Surprisingly, the room is bigger. Friendly staff. And the location is smack in the middle of where we need to go. Breakfast was included, and the staff asked what room we were staying in and welcomed us to a nice selection. As said on their site, if you used their parking service, it'll cost you 60. The garage next door offers 31 overnight. We loved the place and expect to come back

This spot has the freshest rolls and bagels hands down. Order your food and your in and out quick. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for something to eat. The parking is a little tight. And it does get busy but the service is top notch. I just want to say thank you to the staff for making my food. I'm always satisfied after chowing down there delicious food.

I’m working on a construction site right next door. So I thought, great, I can get a bagel for breakfast. But when I went in they had so much more. Full cooked breakfast to go. I got a huge tasty omelette with potatoes for $6. Then grabbed some hard boiled eggs and fresh cut fruit to go. And everyone there was very friendly. I will be back.

I love their bagels! They’re fluffy and soft. I really like having a place to get some fresh produce and pantry items. They have a large stock. I’d like to see MORE fresh vegetables or some of the prepackaged foods they have at top tomato

I’ve been visiting this location since before its current ownership, and over time, I’ve noticed a decline in communication, consistency, and management presence. The current operators seem largely absentee—decisions are made at a distance, and feedback rarely receives follow-through. For the past three weeks, I’ve repeatedly inquired about the availability of gluten-free bagels, speaking with at least five different employees. Each time, the question was met with uncertainty, and no one appeared to have a definitive answer. During my most recent visit, I asked a general question about whether the shop uses food coloring in their bagels. The staff confirmed that they do. Later, when looking at the brightly colored “egg bagel,” I asked whether that particular bagel actually contained egg. The response was again clear: no—it’s simply colored to appear that way. That revelation raises legitimate concerns about transparency and authenticity across their entire bagel lineup. The kitchen is capable of producing good food, but operational discipline is clearly lacking. Frequent staff turnover and hurried service create confusion; basic questions such as when an item was prepared are often met with “I have no idea.” I’ve also observed that prepared foods aren’t labeled or dated, which is troubling for a business handling perishable products. For now, I’ll be stepping back from this establishment. I plan to revisit in six months, hopeful that clearer management oversight and a renewed focus on quality will restore the confidence this place once inspired.

Giving 2 stars because you guys need A SEPARATE LINE for ppl not ordering bagels or cold cuts, walked out several times after seeing 10 ppl on line!..only needed a plain bagel & grilled chicken. Another customer walked out right behind me.

Molded food! I went to get a sandwich on a roll one night with my friends. We took it home and after I took a bite I realized my roll was MOLDED! I proceeded to go back to the store and tell them. And the cashier was very nasty about giving our money back and did not even apologize. Then he made us pay for a new sandwich, after we had just been served molded food. Disgusting, I will never come back. Be careful eating here.

Pure garbage. They used the too go to go app for free advertising. You will not get your order from them. They say they have nothing to swipe and can't honor the order because... THERE IS NOTHING to swipe. I use the app to feed people in my neighborhood that do not have the means to have any extras. So I spend a little money to make seniors and less fortunate families have a little bit of a better day. They apparently do not honor the swipe or have ZERO clue what they are doing. Horrible people who have no clue what they are doing or just playing stupid. Every single other business that I have done business with on this app knows how it works. Except THEM. Taking advantage of the less fortunate for free advertising is hanous. You reep what what you sew.

When I went up to the counter I asked the gentleman to please give me a half a pound of vegetable cream cheese and a half a pound of lo. The man put the cream cheese into the container with his bare hands, not even putting a glove on. When he gave it to me, he scratched his nose and gave me the vegetable cream cheese. Does anybody know how to practice hygiene., Apparently not I would not go back there ever again and I would advise everybody else not to go back there. I don’t need hepatitis from someone this place is disgusting. They should practice hygiene. Shut up.
