The best espresso martini I have ever had by for. Went back two nights in a row with different bartenders and it stayed consistent. All pizza we had there (and everything else) was absolutely delicious but the vodka pie was to die for. Service was fantastic and the owner shook all of our hands on our way out and remembered us the next day when we came in. I’m sad I don’t live in Staten Island to be able to go back whenever I want.

I went about a week ago with my partner and child and it was a great experience. He had previously visited another location and it was my first time ever trying out Dough. The personal pizzas are the perfect size and the dough (hence the name) was just perfection. We tried the margarita, regular pepperoni, and the fried calamari appetizer and the portions were perfect! The servers were very attentive and the ambiance was nice for a late afternoon dinner. I want to definitely come back for drinks and the bar looked amazing! This is a nice place to come to after work for aperitivo or dinner!

Our school recently had a dine-out at Dough, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The highlight of the evening was definitely the food—especially the pizza and rice balls, which were absolutely delicious. The pizza had the perfect balance of crispy crust, rich sauce, and flavorful toppings, while the rice balls were perfectly golden and packed with flavor. A huge shoutout to the manager, Mario, who went above and beyond to make the night special for us. His hospitality and attention to detail truly made a difference, ensuring that everyone had a fantastic time. His service and care for our event added a personal touch that turned our meal into a memorable experience. If you’re looking for a great spot with amazing food, ambience and top-notch service, Dough is the place to go. Highly recommended!

Not one to write reviews, but had the pleasure of enjoying dinner here with my coworkers tonight. The food, drinks, atmosphere, and service were incredible. Would definitely recommend the Fried Calamari, Wings, Ravioli Bolognese, and other pasta dishes. We will all definitely be coming back soon.

Love the outdoor dog friendly patio! The service is amazing and the burger was fabulous! We usually get the pistachio pizza which is our favorite but the burger was a delicious surprise! This will be my summer spot for sure!

Came in with my girlfriend today to check this place out for the first time. We shared a shrimp cocktail for apps and the shrimps were huge! For our main we shared a pizza. We didn’t expect the grandma pie to be sooo good! The service was amazing and the waiters were ALWAYS there to refill our glasses of water. We were pleasantly surprised! 5/5 would recommend!

My husband and I love Dough and you will, too! The food and service are great. Al and Vince make you feel like family. Story goes out of her way to make sure your order is on point. My wife and I have driven by this place multiple times on our way home from work and finally we decided to stop on. The food and pizza is incredible!!! It was definitely worth it. The owners son Mario took amazing care of us. All of his suggestions from the pizza we ordered to the drink my wife order was exactly what we needed. Thank you Mario 🙏 we will definitely be back!

Love this restaurant it is a great new addition to our neighborhood. The staff is amazing, very welcoming and very attentive. Very attractive staff. The pizza and drinks are out of this world. I would say this place is perfect but unfortunately when seeing how the owner treated the staff infront of the customers it was a turnoff. My husband and I felt very uncomfortable. Will definitely be back to give it another shot.

The heroes are the best, the pastas are good, I personally don’t order the pizzas as they’re too much for one person unless you haven’t eaten all day. I have not tried the seafood offerings. Coffee is excellent. Almost every week they have a new wine that I like to try.

My husband and I discovered this gem after meeting the charming Mario, the manager, one night in New York City. He spoke so passionately about his restaurant that we couldn’t resist taking a ferry ride to Staten Island, a place we’d never been before. From the moment we arrived, Mario welcomed us with open arms, making us feel like part of his family. The atmosphere was inviting, and the food was nothing short of spectacular. Mario suggested some incredible pizzas and dishes that truly lived up to their reputation. Each plate was beautifully presented, bursting with fresh flavors and high-quality ingredients. And let’s not forget the drinks! Mario crafted some stunning cocktails that perfectly complemented our meal. His attention to detail and genuine care for each guest really set this place apart. The entire staff was friendly and attentive, contributing to an unforgettable dining experience. We can't recommend Dough by Licastri enough. I had my Birhday dinner with my friends and family. "Surprise Dinner". Besides the fact that the staff is so very nice and accommodating. The food OMG was delicious and always is honestly..Bang Bang shrimp!! No words.. Best time. Thank You Dough Silver Lake for everything!!!

I have been here twice on a Friday evening when it was fairly quiet around 4pm, and both times I ordered regular chicken Parmesan with gluten free pizza. Both times also, the GF pizza would come out first whilst the chicken Parmesan wouldn’t for another 10 mins or so. I forgot the exact time but I am a slow eater and had gotten through 3/4 my pizza before the chicken Parmesan arrived. They really need to time the delivery of the food better. I would understand if it was just but both the times I had gone I was one of 3 tables max. In terms of the GF crust- good intentions in terms of how thin it is but they need to prevent the texture of it. It was completely hard like a cracker and did not taste like a pizza crust all. Also lacked seasoning. If you’re familiar with BarDough (Manhattan) or Patrizias (SI), it’s similar to theirs but they weren’t able to deliver the correct texture or flavor like those aforementioned places were. 5 stars for customer service and decor: all employees were incredibly hospitable, patient, attentive and welcoming throughout the experience. They make you feel very appreciated and do their best to ensure you had a good experience. The restaurant itself is also very pretty, modern and clean, with a beautiful bar with outdoor space in front. It is a local spot for me so I was really hoping I’d enjoy it more.
