We did the family dinner. The staff is extremely accommodating. The waiters worked together, even though they had their own tables to cover, to make sure that you had everything that you needed. The bus boys were also very attentive (Ben was awesome!). Tons of food. The food was good.
WOW! What an awesome experience. We stopped there with our 6 month old for a quick lunch and were very impressed with the service, quality of food, freshness, ambience and professionalism of their staff. If you really want to enjoy a delicious and fresh pizza pie with family or friends, then this is the place to go. We also had the meatballs as appetizers and they were on point as well. Will definitely return soon. Thank you.
I always love coming to eat at Angelina's. They always bring out freshly baked bread with this delicious regatta and honey spread before any meal. They always have great staff who are accommodating and helpful, especially for food allergies. They serve more traditional Italian fare and pizza as well. The restaurant is very family friendly, but they also have bar seating if that's what you prefer. In the summer, they also have the option of in-door or outside seating. You can also order takeout and delivery from them too.
Arguably the best Italian restaurant in all of Staten Island. Definitely the most authentic. Service, atmosphere and food are great. Been coming here with my girlfriend and our families for years.
I attended a bridal shower on Saturday. I want to commend the excellent service. Joseph was in charge of the party and he was a doll. He was so sweet and helpful. He took care of everything. The busboys and waiters were amazing and so was the food. I loved it here before the party but now I love it even more. Thank you Joseph!
My husband and I just started going here, about two weeks ago. We Love it. The service is awesome, the drinks were delicious and the Food is Amazing ! Good clean restaurant, with Italian decor. I Love it. We ordered a pie, baked clams and a pasta dish, Everything was absolutely delicious. You wait a bit, for the food, because it's fresh !!! I would highly recommend this place!!!
Wow! The Staff , the food ,the atmosphere everything was top-notch! I absolutely did not expect for everything to be just really so authentic and even fun… The food is Sicilian …this is not cheese and sauce “ American Italian”… this is the real thing. The servers are relaxed, helpful and friendly… Tables were cleaned quietly , quickly and without disturbing any of the diners. Wonderful experience -I would recommend this to anyone looking for great food and a beautiful warm atmosphere👍🥰😀
This place has everything: great service, food, atmosphere, events, wines and more! Maybe we can start with the warm welcome from Baldo and his wife Chiara, from being charmed with chef Vince's weekly innovative dishes.... or maybe that handsome wine sommelier Enrico, with his Amazing knowledge?.. too many great things to say!
Food is made fresh to order and appropriately priced. Portions are reasonable. Ingredients are good. Great place for families to have a casual lunch or dinner.
Yet another trip to Angelina's kitchen and we probably have the best service by Kelly S (if I remember correctly, lady who ran bar). Sword fish was great, good flavors all together. My wife had seafood risotto, which was also amazing and wood fired pizza for a kid (you can't go wrong with it)! We'll definitely come back again! Thank you team for amazing evening!
Excellent restaurant in Staten Island, definitely a 5 star in customer service, very nice atmosphere and the food is fresh and delicious. I definitely recommend it and I will return back to eat to Angelina's kitchen. It's a great italian restaurant with fresh pizza and different dinner choices like Salmon, Steak, etc. It's a good place to celebrate birthdays or special occasions. They have a bar. The team is excellent, making everyone enjoy their moment. Great job, guys. 👏 👏👏❤️
Can’t say enough great things about Angelina’s Kitchen! The waiter and all of the staff were super friendly and accommodating to our party of 7 today. We ordered from the Family Style menu and the food was excellent! The sangria was delicious as well🍹 .. We didn’t feel rushed at all, which is key to an awesome restaurant! We’ll be back again soon!!!
Went there a few days ago with family. Great service and amazing food. Portion size was perfect - enough to be filling and small enough that you didn't feel like you were wasting food. Service was prompt, friendly, and all around a great dining experience. Pricing is ever-so-slightly on the higher side, but given the food, it's definitely worth it. Also, the bread and the sweet riccotta alone is worth the price.
I absolutely love Angelina’s Kitchen! There aren’t enough good things I can say. First and foremost, the food is amazing. The homemade pasta dishes take me back to when I used to visit my great-grandmother as a child on a Sunday. The entire staff from the owners, managers, waiters/waitresses to the servers are so friendly and inviting. They always make myself, my daughter and anyone I bring to the restaurant with me feel as if we are part of their family. Angelina’s Kitchen is just that. It’s mom’s kitchen where you know the food will be great and it’s just smiles and good times all around. The pizza is my absolute favorite. The Bee-Sting in particular! There’s NY pizza and then there’s Italian pizza. Angelina’s pizza brings me right back to when I visited Italy. Every bite I take brings me back to that magical vacation. I’ve had my daughter’s communion party, birthday party, school parent dinners, cheerleading team dinners and many more here. They always accommodate and always deliver!
After an afternoon of shopping we looked for the closest Italian restaurant and found that Angelina's kitchen was across the parking lot. We arrived early and were immediately seated. We ordered a salad and pasta to share amongst 3 people. We ordered an additional seafood pasta dish which was phenomenal. Since it was December when we were dining the ambience is pleasantly festive. It isn't overdone. The service was fantastic. We were attended by a young server who was nice and arrived at the right time. There was no hovering. Angelina's is a wonderful restaurant. I am not a local, but if I ever find myself in the area, I would eat here again.
I wish the food and service could get higher than a 5. We had a party for my son and were blown away by the ever the staff. They helped set up, they made sure all the guests were taken care of. The food is on another level here. Whether it’s dinner or a party. Angelina’s is the place to go.
Perfect place to go and grab either a lunch or dinner. The food was amazing no complaints one of the best pizzas in Staten Island and restaurant. Our waiter Stefano a very polite, kind and well cultured Italian was a very good waiter. Helped us decide through the menu on some things we had trouble on and it was great. Overall amazing experience food service and ambience. Recommended!
This is my favorite Italian restaurant in SI and I always leave with a smile on my face. The service is always great + accommodating, the food is authentic and I always look forward to coming back. Our server Luca went above and beyond for us and made our experience special!
Angelina’s Kitchen is the best! I just had my graduation party there and they were nothing short of accommodating! They helped so much with stress of planning a party! Not to mention the food was amazing! Talk to Chiara for your next party, you won’t great it!
Great place, very clean and great food. Staff was great too
Today, we hosted my daughter’s baby shower at Angelina’s Kitchen, and it was an absolutely incredible experience. The atmosphere was inviting and warm but the food… THE FOOD… was absolutely incredible. My guests couldn’t stop saying how good the food was!!! Chiara, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of the event was perfect. I must give a special shout out to Joe, our waiter, although every member of the staff was outstanding. The room was beautifully set up, complementing our own decorations perfectly. I can't praise Angelina's Kitchen enough for making this day truly unforgettable.
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Angelina's Kitchen and I must say that it was an outstanding experience. The restaurant serves authentic Italian cuisine that will make your taste buds dance with joy! The standout dish for me was the pizza. It was the best pizza I have had in a long time, and I have tried many in my lifetime. The crust was perfectly crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. The toppings were fresh and of high quality, making for a mouthwatering combination of flavors. The restaurant itself has a cozy and inviting atmosphere, with attentive and friendly staff who made sure that my dining experience was top-notch. The menu is extensive and offers a wide range of Italian dishes to suit every palate. Aside from the pizza, I also tried their pasta and it was equally impressive. The sauce was rich and flavorful, and the pasta was cooked to perfection. I left the restaurant feeling satisfied and happy, already looking forward to my next visit. Overall, I highly recommend Angelina's Kitchen to anyone looking for authentic Italian cuisine with great service and a welcoming atmosphere. You won't be disappointed!
Great, great food. We really loved the fried calamari. The Buffalo chicken pizza was the best I've ever had. Ice cream birthday desert was great and fun. Only negative was charging for refills on fountain sodas. Also not crazy about credit card surcharge, but I understand it. Well definitely be back!
I want to start off by saying that the owners of this place are true family Italians who still believe in traditional values. They are great people. I had a small issue last night, and she went above and beyond to take care of it. The food here is delicious. The atmosphere is great and the staff are wonderful. I never have any complaints when I eat here. I come all the way from Pennsylvania, so that should tell you something.
I ordered their frozen pizzas for a family member out of state. There was an issue with the delivery address but they had it corrected right away and were so helpful when I called about it. 10/10 customer service. The pizzas come professionally packaged and look amazing. Would recommend.
My sons favorite restaurant on Staten Island!! The service is always on point. They also donate food to a local charity for kids with special needs around Easter time. WE LOVE A RESTAURANT THAT GIVES BACK!!! I had the tagliatelle al Parmigiano... I added shrimp, cheese, and a little pepper. It was delicious! You know a restaurant is a good place when you see the same wait staff working their for years. I'm not a fan of all of the dishes but I can definitely recommend the ravioli with the eggplant, the pizza, of course the bread, the spaghetti vongole pachino, and the fritters di calamari as an appetizer. The drinks are good... They don't skimp on the liquor. Just bring cash because they do charge a credit card processing fee. Definitely a recommend spot!
Just had my son’s christening dinner here for about 30 people and we were so impressed with everything. The rustic look was beautiful. The room set up, the food, the service .. everything was wonderful. Would definitely have another event here. Thank you to Chiara and Baldo for everything!
Definitely worth of visiting. Great atmosphere, delicious food and service was on point. We had spinach ravioli (thin dough and delicious filling) pollo di caprese (thin chicken cutlery with tomato and basil topping+burrata cheese). Wine list is ok + they have delicious cocktails. We finished with Italian gelato.
We just had a 40th birthday party here. We had around 50 people. The food was very good. I have a Sicilian family and we got compliments throughout the night about the food! A special Thank You to Chiara. She was so great to work with in planning the event and throughout the night. She checked in on us and made the party run smoothly. Would highly recommended!
Angelina’s has such a welcoming environment, from the start we were greeted with a positive and funny attitude! He sat us down and talked to us like family, and really made us feel like one. The food; to say it was fantastic is an understatement. Not only was it flavorful, large portioned, and fresh, it had that special touch of homeness. Our waiter remembered every detail and talked to us about how delicious our modifications to some dishes will be and the music was so fun!! The gluten free pasta for my daughter was fantastic and she ate every last piece. Overall this experience was phenomenal and we are all definitely coming back!
My son just came home from the Marine’s and he couldn’t wait to go back to Angelina’s.Like always the food and service was phenomenal. Our server Michael was so polite and friendly and made our dining experience so much more comfortable.Cant wait to return 😊
My experience at your Wonderful restaurant was Spectacular. The food was amazing The service Was Prompt and the waiters were so friendly and fun and so experienced. Just to top it all off A woman hired from the restaurant took our pictures and Within moments she came back with the Priceless pictures in Beautiful frame's. Now we have these pictures displayed in our home to keep this memory of this Beautiful Restaurant. I would encourage everyone to go there and have this Wonderful experience like we did. Thank you Anthony & Mecca 🥂
recommended by a friend - and what an outstanding restaurant. Stuck with what some would call boring, but had an incredible margharita pizza, pappardelle bolognaise, grappa and two coffees. Pizza - great leoparding and the balance of dough, sauce, and cheese is as sheer magic. Light and airy, yet chewy. Best I’ve had here and abroad. Pasta - noodles and sauce. 5 stars. Oh - the focaccia with honey butter is amazing. Go and get experience authentic sicilian cuisine!!
We had our engagement party at Angelina’s kitchen this weekend and the staff was amazing through the entire process from planning the party to the day of the party. The food was amazing and the atmosphere made everything feel so homey and comfortable. Chiara is absolutely amazing at what she does! Can’t wait to have another party here again soon.
Always outstanding. Perfect date night. Can order lite or full meals. Great to share a pizza but i like their full entrees. If your hungry get the pork with the hot peppers. If your eating light they have a chicken Parmesan a soup. Perfect salads . And great ambience. It just fits in perfect to their line of restaurants. Anything you order will be good. Also they cooking pizza right in front of you at the bar the whole night. Great place!
Angelina's Kitchen is a Staten Island favorite! The food was outstanding—perfect Neapolitan-style pizza (loved the bee sting with its spicy honey kick), fresh pasta, and flavorful apps like calamari. Generous portions and authentic Sicilian touches make it shine. Service was exceptional: attentive, friendly Italian staff who made us feel right at home. Atmosphere is warm and inviting—cozy booths, relaxed setting, great for family or date night. Excellent value too—around $30-45 per person. Highly recommend this gem!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Angelina’s Restaurant in Staten Island was the perfect place to celebrate our 6-month anniversary, and the experience truly went above and beyond anything we expected. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt special, romantic, and unforgettable. The decor is absolutely beautiful, blending Valentine’s Day romance and elegant wedding-style charm with a warm Christmas spirit. The candle-lit, dim lighting creates a high-class, intimate allure that immediately sets the tone for love and celebration. What made the night even more meaningful was the hospitality. Once Angelina herself realized we were there to celebrate our love, she personally moved us to a more elegant, reserved seating area, which made us feel incredibly valued and special. She even took photos of us, capturing the moment beautifully. That level of care and personal attention is rare and deeply appreciated. The staff was warm, friendly, attentive, and completely on point the entire evening. The romantic music playing on the radio, along with live performances of favorite love songs, added another layer of magic to the experience. It truly felt like a night designed for romance. The food was absolutely delicious, perfectly prepared, and full of flavor. Everything about the restaurant gives off an air of prestige, elegance, and sophistication while still feeling welcoming and heartfelt. I highly recommend Angelina’s for couples going on dates, celebrating anniversaries, Valentine’s Day, wedding engagements, or any special romantic occasion. This was an unforgettable experience, and we will definitely be returning.
I went here for my son’s 8th birthday dinner with 20 people. Even though I made a mistake with the number of people for the reservation and they had to rearrange the tables at the last minute, the staff were so accommodating and gracious that we felt immediately welcomed. We had brought homemade cupcakes, and the staff plated them for us and brought us candles to sing happy birthday to my son. It was such a beautiful experience with excellent food, ambience and service. My family was extremely grateful. Really wonderful restaurant that I highly recommend.
I went to an engagement dinner there last night and will say as someone in the business, this was one of the most impressive places I have experienced in a while.. the food.. the service.. atmosphere.. and most importantly the attention to detail was impressive.. I will definitely be back and continue to let people know how nice of an experience I had!!!
The food was absolutely delicious. Mike was our server and he was wonderful. Very sweet and so attentive. The atmosphere is festive and warm and so welcoming. We had such a good time. I love when the manager checks on each table. She stopped by to make sure everyone was enjoying dinner. Also very welcoming. Highly recommended!
We did takeout order this past weekend and let me tell you! I walked into the restaurant to pick the order up. There was a lady by the register out by the front. I could tell she was an owner or manager of some sort but she was super sweet and extremely friendly! The vibes were cozy inside too. We ordered the Pappardelle bolognese, the Rustica pie and a Margherita pie. They were 10/10!! So fresh and delicious. The pizza was authentic and it reminds of the pizza I had when I visited Italy. Delicious!!! The Pappardelle was to die for. Their portion sizes were very decent. They gave us some hot bread accompanied by some fresh ricotta and honey and Mamma Mia was that good😍 10/10 would highly recommend
We recently hosted my son’s christening party at Angelina’s kitchen with roughly 50 guests. Food and service are always exceptional. Chiara helped us prep the entire room, was extremely accommodating, paid extra attention to every detail and went above and beyond. This is my 3rd time hosting a party with them and all my guests rave about the food. Authentic Italian/sicilian dishes and the best staff ever. Thank you again.
Totally enjoyed the experience here ! Excellent food and atmosphere. The hosts Chiara and Baldo make you feel like family and very welcome. The food was as close to homemade as I have ever had, I was impressed. I will definitely be returning here
We had a party at Angelina’s kitchen and I cannot say enough about the hospitality and service by the entire staff. Chiara, Bialdo, and Joe went beyond to make my get together perfect. The food also, without saying was delicious. Highly recommend!
Went here for the first time yesterday. Everything was fabulous! Our server Carlos was quick attentive funny and friendly. The muscles and clams appetizer and the eggplant rollatini appetizer were fabulous. All the pasta dishes we had were delicious and the risotto is also fabulous. Can't wait to go back again and try the pizza, it looked delicious. Would definitely recommend to friends and family!! You won't be disappointed!
Loved this place! First time here with husband and baby, we sat outside. The inside seating looked wonderful. The service was great and the food was delicious. We got the 4 cheese pizza, which was absolutely delicious, as well as, the linguini served in a tomato crab sauce, finished with red shrimp sauce. ***UPDATE: been coming here regularly now and love it every single time! Added more pictures and videos today, from our second and third time here 9/1/25***
The pizza is delicious. It is an extremely thin crust pizza with fresh ingredients and lots of love. The service was great with several people tending to the table to make sure everything is perfect. I would have preferred an olive oil and salt for the bread on the table but the whipped butter was an interesting choice.
This is our go-to place for family events and dinners. And Angelina's never disappoints! And our server, Luca; was very accommodating to all our questions. He made sure we had a lovely dinner. Angelina's you hit the spot again! Great job guys! Thank you very much to all your hardworking staff that makes our meal always memorable.
I always loved this place. I’ve been suffering from long Covid since September 2021. Pretty much everything smells and tastes rotten and weird. I haven’t been able to enjoy food for a long time now. Little by little, I’m able to have certain things that taste okay but not totally normal yet. I have to say that our server Joe was very attentive and understanding. He was great. I ended up ordering a margherita pizza for my son, and decided to taste it since it didn’t smell bad. Surprisingly one little bite after another, i sort of liked it. Even with the basil, which is shocking, since herbs, spices and sauce bothered me with the smells and tastes for so long. This was the first place that i was able to tolerate it and even eat more than one slice. I’m also able to eat their bread broken into little pieces, dipped into their ricotta honey mixture. Their food is high quality and tastes great, especially for when i was able to eat almost anything. It’s big that i was able to eat what i was at this point, so this resistant was awesome. The server gets 100 thumbs up for dealing with what I’m going through and being understanding, making sure all was well and that i was ok with what i was trying. Love this place. A bit pricey, but nowadays what isn’t pricy? Especially when it’s so high quality!
Came for lunch. The food was flavorful, decently proportioned, and modestly priced. Unfortunately the waitress forgot a entrée and tried to get it done when the rest of the party was finished they're main courses. Bus boy was rude when removing plates by not announcing himself or asking if patrons were finished with plates.
A staten island mall staple. Open for outdoor dining and service was slow but great and personable. The food can be improved a bit but still yummy. I had the Bee Sting Pizza (margherita with spicy sopresata and honey) I felt the honey choice could've been better. My mom had the lasagna, which was great!
I recently went with a very large party, about 17 people and the food was good! It was clear that there wasn't enough staff, but I wouldn't fault them for that, it's hard to do large groups. I ordered a pollo alla caprese which was quite good. My friend ordered a costoletta di maiale and that was apparently good too. For desserts we got creme brule and cappucinos. The restaurant is larger than expected and can accommodate large groups. There is also an outdoor section and they were checking vaccine cards.
Enjoyed a nice Sunday dinner with my boyfriend! First, the hostess greeted us immediately and placed us in a booth. The waitress was very attentive and our food came out at a perfect time. The atmosphere was very warm and comfortable. Great vibes all around nothing to complain about. Second, the bread that came out was delicious. The ricotta and honey with pepper on top hit the right spots. Lovely bread as well, great texture and fresh. Third, our appetizers! The Caesar salad was delicious but a bit fishy. I squeezed some lemon in there and it neutralized the flavors. It was a simple salad with a great dressing to lettuce ratio. The meat riceballs were a 10/10. Crunchy and soft in the middle with a great taste. We also enjoyed the fried potato’s on the side, not sure what they were but they were a great surprise! Next, our entrees. The spaghetti with lobster was very good. Everything was cooked well and the taste was perfect. However, the chicken cutlet was a bit underwhelming. Still a good cutlet but wish it came with a little more. Last but not least, our dessert! Absolutely delish tiramisu served in a creative way. Very creamy and full of delicious flavors. The crunchy cookies on top were a fab addition. Coffee was pretty standard we enjoyed it. Overall, I would definitely come check this place out! Our bill added up to $113 which is a great price for good quality food. Thank you Angelina’s for a lovely Sunday night dinner.
A cozy Italian restaurant offers mouthwatering food which is different from those traditional ones we have been to. We are addicted to their brick oven pizza, the dough is soft, chewy and crispy. It’s more pricey than other restaurants in the neighborhood, they also have fees for credit card payments.
Ordered the calamari and bronzino. The calamari was cut too thick and was not cooked enough. The branzino was tasty. My biggest issue was the service. It took 45 minutes after our appetizer was finished for our entrees to come out. The manager kept saying that was just going to be a few minutes more. For the cost of the meal ($145 for two people with no drinks), the quality of the food should have been better and the service needs to be greatly improved.
Don't want to be too hard on them, however their gluten free pizza is NOT HOMEMADE DOUGH. We were told it was homemade when we called and it's the typical 12 inch frozen foil pan GF dough. Their other food was quite delicious but we went specifically for the pizza for my wife who's Gluten Free. 45 min ride for this was not cool!
Food was underwhelming. We went for lunch and were seated immediately. The menu is limited, and the choices were okay. I have been here a couple of times before, and this was the 1st time I was disappointed. On the bright side, the place is pretty and the staff is very nice. The booths are very tight, and the tables are on top of each other.
Horrible service!!! We were practically rushed out of there. The server didn’t give us bread for the table until our appetizer came. A bus boy kept interrupting us to clean up. The server practically threw our food at us. Our dishes had residue and crust on them. The table was sticky. And on top of that the bench in the booth was broken! Food was great though. Zucchini was a little bland.
The eggplant appetizer and spicy gnocchi entree I had was a bit expensive but still great, but I have to admit I did feel a bit weird in this restaurant. I was the only person of color at my table and the bus boy was literally tossing things to me instead of handing them like he was to the other women at my table. I did feel like the waiter gave off weird energy as well, and we were a bit pushed out and that was odd too, especially on a Wednesday. Idk. Food was good, not worth $40 IMHO. Not a bad experience but just weird energy and vibes.
Foods okay, pricey, small portions. Pizza is small. If you use a credit card they charge you more, but what NYC restaurant doesn't. I have been here about 10 times it is Not my go to place for pizza or Italian, but my wife likes it so you know what that means. Tonight we found a pepper in our dessert. NG. but they took it off the bill. But again Not my go to place for Pizza or Italian.
Angelina's Kitchen definitely needs some improvement. The fried calamari is usually always good but this time was undercooked, the drinks were terrible, and the pizza is average. The bread they serve is absolutely amazing, the environment is really nice and the waiters/ waitresses are always awesome people. I recommend but but for the price theres so much better out there.
went on a Saturday night which they were very busy. Had to ask for waters for the table 7 times. Didn’t get bread for the table till after we finished the appetizers because they said they were making it fresh. For the price they need to way better service wise. Ate the risotto with shrimp which was more like a taste and the fried calamari was hard and not tender.
went there thursday night june 19. ordered 6 pies, margareta, vodka and pepperoni with hot honey. 5 out of 10. not good. couldn't even taste the hot honey. very skimpy on the mozzarella. the calamari was was so so again 6 out of 10. overall dont waste your time. save your money. nice atmosphere staff very pleasant they get a 10.
Nothing to write home about! I’ll give them the pizza but the prices did not match. The wait was over an hour long. I’ve had Italian food and this wasn’t it. I guess you try everything once.
I went here for the first time last night for dinner. I ordered an iced tea and when she brought it out, I asked her is this ice tea it was so watered down. You would’ve never thought it was iced tea and could barely taste the tea. I sent it back and I just got water, I ordered my dish. It was a Margarita pizza that had absolutely no flavor whatsoever. You could taste the tomato sauce but the cheese maybe they use skim but literally it had no taste and I had to put a lot of salt on just to taste. A couple sitting next to us got a Sicilian pie that was a joke. The dough was about 2 inches high and and I think they used a basting brush painted a thin layer of sauce over the crust for coloring purposes then threw on some disgusting cheese that had zero flavor. . Would I ever be back absolutely not. We were telling our friends about the experience who had been once before as well and they told us they were very disappointed as well, and these friends are 2nd generation Italian as well as my boyfriend. Wish we spoke to them before we went and wasted our money.
Salad smelled like fish tasted like fish we didn’t eat it. No one asked how it was, or why we didn’t eat it. Pizza took an hour to come out after ordering and no one asked how that was either. Drinks were good.Cheesecake was flavorless. Not going back definitely not worth it. Special attention was paid to Italian speaking customers only.
My husband and I ate at Angelina’s on Valentine’s Day (a prix fixe menu). Unfortunately, the seafood risotto was noticeably undercooked, and the filet mignon was the worst I’ve ever had. Worst of all, my husband became ill with what appeared to be food poisoning the following day. Two stars overall because our waiter was fantastic and the appetizers (pizza and rice balls) were delicious!
The servers were all incredibly friendly and have such great personalities, making them very fun to socialize with! The ambiance is also very warm and welcoming. The food, however, could definitely be improved. The soup had so much pasta in it that the liquid because overly starchy and not soupy at all, which was unfortunate because the flavor was pretty decent. The alla vodka was way too tough, making it uncomfortable to eat at the restaurant, but was more edible the next day after nuking it in the microwave. The chicken Alfredo was also pretty bland unfortunately. The best dish we had so far was the free bread that accompanied our meal, which comes with a side of honeyed-butter, which was delicious! This restaurant definitely has potential, so I hope they'll put more effort on improving these few dishes! I am hoping to come back to try some of their other items one day, so fingers crossed it will be good! Thank you for reading and good luck! (:
At Marsh Ave S.I location ,Young man working tables very rudely bumped into me as we were being seated Seemed deliberately I was startled turned around and he just kept walking in cocky manner no apology , waitress seemed distant and rude , made my family and myself feel bad . We will not return ever- Staff at entrance were polite when we came in and left .
Was there yesterday for the first time with my husband and baby. I’m not sure if he was the manager but he looked upset when he saw that we have a stroller. Didn’t even smile at us, didn’t even greet us. Just pointed the table where we should sit. Our baby was quiet the whole time. I felt like we were rushed as we were still eating and the waiter already asked us if he can put the pizza in the box, our pasta was just served. Manager kept socializing with other guests but us. Experience was not delightful. First and last visit at Angelina’s. I’m so upset.
Angelina’s was a horror last night! Family got together last night- was told we got a deal 80 per person- they offered everyone several times desert. They charged for everything- they denied the deal they made prior to the event/ 146.00 per person- nothing included- will never step foot in that establishment again/ by the way the food was nothing to talk about! Patrizias is way better!
The quality has diminished. Was here a few days ago and it totally changed my mind of this place. I used to come here every month and I’ll never eat there again. The service is horrible now, the dishes were dirty, and the foods quality has changed for the worse. We had to ask for utensils 3 times because the cutlery was full of dried food stains. The food was under cooked, the gnocchi tasted like canned food, the eggplant was rotten on the inside, and the clams with linguine are the size of a quarter. If you don’t believe me go there and order the same food we had. I’ll never eat there again and waste my money. Like everything else places like here are changing for the worse. Please don’t waste your time and money. I’m still in shock about this place.
Unfortunately, this place is not as expected, and feel bad for the staff but I have to be honest about my review wifey wanted to go out for dinner. I Wanted to show her a nice time. Unfortunately she picked this place. Waited a long time for our food. The salad smelled and tasted like fish so I couldn’t finish it Most likely they’re doing a poor job of washing the dishes waited a long time for a small 12 inch pizza that was undercooked soggy and had no taste. I was hungry so I ate some of it didn’t want to spoil my wife’s night out so I didn’t say a thing to the waiter when they asked me, “how was the food” I suffered for three days with upset, stomach and diarrhea. I’m not saying close the place down, but I am saying maybe they should change the whole kitchen staff they’re doing a poor job with their food and dishes.
Food was absolutely disgusting went for lunch even the soda was bad disgusting dog food place changed
