Excellent quality and fresh above par food. The beef Carpaccio and Salmon were both amazing. The service is impeccable. I recommend the Express martini with Crème Brûlée!

Napoli III is absolutely fantastic! The atmosphere is vibrant and welcoming, making it the perfect spot for a night out. But what truly sets this place apart is Bartender Trey — he’s a master of his craft! Trey’s skillful mixology and friendly personality make every visit memorable. He’s attentive,creative, and always ready to recommend the perfect drink. I highly recommend Napoli III and making sure to ask for Trey — you won’t be disappointed!

The food was exactly what we hoped it would be. We really liked the ambiance and warmth of the place and would return for the service from greeting to end. Everyone was so friendly and our server was exceptional. We enjoyed celebrating our anniversary (married, and we still celebrate when we started dating) with her guiding our experience. Don’t have a single complaint.

we were there early on father's day without a reservation. they we nice they spit our salad and the meal which was excellent! dont hesitate. it is that good. we could not try cocktails due to long drives home. had cappuccino, calamari ap, beet salad and seafood role, just excellent!

Napoli III is an excellent restaurant all around. High quality food, excellent and professional service and great atmosphere. If you want to enjoy a higher level of dining experience, this place will deliver. Not a lot of places can make a great liver dish, and Napoli's dish is fantastic.

We had the pleasure of having dinner at Napoli 3 and our minds were blown! We started off with a champagne toast and truffle fries. For our meal we both ordered the salmon with spinach and split the ricotta gnocchi. For one, this is the best salmon we’ve ever had! The whole filet is seasoned so well there is flavor in every bite. The ricotta gnocchi is so light and crisp that you have to stop yourself from eating the whole bowl in one sitting. For dessert we had the cheesecake. Delicious, yet again! It doesn’t have that tart (sour) cheesecake taste. It’s fluffy and sweet. TLDR: Napoli 3 is DELICIOUS! We will be back to try some more of our lovely server Sophia’s recommendations. The restaurant is perfect for a girls night out or a date night.

Had a great dinner experience on a Saturday night. Excellent hospitality from our staff Hunter. Her professionalism and care was outstanding. It was a very nice evening, food was tasty and drinks were delicious. Parking was a nightmare, just plan to use the valet unless you arrive with plenty of time to circle the garage. Oysters were pretty small, and some of the menu prices seem a bit high. Menu had a nice selection but it was more minimal than we anticipated. The steak and chicken parm were amazing. Cocktails were yummy but took a bit to arrive. Looking forward to trying their other locations.

Delicious! The food, service, and atmosphere were all wonderful. We had the bolognese and arancini. It was so good. We also had some house made chocolate covered ice cream. It was probably the best ice cream we have tasted before. Highly recommend!

We had our daughters 40th bday party here and they knocked it out of the park! We were so impressed with the servers, managers and of course the food was insanely good 🤯 Ryan was our head server and was on top of EVERYTHING the entire evening (even while we were early to decorate). They have sliding glass doors that create a private room and it was so elegant!!! Thank you to the entire team for making this celebration even more special!!!! Can’t wait to come back for dinner ❤️

We celebrated our anniversary at Napoli III and were not disappointed. We had reservations and upon arrival, were brought to our table quickly with little wait. Appetizer - Calamari. Lightly breaded and fried to perfection. Marinara, Aioli, and lemon. Very tender. Veal Parmigiana - presentation was beautiful. Took my first bite and had to close my eyes. By far the best Veal Parmigiana I’ve had since moving to St Louis. They use Mozzarella!!! Like an Italian restaurant should. No provel thank god. Service - I don’t recall my water call ever going below half full. Aside from our main server, there were a few different Rovers, topping off water, clearing plates, checking bread. Amazing service. Our main server was very attentive, made recommendations, and was very pleasant. Overall I highly recommend Napoli III for anyone looking for a spot for a date night. Come hungry!

I love everything about this place, from the service, to the high quality ingredients that they use in every dish. They have a great variety of options to make everyone happy. They never disappoint. I really enjoyed the aracini and the house salad.

What great meal to celebrate! The pork chop modenese was as big as my head and and delicious. Leftovers for today. The Toasted Ravioli are quite possibly the best I've had in STL. Steve was a friendly, funny and helpful waiter. It was an enjoyable dining experience.

We celebrated my wife's birthday. The food and service was amazing. We had the fries, veal chop, and Vodka Penne.

I was looking for a local restaurant to try and I saw the beets on the menu and I thought well let's go take a look at it. Then I show that it had sea bass on the menu and I thought I wanted to have sea bass because it's been a long time. We got the fish soup with calamari and the fresh delicious bread with olive oil, fresh grated Parmesan cheese, and freshly cracked pepper. We also had the dessert of the cherry pie cheesecake and the luscious tiramisu. Gnocchi was excellent with a tomato base and al dente pasta. But the beets were superb with burrata cheese, microgreens, pesto sauce underneath it and perfect golden beets that were just made perfectly. The sea bass had an asparagus risotto which was excellent. The portion was large the sea bass was delicious with the herb encrusted coating. The best Italian restaurants in the area. Jordyn the server was always on time with the perfect blue bringing of the new dish as we finished the old dish. The Tiramisu was excellent and light and just as good as you can imagine. Thanks.

Our team and spouses went to Napoli 3 to celebrate another successful year of business in St. Charles County! If you haven't tried Napoli, do yourself a favor and make a reservation and GO! Impeccable service, great atmosphere, and absolutely mouth-watering dishes. A couple of us had the pasta seafood special and omg best thing we've ever tasted in our life, please put this on the regular menu!! It was absolutely incredible. Everything was incredibly flavored and beautifully presented. The flavor on every dish was top notch. Thank you, Napoli for a wonderful dinner, we can't wait to come back!

Marshall was our waiter. He was awesome and accommodated our special needs and picky appetites. I had lasagna and it was delicious. My son had fettuccine Alfredo and enjoyed it. We had chocolate cake for dessert. Plenty for 3-4 people. So good!! The manager was kind and stopped at our table to see how we were doing. He even ran my son’s cap out to us after he forgot it at our table. Thank you to the entire staff. They were very attentive. My water glass was always full.

This place is a GEM. From beginning to end it was a masterpiece. The service was excellent: coat check at the door, warm and friendly server that was so attentive to all our needs, and everyone was smiling. As for the food: salad was fresh, Tagliatelle was delicious, and the red velvet cheesecake (suggested by our wonderful server Hunter) was immaculate. The restaurant’s interior screams understated elegance and luxury. It is well appointed and well designed. The bar itself is a masterpiece with its lighting and almost metallic-looking facade. The best part was the atmosphere. We came so close to close and were never rushed or made to feel like an imposition. Well after closing time our server was still making recommendations and hosting us. There were other patrons happily enjoying their conversations and meals. No hovering from the staff, no banging of pots or dishes to make it clear that they were closed. It felt like the lingering crowd of an afterparty. Comfy and intimate but still very chipper. Love, love, love. Thank you so much, we will definitely be back.

The service was absolutely fantastic. Waters refilled, empty plates taken, and food delivered all sp perfectly timed without seeming rushed or forced. The lasagna was outstanding with such a complex flavor profile. The bolognese had fresh made pasta and a delicious meat sauce. This beautiful place at the wonderful Streets of St. Charles is pricey, but worth the splurge. Please treat yourself to the experience AND the lasagna! Scallops are amazing too!

The ribeye is excellent. The bread was outstanding. Calamari is perfect. Meatballs are seasoned well and delicious. Our waitress was Hunter and she did not miss a beat!

Ambience was incredible, staff was top notch. Every meal looked incredible, and my penne alla vodka was perfect. The massive shrimp appetizer was also a hit with everyone. Thank you to everyone at Napoli for the experience!

It couldn’t have been better. Book ahead if you want a table during prime dining hours! We walked in and learned this the hard way as we ate our meal at the bar. It turned out to be a great experience to dine at the bar. Quick and friendly service, luxurious bar ambiance. The bar was very full service, including new place mats and silverware for the main course. Questions about the food and drink were answered professionally and knowledgeably by both bartenders. Lots of great drinks to choose from, and notably some good old fashioned options. The one I had was superb and was strong enough that I didn’t want another throughout the meal. Perfect blend of orange and cherry. My wife enjoyed her Chianti as well. The calamari was the best I’ve ever had, full stop. Not rubbery at all, lightly breaded and served with two great sauces. It really was a standout feature. The main course we chose chicken marsala and lobster & shrimp scampi. It was absolutely amazing. I’m glad I sprang for the lobster, as it was prepared so well. Similar to the calamari, it would be easy to overcook, but they did it perfectly. Buttery smooth lobster covered in breadcrumbs. The scampi sauce was simple yet refined. It was so good. My wife enjoyed that the marsala was covered in mushrooms, they were not added on as an afterthought. She said the wine really came out in the sauce, and the broccoli was prepared perfectly as a side as well. It was a 5/5 on all accounts. I’m eager to go back, and I’ll be sure to make a reservation this time. I also wish I dressed up a bit more, we left straight from a movie down the road. I was in jeans and a t shirt and did feel underdressed, but I was allowed in thankfully!

We had the best experience at Napoli III! Our waitress, Elle, was hands down the best waitress we’ve ever had anywhere. She was incredibly sweet, very knowledgeable, and had such a great personality. She took amazing care of us throughout the entire dinner, and we truly couldn’t praise her enough. On top of that, the food was phenomenal—every bite was delicious. This was an all-around fantastic experience, and we will most definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Let me start by saying I have quirky taste buds. I ordered a chicken dish that just didn’t sit right with me after a couple of bites. Without hesitation, my server Emma offered alternatives and helped me choose a new entrée. I went with the lasagna, and it was delicious! Both Annie and Megan (managers) also checked in to make sure I was happy with my new selection. I truly appreciate the entire team’s dedication to making sure their diners enjoy the experience at Napoli III. Excellent service (& customer service) and great food. I’ll definitely be back to try more menu options!

This place was great. Nice environment, great food, and great service. Arancini- delicious. Crispy Rice- this was surprisingly spicy. Loved the amount of flavor in this dish. 5/5 Chicken Piccata- very good. Normally I like a little heavier lemon flavor in my chicken piccata, but this was still very good. 4/5

We went to Napoli for our dinner with friends. The food was great and the service was amazing. The pastas are definitely a must try and the drink menu has a wide range of options as well.

Very tasty food, chicken pareziano is delicious, very big portion. Very nice local and staff. 4/5 just because the broccoli was hard, and sodas like Diet Coke are on tap, and it taste bad for European people. a taste of chlorine

I went as part of a large business group, with a reservation and private menu. The service was on point. My drinks stayed filled, they quickly cleared the table, the staff was very pleasant, and the vibe was chill. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because the chicken was bluh. It was a very...interesting...sauce/gravy, the mushroom ratio was overwhelming, and the chicken was rubbery. All of the other food was delicious, but the main entree was disappointing. Thank you for such great service through !!

Came here for a girls dinner on a weekday. Our server was extremely attentive and personable, we really enjoyed him. The ambience was lovely, would definitely recommend for a nice dinner or date night! We ordered several cocktails including the espresso martini, empressive sidecar, and margaritas. We enjoyed all of them except the sidecar, it tasted too sour. Would highly recommend the espresso martini! For appetizers we ordered the arancini, fries, calamari, and the Caesar salad. We could’ve skipped the Caesar (definitely needs more fresh Parmesan) and the arancini was just ok but definitely recommend the fried and calamari. The dipping sauce for the calamari was very good and the fries were perfectly crispy. For mains we ordered chicken Alfredo, agnolotti cacio e pepe, and the special which was a spicy seafood pasta. The cacio e pepe was extremely salty which was disappointing, we had to mix it with some of the Alfredo sauce to cut the salt. The special was also extremely spicy, as in burn your mouth spicy so it wasn’t as enjoyable as it could’ve been if they toned the heat down a touch or added a little cream. This was disappointing because all you could taste was the potent heat and not the flavors of the seafood. The chicken fettuccine Alfredo was amazing, great seasoning. Overall the quality of the food was great although we didn’t enjoy some dishes and wouldn’t order them again I will definitely be back to try out other dishes because the quality, ambience, and service was very good.

The ambience and service was excellent. The waiter helped us immensely. We had an infant and they provided an extra high chair as well as kid friendly pasta. They catered to our needs very well. The decor was great. On to the taste of the food though, it wasn't anything exceptional. Granted it was fresh and even, but for the price we paid (expensive), we were left wanting for more. The soup started with a tad too much salt. The other dishes could probably have been better. Overall it was a moderate experience for the price paid. I am open to trying again and hopefully next time I'll be more satisfied.

Ordered the Wedge Salad and I added Salmon. The salad had egg, tomatoes, pancetta, and Gorgonzola. The salad had fresh ingredients and great flavors. I like how the Gorgonzola enhances the flavors of the salad. The salmon was overcooked and a little dried out. We received very good service. I like the coat check. Plenty of parking around the restaurant.

We came for Valentines, made a early reservation. The wait staff was absolutely amazing! The food, not up to expectations. We ordered the Sea Bass and Lobster Shrimp Scampi. We also got the Special Shrimp Chowder, and the Crab Cocktail. The chowder was luke warm, and the Sea Bass and the Shrimp and Lobster in the Pasta were very chewy. Warm on the outside, and cold on the inside. Cooked, but over done, and not sure if it was prepared in advance warmed to serve. I did not eat more then 1 bite. I dont return food and asked for a box. My waitress was apologetic and gave us a free desert as an apology, which is why my review for service is so high. I miss the passion in the kitchen that led me to come here. Not sure ill return.

The atmosphere and staff were outstanding. You are largely paying a premium for those. The food was very good, but didn't blow me away. I got the pasta special they had for the day. Great location for business meetings.

Food was excellent. Waitress did an A+ job. 2 complaints: water glasses very small. I ran out of water several times. I don't blame the waitress. I blame the person who decided to have small water glasses. Also, staff showed up a couple times too early to take your plates when we were not finished. Management should train the staff a little better, so not to give the appearance of rushing the customer....and not stand there waiting as you are taking bites of food

I wanted to try something new and different for our anniversary. Our service was Very Good! The drinks were great. I would definitely come back for the drinks. They were strong and tasted great. The calamari is delicious. I wasn’t impressed with the sea bass or risotto. My husband liked his steak but didn’t care for the potatoes. We paid a good $150 for meals, drinks and an appetizer between the 2 of us. Truth is, the food wasn’t worth the price. I would come back and have the appetizer and drinks for sure but would not come back for dinner or lunch.

I stopped in while on business in St. Charles. I was so excited to order the meatballs. The server said they were great. The meatballs here are not great. It was edible but not much above that. This was the first detractor. The beet salad was delicious. It was tiny for $13 and I didn't even get one whole beet. I was neutral on the beet salad as I know a lot of places charge a lot for these. The thing that really wasn't great was the fact that there were multiple noodles that were not cooked. This is not al dente. This was not fully cooked. Most of the noodles were good but I had probably 10+ noodles that were hard and could not be chewed. The service was great. I don't think I would return here for another $80 dinner for one given all the other food options in the area.

Had lunch here for the first time. Service was great and friendly staff. Food was good and presentation was nice but nothing spectacular that gives the "WOW! This is the best Italian I've ever had" effect and justifies the price. However, im critical of any Italian restaurant in the St.Louis area considering we have the Hill. Is Napoli 3 better than many Italian restaurants found on the Hill? No. Is it a better place to get Italian food than most places outside of the Hill? Yes. The atmosphere is nice but Olive Garden has more of an Italian feel than Napoli 3. Napoli 3 feels like a restaurant that serves some Italian dishes and not an Italian restaurant. Rissoto on the menu is usually a sign you're at a legit Italian restaurant. No Rissoto here. With that said, food was ok, service was top notch and atmosphere was meh. All in my humble opinion.

Our food was served to us on an 8 ft folding table covered in a too short linen and I had to ask them to tape up the handle so it would stop flapping into me. It took 20 minutes for the waitress to come back so we could order a bottle of wine (had to find whomever passed to do so), they completely forgot the salad on our order. It took multiple ask to receive kid friendly cups for our toddlers. Overall just subpar. Got charged gratuity for toddlers?

I had a birthday dinner here last week. The server was great. The food was mid. But let me get to the main point. Some days later, I get accused of an event that happened while I was dining there. The management sent me photos of people that I did not even know (and weren’t in my party) that were taking something from the establishment. The lack of thorough investigation and clarity from the management team baffles me. I was sent a text of 3 pictures of folks from ANOTHER party and a message stating that my info would be given to the local authorities. To falsely accuse someone just because we all have the same skin tone is egregious and disgusting. To our server, thanks for being great and doing your job to the fullest. To the restaurant, please know you will never get my business or my friends’ business again. I hope that jacket was worth it.

Ate here for a friend's birthday dinner last week. Our party was then falsely accused of stealing a jacket. The management was accusatory and threatening. We were blamed for stealing due to being the only other table of black patrons in the restaurant. The accusation was humiliating, unnecessary and handled with zero professionalism. Even more troubling was the complete lack of accountability afterward - no meaningful apology and no attempt to correct harm done. disgusting. Spend your money elsewhere. Preferably a place that knows how to treat paying customers with respect and dignity.
