This place is my absolute favorite, delicious always fresh tasting, and a great assortment of toppings for their poke!

I came in here just to order a dole whip. I saw the food from across the line. Mia explained poke bowls to me, which I’ve never had before so I decided to bring a bowl home too. I work in the plaza so this is the perfect after work meal! So refreshing and delicious. Amazing customer service.

Parking is usually the most challenging aspect of this location. But the employees are absolutely wonderful very very sweet, kind and helpful.. It is neat and clean and the food was fresh.

I was starving on Friday night so I went to Pacific counter for something fresh. April was behind the counter and she was so friendly and helpful! I couldn’t decide what to get and she guided with me with some of her favorites and suggestions. It was the perfect combo! You can tell she has a passion for food! I love the spicy salmon the most.

I was craving something healthy and fresh. I am so glad I gave pacific counter a try. My bowl was delish. I did a build your own with shrimp and krab. The mango milk bubble tea with passion frit pop balls and lychee jellys was divine. The package had a cute message and was neat. I cant wait to try more.

Ria was so nice and attentive while making three bowls. She made sure that we got exactly what we wanted. And she was funny too! Definitely will be coming back!

I’m a huge poke lover, and Pacific Counter never disappoints! I’m so happy they opened up close to where I live — the ingredients are always fresh, the portions are generous, and the flavors are amazing. 10/10 recommend

This place is phenomenal I have to get it at least once a week or I get cranky. The service is always amazing but Zack and Kailey really did an excellent job tonight! Ingredients always fresh and quality is always top notch.

Had the most delightful experience at this restaurant today thanks to an exceptionally patient and friendly gal named Emma. I had not been in before, was confused on the options. She very kindly walked me through the menu and explained the various sauces they have and what the most popular items were. I didn’t feel rushed or like I was being annoying. Thank goodness I missed the afternoon crowd but I have confidence that Emma would have still be as kind and composed even if it was super busy. The food was amazing and I want one of everything!! I brought home a bowl for my hubby and he inhaled it and promptly demanded to be told when and how we can acquire more. Simply wait till tomorrow I said with a smile. Oh yes this is going to be our new favorite spot, I can sense it. As far as parking, it’s a little annoying as the plaza is busy BUT there is a hidden parking lot on the side of the plaza that is usually not too busy. I prefer this location because I can’t handle how busy downtown is. If you know you know. Absolutely recommend this place. Super clean, friendly staff, delicious food, great location. They check all the boxes!

We’ve been customers of their downtown location for quite some time and order from Postmates often. Today was our first visit to the Northside location and was exactly what we would expect. Top notch service from friendly people and excellent fresh food at reasonable prices. We’ll be back for sure.

Perfect location! Easily accessed, with plenty of parking. Staff were being trained at the new location and remained professional and courteous while waiting on us. Hawaiian dog and Dole Whip…..😜✌️Never disappoints:-)

I come here a few times a month and have always loved it. I eat a lot of tuna in my diet. Today I got my typical bowl and the tuna tasted questionable. Half of the pieces of tuna tasted extremely fishy and off.

Every time I accidentally order from this location off Uber eats instead of the one on Central,I have a miserable experience. How do you get a poke bowl with no poke sauce?. You cannot eat it! It's dry! This is really unacceptable! Ingredients are not prepared well. After reading the last few poor reviews about food poisoning, I'm weary about even attempting to eat this at all. Clearly this restaurant is not run by the same folks as the one on Central. 1 out of 10. Go to the Pacific counter on Central!. They are amazing! Management and staff! Get your stuff together! You can do better! If they are not paying you enough to do your job, don't sabotage the business. Go find another job!

I came in 2 weeks ago and got a VEGAN sushi burrito. I was feeling great, so great that I went to a workout class prior. I was not feeling sick in the slightest. Within 20 minutes after eating half of my burrito, I was projectile vomiting, extreme diarrhea, dizzy, couldn’t stand, and horrible anxiety swept over me.This continued for hours. For the next 48 hours, I could barely stand as I was so weak from my body trying to rid itself of whatever I caught at Pacific Counter. This is the worst food poisoning I’ve ever had. Clearly there was some serious cross continuation with spoiled fish. I reached out to corporate and management and have heard nothing back, even weeks later, so I’m writing this review. I will NEVER come back to Pacific Counter and have been advising anyone who brings this place up as a place we should go to, to do the same. You’d think vegan food would be safe, but nope. I could have probably guessed that a chain sushi restaurant wasn’t the best idea.
