My recent visit to In-N-Out Burger was an absolute delight, and it truly lived up to its legendary reputation! Stopping by during a family trip, it quickly became a special memory filled with laughter and delicious food. From the moment we arrived, the vibrant atmosphere and the promise of fresh, classic burgers made everyone excited. The food was, as always, simply perfect. Each burger was incredibly fresh, with clean flavors that made every bite satisfying. We all enjoyed our choices, from the classic Double-Double to the perfectly grilled onions, and it was fun sharing thoughts on our favorite menu items. The simplicity of the menu ensures that every ingredient shines, and the quality is consistently top-notch. While the fries sometimes carry a mixed reputation, I found them to be perfectly fresh and a great accompaniment to the burger. What truly impressed me was the efficiency and speed of service. Despite being a popular spot, our order came out quickly, and the entire space was clean and well-maintained. Parking was super easy to find, adding to the convenience of the visit. It’s clear that In-N-Out prioritizes quality ingredients and quick, friendly service. This location worked quickly, the bathrooms were decent, and there was a good amount of outdoor seating, which I really appreciated. In-N-Out never disappoints, offering a fantastic, quick, and affordable meal that always leaves you happy. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

I visited the In-N-Out on Kirkwood Rd on a weekday evening, and it wasn’t too busy. The service was quick, and we had no problem finding a seat. If you're planning to order "Animal Style" burgers or fries, just know that it's not on the regular menu. It’s part of their secret menu, so it’s a good idea to look it up in advance. Overall, solid quality and a good spot for a casual meal.

I've enjoyed their burgers many times, and the taste is always consistently amazing. It is good but it is not the best burger it is just a simple burguer with good taste

This is my to-go place when I want good cheap burger or late night snack. The staff are always super nice and sweet. There is a lot of seating available though it gets super packed during peak hours. This leaves everyone to just still around awkwardly which often block walkways and the noise level. Making it difficult to order and hear staff when speaking which have lead to messed up orders. But staff are understanding and correct it quickly. Overall, food is great, staff are super nice but can be overstimulating at certain operating hours and days of the week.

The food was good, they were friendly, the place was clean and well maintained. We went on Sunday during lunch time so the place was packed. We waiting about 15 -20 minutes for our order and a table. Which is not bad. The burgers were really goood! I just forgot that in n out burgers are small, so we had to order more :) perfect for a cheat meal.

This In-N-Out location is a great spot for a quick and affordable meal. The food was delicious, as always—fresh and exactly what you’d expect. My order came out on time, and the space was clean and well-maintained. Parking was also super easy to find, which made the visit even more convenient. One downside was that the cashier got my order wrong. To be fair, I didn’t bother fixing it and just let it go, but it was still a little annoying. That said, the overall experience was good enough that it didn’t ruin the meal. With tasty food, cheap prices, and easy parking, I’d definitely recommend this location!

Recently, I took my boys to In-N-Out for their inaugural experience, and it was a hit! They were captivated by the nostalgic interior and amazed by the bustling kitchen staff. The burgers definitely stood out, offering a delightful departure from typical fast-food options. My 11-year-old rated them an impressive 4.8 out of 5, while my 10-year-old awarded a solid 4.5. From my perspective, I'd rate it a strong 4 out of 5. The only drawbacks were the slightly higher prices and the limited menu options. Despite this, the quality of the hamburgers and the efficiency of the service, especially given the crowd, were commendable. If you've never tried In-N-Out, I wholeheartedly recommend it. The unique experience and tasty food are unlikely to disappoint. It's a must-try for both fast-food connoisseurs and casual diners alike.

Service was good and so was the atmosphere but I find the burgers super boring even with the extra sauce. The food tased fresh but lacked flavor. It was very busy on a Saturday night so people obviously love it. I prefer my favs from Whataburger.

This used to be my favorite burger place. It’s sad how the quality has went down without a care because customers still support. I ordered a cheeseburger but might as well got a veggie burger. They might as well call this the meatless burger.

Hamburger is paper thin, you will need to order a double to taste something other than the bun. Be sure to order mustard and ketchup. Their special sauce tasted foul and sour to us. The French fries maybe better well done with salt added. Regular fries left a lot to be desired. Service was fast and efficient.

Tried it for a second time and my opinion is the same. Plain no fuss burgers and weird textured fries. Definitely not worth sitting in line for. If this place were not such a trend I doubt it would be so popular. I mean if you like plain and basic food, this is the place for you. As for my family, we won't be back.

I love In-N-Out, i’m a diehard fan but this location has to be the worst I’ve ever been to. This has to be the saddest protein style hamburger I’ve ever had. They forgot half of the toppings I asked for light onions and extra pickles and all I got was onions. The fries were undercooked like they were not cooked all the way through and the fries didn’t come with the salt packet per in an the standard.. I’m only writing this review in hopes that a manager sees it and does some training because they can’t be doing in and out dirty like us

First time trying, dont see what the hype is about. Service sucked, fries are the worst have no flavor, but what really got me was realizing half way that the meat was raw 🤢🤮 checked the rest of the burgers & they were all like this. Called since i was already at my house & guy tells me i have to order it well done lmao i didnt realize this was a steak house my bad. Said they were going to send out gift cards worth what we spent but I dont even want to go back there so not happy about the solution i much rather have had my money refunded cuz this is disgusting.
