daylight hours, but I've visited after 11pm several times and it's always been subpar. The cashier has no personality and you can barely understand her on the speaker. Food is always stale. I almost threw up from how gross the fries were on my most recent visit.
Went through the drive thru for frosty's around 7:30pm last night and the Manager was extremely rude. She came to the window after we forgot to let them know we had the key tags for the free jr. frosty's. We apologized because yes we should of let them know first but she acted snotty towards us from the beginning (people make mistakes). Her customer service skills lack and I understand its just fast food so you rarely get great service but she needs retraining on kindness. She had the nerve to even ask my husband if he can read the back of the tag to her...mentioning we needed to have a purchase with the tags. She could have simply stated that without the attitude. Especially when this particular manager was hard to understand! My business wont matter to this location so I wont even threaten of never returning but after reading most of the reviews on this particular location I am not surprised. I hope corporate comes in and gets them together.
Placed a Mobil order and sent my poor husband to pick it up. I ordered a spicy asiago chicken deluxe meal with added mayo pickle and extra ranch and a kids meals. My husband always knows to check the food and found the Sandwhich completely empty.. not how I ordered it at all. When he back through to have it remade the kid at the window smiled and laughed in his face. What kind of customer service are you running here? I want what I paid for I did know that was a laughable matter? Needless to say he went through 3 times because each time the sandwich was made incorrectly. Horrible. And the customer service even worse. Employees are distracted and don’t seem to care to be there I will be calling cooperate tomorrow about this, and even will reach out to the area coach if I need too
I was there at 1:14 am they said they don’t have sauce for the ghost pepper sandwich I said okay no problem you can give me little packets of the ghost pepper sauce they said yes on the machine when I was talking then afterwards I get home and see there is no sauce at all and they had no fries either what type of service is this and no receipt either the girl with glasses and the colored hair needs to be fired for this type of service I would like to honest get a refund for this type of issue please and thank you this is not fair I asked to something and they didn’t give me it and there out fries alright no problem I can get fries or make them but no sauce either the specialty of the ghost pepper sandwich is the sauce I didn’t wanna eat it and by the time I got home it was too late to go back I am very disappointed with this and no nuggets either no nothing
They charge for any sauce even when I got a meal it’s $.50 per thing of sauce. This is ridiculous. They’re just being so cheap at this point.
5:45pm arrival at Barclay Ave location. 18 min to place my order. Manager pulled cashier off her station to fill orders so we just stood there. Staff just kept walking by me and my wife. After 18 minutes we asked if any one was going to ever take our order ..we were told by the girl working French fries just give us a second.(REALLY) ALREADY GAVE YOU MINUTES (15 of them). FINALLY the crew person who he said he was the crew trainer.took our order. 10 minutes later we got our order!!! So here we are 15 to place and 10 more minutes to receive. Upon receiving my wife wanted some ketchup, she was told they were out of it. We opened our sandwiches and the top bun was cool to the touch. Not warm, not room temperature... COOL. Sure enough, the entire sandwich was the same. Absolutely nothing warm about them. Wasn't going to tell them to warm them up, we had already waited long enough! Ate the meal and watched the crew and customers. Crew of 6 including manager. They couldn't manage the customers inside and drive thru but she managed to come out from behind the counter to hug and talk to two friends. French fry girl came out and talked to them too. Just a total mess. Customers waiting to place orders walked out.
Food at Wendy’s is always good but the service at this Wendy’s absolutely sucks. The girl you got work in the front counter moves like a sloth. Ask for no ketchup on my junior bacon cheeseburger and looks like they put extra on it. To far away to go back so I figured I would leave a review. That place use to be awesome but not anymore😔

This is the third time I’ve ordered a breakfast sandwich from here and it’s been ice cold. I don’t expect the best quality cause I know this isn’t Burger King but I feel like a warm sandwich should be easy enough for them to handle. I guess not.
Spent 30.00 on food to be told because I didn't get nuggets it's going to cost extra for even just once single sauce. Terrible service.
The new AI sucks. I asked for ranch - swapped it for two large spoons… I ordered a 444. With an unsweetened tea (got a sweet tea) heard it reject the woman in front of me from having two sauces, I wonder if she got one or none like me…
Go there at 11:00am exactly... breakfast is till 11:00. NOT TODAY, rude server... I would never have thought Wendy's customer service would have gotten so horribly bad. It maybe time to shut the doors and allow another customer friendly restaurant to take over... maybe chick fil a can buy you out? Needs new management desperately.
Went thru the drive thru. Wasnt even a person taking the order but AI that was super frustrating to use because you couldnt make customizations to the food (wanted no cheese on a burger). Staff was rude when I explained the burger was wrong and the whole order ended up being incorrect.
We are one of 4 cars siting here in a row asked to park from the drive through due to them now wanting to run up there drive through time. This with there stupid AI is a good reason to stay away from this place, if I wanted to wait for food I'd go to a sit down! Screen shot of how long we were parked so corporate can see what there real time to serve is!
Update: I ordered again thru the mobile app (03/06/23) and got a taco salad meal. They forgot the sour cream. Didn’t give me any utensils nor straws for my drinks. The sprite seems like it’s going out. They forgot my fries. And when it says SW Ranch..it does not mean side with ranch. Means SOUTHWEST ranch dressing. I tried giving the benefit of the doubt cause the last time it was bad and maybe thought they were having a bad day. But again, with missing items and incorrect ones as well. Do better! Look how sloppy and barely anything on there. I had to literally look on there after I took a bite cause I felt like it was just plain. Everytime I order from them online for delivery, they always miss something and or the sandwich looks like this.
We went to order, we ordered 3 biggie bags and when we got the food and went home we got 1 small thing of nuggets, mind you we ordered 3, I say 3 BIGGIE BAGS! Than we got one small fries and 2 big fries, like what?! We pays 21 almost 22 dollars for this. Never going back
They have a Furry blue haired dude that has poor hygiene and he meowed at me. This is 1000% OUTRAGEOUS and I threw my food away
Attempted to go through the drive thru tonight and place the most simple order, with only minor instructions on not wanting two things on the sandwich, well after going back and fourth with the ridiculous AI system i pulled away out of frustration. Wendy’s needs to bring back an actual person taking orders, i am sure i am not the only one who dislikes this AI crap, i get it has its place but not at a Wendy’s drive thru.
Horrible! Fries gray, cold and stale! Burger hard around edges, also cold and stale. Whatever happened to "hot and fresh." Disgusting for $22 for 2 meals.
If I could give this zero stars, I would. Drive thru is horrendous during all hours of the day. Have only been about twice in the last two years and service was just as horrible as ever. My boyfriend had just gotten off of work and wanted a quick meal. We waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes, finally got his food just to receive the completely wrong order entirely. We called to ask if there was any way to get the correct food without waiting another 30-40 minutes in the drive thru line and they told us no- the dining room was closed. They wouldn't be able to do anything for us unless we came back through. So now that we just spent money on something completely useless, we tried to go back and get the correct items. To no surprise, they made us wait even longer than the first time for cold food and not even a refund or free fries or anything for their mistake that wasted over and hour of our lives. Never ever will go back to this Wendy's and they need to shut this place down permanently. Management and service are too far gone to ever redeem this place.
Placed a mobile order at this Wendy’s late at night and it was one of the worst drive-thru experiences I’ve ever had. After waiting 15 minutes in a long line, I told the worker at the speaker I had a mobile order. She told me three different times to skip the line and go straight to the window. When I did exactly that, they refused to serve me and forced me to go back through the line again, adding another 30 minutes. By the time I finally got my food, it was cold and disappointing. The manager didn’t apologize or try to fix the issue—he just brushed it off by saying the employee’s English wasn’t good. Completely unprofessional. I wasted 45 minutes for cold food and zero accountability. Never coming back to this location.
Order was very incorrect they gave me four things of cold fries when i ordered two, gave me three drinks when i ordered one, no lettuce on the burger just a bunch of mayo. They really just played with my order and threw in whatever they felt like. I probably wouldnt of minded if it wasn’t all cold. My dasher waited close to an hour in the drive thru. I know it wasn’t the dashers fault because the nuggets I ordered werent cold, they were the only thing not cold.
Ordered the 4 for 4 late last night, and it was honestly a waste of money. The fries weren’t cooked enough. Half of them were limp and undercooked, like they didn’t even make it through the fryer. Same story with the nuggets, soggy, and just flat-out disappointing. It felt like they rushed the whole thing just to get it out the door. I get that it’s fast food, but this was a new low. Won’t be coming back for the 4 for 4, that’s for sure.
I order $56 worth of food everything was correct expect my burger!! I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich why in the world this spicy chicken sandwich was old no mayo no lettuce no tomato it was so plain I was so mad I still eat it but damn can y’all at least check. Then I told my dasher to make sure my fries fresh and fail to do so. Smh
Just use kiosk, they didn't even get order right. Got extra fries I didn't order on top of 2 cheese fries, I said upgrade to 2 cheese fries, they didn't and just gave me extra plain fries. The son of baconator i ordered plain with "upgraded" cheddar cheese extra, but got regular cheese on top of that. Place is ok, just use kiosk to get what you really want the right way. Also, check order, son of baconator ended up being baconator with single meat. Also thw correct order still got the standard cheese on it, 😤, bit will eat it. Check, your, order, and receipt for correct order.
