Nice place to have a good meal. Awesome foods of different kinds, beautiful and cool environment, car parking space available but there is no free WiFi though. They need to improve on customer service especially as regards forgetting customers on stand while waiting to get food, or on seat to pay after meal. Perhaps they should employ more staffs.

The foods was ok. Fried chicken chunks, plantains,rice and beans, carne guisada was good . Carne guisada for a medium was very small! Pernil was lacking flavor and a lot of fat and inedible pieces .(and i don't eat the skin ) also they included a tip which i may not have left that amount or maybe wanted to tip more. I like to know tip is included!

Food is usually good. I have been going to this restaurant for years, but today food had no taste. I brought take out for my husband and the food was spoiled when I got home. Disappointed!!!

I was going to this place for about 10 years and I can say that YES, the food is delicious including good portions and the place is clean with many choices where to sit. However, I don't like that they do NOT make Asopao the Pollo, which is totally UNACCEPTABLE for a Dominican Restaurant they only make Shrimp Asopao the very expensive one another issue I had was the music sooo loud and I ask nicely to please lower it and lastly, about 4 or 5 months ago when I took the liberty to take the bill and look at it because it seems waaay up there without asking for anything extra like soda, coffee or cake and there it was their silence malicious hidden fees, the 20% plus tax. Dishonest people and places will go nowhere with me and you get cut out of my Testament for good. If they let customers know ahead of time at least we have a choice bcuz my husband always left 20% and at times even more so these ppl are playing a game and that's NOT right.

Food was fine … thought the price was too high asked for a receipt gave us non-itemized , asked for itemized receipt come to find out they charged a 20% service fee without saying anything . Was about to leave a cash tip before I realized. Very very sneaky… only 2 guests, also charged for an extra cup of beans . Always get itemized receipt here and be aware your meal will be %20 extra

The food is bland, dry, and not good overall. Service is good and the restaurant is nice. Just get the desserts and fried things, those are good

I actually didnt like the food. Im giving it two stars because the restaurant was clean and the employees were very nice but the food lacked taste. The rice and peas was very mushy and just not firm. The roast chicken was very dry. Basic flavor. I got a beef alcapurria and it was really dense and the amount of beef inside was like a tablespoon (more dough then beef). The food can be better if the quality was higher. My stomach was UPSET the next day. Wouldn't return.

Be prepared to wait over an hour for your delivery. Food will be cold

Recently they had a new cook and the food was amazing but now they’re selling food that has absolutely no taste or seasoning. Rice is bland and so is the chicken. Will not be returning now.

Living on the north shore I ordered from here often for a quick dinner. I always ask for my avocado whole since covid so I can wash it and cut it up myself. Ordered #1 meal today with an avocado. The food came the Maduros are swimming in oil. I was not even going to complain, but when I cut open my avocado it's got mold and alot of it. I worked at chipotle for 2 years and we ordered pounds of avocados as long as they were recently ordered they NEVER HAD MOLD LIKE THIS! Then when I call to ask them to refund the $3.50 they charged me for the avocado they said they couldn't but they can only send me another. I asked for it whole again because I like to clean it first they said if somethings wrong with another one they send then it's on ME!?! ON ME BUT YOU ARE SENDING MOLDED AVOCADOS!? I don't thinks so. They call the "manager" then tell me they can send me one cut up why send it cut so you can cut off w.e is molded and we good? They said that's my only option since they can't refund the money, there sending it to me now I can guarantee I'm not eating it for fear of what they are gonna do to it since I complained. NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE, GONNA TAKE THE L ON THIS $3.50. THEY JUST LOST A CUSTOMER!
