Truly lovely owner and staff. Delicious original coffee concoctions, in addition to the de rigieur lattes and cappuccinos. (Today's specials are Red Velvet frozen drink, Butter Rum cappuccino and German Chocolate Cake cold brew!) My sugar-free vanilla latte is delicious. Prices comparable to other specialized coffee houses in the area. Lots of cozy, subtley lit seating lets you forget you're at the mall. Electrical outlets available for your electronics. Bottom line: Starbucks who? 😊

They always have great coffee and the girls there who service the place are very friendly and kind. I always meant to leave a review after the countless times I've been there. I think they are even better than Starbucks, and always come out with new, delicious, and colorful ideas that beat Pumpkin Spice whatever any day of the week. Definitely would recommend a pit stop here anytime!

I ordered a caramel cappuccino with hazelnut, which I 100% recommend if you like sweet coffee like me. The staff was patient with helping me decide what I would like since this was my first time there. They did not pressure me into choosing something quickly. Overall, I had a great experience with Gloria Jean's Coffee and will surely be going there again soon.

Updated... never disappointed thus far from my quick stop offs at this location. Had a small cocoa-locco with caramel and whipped cream today. Must say if you haven't tried, please do!! Stopped by for a thirst quencher. See the owner once more; very nice and pleasant gentleman. Had the vanilla ice latte and a peppermint chocolate ice frappuccino. Told the barista (who was really nice by the way) to make it extra chocolatey and it was delicious. The whipped cream on top just made it perfect for me. Update..12.26.2021 stopped by as I was in the mall and tried something new...the barista suggested a caramel mocha latte...omg...that's all I have to say....🤤

Tried matcha almond milk latte and it was way tooo sweet… idk if their milk is oversweetened or the matcha powder comes w sugar. But it tasted so unhealthy, as if I had 5 teaspoons of sugar in it. However the girls baristas were nice and seemed kind!

The owner needs a lesson in customer service. He had spoken rudely to my friend because he had purchased a few items from another coffee establishment. I will not be returning there. I only gave 2 stars because the bagel was good.

i told the lady no sugar on my matcha very kindly wanted to make sure she understood so i repeated myself after paying when i got the drink it tasted like just sugar looked at the bottom of my cup and there was a whole chunk of sugar. horrible

Asked for a latte and Calucino. Had no flavor. Server had on Rap music asked to put on something age appropriate for wife and I and was told no can do lol. Hmmm back to starbucks

It clearly states on the wall price list that it is 3.99 I was charged 4.79+ tax total 5.22 when I questioned this told that is just the way the register is!! No offer to fix the charge. Unfortunately the owner was not there, however I will return when he is present to see what he has to say

the worst customer service. the manager started arguing with me. on my birthday. i come here all the time. i was looking forward to my rewards. he didn’t know how to operate the register. he was extremely rude. never coming here again.
